本发明所提供的系统, 包括: 本发明所提供的请求终端和本发明所提 供的目标终端。 下面结合附图对具体实施例进行详细说明。
实施例一
图 1所示的是本发明一种实现呼叫转接方法实施例一流程图, 包括: 步骤 101 : 请求终端出现呼叫接入异常时, 设置呼叫转接请求信息并 发送到目标终端。
请求终端呼叫接入异常包括很多种情况。 当遇到如: 离开服务区、 电 池告警和呼叫遇忙等情况时, 请求终端可以自动触发建立呼叫转接请求; 当遇到出差等情况时, 也可以由用户设置建立触发呼叫转接请求。
请求终端在呼叫接入异常时, 设置呼叫转接信息, 具体为设置呼叫转 接请求协议数据帧, 对呼叫转接请求协议数据帧中的各个信息单元进行具 体的定义。
数字移动无线电 (Digital Mobile Radio , DMR)标准中定义了控制信令 块( Control Signaling Block, CSBK ) 的帧结构, 如图 2所示。 其中, 字节 2~字节 9的 64比特数据可自定义。
图 3为呼叫转接请求协议数据帧结构示意图, 其中, 各信息单元定义 如下:
表 1 所示的是最后一块(Last_Block, LB )信息单元定义, 占用长度 为 1位, 采用 1位二进制码表示。 当 LB的值为 0时, 表示多个控制块的 开头或中间块; 当 LB的值为 1 时, 表示单个控制信令块或多个控制信令 块的最后一块。

表 2所示的是保护标志 (Protect Flag, PF )信息单元定义, 占用长度 为 1位, 采用 1位二进制码表示。 PF的值为 0, 表示预留信息单元。

表 3所示的是控制信令操作码( Control Signalling Block Opcode, CSBK Opcode )信息单元定义,占用长度为 6位,采用 6位二进制码表示。当 CSBK Opcode的值为 110110时,表示为呼叫转接请求控制信令操作码; 当 CSBK Opcode的值为 110111 时, 表示为呼叫转接响应控制信令操作码。 其中, 控制信令操作码可以根据实际情况设置其它的值, 这里不进行限定。

表 7所示的是转接地址数 ( Number of Address, NOA )信息单元定义, 占用长度为 4位, 采用 4位二进制码表示。 当 NOA的值为 0时, 表示源终 端地址是呼叫转接地址; 当 NOA是 1~15中的任意一个数值时, 表示为第 三方终端进行呼叫转接的数目, 第三方终端地址为携带终端地址。

表 8所示的是地址信息单元定义, 占用长度为 24位, 采用 24位二进 制码表示。 地址的值为 1~16776415之间的数, 请求终端地址表示呼叫转接 发起方地址; 目标终端地址表示呼叫转接目标方地址, 携带终端地址表示 为第三方多个用户进行呼叫转接的地址。

当为第三方至少一个移动终端进行呼叫转接时, 还需定义呼叫转接信 息携带协议数据帧, 包括: 中间块协议数据单元 (如图 4所示) 和最后一 块协议数据单元 (如图 5所示) 。
优选的, 本发明最多可为 6个移动终端进行呼叫转接到同一个目标终 端。 其中, 呼叫转接信息携带协议数据帧, 中间块协议数据单元携带有第 四携带终端地址的高 8位信息; 最后一块协议数据单元携带有第四携带终 端地址的氏 16位信息。
将设置好的呼叫转接请求信息通过常规时分多址信道发送到目标终 端。
步骤 102: 目标终端读取呼叫转接请求信息中的呼叫转接标识, 判断 呼叫转接标识是否正确, 如果是, 读取呼叫转接请求信息中的目标终端的 地址。
目标终端读取的呼叫转接标识, 具体为转接请求协议帧中的控制信令 操作码, 即, 按照上述表 3对控制信令操作码的信息单元的定义, 控制信 令操作码 CSBK Opcode的值应为 110110。 目标终端的地址, 按照上述表 8对地址信息单元的定义, 指的是呼叫 转接目标方的地址, 为 1~16776415之间的数。
步骤 103: 目标终端判断所述目标终端的地址是否正确, 如果是, 读 取呼叫转接请求信息中的转接地址标识, 根据所述转接地址标识设置转接 终端地址, 并设置呼叫转接成功响应信息发送到请求终端。
