Gerätesockel für eine elektrische Steckdose
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gerätesockel für eine elektrische Steckdose nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 .
Elektrische Installationsgeräte nach Art einer Steckdose sind zum Anschließen elektrischer Verbraucher mittels entsprechender Stecker an das elektrische Versorgungsnetz vorgesehen und vorzugsweise ortsfest installiert. Derartige Steckdosen umfassen eine sichtbare Abdeckung und einen im montierten Zustand unsichtbaren Gerätesockel. Üblicherweise weisen die Steckdosen bzw. die Gerätesockel einen Steckplatz oder zwei Steckplätze für die Stecker auf und können in Kombination mit anderen elektrischen Installationsgeräten zu Mehrfachelementen zusammengestellt werden. Je nach Ausführung können die Gerätesockel entweder innerhalb oder hinter einer Montagefläche, in sogenannter Unterputzanordnung, o- der auf einer Montagefläche, in sogenannter Aufputzanordnung, montiert werden.
In zunehmendem Maße werden zusätzliche Funktionen in die Steckdosen integriert. Beispielsweise werden Spannungen und/oder Ströme erfasst, um Verbrauchsmessungen durchzuführen oder um bei überhöhten Werten die elektrische Verbindung zum Verbraucher unterbrechen zu können. Desweiteren werden beispielsweise drahtlose Ansteuerungen, optische und/oder akustische Anzeigen sowie Versorgungsstationen für Parallelsysteme realisiert.
Ein Aufrüsten einer installierten Steckdose mit einer zusätzlichen Funktion kann einerseits durch einen Austausch der Steckdose erfolgen oder andererseits durch einen Umbau und/oder durch eine Integration entsprechen-
der Funktionselemente in die bestehende Steckdose. Dabei werden entsprechende Module in den Gerätesockel eingesetzt, wobei eine elektrische Kontaktierung ohne Eingriff in eine im Gerätesockel angeordnete Leiterbahnstruktur an definierten Kontaktstellen erfolgt. Schaltungstechnisch wird die Aufrüstung oft durch eine parallele Anordnung zur Versorgungsspannung realisiert, beispielsweise durch einen einfachen Abgriff an den Anschlussklemmen.
Anwendungsfälle bei denen eine Funktionserweiterung schaltungstechnisch nur durch einen Eingriff in die bestehende Leiterbahnstruktur möglich ist, erfordern eine entsprechende Anpassung der Leiterbahnstruktur oder einen Austausch des Gerätesockels. Derartige Maßnahmen bedeuten einen erhöhten Montageaufwand und sind nicht besonders praktikabel.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht deshalb darin, die vorstehend genannten Nachteile zu beseitigen und einen Gerätesockel für eine elektrische Steckdose zu schaffen, der eine montagefreundliche Änderung und/oder Erweiterung von Funktionen ermöglicht.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch die im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
Die Erfindung gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1 weist den Vorteil auf, dass durch die Ausbildung einer kontaktgebenden Trennstelle in einer bestehenden Leiterbahn eines Gerätesockels eine einfache und montagefreundliche Möglichkeit geschaffen wird, um funktionale Varianten zu ermöglichen, die schaltungstechnische Veränderungen der bestehenden Leiterbahnstrukturen erfordern. Die Variabilität und die Einsatzmöglichkei-
ten von elektrischen Steckdosen bei gleichbleibender Grundkonfiguration werden deutlich erhöht.
Erfindungsgemäß umfasst die Trennstelle eine lösbare elektrische Verbindung, wobei Enden einer unterbrochenen Leiterbahn elektrisch leitend verbunden sind. Durch Unterbrechung der elektrischen Verbindung der Leiterbahnenden an dieser Trennstelle können geänderte Funktionen realisiert werden.
