技术领域
本发明涉及一种冲泡物包覆结构, 且特别是涉及一种能通过绳体拉动而适于 被压迫成收缩状的冲泡物包覆结构。 背景技术
按, 冲泡茶包具有定量茶叶、 无茶渣、 易于清洁等优点, 使其被广泛使用在 各种办公或待客的场所。一般传统的包覆件结构将茶叶置入小型包装袋内部,并于 袋体上缘及另一可放于杯外的纸片之间设有一适当长度引线。上述小型包装袋通常 设为扁平状或三角体, 方便将多个茶袋作较小体积的整体包装。
然而, 已知茶包于使用过程中, 都只能维持原有的形状, 而无法通过引线调 整茶包的形状。因此, 以往设计者也受到已知茶包的形状为固定且无法调整的既定 概念的影响, 使茶包的创新受到阻碍, 进而使茶包的应用受到局限而停滞不前。
于是, 本发明人有感上述缺陷的可改善, 乃特潜心研究并配合学理的运用, 终于提出一种设计合理且有效改善上述缺陷的本发明。 发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种冲泡物包覆结构, 其能通过绳体拉动而被 压迫成收缩状。
本发明实施例提供一种冲泡物包覆结构, 该冲泡物包覆结构用以容置一冲泡 物以进行冲泡,并且适于吊挂于形成有一穿孔的一板体上,该冲泡物包覆结构包括: 一适于水流动穿透的包覆件, 该包覆件的内部容置有该冲泡物; 一定位体, 该定位 体为能在一穿越状态与一挡止状态之间变换的构造, 当该定位体处于该穿越状态 时,该定位体在该板体的一侧经由穿过该穿孔而位于该板体的另一侧, 当该定位体 处于该挡止状态时, 该定位体不适于穿过该板体的穿孔; 以及一绳体, 该绳体的一 端穿透该包覆件的一侧并固定于该包覆件的另一侧,该绳体的另一端固定于该定位 体, 且该定位体用以穿过该板体的穿孔而能于一第一位置与一第二位置之间被调 整, 以使该绳体可移动地穿过该板体的穿孔中; 其中, 当该定位体位于该第一位置 时,该定位体受到该包覆件的重力的牵引,使该板体上形成有该穿孔的部位与该定 位体相顶抵; 当该定位体位于该第二位置时,该定位体被调整至离该穿孔一特定距 离的位置, 且该包覆件受该绳体的拉动而压迫于该板体以形成收缩状。
优选地, 该绳体固定于该包覆件的底部, 当该定位体位于该第二位置时, 该 包覆件受到该绳体的拉动而压迫于板体,以使该包覆件的容积小于该定位体位于该 第一位置时的该包覆件的容积,或者,该包覆件能受该绳体的拉动而压迫于该板体, 以使对应于该绳体的该包覆件的相对两侧部位的距离在该定位体位于该第二位置 时小于在定位体位于该第一位置时。
进一步地, 包覆件具有一折叠体, 折叠体呈中空状且能沿一伸缩方向进行伸 缩, 折叠体垂直于伸缩方向的截面呈环状, 且折叠体上形成有一折线单元; 及一上 盖体与一下盖体, 设置于折叠体的顶部与底部, 且上盖体上形成有一第一定位孔, 绳体穿过上盖体的第一定位孔而固定于包覆件的底部;其中, 当定位体在第一位置 与第二位置之间被调整时,上盖体与下盖体的相对位置能通过绳体的移动而同步被 调整, 且折叠体能通过折线单元而沿伸缩方向伸展或折叠。
进一步地, 包覆件进一步具有一限位体, 下盖体上形成有一第二定位孔, 限 位体不适于穿过下盖体的第二定位孔,绳体穿出下盖体的第二定位孔而固定于所限 位体。
进一步地, 上盖体的第一定位孔位于上盖体的几何中心, 而下盖体的第二定 位孔位于下盖体的几何中心。
进一步地, 折叠体的顶部与底部上分别形成有一开口, 上盖体与下盖体分别 接合于折叠体的顶部与底部以遮盖相应的开口。
进一步地, 定位体呈长形且定位体的长度大于穿孔的内径, 定位体垂直于定 位体的长轴方向的截面适于穿过穿孔,当定位体的长轴方向通过穿孔时被定义为穿 越状态,且当定位体的长轴方向未通过穿孔时被定义为挡止状态, 定位体能以穿越 状态自板体的一侧穿出穿孔而以挡止状态吊挂于板体的另一侧。
进一步地, 定位体进一步限定为一弹性体, 当弹性体被压缩成能穿过穿孔的 构造时被定义为穿越状态;弹性体经压缩后而回复成无法穿过穿孔的构造时被定义 为挡止状态;定位体能以穿越状态自板体的一侧穿出穿孔而以挡止状态吊挂于板体 的另一侧。
