本实用新型涉及保健用品,尤其涉及一种角度可调式按摩器。
背景技术
当前来自工作的压力是越来越大,人们亟需各种方法来缓解这种压力,于是便携式的按摩器受到了消费者的热捧。但是就目前来说,按摩器的作用部位比较单一,只是针对身体的某一部位,如颈部、手臂以及小腿等,或者通过改变按摩器的跨度能够作用粗细相近的部位,而对于那些较粗或较细的部位则不能用同一按摩器来完成按摩过程。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之缺陷,提供了一种角度可调的按摩器。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:提供一种角度可调式按摩器,包括左右两壳体、连接两所述壳体的连接体、设于所述壳体内侧表面上的按摩组件以及置于所述壳体内用于驱动所述按摩组件转动的电机,所述连接体包括“S”形弹片,所述“S”形弹片两端分别与两所述壳体连接固定。
进一步地,所述“S”形弹片上设有若干划槽。
更进一步地,还包括软质保护套,所述保护套套接两所述壳体的外表面,且所述连接体内置于所述保护套内。
进一步地,所述保护套的两端边均环设有“L”形内槽,且两所述壳体的连接端均设有用于扣合于所述“L”形内槽的卡勾。
具体地,所述保护套的两端均具有呈阶梯状的内外两圈口,所述“L”形内槽位于所述外圈口上,且两所述壳体的连接端还均内设具有凸台的夹板,各所述夹板分别夹紧所述外圈口且所述凸台抵顶于所述内圈口内。
具体地,所述保护套呈波浪状。
进一步地,所述按摩组件包括嵌设于所述壳体内侧表面且由所述驱动装置驱使转动的转盘以及设于所述转盘上的若干按摩头。
具体地,所述按摩头包括设于所述转盘上的球形凹腔以及置于所述球形凹腔内且可转动的滚珠,且所述滚珠部分外表面凸出所述球形凹腔。
进一步地,还包括设于所述电机与所述按摩组件之间的变速箱,所述电机具有输出的第一齿轮轴,所述变速箱包括与所述第一齿轮轴啮合且垂直设置的皇冠齿轮以及与所述皇冠齿轮啮合且带动所述按摩组件转动的行星齿轮。
具体地,所述皇冠齿轮包括水平环设的水平外齿以及竖直设置的第二齿轮轴,且所述水平外齿与所述第一齿轮轴啮合,所述第二齿轮轴与所述行星齿轮啮合。
有益效果
本实用新型具有下列技术效果:
本实用新型主要是将两壳体间的连接件设为“S”形弹片,连接件在外力作用下就可以随意弯折并且在撤去外力后能够自动复原,从而使得两壳体之间的夹角在一定范围内任意变换。这样,按摩器的作用角度范围较大,可以压力调节各种角度以适应不同部位的按摩,实现无极调节角度按摩。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
参见图1和图2本实用新型实施例提供了一种角度可调式按摩器,包括左右两壳体100、连接两壳体100的连接件200、设在两壳体100内侧表面110的按摩组件300以及置于壳体100内用于驱动按摩组件300转动的电机400,连接件200包括一个“S”形弹片210,且“S”形弹片210的两端分别连接左右两壳体100。通过“S”形弹片210连接两壳体100,这样连接体200具有了类似弹簧的功能,受外力作用下压两壳体100,“S”形弹片210发生一定的形变,能够改变两壳体100之间的夹角,可以在身体不同部位进行按摩,而且在按摩结束后,解除两壳体100的压力,“S”形弹片210恢复原状态。这样按摩器的按摩范围得到了加强,实现了无极调节角度按摩。
进一步地,在“S”形弹片210上设有若干的划槽211,这样两壳体100之间的连接电线(图中未示出)可以穿设在这些划槽211内,起到了一定的防护作用。当然也可以在“S”形弹片210上设有若干线孔(图中未示出),连接电线可以穿设这些线孔电连接两壳体100内的电机400。
再进一步地参见图3,按摩器还包括一个软质保护套500,保护套500的两端分别套接两壳体100外表面,同时连接件200位于保护套500内。一般连接件200与两壳体100之间的连接会出现一定的接缝,而且在调节连接件200时,接缝会增大,这样按摩器在作用身体的某些部位时,会出现夹持毛发的情况,不利于按摩的舒适性。而在增设了保护套500后,接缝隐藏其内,不会再存在按摩夹持毛发情况。
进一步地,在保护套500的两端边均环设有“L”形内槽511,而在两壳体100的连接端120均设有卡勾121,且卡勾121刚好卡设在“L”形内槽511内。这是通过“L”形内槽511与卡勾121之间的配合将保护套500连接固定在两壳体100上,当然由于保护套500为软质材料制成,也方便了安装时,将卡勾121卡设在“L”形内槽511内。
