技术领域
本发明提供一种绿墙的供水单元, 特别是提供一种具可自动给水及调节 土壤内水分功能的绿墙的供水单元。 背景技术
近年来全球暖化现象日益严重, 在生态上及气候上都有影响, 尤其是在 现阶段节能减碳的趋势下, 绿色建筑的设计更是人类所追求的环保生活。 因 此, 目前世界各国政府无不积极在推动绿化都市环境, 期望在寸土寸金的都 市环境中能全面绿化, 其中绿墙系统则是一种将地面失去的自然绿意, 从建 筑物的立面找寻回来的积极替代性作法, 绿墙系统泛指在人造建筑物表面设 置披覆各式草本及木本植物, 以其达到隔热降温、 进化污浊空气及改善都市 生态环境的目的, 进而美化建筑物外观上的自然美感及又可具有环保节能的 优点。
目前植生绿墙的工法大概分为不织布及框架式两种工法; 不织布 (无纺 布, Non Woven) 工法, 主要组成要件为钢架 (或木架:)、 中空板及不织布, 植裁不须使用土壤介质, 直接于不织布上割开后将植裁种入, 经由隐藏式管 路定时灌溉及施加液肥。 因不织布工法使用隐藏式管路灌溉, 当管路出现障 碍时势必造成维修极为困难,再者,其不织布容易有劣化及固结的问题产生, 致不适合植裁在其中长期的成长。 而框架式工法, 其主要组成要件为墙体框 架、 土壤介质; 于墙体框架中置入土壤介质, 再将植裁种于墙体开孔中, 由 于必须在墙体框架内填满土壤介质, 导致墙体框架非常重, 无法大面积外挂 于建筑物外墙上, 只能小面积施作; 再者, 因其植裁种植位置受限于墙体框 架的孔洞位置, 所以其造景呆板不自然, 且当墙体框架损坏时, 也难以更换。
有鉴于上述问题, 本发明揭露一种结构简单如积木般可轻易、 快速组装 成绿墙的供水单元, 利用其左右两下边角皆开设有 1/4圆缺口, 及利用该两 1/4 圆缺口恰可合并等于其上端面上的半圆形缺口等结构设计, 使其可运用 复数个供水单元以交叉叠置方式轻易、 快速地组置成绿墙构造, 且通过其左 右的衔接管及内部的逾水导流管, 使每一供水单元皆能连通左右上下的供水 单元, 令所有供水单元皆可相互连通供水, 因此, 只要于绿墙顶端衔接水源, 即可自动全面供水裁培水生植物, 有效改进不织布工法的种种问题, 为本发 明的主要创作目的。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的, 即在于提供一种绿墙的供水单元, 特别是提供一种 结构简单如积木般可轻易、 快速组装成绿墙的供水单元。
本发明的另一目的, 在于提供一种绿墙的供水单元, 其左右两下边角皆 开设有 1/4圆缺口, 及利用该两 1/4圆缺口恰可合并等于其上端面上的半圆 形缺口等结构设计, 使其可运用复数个供水单元以交叉叠置方式轻易、 快速 地组置成绿墙构造。
本发明的再一目的, 在于提供一种绿墙的供水单元, 其左右两侧边上的 衔接通管及底面下两凸耳,使其可运用复数个供水单元以交叉迭置方式轻易、 快速地组置成绿墙构造, 同时可使每一供水单元皆能连通左右上下的供水单 元, 令所有供水单元皆可相互连通供水, 因此, 只要于绿墙顶端衔接水源, 即可自动全面供水裁培水生植物。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现上述目的:
一种绿墙的供水单元, 其主要是于一中空盒体左右两侧边面上各设一衔 接通管, 于左右两侧下边角处设计成 1/4圆缺口, 于该中空盒体的端面上以 横向 (前后面)方式开设有一半圆形缺口, 及于该中空盒体底面下设两凸耳, 使其可通过交叉叠置方式轻易且快速地将每三个中空盒体便能组置成一圆形 裁植孔口的绿墙构造, 同时可使所有中空盒体左右上下皆能相通, 令所有中 空盒体皆可相互连通供水, 因此, 只要于绿墙顶端衔接水源, 即可自动全面 供水裁培水生植物。
优选地, 其中左右两侧边面上的衔接通管, 为一大一小且恰可相互套合 衔接的通管。
优选地, 其中横向半圆形缺口为深浅不一的两半圆形所构成, 即前壁与 后壁的半圆形缺口的口径虽是相同, 但深浅却不同, 所以当于其上设置配件 时, 可令该配件以倾斜方式呈现。
优选地, 其中两凸耳中一凸耳内设有一逾水导管连通至下方外, 使当中 空盒体内的水量达到预计的高度位置时, 可由该逾水导管往下排出。 优选地, 其中后壁外侧面上设有一挂勾, 以供吊挂。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明绿墙的供水单元结构简单, 可轻易、 快速组装成绿墙, 且通过其 左右的衔接管及内部的逾水导流管, 使每一供水单元皆能连通左右上下的供 水单元, 令所有供水单元皆可相互连通供水, 因此, 只要于绿墙顶端衔接水 源, 即可自动全面供水裁培水生植物, 有效改进不织布工法的种种问题。 附图说明