进一步地, 当定位体在第一位置与第二位置之间被调整时, 包覆件的移动方 向与收缩方向平行于一铅锤线。
进一步地, 定位体自第一位置调整至第二位置后, 包覆件的顶部的移动距离 及包覆件的底部与包覆件的顶部的相对移动距离的总和等同于穿孔与位于特定距 离处的定位体之间的绳体部位的长度。
本发明实施例还提供了一种所述冲泡物包覆结构的操作方法, 所述方法包括 步骤:
使所述定位体处于第一位置;
实施所述冲泡, 使所述包覆件与水面接触;
冲泡完成后, 调节所述定位体使其处于第二位置。
综上所述, 本发明实施例所提供的冲泡物包覆结构, 其具有控制包覆件升降 且调整其外型的构造, 藉以使冲泡物包覆结构的应用更符合使用者需求。 附图说明 图 1为本发明的立体示意图。

请参阅图 1至图 3所示,本发明旨在提供一种冲泡物包覆结构 3, 其用以容置 一冲泡物以进行冲泡, 并适于吊挂于形成有一穿孔 211的一板体 21上。
为便于说明, 本发明是以一个实际运用的实施例进行冲泡物包覆结构 3 的说 明, 其中, 上述板体 21则相当于以下所提及的杯盖 2的顶壁 21, 但板体 21的适 用范围并不局限于杯盖 2。
本实施例提供一种冲泡用杯具组合 100, 包括一杯体 1、 一杯盖 2、 及一冲泡 物包覆结构 3。其中,上述杯体 1内缘包围界定有一能用以盛装热水的杯体空间 11, 且杯体 1与杯盖 2可相互扣合, 而上述冲泡物包覆结构 3悬吊于所述杯盖 2。
须先说明的是, 由于所述冲泡用杯具组合 100具有众多实施态样, 本实施例 仅以部分实施态样作一举例说明, 但不局限于此。
下述将主要以冲泡用杯具组合 100 的优选实施态样作一介绍。 而于介绍的过 程中, 将适时的补充说明其他可能的变化实施态样; 或者, 在介绍完冲泡用杯具组 合 100的优选实施态样后, 再列举其他冲泡用杯具组合 100的相关实施态样。
所述杯盖 2形成有一板体 21 (为便于说明, 下述板体 21以顶壁 21替代)及自 顶壁 21周缘朝同侧延伸的一环侧壁 22,以使杯盖 2内缘包围界定出一杯盖空间 23。
其中, 上述杯盖 2于其顶壁 21的大致中央部位开设有一穿孔 211, 而所述杯 盖 2位于穿孔 211—侧 (如图 2中的左侧)的部位则形成有一出水口 212, 并于杯盖 2位于穿孔 211另一侧(如图 2中的右侧)的部位外缘形成有一定位部 24。
然而, 所述穿孔 211位置也可依设计需求而加以调整, 并不局限于顶壁 21的 大致中央部位。 举例来说, 穿孔 211也有可能形成于环侧壁 22。
更详细地说, 上述定位部 24为自顶壁 21朝远离穿孔 211方向突出延伸形成 的一凸块 241, 且凸块 241端缘沿着朝向穿孔 211的方向凹陷形成有一凹口 243。
再者, 所述杯盖 2的环侧壁 22底部之内缘可分离地扣合于杯体 1上, 以使杯 盖空间 23与杯体空间 11相连通并能经由穿孔 211及出水口 212而连通于外。 此外, 所述定位部 24除上述实施态样外, 也能有其他变化态样。 举例来说, 如图 4所示,上述定位部 24为自环侧壁 22朝远离穿孔 211方向突出延伸形成的凸 块 241, 且凸块 241也凹陷形成有凹口 243。
或者, 如图 5所示, 上述定位部 24为自环侧壁 22凹设形成的凹槽 242, 且凹 槽 242邻近穿孔 211的部位凹陷形成有凹口 243。
复参照图 1至图 3, 所述冲泡物包覆结构 3具有一绳体 31、 一定位体 32、 及 一包覆件 33 (如: 茶包)。上述绳体 31可以是棉绳、塑料拉绳、或其他材质的绳体。
其中, 所述绳体 31可移动地穿设于杯盖 2的穿孔 211, 且绳体 31两端分别固 定于上述定位体 32及包覆件 33。 藉此, 使定位体 32位于杯盖 2外缘上并能选择 性地被调整定位于一第一位置 (如图 3)与一第二位置 (如图 2)。
