背景技术
由复数个杆件构成帐篷架支撑篷布而构成的帐篷,为提高帐篷展开的便利性,出现了自动展开的帐篷架,其主要是通过帐篷顶部的枢接座与帐篷各支撑杆之间设置弹性件,令帐篷各支撑杆具有一向上复位的弹力而实现将帐篷支架自动展开的功能。但是,在各支撑杆展开后,如若对各支撑杆没有设置防止回收的限位结构,仅依靠弹性件自体的回复力实现对支撑杆的牵引却无法满足对帐篷布的支撑力,即帐篷架的支撑不牢靠。
因此便出现了公告号为CN101999023A,名称为'帐篷架顶部支撑结构' 的中国发明专利申请,其公开了一种可以实现帐篷自动展开的帐篷架顶部支撑结构,是由一顶部枢接座枢接各支撑杆,而各支撑杆与枢接座之间设有弹性体,在该枢接座的下部轴向枢接一控制座,该控制座设有能靠顶各支撑杆以限制其转动的锁接片以及位于相邻两锁接片之间并能松释该限制的松释槽。但此该结构却存在如下缺点:
1 、由于此控制座是设置在枢接座的下方,因此在展开帐篷后进行限位时,操作不便,尤其是帐篷支架是架于篷布外侧的帐篷,更显其操作的不便性。
2 、此支撑结构在收合帐篷架后,必须持久对各支撑杆施以集中的收合力,否则帐篷支架会自行弹开产生安全隐患,令帐篷的收合具有不便的问题存在。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种帐篷架快速展开的顶部支撑结构,其不仅便于帐篷的快速展开,而且令收合到位后的帐篷支架具有一定位功能,令帐篷的展收操作都更加方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种帐篷架快速展开的顶部支撑结构,其包括一枢接帐篷支杆的枢接座、一与枢接座配合的枢接座上盖,帐篷支杆通过弹性件与枢接座枢接在一起;其中:还包括一在枢接座中可以转动的锁芯,锁芯的上端穿出枢接座上盖,位于枢接座中的锁芯对应各帐篷支杆形成帐篷支杆转动的让位槽,相邻让位槽之间形成防止各帐篷支杆转动的锁块。

配合图4所示,当需要展开帐篷时,扳动锁钮4相对枢接座1转动,与此同时带动锁芯3转动,待锁钮 4转至弧形限位槽24的另一端时,此时的锁钮复位弹簧5处于蓄能状态,而锁芯3的锁块32恰与枢接座1的枢接槽12错开,同时锁芯3 的让位槽31恰对准枢接槽12的位置,则枢接杆8的前端便具有了转动的空间,在各弹性件6复位力作用下带动各帐篷支杆A 向上转动实现帐篷支架的自动展开;在枢接杆8转动的同时,其前端是伸置于让位槽31中对锁块32具有一阻挡作用,即便锁钮复位弹簧5会对锁钮4 具有一回复力的作用亦无法带动锁芯3转动,省去了持续对锁钮4的施力,待帐篷支杆A完全展开后,枢接杆8前端的直切面81便会退出让位槽31 ,则锁芯3在锁钮复位弹簧5的回复力作用下转动至初始状态,即锁块32封扣枢接槽12的位置,此时对帐篷支杆8 向下施力亦无法收合,实现锁扣定位帐篷展开的状态,如图5所示。
当然,此锁钮复位弹簧5亦无需设置,直接利用手动扳动锁钮4同样可以实现解锁令帐篷支杆A 自动展开的功能,待帐篷完全展开后,再将锁钮4转至锁扣状态便锁定了帐篷的展开状态。