请继续参阅第 4〜5图所示, 为本发明交叉叠置成一面绿墙的剖面示意图 及平面示意图。 由图式可知, 本发明可利用中空盒体 1左右两侧面上的衔接 通管 10, 11分别衔接另两中空盒体,再分别利用此两中空盒体的衔接通管再 衔接另两中空盒体, 以此类推, 即可在其左右两侧边无限地衔接中空盒体至 绿墙所需的面宽为止, 然后再在整体绿墙一边的衔接通管上衔接水源 w, 在 另一边的衔接通管上则可利用一封套 s封闭之, 令水源只能达到满水位时方 能由每一中空盒体内的逾水导管 150往下流入套接于下方的中空盒体内; 此 外,本发明还可利用中空盒体 1底面下的两凸耳 15, 16分别在左右两侧边面 下卡接另两个中空盒体 1, 该两中空盒体除有衔接通管套接外, 其中空盒体 端口并套接在上方的中空盒体的凸耳上, 如此即可在中空盒体下套接另两中 空盒体, 以此类推, 犹如交叉叠置积木一般, 至到完成绿墙所需的高度为止, 通过每一中空盒体 1左右侧下边角为 1/4圆形缺口 12, 13及端面上开有一半 圆形缺口 14的对接合成,使绿墙上每三个中空盒体即构成一个圆形裁植孔口 2, 利用该圆形裁植孔口 2得种植水生植物, 完成一种组置容易、 快速的绿墙 构造。
上述每一盒体 1除通过左右两侧边面上的衔接通管及底面下的两凸耳衔 接左右两侧及下方两侧的中空盒体外, 同时利用每一中空盒体背面的挂勾 140勾置于网架上, 以利求组置成坚固的绿墙构造。
上述整体绿墙的供水系统, 可于绿墙同一边面上的衔接通管衔接水源或 是连同另一边面上的衔接通管一并利用封套 s封闭, 仅由其顶端第一列所衔 接的水源供应, 由上而下补充所有中空盒体内水量; 或是由最顶面的中空盒 体口供应水源, 而绿墙左右两侧面的所有衔接通管皆利用封套 s封闭, 使水 源由上而下补充每一中空盒体, 达到可自动全面供水裁培水生植物的目的。
综上论述, 诚可见本发明 "绿墙的供水单元", 其左右两侧边上的衔接通 管及底面下两凸耳, 使其可运用复数个供水单元以交叉叠置方式轻易、 快速 地组置成绿墙构造, 同时可使每一供水单元皆能连通左右上下的供水单元, 令所有供水单元皆可相互连通供水, 因此, 只要于绿墙顶端衔接水源, 即可 自动全面供水裁培水生植物。 因此, 本发明不仅能完全改善现有绿墙工法结 构的缺陷, 同时更具有结构简单一体成型有效降低制造成本及组置容易、 快 速等优点,故其产生的功效与预期目的完全符合,且整体技术手段新颖创新, 是极具实用及进歩性, 为一合理的新型创作, 诚应与专利法所定的新型专利 要件 "进歩性"、 "创新性"及 "实用性" 吻合, 爰依法具文提请钧局审查核 可, 并盼极早准予其专利权, 以嘉慰创作人的研创苦心, 更维申请人应得权 益, 实感德便。
虽然本发明已经以较佳实例揭露如上, 但其并非限定本发明, 任何熟悉 此技艺的人, 在不脱离本发明的精神与原则下对本发明进行的变更与修改, 皆应涵盖于申请专利范围所界定的范畴中。

1 . 一种绿墙的供水单元, 其主要是于一中空盒体左右两侧边面上各设一 衔接通管, 于左右两侧下边角处设计成 1/4圆缺口, 于该中空盒体的端面上 以横向方式开设有一半圆形缺口, 及于该中空盒体底面下设两凸耳, 使其可 通过交叉叠置方式轻易且快速地将每三个中空盒体便能组置成一圆形裁植孔 口的绿墙构造, 同时可使所有中空盒体左右上下皆能相通, 令所有中空盒体 皆可相互连通供水, 因此, 只要于绿墙顶端衔接水源, 即可自动全面供水裁 培水生植物。
2.如申请专利范围第 1项所述绿墙的供水单元,其中左右两侧边面上的衔 接通管, 为一大一小且恰可相互套合衔接的通管。
3.如申请专利范围第 1项所述绿墙的供水单元,其中横向半圆形缺口为深 浅不一的两半圆形所构成, 即前壁与后壁的半圆形缺口的口径虽是相同, 但 深浅却不同, 所以当于其上设置配件时, 可令该配件以倾斜方式呈现。
4.如申请专利范围第 1项所述绿墙的供水单元,其中两凸耳中一凸耳内设 有一逾水导管连通至下方外,使当中空盒体内的水量达到预计的高度位置时, 可由该逾水导管往下排出。
5.如申请专利范围第 3项所述绿墙的供水单元,其中后壁外侧面上设有一 挂勾, 以供吊挂。