其中, 定位体 32位于上述第二位置时, 定位体 32离穿孔 211有一特定距离。 换言之, 在定位体 32离穿孔 211有上述特定距离处, 即为第二位置。
以下先分别就定位体 32及包覆件 33的构造作一介绍, 而有关于第一位置与 第二位置时的冲泡用杯具组合 100的状态, 容后说明。
所述定位体 32为能于一穿越状态 (如图 6)与一挡止状态 (如图 2或图 3)间变 换的构造。 进一步地说, 当定位体 32处于穿越状态时, 定位体 32适于在杯盖 2 的一侧(内侧)经由穿过穿孔 211而位于杯盖 2的另一侧 (外侧); 当定位体 32处于 挡止状态时, 定位体 32适于设置并定位在杯盖 2的穿孔 211—侧 (外侧)。
更详细地说, 如图 6, 所述定位体 32为长形的杆体, 其可呈圆柱状、 椭圆柱 状、 方柱状、 菱形状、 长扁状。 所述杆体的长度大于穿孔 211 内径, 而定位体 32 垂直于其长轴方向的截面适于穿过杯盖 2顶壁 21的穿孔 211。
也就是说, 当定位体 32的长轴方向通过穿孔 211时定义为该穿越状态 (如图 6), 而当定位体 32的长轴方向未通过穿孔 211时定义为挡止状态 (如图 2或图 3)。 因此,所述定位体 32能以穿越状态自杯盖 2顶壁 21内侧穿出穿孔 211而以挡止状 态设置于杯盖 2顶壁 21外缘上。
此外, 所述定位体 32除上述实施态样外, 也能有其他变化态样。 举例来说, 如图 7和图 8, 所述定位体 32可为弹性体 (如图中所示的形成有折痕而具有回弹特 性的纸片), 且弹性体适于被压缩 (或通过折叠、 卷曲等方式)成为能穿过穿孔 211 的构造, 此时被定义为穿越状态; 当弹性体穿过穿孔 211后, 即回复原本的外型构 造, 此时弹性体无法穿过穿孔 211, 被定义为挡止状态。 再者, 上述弹性体也可以 是: 被挤压时产生形变, 而未被挤压时则回复原状的弹性物体。
或者, 定位体 32也可以是伞状结构(图略), 也就是说, 当伞状结构收合时, 其为能穿过穿孔 211的构造, 此时定义为穿越状态; 当伞状结构打开时, 被撑开的 曲面状伞面无法穿过穿孔 211, 此时伞状结构被定义为挡止状态。
请参阅图 9,所述包覆件 33具有一折叠体 331、一上盖体 332、一下盖体 333、 及一限位体 334。 其中, 包覆件 33内的冲泡物于本实施例中以原片茶叶为优选实 施态样作一说明, 但于实际应用时, 并不受限于此。 举例来说, 也可以是药材 (如: 冬虫夏草)、 咖啡粉 (尤指非速溶式)、 养生茶、 或果粒茶等。
再者, 所述的折叠体 331、 上盖体 332、 下盖体 333、 及限位体 334为分离的 构件,也即,需通过组装以形成所述包覆件 33。下述先以图 9来分别就折叠体 331、 上盖体 332、 下盖体 333、 及限位体 334的构造作一介绍。
所述折叠体 331大致呈中空圆柱状且于内侧界定有一伸缩方向 C,于本实施例 中的伸缩方向 C相当于折叠体 331的中心轴线方向, 但不受限于此。
再者, 所述折叠体 331垂直于上述伸缩方向 C的截面呈环状, 并且折叠体 331 形成有一大致对称于伸缩方向 C的折线单元 3311, 而所述折叠体 331相对的两端 分别形成有一开口 3312、 3313ο
更详细地说, 上述折线单元 3311包含有交错排列设置的多个形状大致相同的 内折线与多个形状大致相同的外折线。换言之,每一外折线位于相邻的两个内折线 之间。 所述折叠体 331两端通过折线单元 3311而能沿伸缩方向 C伸展或收缩。
所述上盖体 332与下盖体 333的构造大致相同, 进一步地说, 上盖体 332与 下盖体 333呈圆形板状且各自于其几何中心处形成有一定位孔 3321、 3331。 换言 之, 上述两个定位孔 3321、 3331的中心位置大致位于伸缩方向 C (或折叠体 331的 中心轴线)上。