目标终端读取的转接地址标识, 具体为转接请求协议帧中的转接地址 数, 即, 按照上述表 6对转接地址数的信息单元的定义, 当读取的转接地 址数为 0时, 表示请求终端地址是转接终端地址, 读取请求终端地址设置 为转接终端地址; 当读取的转接地址数是 1~15中的任意一个数值时, 表示 为第三方进行呼叫转接的数目, 读取至少一个携带终端地址, 将至少一个 携带终端地址设置为转接终端地址。 例如, 转接地址数为 3 , 则读取 3 个 携带终端地址设置为转接终端地址, 为 3个终端建立呼叫转接。
当呼叫转接标识和目标终端地址都正确时, 设置呼叫转接成功响应信 息, 具体为设置呼叫转接响应协议数据帧, 对呼叫转接响应协议数据帧中 的各个信息单元进行具体的定义。 图 6所示的是呼叫转接响应协议数据帧 结构示意图。
其中, LB的信息单元定义如表 1所示; PF的信息单元定义如表 2所 示; CSBK Opcode的信息单元定义如表 3所示, 即应设置 CSBK Opcode 的值为 110111 ; MFID的信息单元定义如表 4所示。 这里不再赘述。
表 9所示的是响应码(Response Code, RC )信息单元定义, 占用长度 为 8位, 采用 8位二进制码表示。 当 RC的值为 0时, 表示为目标终端允 许接收呼叫转接请求, 即, 呼叫转接成功的响应信息; 当 RC的值为 1时, 表示为目标终端拒绝接收呼叫转接请求, 即, 呼叫转接失败的响应信息。

当请求终端接收到目标终端发送的呼叫转接成功响应信息时, 请求终 端显示呼叫转接成功。

实施例二
图 7所示的是本发明一种呼叫转接方法实施例二流程图, 与实施例一 相比, 实施例二进一步校验授权信息的正确性, 具体包括:
步骤 701 : 请求终端出现呼叫接入异常时, 设置呼叫转接请求信息并 发送到目标终端。
设置呼叫转接请求信息, 具体为设置呼叫转接请求协议数据帧。 其中, 最后一块 LB、 保护标志 PF、 控制信令操作码 CSBK Opcode, 厂商识别码 MFID、 组呼 /单呼 G/I、 呼叫转接操作码 OC、 转接地址数 NOA和地址信息 单元的定义如实施例一所述, 这里不再赘述。
表 10所示的是授权码 ( Authorization Code, AC )信息单元定义, 占用长 度为 8位, 采用 8位二进制码表示。 授权码的值为 0~255之间的数, 表示 呼叫转接的授权码值。 授权码的设置根据目标终端的不同进行自定义。

请求终端向目标终端发送呼叫转接请求信息的同时进行计时,根据实际需 求设定计时预设阈值。 当计时时间超过预设阈值时,还未接收到目标终端发送 的呼叫转接响应信息,判断重发次数是否用完,如果是,则呼叫转接建立失败; 如果否, 发送触发信号触发重新发送呼叫转接请求信息。
如果请求终端在预设阈值内接收到目标终端返回的呼叫转接成功响应 信息, 表明请求终端呼叫转接建立成功。
如果请求终端在预设阈值内接收到目标终端返回的呼叫转接失败响应 信息或者重新发送呼叫转接请求信息的次数超过预设次数, 表明请求终端 呼叫转接建立失败。 步骤 702: 目标终端读取呼叫转接请求信息中的呼叫转接标识, 判断 呼叫转接标识是否正确, 如果是, 执行步骤 703。
目标终端读取的呼叫转接标识, 具体为转接请求协议帧中的控制信令 操作码, 控制信令操作码的值为 110110表示呼叫转接标识正确。
步骤 703 : 目标终端读取呼叫转接请求信息中的目标终端的地址, 判 断所述目标终端的地址是否正确, 如果是, 执行步骤 704。
目标终端的地址指的是呼叫转接接收方的地址。 目标终端读取呼叫转 接请求信息中的授权码, 具体为转接请求协议帧中的授权码。
步骤 704: 目标终端读取呼叫转接请求信息中的授权信息, 判断授权 信息是否正确, 如果是, 执行步骤 705 ; 如果否, 执行步骤 706。
按照上述表 10对授权码的定义, 授权码为 8位二进制码, 是 0~255之 间的数, 当读取的授权码与目标终端中预设的授权码匹配时, 表示授权码 正确。
