本发明涉及通信领域, 特别涉及一种信息配置方法、设备间直接通信的连接建立 请求上报方法、 装置和系统。 背景技术
设备 (UE)间直接通信被称为 D2D (Device to Device )通信。 目前,用户设备 (UE) 触发的 D2D连接都是在网络控制下进行。
为了实现 UE触发的 D2D连接, 网络侧首先通知 UE其是否支持 D2D功能, 当该
UE获取网络侧支持 D2D功能的指示后, 可以根据该 UE自身的需求发起 D2D连接建立 请求。 但目前还没有有效的方法来控制 UE发起 D2D连接建立请求。

在本发明实施例中, 网络侧为用户设备配置配置信息, 该配置信息用于使用户设 备根据该配置信息确定是否能够网络侧发送设备间直接通信的连接建立请求。 这样, 可避免用户设备过多发送该请求, 减小功耗。
以下将设备间直接通信的连接建立请求称为 D2D连接建立请求。
在本发明实施例中,在用户设备根据预先获得的配置信息确定能够向网络侧发送
D2D连接建立请求时, 该用户设备才向网络侧发送所述 D2D连接建立请求。 在网络侧 接收到该 D2D连接建立请求后,会根据当前网络状态为该用户设备配置 D2D连接的资 源, 并通知该用户设备。
下面结合附图对本发明实施例的信息配置方法进行说明。 图 1是本发明实施例 1的信息配置方法流程图。 在网络侧, 如图 1所示, 该方法 包括:
步骤 101, 配置配置信息;
其中, 该配置信息用于使用户设备根据该配置信息确定是否能够向网络侧发送 D2D连接建立请求;
根据不同的情况, 网络侧为用户设备配置的信息可包括: 网络侧是否支持用户设 备上报 D2D连接建立请求的信息;
或者, 网络侧是否支持用户设备上报 D2D连接建立请求的信息、 以及预定的时间 长度; 或者, 网络侧是否支持用户设备上报 D2D连接建立请求的信息、 上报 D2D连接 建立请求的时间间隔和在该时间间隔内上报 D2D连接建立请求的最大次数。
步骤 102, 将该配置信息通知用户设备;
其中, 网络侧可通过信令通知该用户设备, 可由网络侧实体, 如基站通知该用户 设备, 具体的通知方式可以通过广播 /专用 (L2或 L3消息) 信令实现, 但不限于这 种通知方式, 还可采用其他方式, 此处不再赘述。
在用户设备侧, 还包括步骤 103, 该用户设备接收网络侧通知的该配置信息。 这样该用户设备获得该配置信息后,可根据该配置信息来确定是否能够向网络侧 发送 D2D连接建立请求。

在本实施例中, 步骤 301为可选步骤, 如果该用户设备预先获得该配置信息并储 存在该用户设备时, 该用户设备可直接执行步骤 302。
由上述本实施例可知, 在用户设备确定能够发送 D2D 连接建立请求时才发送该 D2D连接建立请求, 可避免用户设备过多的发起设备之间连接建立的请求, 为用户设 备节省功耗。
在本实施例中,在步骤 302中,可根据配置信息进行判断, 以下结合附图来说明。 在本实施例中,在该配置信息包括网络侧是否支持用户设备上报 D2D连接建立请 求的信息时,该用户设备可根据该配置信息和是否已上报过 D2D连接建立请求的情况 来确定是否能够向网络侧发送设备之间 (D2D ) 连接建立请求。 其中, 该上报 D2D连 接建立请求的情况可以为是否上报过该 D2D连接建立请求、或者在上报过 D2D连接建 立请求时, 上报内容是否与前一次一致的情况。 以下结合附图 4对这种情况进行说明。

图 10是本发明实施例 8中处理单元的结构示意图。如图 10所示, 在该配置信息 包括网络侧是否支持用户设备上报 D2D连接建立请求的信息和预定的时间长度时,处 理单元 802包括: 第三确定单元 1001和第四确定单元 1002 ; 其中,
第三确定单元 1001, 用于在根据该配置信息确定网络侧支持用户上报 D2D连接 建立请求时,进一步确定当前时间与上一次发送该连接建立请求的时间之间的间隔是 否大于预定的时间长度; 第四确定单元 1002, 用于在确定结果为大于该预定的时间 长度时, 确定能够向网络侧发送该 D2D连接建立请求。 与图 5所示的实施例类似, 此 处不再赘述。
在这种情况下, 装置 800还可包括禁止计时器 805和启动单元 804, 其中该禁止 计时器 805用于标记 "当前时间与上一次发送该连接建立请求的时间之间的间隔", 该启动单元 804用于在请求发送单元 803发送该连接建立请求后,启动或重启该禁止 计时器。

第五确定单元 1101, 用于在根据该配置信息确定网络侧支持用户上报 D2D连接 建立请求时,进一步确定在该时间间隔内上报 D2D连接建立请求的次数是否超过预定 的最大次数; 该第六确定单元 1102, 用于在确定结果为未超过该最大次数时, 确定 能够向网络侧发送该 D2D连接建立请求。
在上述实施例中, 装置 800还可包括内容设置单元 (图中未示出), 该内容设置 单元用于在向网络侧发送该 D2D连接建立请求前, 设置该 D2D连接建立请求的内容。
本发明实施例 11提供一种用户设备,该用户设备可包括实施例 9或 10所述的装 置。
在上述实施例中, 在该用户设备确定能够向网络侧发送该请求时, 才发送该 D2D 连接建立请求, 这样, 可避免用户设备多次发送该请求。
图 12是本发明实施例 12的连接建立请求上报装置结构示意图。在网络侧, 如图 12所示,装置 1200包括: 请求接收单元 1201、资源分配单元 1202和通知单元 1203; 其中,
请求接收单元 1201, 用于接收用户设备发送的 D2D连接建立请求, 该 D2D连接 建立请求是用户设备根据预先获得的配置信息确定能够向网络侧发送时所发送的 D2D 连接建立请求;
资源分配单元 1202,用于在根据网络当前状态确定是为该用户设备分配进行 D2D 连接的资源时, 为该用户设备分配进行 D2D连接的资源;
通知单元 1203, 用于将分配的该资源通知该用户设备。
在本实施例中, 装置 1200还可包括消息通知单元 1203, 用于在根据网络当前状 态确定不支持该用户设备进行 D2D连接时, 通知该用户设备连接建立拒绝消息。该部 件为可选部件。