其中, 上盖体 332与下盖体 333的形体相较于折叠体 331而言, 较不易产生 形变。具体来说, 所述上盖体 332与下盖体 333可通过设计其厚度(或密度、硬度) 大于折叠体 331的厚度 (或密度、硬度), 以使上盖体 332与下盖体 333的形体较不 易产生形变。
所述限位体 334为不适于穿过下盖体 333定位孔 3331的构造, 举例来说, 限 位体 334可以是面积大于定位孔 3331的片状构造,或是长度大于定位孔 3331的孔 径的长形构造 (如: 类似定位体 32)。
上述已分别说明折叠体 331、 上盖体 332、 下盖体 333、 及限位体 334的构造, 然而, 所述折叠体 331、 上盖体 332、 下盖体 333、 及限位体 334的彼此组装关系 大致说明如下。
请同时参阅图 3和图 9,所述上盖体 332与下盖体 333分别接合于上述折叠体 331的相对两端(如图 9中的折叠体 331顶部与底部), 藉以遮蔽上述折叠体 331所 形成的两个开口 3312、 3313。
其中, 所述上盖体 332与下盖体 333接合于折叠体 331相对两端的方式, 其 可通过食品级防水胶进行黏接、超音波熔接方式进行熔接、或者其他合适的接合方 式, 在此不加以限制。
所述绳体 31穿过上盖体 332的定位孔 3321并穿出下盖体 333的定位孔 3331, 进而使穿出于下盖体 333的绳体 31部位固定于限位体 334。 而所述限位体 334与 下盖体 333之间是否彼此连接固定, 在此则不加以限制。
此外, 所述包覆件 33除上述实施态样外, 也能有其他变化态样。 举例来说, 如图 10, 所述包覆件 33的外型可设计成球状, 藉以呈现不同风貌, 进而增添使用 的趣味性。 同理, 包覆件 33的外型也可设计为半球状、 锥状、 方柱状、 或其他合 适的外型。
上述已分别介绍定位体 32及包覆件 33的构造, 而有关于所述冲泡用杯具组 合 100的实际操作与使用状态, 请参阅图 2和图 3, 大致说明如下。
需先说明的是, 当使用者欲对包覆件 33进行冲泡时, 可先于杯体 1的杯体空 间 11内盛装热水, 再将杯盖 2扣合于杯体 1, 使悬吊于杯盖 2的包覆件 33位于杯 盖 2与杯体 1所包围的空间内。
此时, 所述定位体 32可于第一位置 (如图 3)与第二位置 (如图 2)间被调整, 而上盖体 332与下盖体 333的相对位置将通过绳体 31的移动而同步被调整, 且折 叠体 331将通过折线单元 3311而沿伸缩方向 C伸展或折叠。
更详细地说, 所述定位体 32位于第一位置时, 定位体 32受到包覆件 33重力 的牵引, 而以挡止状态顶抵于杯盖 2顶壁 21形成有穿孔 211的部位外缘, 也即, 定位体 32位在杯盖 2的顶壁 21外缘, 以使包覆件 33位于杯体空间 11内,进而浸 泡于杯体 1内的热水。
此时,折叠体 331能够让水流从四周均匀流入, 以利于冲泡物 (如: 原片茶叶) 的冲泡和舒展, 并且所述伸缩方向 C即平行于铅锤线方向。
其后, 冲泡物于冲泡时会因浸水而膨胀, 藉以顶抵上盖体 332与下盖体 333, 使折叠体 331两端自然地沿伸缩方向 C上下进一步伸展,进而令冲泡物获得足够的 浸泡以及舒展空间。
再者, 由于上盖体 332与下盖体 333的适度加固(如: 增加厚度、 密度、 或硬 度), 藉以使折叠体 331完全浸入水中时, 还能够维持原有的形状, 也即, 可承载 冲泡物经浸泡与舒展时的重量而不致于变形。
另, 通过上盖体 332与下盖体 333的适度加固, 折叠体 331浸泡水中时, 不 会因放入水中角度和水流造成重心偏差而以任意方向飘浮,致使折叠体 331部分浮 出水面, 让包覆件 33内的冲泡物无法完全浸泡。 并且, 折叠体 331也不会因冲泡 物经浸泡与舒展时的重量增加, 造成下垂变形, 增加拉起时的困难度。