而帐篷收合时,再扳动锁钮4相对枢接座1转动,带动锁芯3锁块32与枢接座1的枢接槽12 错开,锁芯3的让位槽31对准枢接槽12的位置,则枢接杆8的前端便具有了转动的空间,此时各下施力各帐篷支杆A,即可收合帐篷支架;同样在枢接杆 8转动的同时,其前端是伸置于让位槽31中对锁块32具有一阻挡作用,即便锁钮复位弹簧5会对锁钮4具有一回复力的作用亦无法带动锁芯3 转动,省去了持续对锁钮4的施力,待帐篷支杆A完全收合后,枢接杆8前端便会退出让位槽31,则锁芯3在锁钮复位弹簧5 回复力作用下转动至初始状态,即锁块32封扣枢接槽12的位置,此时对帐篷支杆A实现封扣作用而无法转动,实现帐篷收合防止弹开的限位功能。
综上所述,本发明通过在枢接座1中设置可以转动的锁芯3,而锁芯3上设置让位槽31与锁块32 ,在锁钮4的转动操作下,令锁芯3的锁块32错开枢接槽12或封扣枢接槽12而实现帐篷支杆A的转动与否,配合帐篷支杆A枢接处弹性件6 的弹性能作用下带动帐篷架的自动展开,而锁块32 同时对帐篷展开与收合的两种状态又具有一锁定的功能。如此不仅令帐篷架的展开与收合更加方便,而且令帐篷收合后亦具有一限位作用,防止帐篷架自行弹开而造成的安全隐患。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (10)

1 、一种帐篷架快速展开的顶部支撑结构,其包括一枢接帐篷支杆的枢接座、一与枢接座配合的枢接座上盖,帐篷支杆通过弹性件与枢接座枢接在一起;其特征在于:还包括一在枢接座中可以转动的锁芯,锁芯的上端穿出枢接座上盖,位于枢接座中的锁芯对应各帐篷支杆形成帐篷支杆转动的让位槽,相邻让位槽之间形成防止各帐篷支杆转动的锁块。
2、如权利要求1 所述的帐篷架快速展开的顶部支撑结构,其特征在于:所述的枢接座上盖上方还配合有锁钮,此锁钮与锁芯固定在一起。
3、如权利要求2 所述的帐篷架快速展开的顶部支撑结构,其特征在于:所述锁钮与枢接座上盖之间还设有一锁钮复位弹簧。
4、如权利要求1 所述的帐篷架快速展开的顶部支撑结构,其特征在于:所述枢接座的中心形成容置锁芯的锁座,枢接座的各枢接槽与锁座贯通。
5、如权利要求4 所述的帐篷架快速展开的顶部支撑结构,其特征在于:所述枢接座的各枢接槽两侧形成凸墙,相邻枢接槽的凸墙之间便形成容置弹性件的空间,在凸墙上开设有供枢轴配合的枢孔。
6、如权利要求2或3 所述的帐篷架快速展开的顶部支撑结构,其特征在于:所述枢接座上盖是对应枢接座的盖体,其中心形成一供锁芯上端穿过的通孔,在枢接座上盖的上表面形成一弧形限位槽,而锁钮下表面上设有配合于弧形限位槽中的凸销。
7、如权利要求2或3 所述的帐篷架快速展开的顶部支撑结构,其特征在于:所述锁芯为一圆柱体,其中部形成外径与锁座内径相适配的锁杆,锁杆对应各帐篷支杆形成让位槽,相邻让位槽之间便形成各帐篷支杆的锁块,锁杆的上端形成异形缩颈而穿过枢接座上盖后与锁钮连接在一起。
8、如权利要求2或3 所述的帐篷架快速展开的顶部支撑结构,其特征在于:所述锁钮的下部形成一端盖,端盖的上部形成扳柄。
9、如权利要求8 所述的帐篷架快速展开的顶部支撑结构,其特征在于:所述扳柄的顶端或侧面设有供锁接件穿过与锁芯锁接的锁孔。
10、如权利要求1 所述的帐篷架快速展开的顶部支撑结构,其特征在于:所述各帐篷支杆通过枢接杆与枢接座枢接在一起,此枢接杆的前端形成直切面,枢接杆的后端形成帐篷支杆配合的嵌孔。
