- the cosmetic container 100 is a first container 120 through which a certain amount of cosmetics are discharged by a pressing operation, and a certain amount of refrigerant is discharged by a pressing operation.
- 2 container 130, the container 110, the first container 120 and the second container 130 is embedded, the cooling pipe 141 is connected to the first container 120, the cosmetic is moved therein, and It is formed to surround the cooling pipe 141, is connected to the second container 130, the refrigerant is moved along the outer surface of the cooling pipe 141 therein includes a cooling passage (143) for cooling the cosmetic It is provided on one side of the cooler 140 and the container 110, and when pressed to a predetermined depth, the refrigerant is discharged from the second container 130 is moved to the cooling passage 143, when pressed over a predetermined depth (1st container ( Cosmetics are discharged from the 120 and includes a pushing member 150 to be moved to the cooling pipe 141, cooling Tape 141 and cooling passage 143 extends on a plane per
- the first container 120 is a case accommodating cosmetics, and a certain amount of cosmetics is discharged by pressing. Specifically, when the first discharge member 121 is pressed cosmetics are discharged through the cosmetic discharge pipe 126. For example, as shown in b of FIG. 4, before the first discharge member 121 is pressed, cosmetics are filled in the first cylinder 122, and the balls 123 open the cosmetic inlet pipe 124. It is in a closed state. Thereafter, as shown in b of FIG. 6, when the first discharge member 121 is pressed by the pressing operation, the first spring 125 is compressed and the cosmetic is discharged through the cosmetic discharge pipe 126. Subsequently, as shown in b of FIG.
- the first spring 125 is restored to its original state, thereby lowering the internal pressure of the first cylinder 122. Therefore, the ball 123 is moved upwards and the cosmetic inlet pipe 124 is opened while the cosmetic is filled in the first cylinder 122 again.
- the above-described process is an example, and the first discharge member 121 is not limited thereto, and may be replaced by any means as long as the cosmetic can be discharged by pressing.
- the second container 130 is a case accommodating the refrigerant, and a predetermined amount of the refrigerant is discharged by the pressing operation. Specifically, when the second discharge member 131 is pressed, the refrigerant is discharged through the refrigerant discharge pipe 136. For example, as shown in FIG. 4A, before the second discharge member 131 is pressed, the refrigerant is filled up to the inside of the second cylinder 132, and the discharge hole 136a formed in the refrigerant discharge pipe 136 is provided. ) Is a state exposed to the outside of the second container (130). Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 5A to FIG.
- the second discharge member 131 when the second discharge member 131 is pressed, the second spring 135 is compressed and the rod 133 closes the refrigerant inlet pipe 134. As the discharge hole 136a is moved into the second container 130, the refrigerant is discharged through the refrigerant discharge pipe 136. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 7A, when the pressing operation is removed, the second spring 135 is restored to its original state, and the discharge hole 136a is exposed to the outside of the second container 130, and the second cylinder ( 132 is filled with a refrigerant.
- the second discharge member 131 is not limited thereto, and may be replaced by any means as long as the refrigerant can be discharged by pressing.
- the type of the refrigerant contained in the second container 130 is not particularly limited, but for example, HFC152a to LPG having a large latent heat of evaporation may be used to effectively cool the cosmetic.
- the container 110 includes a first container 120 and a second container 130, and includes a styrene resin including three components of styrene, acrylonitrile, and butadiene. It can be made of ABS resin (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Copolymer).
- the container 110 may be provided with an inner shoulder 115 to fix the first container 120 and the second container 130.
- the cooler 140 including the cooling pipe 141 and the cooling flow path 143 is also embedded in the container 110, and the pushing member 150 is provided.
- the cooler 140 serves to cool cosmetics using a refrigerant, and includes a cooling pipe 141 and a cooling passage 143.
- the cooling pipe 141 is spaced apart from the cosmetic discharge pipe 126 of the first container 120 is connected by the user's pressing operation. Therefore, when a certain amount of cosmetics is discharged from the first container 120 by the pressing operation, the cosmetics are moved into the cooling pipe 141. In this way, the cosmetics moved to the cooling pipe 141 is cooled by the refrigerant, and then discharged to the outside through the discharge tip 149 for the user to use.