当所述杯体 1内的热水经冲泡包覆件 33而形成茶汤后, 定位体 32适于被调 整至第二位置, 此时, 定位体 32限位于杯盖 2的定位部 24, 以使包覆件 33至少 部分位于杯盖空间 23中。
也就是说, 若茶汤的水位较高时, 则包覆件 33大部分或全部容置于杯盖空间 23中; 若茶汤的水位较低时, 包覆件 33部分容置于杯盖空间 23中, 藉以达到包 覆件 33与茶汤分离的效果。
更详细地说, 绳体 31穿过定位部 24的凹口 243, 使定位体 32位在定位部 24 远离穿孔 211 的一侧, 藉以使定位体 32受到包覆件 33重力的牵引而顶抵定位部 24位于凹口 243相对两侧的表面上。
而于定位体 32 自第一位置调整至第二位置的过程中, 绳体 31将拉动限位体 334, 进而使包覆件 33朝杯盖 2顶壁 21方向移动(即相当于平行铅锤线方向)。 当 包覆件 33的上盖体 332抵接于杯盖 2顶壁 21内缘时, 所述限位体 334受绳体 31 拉动而带动下盖体 333移动, 使下盖体 333朝向上盖体 332移动, 以使折叠体 331 通过折线单元 3311而沿伸缩方向 C折叠。也就是说,所述定位体 32位于第二位置 时的包覆件 33容积, 其小于所述定位体 32位于第一位置时的包覆件 33容积。
具体而言, 所述定位体 32 自第一位置调整至第二位置后, 所述包覆件 33的 顶部 (相当于上盖体 332)的移动距离及包覆件 33底部 (相当于下盖体 333)与包覆件 33顶部 (相当于上盖体 332)的相对移动距离,其两者总和大致等同于穿孔 211与位 于定位部 24处的定位体 32二者之间的绳体 31部位的长度。
补充说明一点, 当上述折叠体 331两端沿伸缩方向 C而被压缩折叠时, 所述 上盖体 332与下盖体 333可以达到一定的保护作用, 以减少包覆件 33内的冲泡物 因受到外力挤压而破碎。
此外,所述定位体 32与定位部 24的限位方式除上述实施态样 (通过重力达成) 夕卜, 也能有其他变化态样。 举例来说, 如图 11, 定位部 24 自杯盖 2的环侧壁 22 突出延伸形成大致为 T字状的构造, 藉以能通过暴露于杯盖 2外且邻近于定位体 32的绳体 31部位缠绕于定位部 24, 并以定位体 32抵接于定位部 24, 藉以使定位 体 32维持在第二位置。
或者, 如图 12, 定位部 24呈由上而下凹陷的构造, 定位体 32纵向穿设并卡 合于定位部 24, 藉以使定位体 32维持在第二位置。
再者, 以卡合方式使定位体 32与定位部 24相固定的构造并不局限于图 12, 上述卡合方式也能有其他变化的态样, 在此无法逐个列举。
因此, 下述仅以两张图式作为示例, 如图 13是通过定位部 24的构造设计使 定位体 32被嵌合于其中,如图 14也可通过定位部 24的构造设计使定位体 32横向 穿设并卡合于其中。
此外, 所述包覆件 33除本实施例的上述实施态样外, 也能有其他变化态样。 举例来说, 如图 15, 所述包覆件 33可省略限位体 334, 并将绳体 31底端直接固定 于下盖体 333。 或者, 将绳体 31穿过下盖体 333的定位孔 3331后打结, 且上述绳 体 31打结的部位无法穿过下盖体 333的定位孔 3331。
又或者, 更进一步省略上盖体(图略), 使所述绳体 31 —端容置于包覆件 33 内并固定于包覆件 33底部。 但不论上述包覆件 33如何变化, 皆符合定位体 32位 于第二位置时, 所述包覆件 33受绳体 31拉动而压迫于杯盖 2顶壁 21内缘以形成 收缩状。
也就是说, 所述包覆件 33也可呈现圆筒袋、 椭圆筒袋、 方柱体袋、 立体三角 状、或扁平袋状 (如图 16)。虽然包覆件 33并未同时具有上盖体 332与下盖体 333, 但由于绳体 31穿透包覆件 33并固定于其底部, 当通过绳体 31—端拉动, 使包覆 件 33受到绳体 31拉起力量,一样可以造成包覆件 33底部与杯盖 2顶壁 21之间的 夹迫挤压, 使包覆件 33的容积小于定位体 32位于第一位置时的包覆件 33容积。
