本发明涉及一种 LED灯泡。
背景技术
现有卤素灯珠多采用的是钨丝发光, 发热量大, 使用寿命比较短, 光效低, 不够节能 环保。 市场出现的替代灯泡体积比较大, 发光角度小, 装配复杂而且不美观, 无法代替原 有的卤素灯泡。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足, 提供一种设计合理、 节能环保, 外形美观, 结构紧凑的 LED灯泡。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案来实现的, 一种 LED灯泡, 其特 点是: 包括电路板, 电路板的正反两面分别设有若干个 LED灯珠, 电路板的下部设有驱动 LED灯珠的驱动电源, 驱动电源外部套装有套管, 电路板的底部设有灯泡引脚插槽, 灯泡 引脚插槽中插接有灯泡引脚, 电路板的周围设有覆盖 LED灯珠的胶体。
所述的胶体是通过设计成型的模条, 设置在电路板的周围形成一个统一的外形, 胶体 有一定的绝缘性, 使产品使用更加的安全。
电路板可以采用现有技术中公开的任何一种可直接用于 LED灯珠安装的电路板。 驱动电源可以采用现有技术中公开的任何一种可用于驱动 LED灯珠发光的电子元器 件。
本发明所要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下的技术方案来进一步实现,所述的电路板 ώ第一电路板和第二电路板组成, 第一电路板的上部、 第二电路板的下部分别设有相互配 合插接的纵向卡槽, 第一电路板和第二电路板通过纵向卡槽采用十字垂直方式插接, 所述 的 LED灯珠分别设在第一电路板和第二电路板上, 所述的 LED灯珠的驱动电源设在第一 电路板上。
本发明的电路板可以 ώ第一电路板和第二电路板组成,第一电路板和第二电路板通过 纵向卡槽采用十字垂直方式插接, 因此可以为灯泡提供多个发光面, 增大了发光面积和发 光角度, 不会产生阴影或光栅, 同时可以缩小灯泡的设计体积, 增加了设置 LED灯珠的数 量, 增大了 LED灯泡的发光亮度, 与现有技术相比, 其设计合理, 结构紧凑、 外型独特美 观, 整体发光, 亮度高, 安装方便快捷。 附图说明

实施例 1, 参照附图, 一种 LED灯泡, 包括电路板 2, 电路板 2为印刷电路板, 电路 板 2的 iF.反两面分别设有若干个 LED灯珠 1 , 电路板 2的下部设有驱动 LED灯珠 1的驱 动电源 9, 驱动电源 9外部套装有套管 4, 套管 4用来保护电子元器件, 给整个产品提供 统一的外观, 还可以根据需要在其上标注产品信息, 电路板 2的底部设有灯泡引脚插槽 8, 灯泡引脚插槽 8中插接有灯泡引脚 5, 电路板 2的周围设有覆盖 LED灯珠 1的胶体 3, 使 整个电路板 2形成一个整体。
实施例 2, 实施例 1所述的 LED灯泡中,所述的电路板 2由第一电路板 7和第二电路 板 6组成, 第一电路板 7的上部、 第二电路板 6的下部分别设有相互配合插接的纵向卡槽 10, 第一电路板 7和第二电路板 6通过纵向卡槽 10采用十字垂直方式插接, 所述的 LED 灯珠 1分别设在第一电路板 7和第二电路板 6上, 这样第一电路板 7和第二电路板 6可以 为 LED灯珠 1提供八个发光面, 增大了发光面积和发光角度, 不会产生阴影或光栅, 所述 的 LED灯珠 1的驱动电源 9设在第一电路板 7上。
所述的灯泡引脚 5 可以根据灯具的需要设置成不同结构, 如: G4、 G5.3、 G6.35、 G9、 GU10、 E14、 E27等。
所述的驱动电源 9可以根据不同的输入电压和不同 LED灯珠 1数量采用不同的电路设计结 构。
本发明有多种实施方式, 在不脱离本发明的设计概念和实质情况下, 熟悉本领域的技 术人员对本发明做出相应的改变和变形, 这些相应的改变和变形都应该属于本发明所附的 权力要求的保护范围。