- the cooling passage 143 is formed to surround the cooling pipe 141.
- the cooling passage 143 forms a double pipe together with the cooling pipe 141, and when viewed based on the cross section, the cooling passage 143 and the cooling pipe 141 form a concentric circle shape. Meanwhile, the cooling passage 143 is connected to the refrigerant discharge pipe 136 of the second container 130. Therefore, when a predetermined amount of refrigerant is discharged from the second container 130 by the pressing operation, the refrigerant is moved to the cooling passage 143. As such, the refrigerant moved to the cooling passage 143 is vaporized while moving along the outer surface of the cooling pipe 141. Due to the latent heat of evaporation generated as the refrigerant evaporates, the cosmetics moved to the cooling pipe 141 are cooled while depriving heat.
- the cooling passage 143 immediately cools. It may not be formed to surround the pipe 141 (see FIG. 2).
- the cooling passage 143 extends from one end A connected to the refrigerant discharge pipe 136 of the second container 130 to one point B, and after the one point B, the cooling pipe 141. It can be extended to surround. In this case, the refrigerant is evaporated while moving from one end A to one point B of the refrigerant passage 143, so that the cooling performance of the refrigerant may be degraded when the refrigerant is substantially in contact with the cooling pipe 141.
- the cosmetic container 100 may be provided with a cooling gas induction pipe 145 to prevent the cooling performance of the refrigerant from falling.
- the cooling gas induction pipe 145 extends from one end A to one point B of the cooling flow path 143, and is formed to have a diameter smaller than that of the cooling flow path 143, so that the refrigerant maintains a constant pressure. Vaporization can be prevented to one point B of the cooling passage 143. Therefore, the refrigerant is moved to a point (B) that meets the cooling pipe 141 in the liquid state through the cooling gas induction pipe 145, there is an effect that can further enhance the cooling performance.
- the refrigerant when the refrigerant is discharged to the cooling passage 143 and the cosmetic is discharged to the cooling pipe 141, the cosmetic is discharged to the outside through the discharge tip 149 before the cooling pipe 141 is sufficiently cooled, Performance may be impaired.
- the cosmetics remaining in the discharge tip 149 is discharged immediately by the user's pressing operation, there is a problem that hardly cooled. Therefore, in the cosmetic container 100 according to the present embodiment, the refrigerant is first discharged from the second container 130 and moved to the cooling flow path 143 by one pressing operation, and then the cosmetic container is removed from the first container 120. This is discharged and moved to the cooling pipe 141.
- the cosmetics are moved to the cooling pipe 141, so that an excellent cooling performance can be realized without a separate cooling waiting time.
- the pressing operation the description of the pushing member 150 for sequentially discharging the refrigerant and the cosmetic will be described later.
- the direction in which the cosmetics are moved in the cooling pipe 141 and the direction in which the refrigerant is moved in the cooling flow passage 143 may be the same (Co-Current Type) or opposite (Counter-Current Type).
- the cooler 140 is not particularly limited, but two synthetic resin plates 140a and 140b may be disposed to face each other.
- the synthetic resin plates 140a and 140b may be formed of synthetic resin such as ABS resin, and the two synthetic resin plates 140a and 140b may be firmly bonded using ultrasonic waves or an adhesive.
- the cooling passage 143 may be formed by patterning the cooler 140 to be recessed.
- the cooling passages 143 may be patterned to correspond to each other on the respective synthetic resin plates 140a and 140b (see FIG. 2).
- the cooling pipe 141 and the cooling passage 143 is provided with one or more bent portions, by forming a complex shape, it is possible to implement a relatively large heat transfer area in a narrow space.
- the cooling pipe 141 and the cooling passage 143 extends on a plane perpendicular to the vertical direction of the container 110. Therefore, since the length of the cooler 140 can be reduced in the vertical direction, there is an advantage that the cosmetic container 100 can be compactly configured as a whole.
- an elastic member such as a spring 155 (see FIG. 3) is provided between the cooler 140 and the first and second containers 120 and 130. It may be provided.