或者, 包覆件 33能受绳体 31拉动而压迫于板体 21, 以使对应于绳体 31的包 覆件 33相对两侧部位的距离 (相当于包覆件 33高度), 其在定位体 32位于第二位 置时小于位在第一位置时。也即,包覆件 33中被绳体 31穿过的部位及固定的部位 两者之间的距离, 其在定位体 32位于第二位置时小于位在第一位置时。
附带说明一点, 所述杯盖 2的定位部 24于本实施例中以一个为例, 但于实际 应用时, 不排除在第一位置与第二位置之间再另行增设一个以上的定位部 24, 藉 以适用于杯体 1盛装不同水量的情形。 实施例的可能效果
综合来说, 本发明实施例的冲泡物包覆结构可具有轻松控制包覆件升降且调 整包覆件外型的构造,也即,使用者能通过位于板体外的定位体来操控包覆件的升 降, 并能通过穿透包覆件的绳体搭配板体, 而使包覆件呈现收缩状, 藉以使冲泡物 包覆结构能更加地符合使用者需求。 并且, 当冲泡物包覆结构应用于杯盖时, 上述 效果则更为显著。
举例来说, 因为使用者将毋需开盖取出湿的包覆件 (如: 湿茶包), 即可有效 将包覆件与茶汤分离, 并能避免取出湿的包覆件时四处滴漏和沾到手部。
再者, 通过包覆件的可伸缩式设计, 使得包覆件与茶汤分离时, 包覆件受压 迫而降低其所占用的体积和高度, 更易于包覆件与茶汤的分离。
另, 由于湿的包覆件已与茶汤分离不需被取出, 因此可解决包覆件久泡过浓, 必须取出找地方放置或被迫丢弃的困扰。若是包覆件被取出后找地方放置,则易受 到外部环境和空气污染, 或碰触到不洁物体, 不适宜再次放回杯中冲泡; 若是包覆 件被取出后即丢弃,便只能进行单次冲泡,无法充分享受到包覆件可多次冲泡的特 性, 也是一种浪费。
又, 使用者不会因为一时找不到放置湿包覆件的物件, 或不舍丢弃湿包覆件, 而被迫饮用因久泡过于浓苦的茶汤。同时,使用者也不会再因烦恼包覆件取出麻烦 和茶汤浓度不够, 而需要一次性浸泡时间较久, 使用者随时可将定位体拉起固定, 如果觉得茶汤浓度太淡, 松开定位体便可轻松放下包覆件, 再行浸泡一些时间, 藉 此便能够喝到浓淡适宜的茶汤。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例, 其并非用以局限本发明的专利范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种冲泡物包覆结构, 其特征在于, 所述冲泡物包覆结构用以容置一冲泡 物以进行冲泡, 并且适于吊挂于形成有一穿孔的一板体上,所述冲泡物包覆结构包 括:
一适于水流动穿透的包覆件, 所述包覆件的内部容置有所述冲泡物; 一定位体, 所述定位体为能在一穿越状态与一挡止状态之间变换的构造, 当 所述定位体处于所述穿越状态时,所述定位体在所述板体的一侧经由穿过所述穿孔 而位于所述板体的另一侧, 当所述定位体处于所述挡止状态时,所述定位体不适于 穿过所述板体的所述穿孔; 以及
一绳体, 所述绳体的一端穿透所述包覆件的一侧并固定于所述包覆件的另一 侧,所述绳体的另一端固定于所述定位体,且所述定位体用以穿过所述板体的所述 穿孔而能于一第一位置与一第二位置之间被调整,以使所述绳体能够移动地穿过所 述板体的所述穿孔中;
其中, 当所述定位体位于所述第一位置时, 所述定位体受到所述包覆件的重 力的牵引,使所述板体上形成有所述穿孔的部位与所述定位体相顶抵; 当所述定位 体位于所述第二位置时,所述定位体被调整至离所述穿孔一特定距离的位置,且所 述包覆件受所述绳体的拉动而压迫于所述板体以形成收缩状。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的冲泡物包覆结构, 其特征在于, 所述绳体固定于所 述包覆件的底部, 当所述定位体位于所述第二位置时,所述包覆件受所述绳体的拉 动而压迫于所述板体,以使所述包覆件的容积小于所述定位体位于所述第一位置时 的所述包覆件的容积, 或者, 所述包覆件能受所述绳体的拉动而压迫于所述板体, 以使对应于所述绳体的所述包覆件的相对两侧部位的距离在所述定位体位于所述 第二位置时小于在所述定位体位于所述第一位置时。