此外, 装置 1200还可包括信息配置单元和信息通知单元(图中未示出), 如实施 例 2所示, 此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例 13还提供一种基站, 该基站包括实施例 12所述的装置 1200。 图 13是本发明实施例 14的网络系统构成图。 如图 13所示, 该系统包括: 用户 设备, 如 UE1和 UE2; 还包括基站, 如 eNB。
在本实施例中, 该用户设备的结构如上述实施例 11所述的用户设备; 该基站的 结构如上述实施例 13所述的基站, 此处不再赘述。

本发明实施例还提供一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质,其中该计算机可读 程序使得计算机在信息配置装置中执行如实施例 1所述的信息配置方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读程序,其中当在连接建立请求上报装置或用 户设备中执行该程序时,该程序使得计算机在该连接建立请求上报装置或用户设备中 执行如实施例 7所述的连接建立请求上报方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质,其中该计算机可读 程序使得计算机在连接建立请求上报装置或用户设备中执行如实施例 7 所述的设备 之间连接建立请求上报方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读程序,其中当在连接建立请求上报装置或基 站中执行该程序时,该程序使得计算机在该连接建立请求上报装置或基站中执行如实 施例 8所述的设备之间连接建立请求上报方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质,其中该计算机可读 程序使得计算机在连接建立请求上报装置或基站中执行如实施例 8 所述的设备之间 连接建立请求上报方法。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种连接建立请求上报方法, 包括:
在用户设备根据预先获得的配置信息确定能够向网络侧发送设备间直接通信的 连接建立请求时, 所述用户设备向网络侧发送所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 获取所述配置信息; 其中, 所述配置信息包括:
网络侧是否支持用户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息; 或者, 网络侧是否支持用户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息、以及预定 的时间长度或者上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的时间间隔和在所述时间间隔 内上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的最大次数。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 根据所述配置信 息确定是否能够向网络侧发送所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在所述配置信息包括网络侧是否支持用 户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息时,确定是否能够向网络侧发送所 述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求, 包括:
根据所述配置信息和是否上报过设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的情况来确定 是否能够向网络侧发送所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 根据所述配置信息和是否上报过设备间 直接通信的连接建立请求的情况来确定是否能够向网络侧发送所述设备间直接通信 的连接建立请求, 包括:
在所述配置信息为网络侧支持用户上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求时,确定 所述用户设备是否已上报所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求;
在所述用户设备未上报所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求、或者在所述用户设 备已上报所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求、且已上报的所述设备间直接通信的连 接建立请求与当前上报的设备间直接通信的连接建立请求内容不同时,确定能够向网 络侧发送所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在所述配置信息包括网络侧是否支持用 户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息和预定的时间长度时,确定是否能 够向网络侧发送所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求, 包括:
在根据所述配置信息确定网络侧支持用户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立 请求时,且当前时间与前一次发送所述连接建立请求的时间之间的间隔超过所述预定 的时间长度时,
确定能够向网络侧发送所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 在用户设备发送所述 设备间直接通信的连接建立请求后, 启动或重启所述禁止计时器。