An der Trennstelle kann ein lösbares Element angeordnet sein, das die Enden der unterbrochenen Leiterbahn elektrisch verbindet. Als lösbares Element eignet sich vorzugsweise ein elektrisch leitendes Stanz-Biegeteil, eine sogenannte Brücke, die auf beiden Leiterbahnenden angeordnet ist und für einen elektrisch ungefährdeten Zugriff einen isolierten Griff aufweist. Für eine mechanisch als auch elektrisch sichere Verbindung zwischen dem lösbaren Element und den Leiterbahnenden eignen sich klemmende und/oder rastende Mechanismen.
Die Trennung der Leiterbahn kann durch vollständiges Entfernen des lösbaren Elementes aus dem Gerätesockel erfolgen. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann das lösbare Element nach der Unterbrechung der elektrischen Verbindung mit einem Ende der Leiterbahn weiterhin verbunden bleiben und innerhalb des Gerätesockels in eine Ruheposition positioniert werden. Beispielsweise durch Verschieben auf der Leiterbahn oder durch gelenkige Anordnung des lösbaren Elementes an der Leiterbahn.
In einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann die Trennstelle aneinanderliegende Leiterbahnenden umfassen, die durch Einschieben eines elektrisch isolierenden Elementes getrennt werden. In einer speziellen Ausführungsform umfasst ein solches Element zusätzlich Funktionselemente, so dass der Einschub des Elementes zuerst das isolierende Auftrennen der Leiter-
bahnenden bewirken kann, während nachfolgend über die integrierten Funktionselemente eine erneute, indirekte Verbindung der Leiterbahnenden erfolgt.
Vorteilhafterweise ist das Trennen der Leiterbahn reversibel, sodass im Bedarfsfall die ursprüngliche Position der Leiterbahnenden sowie die ursprüngliche Funktion wieder erlangt werden kann. Vorzugsweise ist innerhalb der Steckdose eine Parkposition für das Element ausgebildet, in der das Element je nach Ausführung entweder vor oder nach der Verwendung platziert werden kann.
Die Erfindung ermöglicht eine montagefreundliche Separierung und/oder Änderung von Funktionen sowie eine Erweiterung mit zusätzlichen Funktionen. An der Trennstelle kann eine bestehende Funktion einer Steckdose durch Trennung der Leiterbahn ausgeschlossen werden. Durch die Trennung der bestehenden Leiterbahn können getrennte Schaltkreise geschaffen werden, die gesondert nutzbar sind. Desweiteren können an oder zwischen Leiterbahnenden an der Trennstelle Module zur Realisierung weiterer Funktionen angeordnet werden.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführung kann an der Trennstelle ein Messmodul zwischengeschaltet werden, mit dem beispielsweise eine Verbrauchsmessung erfolgen kann. Desweiteren kann bei einer bestehenden Leiterbahnstruktur mit mehreren Anschlussklemmen eine Anschlussklemme als autarker Verdrahtungspunkt separiert werden. Dies ist sowohl bei Einfach- als auch bei Doppelsteckdosen möglich. Bei Doppelsteckdosen wird eine schaltungstechnische Separierung von Stromkreisen ermöglicht, sodass beispielsweise in eine schaltbare Steckdose und in eine direkt netzseitig versorgte Steckdose getrennt werden kann.
Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus nachfolgender Beschreibung eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispieles anhand der Zeichnungen.

Der Aufbau des erfindungsgemäßen Gerätesockels für eine elektrische 20 Steckdose wird anhand der Figuren näher beschrieben.
In Figur 1 ist eine elektrische Steckdose 1 gezeigt, die zwei Steckplätze 2 und 3 zum Anschließen nicht dargestellter elektrischer Verbraucher mittels Stecker an das elektrische Versorgungsnetz aufweist. Die elektrische
25 Steckdose 1 umfasst eine sichtbare Abdeckung 4 und einen im montierten Zustand unsichtbaren Gerätesockel 5, der in den Figur 2 und 3 näher dargestellt ist. Der Gerätesockel 5 ist entsprechend den zwei Steckplätzen 2 und 3 ausgestattet und an einem Tragrahmen 6 befestigt, der an einer Montagefläche, in sogenannter Unterputzanordnung, montiert werden
30 kann.