- the pushing member 150 is pressed by the user's pressing operation to discharge the cosmetics from the first container 120, and serves to discharge the refrigerant from the second container (130).
- the pushing member 150 is formed in a shape corresponding to the cross section of the container 110, for example, is provided in the form inserted into the upper side of the container (110).
- the cooler 140 is provided below the pushing member 150, and when the pushing member 150 is pressed, the cooler 140 moves downward with the pushing member 150.
- the cooler 140 is provided with a first pressurizing unit 151 and a second pressurizing unit 153. When the cooler 140 is moved downward by the pushing member 150, the first pressurizing unit 151 is provided.
- the second pressing unit 153 press the first discharge member 121 and the second discharge member 131, respectively.
- the first pressing unit 151 pressurizes the first discharge member 121 to discharge cosmetics
- the second pressing unit 153 pressurizes the second discharge member 131 to discharge the refrigerant.
- the second pressing portion 153 is formed to be directly connected to the second discharge member 131, while the first pressing portion 151 is formed to be spaced apart from the first discharge member 121 by a predetermined interval. Therefore, the second pressurizing unit 153 presses the second discharge member 131 to discharge the refrigerant immediately when the pushing member 150 is pressed, whereas the first pressing unit 151 has a predetermined pushing member 150.
- the second discharge member 131 When pressed over a depth, the second discharge member 131 is pressed to discharge the refrigerant. As a result, while the pushing member 150 is pressed to a predetermined depth, the refrigerant is discharged from the second container 130 and moved to the cooling flow path 143. Then, when the pushing member 150 is pressed beyond the predetermined depth, the first container ( Cosmetics are discharged from the 120 is moved to the cooling pipe 141. As such, as the user presses the pushing member 150 once, the refrigerant and the cosmetics are sequentially discharged (dual pumping system), and after the refrigerant is sufficiently filled in the cooling passage 143, the cosmetics are cooled in a pipe. Is moved to 141. Therefore, the cosmetic container 100 according to the present embodiment can implement excellent cooling performance without a separate cooling waiting time.
- 4 to 7 is a view showing the operation of the cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, with reference to this to look at the process of the refrigerant cooling the cosmetic.
- the second pressing part 153 presses the second discharge member 131,
- the refrigerant is discharged from the second vessel 130 and moved to the cooling passage 143 (see FIG. 5C).
- the refrigerant moved to the cooling passage 143 sufficiently vaporizes the cooling pipe 141 while being evaporated.
- the cosmetics moved previously may remain in the discharge tip 149, etc., the refrigerant cools the cosmetic remaining in the discharge tip 149 or the like.
- a cooling gas induction pipe 145 having a diameter smaller than that of the cooling flow passage 143 is provided from one end A of the cooling flow passage 143 to a point B (a point where the cooling pipe 141 meets). Can be prevented from vaporizing to one point (B). Therefore, the refrigerant may meet the cooling pipe 141 in a liquid state, and may effectively cool the cooling pipe 141 while being vaporized after meeting the cooling pipe 141.
- the first pressing part 151 is first spaced apart from the first discharge member 121 by a predetermined interval (see FIG. 4B). The first pressurizing unit 151 does not pressurize the first discharge member 121, and thus cosmetics are not discharged from the first container 120.
- the user can use a sufficiently cooled cosmetic.
- the direction in which the cosmetics move in the cooling pipe 141 and the direction in which the refrigerant moves in the cooling passage 143 may be opposite to each other.
- the cosmetics meet with the coolant having the lowest temperature immediately before being discharged to the outside through the discharge part 149 (for example, one point B of the cooling flow path 143), thereby achieving excellent cooling performance. have.
- the pushing member 150 is provided by the elastic member 155 provided between the cooler 140 and the first and second containers 120 and 130. And the cooler 140 and the like are returned to their original positions.
- the present invention can provide a cosmetic container capable of realizing excellent cooling performance by moving the refrigerant to the cooling flow path, by moving the cosmetic to the cooling pipe to cool, without a separate cooling standby time.
