Abstract

Bei einem Leuchtmodul (1) mit einem plattenförmigen, aktiven Element (20), welches insbesondere durch eine OLED oder QLED gebildet ist, sowie einem plattenförmigen, lichtdurchlässigen Trägerelement (10) mit einer Oberfläche, auf der das aktive Element (20) angeordnet ist, wobei das Trägerelement (10) einen, mit Bezug auf das aktive Element (20) überstehenden Randbereich aufweist, ist ein optisches Element (60) auf einer dem aktiven Element (20) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Trägerelements (10) angeordnet und dazu ausgebildet, eine Lichtabstrahlfläche (50) des Leuchtmoduls (1) zu bilden, welche gegenüber der Fläche des aktiven Elements (20) erweitert ist.