Der Gerätesockel 5 besteht aus einem vorzugsweise mehrteiligen Kunststoffkörper 7 und weist frontseitig zugängliche Kontaktelemente 8-10 für die Steckkontakte der Stecker der elektrischen Verbraucher und rückseitig zugängliche Anschlussklemmen 1 1 -13 für die Adern des gebäudeseitigen Leitungsnetzes auf. Die Kontaktelemente 8-10 sind vorzugsweise buch- senförmig ausgebildet, während die Anschlussklemmen 1 1 -13 entweder als Schraubklemmen oder als schraubenlose Klemmen ausgebildet sind. Innerhalb des Gerätesockels 5 ist eine mehrteilige Leiterbahnstruktur 14 angeordnet, die aus verschiedenen Leiterbahnen 15-17 besteht und die die Anschlussklemmen 1 1 -13 und die Kontaktelemente 8-10 elektrisch miteinander verbindet. Die Leiterbahnen 15-17 bestehen aus elektrisch leitendem Material und sind als Stanz-Biegeteil ausgebildet. Die Kontaktelemente 8-10 und die Anschlussklemmen 1 1 -13 derselben Leitungsphase sowie des Erdungspotentials sind jeweils über eine separate Leiterbahn 15-17 elektrisch miteinander verbunden. Insoweit handelt es sich um eine herkömmliche elektrische Steckdose 1 mit zwei parallel geschalteten Steckdosen.
Es wird angestrebt, außer der vorgenannten Versorgungsfunktion mit ein und derselben Steckdose 1 auch weitere Funktionen einrichten zu können. Hierzu ist eine Trennstelle 18 innerhalb der Leiterbahnstruktur 14 des Gerätesockels 5 ausgebildet, die zum elektrischen Trennen mindestens einer Leiterbahn vorgesehen ist. Die Trennstelle 18 umfasst eine lösbare elektrische Verbindung, wobei Enden 19 und 20 einer unterbrochenen Leiterbahn 15 elektrisch leitend verbunden sind. Durch Unterbrechung der elektrischen Verbindung der Leiterbahnenden 19 und 20 an dieser Trennstelle 18 können geänderte Funktionen realisiert werden.
Dabei wird ein von außen zugängliches lösbares Element 21 benutzt, das an der Trennstelle 18 die Enden 19 und 20 der unterbrochenen Leiterbahn 15 elektrisch verbindet. Als lösbares Element 21 eignet sich ein elektrisch
leitendes Stanz-Biegeteil, eine sogenannte Brücke, die auf den beiden Leiterbahnenden 19 und 20 angeordnet ist. Das lösbare Element 21 ist mit Klemmbereichen 22 und 23 ausgebildet, die eine mechanisch als auch elektrisch sichere Verbindung zwischen dem lösbaren Element 21 und den Leiterbahnenden 19 und 20 gewährleistet. Für einen elektrisch ungefährdeten Zugriff weist das lösbare Element einen isolierten Griff (24) auf (Figur 3).
Die Trennung der Leiterbahn 15 erfolgt durch vollständiges Entfernen des lösbaren Elementes 21 von der Trennstelle 18. Das Trennen der Leiterbahn 15 ist reversibel, sodass im Bedarfsfall die ursprüngliche Position der Leiterbahnenden 19 und 20 sowie die ursprüngliche Funktion wieder erlangt werden kann. Vorzugsweise ist innerhalb der Steckdose 1 eine Parkposition (nicht dargestellt) für das Element 21 ausgebildet.
Gemäß Figur 5a verbindet das lösbare Element 21 die Leiterbahnenden 19 und 20, während in der Position nach Figur 5b die Verbindung an den Leiterbahnenden 19 und 20 der Leiterbahn 15 unterbrochen ist. In der Position gemäß Figur 5b kann die getrennte Leiterbahn 15 durch ein nicht dargestelltes Modul verbunden werden, so dass beispielsweise eine Verbrauchsmessung eines angeschlossenen Verbrauchers erfolgen kann.
In dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 6a und 6b ist eine schaltungstechnische Separierung von Stromkreisen bzw. Steckplätzen dargestellt, sodass durch Lösen des Elementes 21 an der Trennstelle 18 beispielsweise in eine schaltbare Steckdose und in eine direkt netzseitig versorgte Steckdose getrennt werden kann.
In dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 7a und 7b ist eine schaltungstechnische Separierung eines autarken Anschlusspunktes dargestellt, sodass bei einer bestehenden Leiterbahnstruktur 14 mit mehreren Anschluss-
klemmen 1 1 -13 durch Lösen des Elementes 21 an der Trennstelle 18 beispielsweise eine Anschlussklemme 1 1 ' als autarker Verdrahtungspunkt separiert werden kann.
In weiteren Ausführungsformen kann das lösbare Element 21 nach der Unterbrechung der elektrischen Verbindung zumindest mit einem Ende 19 der Leiterbahn 15 weiterhin verbunden bleiben und innerhalb des Gerätesockels 5 in eine Ruheposition positioniert werden. Beispielsweise durch Verschieben auf der Leiterbahn 15 (Figuren 8a und 8b) oder durch gelenkige Anordnung (Figuren 9a und 9b) des lösbares Elementes 21 auf der Leiterbahn 15.
Die vorstehende Beschreibung des Ausführungsbeispieles dient nur zu illustrativen Zwecken und nicht zum Zwecke der Beschränkung der Erfindung. Im Rahmen der Erfindung sind verschiedene Änderungen und Modifikationen möglich, ohne den Umfang der Erfindung sowie ihrer Äquivalente zu verlassen.

Claims
1 . Gerätesockel für eine elektrische Steckdose, wobei der Gerätesockel (5) Anschlussklemmen (1 1 -13) und Kontaktelemente (8-10) 5 umfasst, die durch Leiterbahnen (15-17) elektrisch miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Leiterbahn (15) eine Trennstelle (18) aufweist, an der Leiterbahnenden (19, 20) lösbar und elektrisch leitend verbunden sind. i o 2. 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Trennstelle (18) ein Element (21 ) lösbar angeordnet ist, das die Leiterbahnenden (19, 20) elektrisch leitend miteinander verbindet.

1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Trennstelle (18) ein Element (21 ) isolierend zwischen die Leiterbahnenden (19, 20) schiebbar ist.
20 4. Gerätesockel für eine elektrische Steckdose nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (21 ) reversibel an der Trennstelle (18) anordenbar ist.
5. Gerätesockel für eine elektrische Steckdose nach einem der vor- 25 hergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (21 ) einseitig an einem Leiterbahnende (19) verbleibend lösbar an der Trennstelle (18) angeordnet ist.
Gerätesockel für eine elektrische Steckdose nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (21 ) in einer Parkposition in der Steckdose (1 ) anordenbar ist.
Gerätesockel für eine elektrische Steckdose nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (21 ) ein Stanz-Biegeteil ist.
Gerätesockel für eine elektrische Steckdose nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (21 ) klemmend und/oder rastend auf den Leiterbahnenden (19, 20) anordenbar ist.
Gerätesockel für eine elektrische Steckdose nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (21 ) einen isolierten Griff (24) aufweist.
Gerätesockel für eine elektrische Steckdose nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Trennstelle (18) zwischen den Leiterbahnenden (19, 20) ein Modul anordenbar ist.
Gerätesockel für eine elektrische Steckdose nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Trennstelle (18) eine Separierung von Anschlussklemmen (1 1 - 13) und/oder Steckplätzen (2, 3) erfolgt.
Gerätesockel für eine elektrische Steckdose nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gerätesockel (5) mindestens zwei Steckplätze (2, 3) aufweist.
Gerätesockel für eine elektrische Steckdose nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Gerätesockel (5) eine Abdeckung (4) und/oder ein Tragrahmen (6) befestigbar ist.