步骤 705 : 根据所述转接地址标识设置转接终端地址, 并设置呼叫转 接成功响应信息发送到请求终端。
步骤 706: 设置呼叫转接失败响应信息发送到请求终端。
步骤 707: 请求终端根据所接收呼叫转接响应信息建立呼叫转接。 请求终端接收到呼叫转接成功响应信息时, 表明呼叫转接建立成功。 请求终端接收到呼叫转接失败响应信息时, 表明呼叫转接建立失败。 实施例三
一种呼叫转接取消的方法, 包括:
步骤一、 请求终端恢复呼叫接入正常时, 设置呼叫转接取消信息并发 送到目标终端。
当请求终端恢复网络正常或电量充足等情况时, 设置呼叫转接取消信 息发送到目标终端, 具体为设置呼叫转接取消协议数据帧。
其中, 最后一块 LB、 保护标志 PF、 控制信令操作码 CSBK Opcode, 厂商识别码 MFID、 组呼 /单呼 G/I、 转接地址数 NOA和地址信息单元定义 与实施例一相同, 这里不再赘述。
根据表 6对呼叫转接操作码 OC信息单元的定义, OC的值应设置为
01。
步骤二、 目标终端读取呼叫转接取消信息中的转接取消标识, 判断转 接取消标识是否正确, 如果是, 读取呼叫转接取消信息中的目标终端的地 址。
步骤三、 目标终端判断所述目标终端的地址是否正确, 如果是, 读取 呼叫转接取消信息中的取消地址标识, 根据所述取消地址标识移除转接终 端地址, 并设置呼叫转接取消成功信息发送到请求终端。

下面结合具体应用场景, 对本发明实施例进行举例说明:
例 1 : 请求终端为 A, 目标终端为 B , 请求终端 A为自身进行呼叫转 接, 呼叫转接的目标终端为 B , 即, 当请求终端 A接入异常时, 自动将呼 叫转接到目标终端 B。
当请求终端 A发生电量耗尽或不在服务区等呼叫继而异常时, 触发呼 叫转接建立请求。 设置呼叫转接请求信息, 即, 呼叫转接请求协议数据帧。 根据实施例一对呼叫转接请求协议数据帧各个信息单元的定义可知, 最后 一块 LB设置为 1 ; 保护标志 PF设置为 0; 控制信令操作码 CSBK Opcode 设置为 110110; 组呼 /单呼 G/I设置为 0,表示建立呼叫转接的对象是单呼; 呼叫转接操作码 OC设置为 0, 表示建立呼叫转接; 转接地址数 NOA设置 为 0, 表示为请求终端自身进行呼叫转接, 请求终端的地址为转接终端地 址; 授权码设置为与目标终端 B匹配的授权码; 请求终端的地址设置为 A 的地址; 目标终端的地址设置为 B的地址。 设置的呼叫转接请求协议数据 帧如图 12所示。
目标终端 B接收到呼叫转接请求信息后, 判断呼叫转接标识, 即, 控 制信令操作码 CSBK Opcode是否正确, 如果是, 读取目标终端的地址。 判 断目标终端的地址是否是目标终端 B的地址, 如果是, 读取授权码。 判断 授权码是否与目标终端 B匹配。 如果 CSBK Opcode正确、 目标终端地址正 确和授权码匹配同时成立, 设置转接终端地址为请求终端 A的地址, 并设 置呼叫转接成功响应信息。 最后一块 LB设置为 1 ; 保护标志 PF设置为 0; 控制信令操作码 CSBK Opcode设置为 110111 ; 响应码设置为 0。 设置的呼 叫转接响应协议数据帧如图 13所示。
如果 CSBK Opcode错误、 目标终端地址错误或授权码不匹配, 则设置 呼叫转接失败响应信息, 响应码设置为 0。
请求终端 A接收到呼叫转接成功响应信息后, 建立呼叫转接成功, 当 请求终端 A接入异常时, 呼叫自动转接目标终端
当请求终端 A恢复呼叫接入正常时, 设置呼叫转接取消信息。 最后一 块 LB设置为 1、 保护标志 PF设置为 0、 控制信令操作码 CSBK Opcode设 置为 110110、 组呼 /单呼 G/I设置为 0、 转接地址数 NOA设置为 0, 表示为 请求终端自身进行呼叫转接取消, 授权码设置为与目标终端 B匹配的授权 码; 请求终端的地址设置为 A的地址; 目标终端的地址设置为 B的地址。 根据表 6对呼叫转接操作码 OC信息单元的定义, OC的值应设置为 01。