8、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在所述配置信息包括网络侧是否支持用 户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息、以及上报设备间直接通信的连接 建立请求的时间间隔和在所述时间间隔内上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的最 大次数时, 确定是否能够向网络侧发送所述连接建立请求, 包括:
在根据所述配置信息确定网络侧支持用户上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求 时,进一步确定在所述时间间隔内上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的次数是否超 过预定的最大次数;
在未超过所述最大次数时,确定能够向网络侧发送所述设备间直接通信的连接建 立请求。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在向网络侧发送所述设备间直接通信的 连接建立请求前,所述方法还包括:设置所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的内容。
10、 一种连接建立请求上报方法, 包括:
接收用户设备发送的设备间直接通信的连接建立请求,所述连接建立请求是用户 设备根据预先获得的配置信息确定能够向网络侧发送时所发送的设备间直接通信的 连接建立请求。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其中, 所述配置信息包括:
网络侧是否支持用户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息; 或者, 网络侧是否支持用户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息、以及预定 的时间长度或者上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的时间间隔和在所述时间间隔 内上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的最大次数。
12、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
配置所述配置信息; 将所述配置信息通知所述用户设备。
13、 一种连接建立请求上报装置, 所述装置包括:
请求发送单元,所述请求发送单元用于在根据预先获得的配置信息确定能够向网 络侧发送设备间直接通信的连接建立请求时,向网络侧发送所述设备间直接通信的连 接建立请求。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
信息获取单元, 所述信息获取单元用于获取所述配置信息; 其中, 所述配置信息 包括: 网络侧是否支持用户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息; 或者, 网络侧是否支持用户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息、以及预定 的时间长度或者上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的时间间隔和在所述时间间隔 内上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的最大次数。
15、 根据权利要求 13或 14所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
处理单元,所述处理单元用于根据所述配置信息确定是否能够向网络侧发送设备 间直接通信的连接建立请求。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的装置, 其中, 在所述配置信息包括网络侧是否支持 用户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息时,所述处理单元用于根据所述 配置信息和是否已上报过设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的情况来确定是否能够向 网络侧发送设备间直接通信的连接建立请求。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的装置, 其中, 所述处理单元包括:
第一确定单元,所述第一确定单元用于在所述配置信息为网络侧支持用户上报设 备间直接通信的连接建立请求时,确定所述用户设备是否已上报所述设备间直接通信 的连接建立请求;
第二确定单元,所述第二确定单元用于在所述用户设备未上报所述设备间直接通 信的连接建立请求、 或者在所述用户设备已上报所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请 求、且已上报的所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求与当前上报的设备间直接通信的 连接建立请求内容不同时,确定能够向网络侧发送所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请 求。
18、 根据权利要求 15所述的装置, 其中, 在所述配置信息包括网络侧是否支持 用户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息和预定的时间长度时,所述处理 单元, 包括:
第三确定单元,所述第三确定单元用于在根据所述配置信息确定网络侧支持用户 上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求时,进一步确定当前时间与前一次发送所述连接 建立请求的时间之间的间隔是否超过所述预定的时间长度;;
