Abstract
一种旋转式剃刀内刀,包括有平板式环形基座(1),在基座(1)的外周边缘上立起有若干周向排列的第一刀刃(2),在基座(1)上位于第一刀刃(2)的内侧还设有若干周向排列的第二刀刃(3),该第二刀刃(3)由基座(1)上冲压向上折弯而成,所述的基座(1)、第一刀刃(2)和第二刀刃(3)为一体式。由于设有分别设有多层式的第一刀刃(2)和第二刀刃(3),且第一刀刃(1)和第二刀刃(2)是一体式冲压折弯而成的,这样结构简单,而且多层式的内刀显然剃刀效率高。同时还提供一种装有前述内刀的剃刀装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种剃刀,特别涉及一种旋转式的剃刀装置以及在该剃刀装置中所使用的内刀。
背景技术
现有的旋转式剃须刀中,常用的内刀按其刀刃的分布来分基本可以分为二种,一种是单层刀刃式,即在内刀基座的边缘上设有一圈环形排列的若干刀刃;另一种是多层式刀刃式,即刀刃除了分布在内刀基座的边缘上的一圈外,还设有与最外圈刀刃同心的另一圈或二圈的多个刀刃。这二种方式中的第一种结构相对较简单,但是剃须效率不高,而第二种方式虽然剃须效率高,但是由于后一种方式中,每一圈的刀刃都是独立设置在各自的独立部件上,然后再同心铆接在一起,这样形成同心的多层的刀刃,这种方式结构相对复杂,装配相对更为麻烦。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术的不足,本发明提供一种一体式的具有多层刀刃的旋转式剃刀刀片。
本发明的技术方案是:一种旋转式剃刀内刀,包括有平板式环形基座,在基座的外周边缘上立起有若干周向排列的第一刀刃,其特征在于:在基座上位于第一刀刃的内侧还设有若干周向排列的第二刀刃,该第二刀刃由基座上冲压向上折弯而成,所述的基座、第一刀刃和第二刀刃为一体式。
所述的第二刀刃的根部还设有加强筋,该加强筋起始端位于基座上,终止端位于第二刀刃上,加强筋的起始端和终止端均与第二刀刃和基座相连的连接线相距一定距离。
所述的加强筋凸起的方向与第二刀刃的折弯方向相同。
所述的第二刀刃的根部的宽度大于口部的宽度。
所述的第二刀刃的宽度由根部向第二刀刃的中间部逐渐变小,第二刀刃的中间部与口部的宽度相等。
本发明同时还提供一种剃刀装置,包括有壳体、电机和刀头,所述的刀头包括有刀架和旋转内刀,所述的内刀包括有平板式环形基座,在基座的外周边缘上立起有若干周向排列的第一刀刃,其特征在于:在基座上位于第一刀刃的内侧还设有若干周向排列的第二刀刃,该第二刀刃由基座平板上冲压向上折弯而成,所述的基座、第一刀刃和第二刀刃为一体式。
本发明的有益效果是:由于设有分别设有多层式的第一刀刃和第二刀刃,且第一、二刀刃是一体式冲压折弯而成的,这样结构简单,而且多层式的内刀显然剃刀效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1、2所示,本发明实施例一种旋转式剃刀内刀,包括有平板式环形基座1,在基座1的外周边缘上立起有若干周向排列的第一刀刃2,在基座1上位于第一刀刃2的内侧还设有若干周向排列的第二刀刃3,该第二刀刃3由基座上冲压向上折弯而成,所述的基座1、第一刀刃2和第二刀刃3为一体式。
本实施例中,所述的第二刀刃3的根部还设有加强筋4,该加强筋4起始端41位于基座1上,终止端42位于第二刀刃上,加强筋4的起始端41和终止端42均与第二刀刃和基座相连的连接线6相距一定距离。由于设有加强筋4,在钣金工艺中,一面设凹痕5,另一面自然会凸起形成加强筋4,这样就提高了第二刀刃3的强度。图示中,所述的加强筋4凸起的方向与第二刀刃3的折弯方向相同。即压痕是位于基座的底侧面上,而形成的加强筋当然是向上了。
本发明中,所述的第二刀刃3的根部31的宽度大于口部32的宽度。通过增大根部的宽度,自然也是为了增加第二刀刃3的连接强度,使其在使用过程中,不易被压弯变形。并且,由图所示中,所述的第二刀刃的宽度由根部向第二刀刃的中间部逐渐变小,第二刀刃的中间部33与口部32的宽度相等。
图3为具有图1所述的旋转式剃刀内刀的剃刀装置的结构示意图,其与现有的剃刀装置一样包括有壳体、电机和刀头,所述的刀头包括有刀架和旋转内刀,所区别之处是采用的内刀为图1所示的旋转式剃刀内刀。
Claims (10)
- 一种旋转式剃刀内刀,包括有平板式环形基座(1),在基座(1)的外周边缘上立起有若干周向排列的第一刀刃(2),其特征在于:在基座(1)上位于第一刀刃(2)的内侧还设有若干周向排列的第二刀刃(3),该第二刀刃(3)由基座(1)上冲压向上折弯而成,所述的基座(1)、第一刀刃(2)和第二刀刃(3)为一体式。
- 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式剃刀内刀,其特征在于:所述的第二刀刃(3)的根部还设有加强筋(4),该加强筋(4)起始端(41)位于基座(1)上,终止端(42)位于第二刀刃(3)上,加强筋(4)的起始端(41)和终止端(42)均与第二刀刃(3)和基座(1)相连的连接线(6)相距一定距离。
- 根据权利要求2所述的旋转式剃刀内刀,其特征在于:所述的加强筋(4)凸起的方向与第二刀刃(3)的折弯方向相同。
- 根据权利要求1所述的旋转式剃刀内刀,其特征在于:所述的第二刀刃(3)的根部(31)的宽度大于口部(32)的宽度。
- 根据权利要求4所述的旋转式剃刀内刀,其特征在于:所述的第二刀刃(3)的宽度由根部(31)向第二刀刃(3)的中间部(33)逐渐变小,第二刀刃(3)的中间部(33)与口部(32)的宽度相等。
- 一种剃刀装置,包括有壳体、电机和刀头,所述的刀头包括有刀架和旋转内刀,包括有平板式环形基座(1),在基座(1)的外周边缘上立起有若干周向排列的第一刀刃(2),其特征在于:在基座(1)上位于第一刀刃(2)的内侧还设有若干周向排列的第二刀刃(3),该第二刀刃(3)由基座(1)上冲压向上折弯而成,所述的基座(1)、第一刀刃(2)和第二刀刃(3)为一体式。
- 根据权利要求6所述的剃刀装置,其特征在于:所述的第二刀刃(3)的根部还设有加强筋(4),该加强筋(4)起始端(41)位于基座(1)上,终止端(42)位于第二刀刃(3)上,加强筋(4)的起始端(41)和终止端(42)均与第二刀刃(3)和基座(1)相连的连接线(6)相距一定距离。
- 根据权利要求7所述的剃刀装置,其特征在于:所述的加强筋(4)凸起的方向与第二刀刃(3)的折弯方向相同。
- 根据权利要求6所述的剃刀装置,其特征在于:所述的第二刀刃(3)的根部(31)的宽度大于口部(32)的宽度。
- 根据权利要求9所述的剃刀装置,其特征在于:所述的第二刀刃(3)的宽度由根部(31)向第二刀刃(3)的中间部(33)逐渐变小,第二刀刃(3)的中间部(33)与口部(32)的宽度相等。