具体地,保护套500的两端边均具有阶梯状的外圈口510和内圈口520,而“L”形内槽511设在外圈口510上,同时在两壳体100的连接端120还均内设具有凸台131的夹板130,夹板130用来夹持保护套500的外圈口510,且凸台131抵顶在内圈口520上。这是为了用两个夹板130将保护套500夹设在两壳体100上,不至于“L”形内槽511与卡勾121脱落。
具体地,保护套500的外形设为波浪状,这样在按摩调节连接件200时,保护套500具有足够的形变量,不影响连接件200的调节。
再次参见图1,结合图4,进一步地,在两壳体100的内侧表面110均嵌设有转盘310,且在转盘310上安设有若干个按摩头320,同时转盘310还可以通过电机400驱使转动。在转盘310转动的同时,各按摩头320也在绕转盘310的轴线转动,这样相比单一的按摩头320转动,按摩器的按摩范围较大,提高了按摩效率。
具体地,按摩头320包括设在转盘310上的球形凹腔321以及置于球形凹腔321内的滚珠322,滚珠322可以自由转动并且部分外表面凸出球形凹腔321。在实际的按摩过程中,只有滚珠322是和人体皮表直接接触,随着转盘310带动按摩头320转动,滚珠322与人体皮表滑动并产生摩擦力,进而推动滚珠322滚动,滚珠322滚动按摩轻柔人体皮表,按摩效果较佳;同时滚珠322用弹性材料制成,方便将其从球形凹腔321内取出或安置。
进一步地参见图1、图5以及图6,按摩器还包括设在按摩组件300与电机400之间的变速箱600,电机400的输出轴为第一齿轮轴410,变速箱600包括与第一齿轮轴410啮合且呈垂直设置的皇冠齿轮610以及与皇冠齿轮610啮合的行星齿轮620,且行星齿轮620带动按摩组件300转动。
具体地,皇冠齿轮610包括一个水平环设的水平外齿611以及竖直设置的第二齿轮轴612,水平外齿611与第一齿轮轴410啮合,同时第二齿轮轴612与行星齿轮620的太阳轮621啮合,而太阳轮621又与行星齿轮620的行星轮622啮合转动,进而由行星轮622带动按摩组件300转动按摩。在变速箱600的调速作用下,按摩器的振动平缓,而且噪音较小,同时皇冠齿轮610与第一齿轮轴410啮合且呈垂直设置,这样电机400可以与变速箱600一样水平摆放,优化了两壳体的高度,保证了按摩器的便携性。
以上所述仅为本实用新型较佳的实施例而已,其结构并不限于上述列举的形状,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种角度可调式按摩器,包括左右两壳体、连接两所述壳体的连接体、设于所述壳体内侧表面上的按摩组件以及置于所述壳体内用于驱动所述按摩组件转动的电机,其特征在于:所述连接体包括“S”形弹片,所述“S”形弹片两端分别与两所述壳体连接固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的角度可调式按摩器,其特征在于:所述“S”形弹片上设有若干划槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的角度可调式按摩器,其特征在于:还包括软质保护套,所述保护套套接两所述壳体的外表面,且所述连接体内置于所述保护套内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的角度可调式按摩器,其特征在于:所述保护套的两端边均环设有“L”形内槽,且两所述壳体的连接端均设有用于扣合于所述“L”形内槽的卡勾。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的角度可调式按摩器,其特征在于:所述保护套的两端均具有呈阶梯状的内外两圈口,所述“L”形内槽位于所述外圈口上,且两所述壳体的连接端还均内设具有凸台的夹板,各所述夹板分别夹紧所述外圈口且所述凸台抵顶于所述内圈口内。
  6. 如权利要求3-5任一项所述的角度可调式按摩器,其特征在于:所述保护套呈波浪状。
  7. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的角度可调式按摩器,其特征在于:所述按摩组件包括嵌设于所述壳体内侧表面且由所述电机驱使转动的转盘以及设于所述转盘上的若干按摩头。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的角度可调式按摩器,其特征在于:所述按摩头包括设于所述转盘上的球形凹腔以及置于所述球形凹腔内且可转动的弹性滚珠,且所述弹性滚珠部分外表面凸出所述球形凹腔。
  9. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的角度可调式按摩器,其特征在于:还包括设于所述电机与所述按摩组件之间的变速箱,所述电机具有输出的第一齿轮轴,所述变速箱包括与所述第一齿轮轴啮合且垂直设置的皇冠齿轮以及与所述皇冠齿轮啮合且带动所述按摩组件转动的行星齿轮。
