Abstract

一种按摩器,包括壳体(100)、由所述壳体(100)上伸出的两按摩头(200)以及设于所述壳体(100)内驱动所述两按摩头(200)的电机(300),还包括设于所述电机(300)与所述两按摩头(200)之间的变速齿轮组(400)。所述电机(300)的输出轴为一蜗杆(310)。所述变速齿轮组(400)包括由所述蜗杆(310)驱动的主动齿轮组(410)、由所述主动齿轮组(410)驱动的从动齿轮组(420)以及由所述从动齿轮组(420)驱动的两齿轮(430)。所述两按摩头(200)分别固定于各所述两齿轮(430)的齿轮轴(431)上。在按摩器中,于电机(300)与按摩头(200)之间增设变速齿轮组(400),通过变速齿轮组(400)对齿轮的转速进行合理调整,从而使按摩头(200)按摩更舒适,且有效降低按摩时的噪音。

新型按摩器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及按摩设备,更具体地说,是涉及一种新型按摩器。
背景技术
目前,市面上的各种电动按摩器,给人们的日常保健带来了极大的方便,但是这些按摩器一般直接向人体的按摩部件传递机械振动,存在按摩振动大,噪音大、舒适感不强的缺点。
技术问题
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术之缺陷,提供一种结构简单、噪音低,且按摩舒适度强的新型按摩器。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:提供一种新型按摩器,包括壳体、由所述壳体上伸出的两按摩头以及设于所述壳体内驱动所述两按摩头的电机,还包括设于所述电机与所述两按摩头之间的变速齿轮组,所述电机的输出轴为一蜗杆,所述变速齿轮组包括由所述蜗杆驱动的主动齿轮组、由所述主动齿轮组驱动的从动齿轮组以及由所述从动齿轮组驱动的两齿轮,所述两按摩头分别固定于各所述两齿轮的齿轮轴上。
具体地,所述主动齿轮组包括同轴连接的上主动齿轮与下主动齿轮;所述从动齿轮组包括同轴连接的上从动齿轮与下从动齿轮;所述下主动齿轮与所述蜗杆啮合,所述上主动齿轮与所述下从动齿轮啮合,所述两齿轮位于所述上从动齿轮的两侧,且分别与所述上从动齿轮啮合。
优选地,所述主动齿轮组的上主动齿轮与下主动齿轮均为斜齿轮;所述从动齿轮组的上从动齿轮与下从动齿轮均为斜齿轮。
进一步地,所述主动齿轮组的上主动齿轮的齿数与下主动齿轮的齿数均少于所述被动齿轮组的上被动齿轮的齿数与下被动齿轮的齿数。
具体地,所述按摩头包括套设于各所述齿轮轴上的本体以及设于所述本体上的偏心头。
有益效果
本实用新型中,于电机与按摩头之间增设变速齿轮组,通过变速齿轮组对齿轮的转速进行合理调整,从而使按摩头按摩更舒适,且有效降低按摩时的噪音。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
参照图1、图2,本实用新型提供了一种新型按摩器,包括壳体100、由壳体100上伸出的两按摩头200以及设于壳体100内驱动两按摩头200的电机300,还包括设于电机300与两按摩头200之间的变速齿轮组400,电机300的输出轴为一蜗杆310,变速齿轮组400包括由蜗杆310驱动的主动齿轮组410、由主动齿轮组410驱动的从动齿轮组420以及由从动齿轮组420驱动的两齿轮430,两按摩头200分别固定于各齿轮430的齿轮轴431上。本实用新型中,于电机300与按摩头200之间增设变速齿轮组400,通过变速齿轮组400对齿轮的转速进行合理调整,从而使按摩头200按摩更舒适,且有效降低按摩时的噪音。
结合图3,主动齿轮组410包括上、下设置的上主动齿轮411与下主动齿轮412,上主动齿轮411与下主动齿轮412通过一主转轴413同轴连接,主转轴413通过轴承500与上主动齿轮411与下主动齿轮412连接;从动齿轮组420包括上、下设置的上从动齿轮421与下从动齿轮422,上从动齿轮421与下从动齿轮422通过一从转轴423同轴连接,从转轴423通过轴承500与上从动齿轮421与下从动齿轮422连接。其中,下主动齿轮412与蜗杆310啮合,上主动齿轮411与下从动齿轮422啮合,而两齿轮430位于上从动齿轮421的两侧,且分别与上从动齿轮421啮合。本实施例中,电机300工作时,其输出的动力通过蜗杆310传递给下主动齿轮412,下主动齿轮412带动上主动齿轮411同步转动,而上主动齿轮411带动与其啮合的下从动齿轮422,同样的,下从动齿轮422带动上从动齿轮421同步转动,上从动齿轮421转动时同时带动两齿轮430转动,从而两按摩头200转动进行按摩。
本实施例中,主动齿轮组410的上主动齿轮411与下主动齿轮412均为斜齿轮;从动齿轮组420的上从动齿轮421与下从动齿轮422均为斜齿轮。本实施例中,采用斜齿轮来传动,其作用优于直齿轮,且其具有体积小、重量轻、传递转矩大、起动平稳、传动比分级精细的优点,而且在实际安装时可任意连接、且位置也具有多种选择。
由图2中可以看出,主动齿轮组410的上主动齿轮411的齿数与下主动齿轮412的齿数均少于从动齿轮组420的上从动齿轮421的齿数与下从动齿轮422的齿数。根据传动比原理,这样,通过主动齿轮组410与从动齿轮组420的配合进行减速,使按摩头200具有更合理的转速,一方面使按摩更舒适,另一方面也减少了噪音。
本实施例中, 按摩头200包括套设于各齿轮轴431上的本体210以及设于本体210上的偏心头220。当齿轮轴431旋转时,偏心头220绕本体210中心作圆周运动,按摩效果更好。
进一步地,本实施例中,壳体100包括相互扣合的上壳体110与下壳体120,电机300水平置于下壳体120内,而变速齿轮组400则纵向设置于电机300一侧,这样的结构设计,占用内部空间小,使按摩器整体结构更薄。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种新型按摩器,包括壳体、由所述壳体上伸出的两按摩头以及设于所述壳体内驱动所述两按摩头的电机,其特征在于:还包括设于所述电机与所述两按摩头之间的变速齿轮组,所述电机的输出轴为一蜗杆,所述变速齿轮组包括由所述蜗杆驱动的主动齿轮组、由所述主动齿轮组驱动的从动齿轮组以及由所述从动齿轮组驱动的两齿轮,所述两按摩头分别固定于各所述两齿轮的齿轮轴上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的新型按摩器,其特征在于:所述主动齿轮组包括同轴连接的上主动齿轮与下主动齿轮;所述从动齿轮组包括同轴连接的上从动齿轮与下从动齿轮;所述下主动齿轮与所述蜗杆啮合,所述上主动齿轮与所述下从动齿轮啮合,所述两齿轮位于所述上从动齿轮的两侧,且分别与所述上从动齿轮啮合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的新型按摩器,其特征在于:所述主动齿轮组的上主动齿轮与下主动齿轮均为斜齿轮;所述从动齿轮组的上从动齿轮与下从动齿轮均为斜齿轮。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的新型按摩器,其特征在于:所述主动齿轮组的上主动齿轮的齿数与下主动齿轮的齿数均少于所述被动齿轮组的上被动齿轮的齿数与下被动齿轮的齿数。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的新型按摩器,其特征在于:所述按摩头包括套设于各所述齿轮轴上的本体以及设于所述本体上的偏心头。
