Abstract

The present invention relates to: an apparatus for observing on-chip cell culture which uses a cell culture portion provided at the upper portion of a chip having an observation portion, wherein a cell incubator can be separated from the observation portion; and a kit observing on-chip cell culture, comprising a plurality of the apparatuses for observing on-chip cell culture. The apparatus for observing on-chip cell culture comprises: one observation portion formed at a surface of a substrate; and one cell culture portion which is arranged at an upper portion of the one observation portion and cultures cells therein, wherein the cell culture portion is surrounded by a bottom for covering a lower portion of the cell culture portion and making contact with the upper portion of the observation portion, and partitions for encompassing the periphery of the bottom at a predetermined height.
