背景技术
切菜板是切菜经常用到的工具, 现有的切菜板大都是由于一块木质板 构成, 在使用时, 切菜板的表面会随着使用时间的增加, 表面留下很多刀 痕, 且刀痕越来越深; 因此在刀痕内会聚集一些菜的残渣, 易滋生细菌, 使得菜受到污染, 不利于人体健康。 为了避免在刀痕内聚集切菜的残渣, 一般采取: 1、 人工仔细的清洗, 耗费较大人工; 2、 直接更换; 由于只有 表面有刀痕, 造成使用寿命短, 浪费大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术中, 切菜板的刀痕在使用过程中 深度不断增加, 为避免细菌滋生不利身体健康, 造成人工清洗难道大、 使 用寿命低的问题, 提供一种切菜板, 该切菜板使用方便, 便于清洗, 使用 寿命长。
为达到上述目的, 本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种切菜板, 包括多层切菜单板, 相邻的切菜单板之间粘接。
进一步地, 所述切菜单板的上端面或下端面设有注胶槽, 注胶槽内设 有胶粘剂, 相邻的切菜单板通过胶粘剂粘接。
进一步地, 所述切菜单板的上端面或下端面还设有用于辅助切菜单板 分离的分离缺口。 进一步地, 所述注胶槽内设有注胶通孔, 且每个切菜单板相应的注胶 通孔相通。
进一步地, 所述切菜单板的一端设有手持通孔。
本实用新型取得的有益效果为: 本实用新型由多层的切菜单板粘接而 成, 使用时, 可以一层一层使用, 延长了切菜板的使用寿命。

下面结合附图 1至图 2, 以及具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步地说明。
实施例: 参加图 1至图 2。
一种切菜板 10, 包括多层切菜单板 1, 相邻的切菜单板 1之间粘接。 本实用新型切菜板 10由多层的由塑胶制作的切菜单板 1组成, 在使用 时, 当位于最上层的切菜单板 1 的表面的刀痕较深时, 且位于刀痕内的菜 渣不易清洗时, 可将最上层的切菜单板 1从切菜板 10中撕裂出, 使得原位 于第二层的切菜单板 1当作第一层切菜单板 1使用; 因此可以保持切菜板 10表层的刀痕不会太深, 而影响到清洗; 由于切菜板 10由多层的切菜单板 1组成, 因此在使用寿命上可以大大延长, 直到最下层的切菜单板 1的表面 也留下较深的刀痕。 本实施例中, 切菜板 10由 5层切菜单板 1粘接而成, 因此其使用寿命为现在切菜板的 5倍。
进一步地, 所述切菜单板 1的上端面或下端面设有注胶槽 11, 注胶槽 11内设有胶粘剂, 相邻切菜单板 1通过胶粘剂粘接。
为了让切菜单板 1与切菜单板 1之间粘接, 且不影响到切菜单板 1上 端面的使用, 因此在上端面或下端面设置了注胶槽 11, 本实施例在上端面 设置了注胶槽 11, 胶粘剂填充注胶槽 11后, 胶粘剂的表面与切菜单板 1的 上端面或下端面齐平, 这样便于切菜单板 1与切菜单板 1之间的粘接; 切 菜板 10—般使用的面积在切菜板 10的中部, 因此将注胶槽 11设置在切菜 单板 1的边缘处。
进一步地, 所述切菜单板 1 的上端面或下端面还设有用于辅助切菜单 板 1分离的分离缺口 12。
设置分离缺口 12, 使得相邻切菜单板 1在粘接后, 两个粘接的面上还 留有间隙, 便于以后撕裂、 剥离。
进一步地, 所述注胶槽 11内设有注胶通孔 14, 且每个切菜单板 1相应 的注胶通孔 14相通。
通过设置注胶通孔 14, 使得切菜单板 1在注胶后, 注胶通孔 14变成连 接孔, 注胶通孔 14内的胶液凝固形成连接体, 辅助切菜单板 1之间的连接 且保持连接稳定。 本实施例中注胶通孔 14呈圆柱形, 每个切菜单板 1相应 的注胶通孔 14的轴线同轴。 当然注胶通孔 14也可以呈其他多边形柱体。
进一步地, 所述切菜单板 1的一端设有手持通孔 13。
设置手持通孔 13, 便于切菜单板 1携带, 同时也可以辅助切菜单板 1 悬挂。

1. 一种切菜板, 其特征在于: 包括多层切菜单板, 相邻的切菜单板之 间粘接。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种切菜板, 其特征在于: 所述切菜单板的 上端面或下端面设有注胶槽, 注胶槽内设有胶粘剂, 相邻的切菜单 板通过胶粘剂粘接。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种切菜板, 其特征在于: 所述切菜单 板的上端面或下端面还设有用于辅助切菜单板分离的分离缺口。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的一种切菜板, 其特征在于: 所述注胶槽内设 有注胶通孔, 且每个切菜单板相应的注胶通孔相通。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种切菜板, 其特征在于: 所述切菜单板的 一端设有手持通孔。