目标终端 B接收到呼叫转接取消信息后, 判断转接取消标识, 即, 控 制信令操作码 CSBK Opcode是否正确, 如果是, 读取目标终端的地址。 判 断目标终端的地址是否是目标终端 B的地址, 如果是, 读取授权码。 判断 授权码是否与目标终端 B匹配。 如果 CSBK Opcode正确、 目标终端地址正 确和授权码匹配同时成立, 居所述取消地址标识移除转接终端地址, 并 设置呼叫转接取消成功信息。 最后一块 LB设置为 1 ; 保护标志 PF设置为 0; 控制信令操作码 CSBK Opcode设置为 110111 ; 响应码设置为 0。
请求终端 A接收到呼叫转接取消成功信息后, 取消呼叫转接。
例 2: 请求终端为 C, 目标终端为 D, 请求终端 C为第三终端 E和 F 进行呼叫转接, 呼叫转接的目标终端为 D, 即, 当请求终端 E和 F接入异 常时, 自动将呼叫转接到目标终端 D。
请求终端 C设置呼叫转接请求信息, 即, 呼叫转接请求协议数据帧和 呼叫转接请求携带数据帧。 设置呼叫转接请求协议数据帧, 根据实施例一 对呼叫转接请求协议数据帧各个信息单元的定义可知, 最后一块 LB 设置 为 1 ;保护标志 PF设置为 0;控制信令操作码 CSBK Opcode设置为 110110; 组呼 /单呼 G/I设置为 1 , 表示建立呼叫转接的对象是组呼; 呼叫转接操作 码 OC设置为 0, 表示建立呼叫转接; 转接地址数 NOA设置为 2, 表示为 两个第三方终端 E和 F进行呼叫转接, 终端 E和终端 F的地址为转接终端 地址; 授权码设置为与目标终端 D匹配的授权码; 请求终端的地址设置为 C的地址; 目标终端的地址设置为 D的地址。 设置的呼叫转接请求协议数 据帧如图 14所示。
设置呼叫转接携带协议数据帧, 最后一块 LB设置为 1 ; 保护标志 PF 设置为 0; 控制信令操作码 CSBK Opcode设置为 110110; 将终端 E的地址 设置为第一携带终端地址; 将终端 F的地址设置为第二携带终端地址。 呼 叫转接携带协议数据帧如图 15所示。
目标终端 D接收到呼叫转接请求信息后, 判断呼叫转接标识, 即, 控 制信令操作码 CSBK Opcode是否正确, 如果是, 读取目标终端的地址。 判 断目标终端的地址是否是目标终端 D的地址, 如果是, 读取授权码。 判断 授权码是否与目标终端 D匹配。如果 CSBK Opcode正确、 目标终端地址正 确和授权码匹配同时成立, 设置终端 E和终端 F的地址为转接终端地址, 并设置呼叫转接成功响应信息。 最后一块 LB设置为 1 ; 保护标志 PF设置 为 0; 控制信令操作码 CSBK Opcode设置为 110111 ; 响应码设置为 0。 设 置的呼叫转接响应协议数据帧如图 16所示。
如果 CSBK Opcode错误、 目标终端地址错误或授权码不匹配, 则设置 呼叫转接失败响应信息, 响应码设置为 0。
请求终端 C接收到呼叫转接成功响应信息后, 为第三方终端 E和终端 F建立呼叫转接成功, 当终端 E和终端 F接入异常时, 呼叫自动转接目标 终端 D。
本发明中, 建立呼叫转接取消设置呼叫转接取消信息时, 只需将呼叫 转接取消数据协议帧中的呼叫转接操作码 OC设置为 1 ,其它的设置如实施 例一所述, 这里不再赘述。 每一个移动终端既可以作为请求终端, 也可以 作为目标终端, 因此, 每一个移动终端都有发送呼叫转接请求信息和发送 呼叫转接响应信息的功能, 不进行限制。
例 2中呼叫转接的取消, 可以是请求终端 C为第三方终端 E和终端 F 进行呼叫转接取消, 也可以由第三方终端 E和终端 F进行呼叫转接取消, 这里不进行具体限定。
本发明中, 移动终端可以只作为请求终端或目标终端中的其中一种, 也可以既作为请求终端又作为其他终端的目标终端; 移动终端可以只执行 呼叫转接或呼叫转接取消中的一种, 也可以既能执行呼叫转接也能执行呼 叫转接取消, 这里不进行具体限定。