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的冲泡物包覆结构, 其特征在于, 所述包覆件具有: 一折叠体, 所述折叠体呈中空状且能沿一伸缩方向进行伸缩, 所述折叠体垂 直于所述伸缩方向的截面呈环状, 且所述折叠体上形成有一折线单元; 及
一上盖体与一下盖体, 设置于所述折叠体的顶部与底部, 且所述上盖体上形 成有一第一定位孔,所述绳体穿过所述上盖体的所述第一定位孔而固定于所述包覆 件的底部;
其中, 当所述定位体在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间被调整时, 所述上 盖体与所述下盖体的相对位置能通过所述绳体的移动而同步被调整,且所述折叠体 能通过所述折线单元而沿所述伸缩方向伸展或折叠。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的冲泡物包覆结构, 其特征在于, 所述包覆件进一步 具有一限位体,所述下盖体上形成有一第二定位孔,所述限位体不适于穿过所述下 盖体的所述第二定位孔,所述绳体穿出所述下盖体的所述第二定位孔而固定于所述 限位体。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的冲泡物包覆结构, 其特征在于, 所述上盖体的所述 第一定位孔位于所述上盖体的几何中心,而所述下盖体的所述第二定位孔位于所述 下盖体的几何中心。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的冲泡物包覆结构, 其特征在于, 所述折叠体的顶部 与底部上分别形成有一开口,所述上盖体与所述下盖体分别接合于所述折叠体的顶 部与底部以遮盖相应的所述开口。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的冲泡物包覆结构, 其特征在于, 所述 定位体呈长形且所述定位体的长度大于所述穿孔的内径,所述定位体垂直于所述定 位体的长轴方向的截面适于穿过所述穿孔,当所述定位体的所述长轴方向通过所述 穿孔时被定义为所述穿越状态,且当所述定位体的所述长轴方向未通过所述穿孔时 被定义为所述挡止状态,所述定位体能以所述穿越状态自所述板体的一侧穿出所述 穿孔而以所述挡止状态吊挂于所述板体的另一侧。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的冲泡物包覆结构, 其特征在于, 所述 定位体进一步限定为一弹性体,当所述弹性体被压缩成能穿过所述穿孔的构造时被 定义为所述穿越状态;所述弹性体经压缩后而回复成无法穿过所述穿孔的构造时被 定义为所述挡止状态;所述定位体能以所述穿越状态自所述板体的一侧穿出所述穿 孔而以所述挡止状态吊挂于所述板体的另一侧。
9、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的冲泡物包覆结构, 其特征在于, 当所 述定位体在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间被调整时,所述包覆件的移动方向与 收缩方向平行于一铅锤线。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的冲泡物包覆结构, 其特征在于, 所 述定位体自所述第一位置调整至所述第二位置后,所述包覆件的顶部的移动距离及 所述包覆件的底部与所述包覆件的顶部的相对移动距离的总和等同于所述穿孔与 位于所述特定距离处的所述定位体之间的绳体部位的长度。
