Description

一种液晶电视以及相应的搬运装置
本申请要求于 2012 年 12 月 19 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201210554001.1、 发明名称为 "一种液晶电视以及相应的搬运装置" 的中国 专利申请的优先权, 上述专利的全部内容通过 I用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及液晶电视及搬运装置,特别是涉及大尺寸液晶电视以及搬运 装置。
背景技术
在液晶显示器的制造过程中, 大尺寸 (如 60寸以上) 的液晶显示器的 搬运是一个难点所在, 这样的大尺寸的液晶显示器, 其在重量以及尺寸上均 已超过人体工学舒适值, 一般需要多人配合小型活动台车(或活动脚座)来 完成物流周转及组装作业。
在现有的这种搬运方式中, 活动台车只可以平躺放置液晶模组, 这样会 占用较大的面积, 在一些狭窄的区域中周转起来比较费力; 而且, 液晶模组 一般需要通过其背板的壁挂孔锁附到活动台车的立柱上以进行固定, 由于平 躺放置液晶模组时, 其背板朝下, 由于超大模组其重量较大, 若通过人工进 行壁挂孔锁附的过程, 搬运者需一直抬着待锁附的液晶模组, 操作起来非常 不便, 且容易出现由于操作者过度疲劳而导致液晶模组掉落的情形; 如果通 过吊装设备来完成该锁附工作, 先用吊装设备吊起液晶模组, 再通过人式将 其锁附固定到脚座立柱上, 此种方法需要较大的操作空间, 且吊装设备不易 移动, 故应用场合会受到限制, 且会增加设备成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种液晶电视以及相应的搬运装 置, 用于搬运大尺寸的液晶电视, 易于操作, 设备费用低。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例的一方面提供一种液晶电视的 搬运装置, 包括: 底座, 其下面设有多个活动轮;
两个支撑架, 设置于所述底座上;
所述每一支撑架上均设置有一个支撑座, 所述支撑座至少部份可伸入待 搬运的液晶电视的背板加强梁中;
所述支撑座包括:
支撑座本体, 大致为柱状;
设置于所述支撑座本体两侧的支撑块, 所述支撑块顶部上具有支撑面, 用以搁置所述液晶电视背板加强梁的底端。
其中, 所述支撑座进一步包括:
长条形支撑件, 其至少部份伸出于所述支撑座本体的上表面, 用于伸入 所述液晶电视的背板加强梁中以防止所述液晶电视倾倒。
其中, 所述支撑块的支撑面低于所述支撑座本体的上表面。
其中, 在所述每一支撑架上靠近所述支撑座的位置设置有搁置板, 用于 搁置所述液晶电视的底部。

如图 5至图 7所示, 示出了本发明图 1至图 3示出的才般运装置与所述液 晶电视配合的示意图; 从中可以看出, 需要对液晶电视搬运时, 将液晶电视 竖向放置到搬运装置上, 此时, 所述液晶电视背板 50上竖向设置有两条长 条形背板加强梁 51的容纳空间 52, 分别至少容纳搬运装置的每一支撑座本 体 30的一部份以及位于所述支撑座 6上的长条形支撑件 32, 且此时, 液晶 电视的底部正好搁置在搬运装置的搁置板 34上, 而背板加强梁 51的底部搁 置在支撑座本体 30两侧的支撑块 31顶部的支撑面 310上。从而将液晶电视 套设固定于所述搬运装置上。
为加强搬运过程中的稳定程度,可以进一步通过螺栓穿设所述背板加强 梁 51上的螺孔 53以及支撑座上相应位置的螺孔 33 , 可将所述背板加强梁 51和所述支撑座 3相固定。
进一步在,在液晶电视与搬运机构的接触的地方可以进一步设置有緩沖 材料, 例如, 在液晶电视的底部与搬运装置的搁置板 34的之间、 背板加强 梁 51的底部与支撑块 31顶部的支撑面 310之间, 可减少搬运过程中对液晶 电视的磨损。
图 7是图 5中的另一视角的示意图, 从中可以看到液晶电视的另一面, 即液晶面板 54所在的一面。
如图 8所示, 示出了本发明的液晶电视的搬运装置的第二实施例; 其与 图 1至图 3示出的搬运装置的区别在于, 在本实施例中, 在所述每一支撑架 3上邻近所述搁置板 34处, 进一步设置有 L型固定件 35 , 所述固定件 35— 部份与所述支撑架 3固定, 另一部份向上延伸, 与所述长条形支撑件 32大 致平行(平行或稍微倾斜), 所述搬运装置上的其他部件与前述图 1 中的对 应的部件结构及原理相同, 在此不进行详述。
如图 9所示, 本发明图 8所示的搬运装置与液晶电视相配合的示意图, 图 9示出的是液晶电视的液晶面板 54侧的视图; 从中可以看出, 在液晶电 视放置于图 8的搬运装置上后, 所述搬运装置的 L形固定件 35的向上延伸 的部分刚好可以抵靠在液晶电视的液晶面板 54侧的边框上, 进一步防止搬 运过程中的倾斜或晃动。其另一侧的视图可参见图 5所示,在此不进行详述。
同样地,可以在固定件 35与液晶面板 54相接触的地方设置有緩沖材料, 可减少搬运过程中对液晶电视的磨损。
实施本发明实施例, 具有如下有益效果:
根据本发明的实施例, 由于在液晶电视的背板上设置有背板加强梁, 该 背板加强梁具有容纳空间,将搬运装置本体以及长条形支撑件插入所述背板 加强梁的容纳空间中, 可以将所述液晶电视直立地固定在搬运装置上, 方便 组装作业以及物流运输, 操作非常方便, 不受操作区域的限制, 且设备费用 低;
以及通过设置于搬运装置上的 L型固定件,可以进一步地防止液晶电视 机在搬运过程中产生倾斜; 进一步的, 可以将液晶电视通过螺栓锁附在所述般运装置上, 使般运过 程更加稳定。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围, 因此等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 包括:
底座, 其下面设有多个活动轮;
两个支撑架, 设置于所述底座上;
所述每一支撑架上均设置有一个支撑座, 所述支撑座至少部份可伸入待 搬运的液晶电视的背板加强梁中;
所述支撑座包括:
支撑座本体, 大致为柱状;
设置于所述支撑座本体两侧的支撑块, 所述支撑块顶部上具有支撑面, 用以搁置所述液晶电视背板加强梁的底端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 所述支撑座进一 步包括:
长条形支撑件, 其至少部份伸出于所述支撑座本体的上表面, 用于伸入 所述液晶电视的背板加强梁中以防止所述液晶电视倾倒。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 所述支撑块的支 撑面低于所述支撑座本体的上表面。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 在所述每一支撑 架上靠近所述支撑座的位置设置有搁置板, 用于搁置所述液晶电视的底部。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 在所述每一支撑 架上邻近所述搁置板处, 进一步设置有 L型固定件, 所述固定件一部份与所 述支撑架固定, 另一部份向上延伸, 与所述长条形支撑件大致平行。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 所述供搬运的液 晶电视背板上竖向设置有两条长条形背板加强梁,所述背板加强梁为片材弯 折而成, 其截面大致为 "~TL "形, 其与所述液晶电视背板之间形成有容纳空 间,每一背板加强梁上的所述容纳空间分别用于至少容纳每一支撑座本体的 部份以及所述支撑座上的长条形支撑件。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 所述背板加强梁 上设置有螺孔, 所述支撑座本体的相应位置也设置有螺孔, 通过螺栓穿设所 述背板加强梁以及支撑座上相应位置的螺孔, 可将所述背板加强梁和所述支 撑座相固定。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 所述供搬运的液 晶电视背板上竖向设置有两条长条形背板加强梁,所述背板加强梁为片材弯 折而成, 其截面大致为 "~TL "形, 其与所述液晶电视背板之间形成有容纳空 间,每一背板加强梁上的所述容纳空间分别用于至少容纳每一支撑座本体的 部份以及所述支撑座上的长条形支撑件。
9、 一种液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 包括:
底座, 其下面设有多个活动轮;
两个支撑架, 设置于所述底座上;
所述每一支撑架上均设置有一个支撑座, 所述支撑座进一步包括: 长条形支撑件, 其至少部份伸出于所述支撑座本体的上表面, 用于伸入 所述液晶电视的背板加强梁中以防止所述液晶电视倾倒;
所述支撑座包括:
支撑座本体, 大致为柱状;
设置于所述支撑座本体两侧的支撑块, 所述支撑块顶部上具有支撑面, 用以搁置所述液晶电视背板加强梁的底端。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 所述支撑块的支 撑面低于所述支撑座本体的上表面。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 在所述每一支 撑架上靠近所述支撑座的位置设置有搁置板, 用于搁置所述液晶电视的底 部。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 在所述每一支 撑架上邻近所述搁置板处, 进一步设置有 L型固定件, 所述固定件一部份与 所述支撑架固定, 另一部份向上延伸, 与所述长条形支撑件大致平行。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 所述供搬运的 液晶电视背板上竖向设置有两条长条形背板加强梁, 所述背板加强梁为片材 弯折而成, 其截面大致为 "_TL "形, 其与所述液晶电视背板之间形成有容纳 空间,每一背板加强梁上的所述容纳空间分别用于至少容纳每一支撑座本体 的部份以及所述支撑座上的长条形支撑件。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 所述背板加强 梁上设置有螺孔, 所述支撑座本体的相应位置也设置有螺孔, 通过螺栓穿设 所述背板加强梁以及支撑座上相应位置的螺孔, 可将所述背板加强梁和所述 支撑座相固定。
15、 如权利要求 11所述的液晶电视的搬运装置, 其中, 所述供搬运的 液晶电视背板上竖向设置有两条长条形背板加强梁, 所述背板加强梁为片材 弯折而成, 其截面大致为 "_TL "形, 其与所述液晶电视背板之间形成有容纳 空间,每一背板加强梁上的所述容纳空间分别用于至少容纳每一支撑座本体 的部份以及所述支撑座上的长条形支撑件。
16、 一种液晶电视, 其中, 包括:
电视机本体, 至少包括有背板;
两条长条形背板加强梁, 竖向设置于所述背板上, 其由片材弯折而成, 其截面大致为 "~TL "形, 其与所述液晶电视背板之间形成有容纳空间, 所述 容纳空间, 供一搬运装置的部件插入以稳定支撑在所述搬运装置上。 Π、 如权利要求 16所述的液晶电视, 其中, 所述背板加强梁上进一步 设置有螺孔, 用于通过螺栓与所述搬运装置相固定。