第四确定单元, 所述第四确定单元用于在确定结果为超过所述预定的时间长度 时, 确定能够向网络侧发送所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
启动单元,所述启动单元用于在所述请求发送单元发送设备间直接通信的连接建 立请求后, 启动或重启所述禁止计时器。
20、 根据权利要求 15所述的装置, 其中, 在所述配置信息包括网络侧是否支持 用户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息、以及上报设备间直接通信的连 接建立请求的时间间隔和在所述时间间隔内上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的 最大次数时, 所述处理单元包括:
第五确定单元,所述第五确定单元用于在根据所述配置信息确定网络侧支持用户 上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求时,进一步确定在所述时间间隔内上报设备间直 接通信的连接建立请求的次数是否超过预定的最大次数;
第六确定单元, 所述第六确定单元用于在确定结果为未超过所述最大次数时, 确 定能够向网络侧发送所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求。
21、 根据权利要求 13所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
内容设置单元,所述内容设置单元用于在向网络侧发送所述设备间直接通信的连 接建立请求前, 设置所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的内容。
22、 一种用户设备, 包括权利要求 13至 21的任一项权利要求所述的装置。
23、 一种连接建立请求上报装置, 包括:
请求接收单元,所述请求接收单元用于接收用户设备发送的设备间直接通信的连 接建立请求,所述设备间直接通信的连接建立请求是用户设备根据预先获得的配置信 息确定能够向网络侧发送时所发送的设备间直接通信的连接建立请求。
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
信息配置单元, 所述信息配置单元用于配置所述配置信息;
信息通知单元, 所述信息通知单元用于将所述配置信息通知用户设备; 其中, 所述配置信息包括:
网络侧是否支持用户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息; 或者, 网络侧是否支持用户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息、以及预定 的时间长度或者上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的时间间隔和在所述时间间隔 内上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的最大次数。
25、 一种基站, 包括权利要求 23或 24所述的装置。
26、 一种网络系统, 所述系统包括: 权利要求 22所述的用户设备和权利要求 25 所述的基站。
27、 一种信息配置方法, 所述方法包括:
配置用于使用户设备确定是否能够向网络侧发送设备间直接通信的连接建立请 求的配置信息; 其中, 所述配置信息包括: 网络侧是否支持用户设备上报设备间直接 通信的连接建立请求的信息; 或者, 网络侧是否支持用户设备上报设备间直接通信的 连接建立请求的信息、 以及预定的时间长度; 或者, 网络侧是否支持用户设备上报设 备间直接通信的连接建立请求的信息、上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的时间间 隔和在该时间间隔内上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的最大次数。
28、 根据权利要求 27所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
将所述配置信息通知用户设备。
29、 一种信息配置装置, 所述装置包括: 信息配置单元, 所述信息配置单元用于 配置用于使用户设备确定是否能够向网络侧发送设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的 配置信息;
其中, 所述配置信息可包括: 网络侧是否支持用户设备上报设备间直接通信的连 接建立请求的信息; 或者, 网络侧是否支持用户设备上报设备间直接通信的连接建立 请求的信息、 以及预定的时间长度; 或者, 网络侧是否支持用户设备上报设备间直接 通信的连接建立请求的信息、上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的时间间隔和在该 时间间隔内上报设备间直接通信的连接建立请求的最大次数。
30、 根据权利要求 29所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
信息通知单元, 所述信息通知单元用于将所述配置信息通知用户设备。
31、 一种基站, 所述基站包括权利要求 29或 30所述的装置。
32、 一种网络系统, 所述系统包括: 基站, 所述基站包括权利要求 29或 30所述的装置;
用户设备, 所述用户设备用于接收所述基站通知的配置信息。
33、 一种计算机可读程序, 其中当在连接建立请求上报装置或用户设备中执行所 述程序时,所述程序使得计算机在所述连接建立请求上报装置或用户设备中执行如权 利要求 1至 9的任意一项权利要求所述的连接建立请求上报方法。
34、 一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质, 其中所述计算机可读程序使得计算 机在连接建立请求上报装置或用户设备中执行如权利要求 1至 9的任意一项权利要求 所述的连接建立请求上报方法。