本发明优选的, 是为对讲机进行呼叫转接, 也可以为其它使用常规时 分多址信道进行通讯的其它移动终端建立呼叫转接, 这里不进行限定。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在 本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包 含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种实现呼叫转接的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 请求终端出现呼叫接入异常时, 设置呼叫转接请求信息并发送到目标 终端;
目标终端读取呼叫转接请求信息中的呼叫转接标识, 判断呼叫转接标 识是否正确, 如果是, 读取呼叫转接请求信息中的目标终端的地址;
目标终端判断所述目标终端的地址是否正确, 如果是, 读取呼叫转接 请求信息中的转接地址标识, 根据所述转接地址标识设置转接终端地址, 并设置呼叫转接成功响应信息发送到请求终端;
请求终端接收呼叫转接成功响应信息建立呼叫转接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 转接地址标识为源终端 标识时, 所述根据所述转接地址标识设置转接终端地址为:
目标终端读取呼叫转接请求信息中的请求终端的地址;
将请求终端的地址设置为转接终端地址。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 转接地址标识为旁终端 标识时, 所述根据所述转接地址标识设置转接终端地址为:
目标终端读取呼叫转接请求信息中的至少一个携带终端地址; 将至少一个携带终端地址设置为转接终端地址。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述目标终端地址正确 之后进一步包括:
目标终端读取呼叫转接请求信息中的授权信息, 判断授权信息是否正 确, 如果是, 根据所述转接地址标识设置转接终端地址, 并设置呼叫转接 成功响应信息发送到请求终端。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述设置呼 叫转接请求信息并发送到目标终端后进一步包括:
请求终端进行计时, 当计时时间超过预设阈值还未接收到呼叫转接成 功响应信息时, 发送触发信号触发重新发送呼叫转接请求信息。
6、 一种实现呼叫转接取消的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 请求终端恢复呼叫接入正常时, 设置呼叫转接取消信息并发送到目标 终端;
目标终端读取呼叫转接取消信息中的转接取消标识, 判断转接取消标 识是否正确, 如果是, 读取呼叫转接取消信息中的目标终端的地址;
目标终端判断所述目标终端的地址是否正确, 如果是, 读取呼叫转接 取消信息中的取消地址标识, 居所述取消地址标识移除转接终端地址, 并设置呼叫转接取消成功信息发送到请求终端;
请求终端根据呼叫转接取消成功信息取消呼叫转接。
7、 一种实现呼叫转接的请求终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括: 请求信息设置模块, 用于出现呼叫接入异常时, 设置呼叫转接请求信 息;
请求信息发送模块, 用于将呼叫转接请求信息发送到目标终端, 以便 目标终端读取呼叫转接请求信息中的呼叫转接标识, 判断呼叫转接标识是 否正确, 如果是, 读取呼叫转接请求信息中的目标终端的地址, 判断所述 目标终端的地址是否正确, 如果是, 读取呼叫转接请求信息中的转接地址 标识, 根据所述转接地址标识设置转接终端地址, 以及设置并发送呼叫转 接成功响应信息;
响应信息接收模块, 用于接收呼叫转接成功响应信息建立呼叫转接。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端进一步包括: 计时模块,用于设置呼叫转接请求信息并发送到目标终端后进行计时, 当计时时间超过预设阈值时, 向请求信息发送模块发送触发信号, 所述触 发信号触发请求信息发送模块重新发送呼叫转接请求信息。
9、 一种实现呼叫转接的目标终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括: 请求信息接收模块, 用于接收呼叫转接请求信息, 所述呼叫转接请求 信息为请求终端出现呼叫接入异常时所设置并发送的;
呼叫转接标识判断模块, 用于判断呼叫转接标识是否正确, 如果是, 读取呼叫转接请求信息中的目标终端的地址;
目标终端地址判断模块, 用于判断所述目标终端的地址是否正确, 如 果是, 读取呼叫转接请求信息中的转接地址标识;
转接终端地址设置模块, 用于根据所述转接地址标识设置转接终端地 址;
转接响应信息设置模块, 用于当所述目标终端的地址正确时, 设置呼 叫转接成功响应信息;
转接响应信息发送模块, 用于将呼叫转接成功响应信息发送到请求终 端, 以便请求终端接收呼叫转接成功响应信息建立呼叫转接。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的终端, 其特征在于, 转接地址标识为源终 端标识时, 所述转接终端地址设置模块具体包括:
第一地址读取模块,用于读取呼叫转接请求信息中的请求终端的地址; 第一地址设置模块, 将请求终端的地址设置为转接终端地址。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的终端, 其特征在于, 转接地址标识为旁终 端标识时, 所述转接终端地址设置模块具体包括:
第二地址读取模块, 用于读取呼叫转接请求信息中的至少一个携带终 端地址;
第二地址设置模块, 将至少一个携带终端地址设置为转接终端地址。
12、 根据权利要求 9任意一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端进 一步包括:
授权信息判断模块, 用于目标地址正确时, 读取呼叫转接请求信息中 的授权信息, 判断授权信息是否正确, 如果是, 根据所述转接地址标识设 置转接终端地址;
转接响应信息设置模块, 用于当授权信息正确时, 设置呼叫转接成功 响应信息。
13、 一种实现呼叫转接取消的请求终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括: 取消信息设置模块, 用于恢复呼叫接入正常时, 设置呼叫转接取消信 息;
取消信息发送模块, 用于将呼叫转接取消信息发送到目标终端, 以便 目标终端读取呼叫转接取消信息中的转接取消标识, 判断转接取消标识是 否正确, 如果是, 读取呼叫转接取消信息中的目标终端的地址, 判断所述 目标终端的地址是否正确, 如果是, 读取呼叫转接取消信息中的取消地址 标识, 根据所述取消地址标识移除转接终端地址, 以及设置并发送呼叫转 接取消成功信息; 取消成功信息接收模块, 用于根据呼叫转接取消成功信息取消呼叫转 接。
14、 一种实现呼叫转接取消的目标终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括: 取消信息接收模块, 用于接收呼叫转接取消信息, 所述呼叫转接取消 信息为请求终端恢复呼叫接入正常时所设置并发送的;
转接取消标识判断模块, 用于判断转接取消标识是否正确, 如果是, 读取呼叫转接取消信息中的目标终端的地址;
地址判断模块, 用于判断所述目标终端的地址是否正确, 如果是, 读 取呼叫转接取消信息中的取消地址标识;
移除模块, 用于根据所述取消地址标识移除转接终端地址;
取消成功信息设置模块, 用于当所述目标终端地址正确时, 设置呼叫 转接取消成功信息;
取消成功信息发送模块, 用于将呼叫转接取消成功信息发送到请求终 端, 以便请求终端接收呼叫转接取消成功信息取消呼叫转接。
15、 一种实现呼叫转接的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 权利要求 7-8任意一项所述的请求终端和权利要求 9-12任意一项所述 的目标终端;
权利要求 13所述的请求终端和权利要求 14所述的目标终端。
