Abstract

La présente invention concerne une seringue de sécurité auto-rétractable (100) à usage unique comprenant un ensemble piston comprenant un cylindre à piston (102) et un bouchon de piston (103), un ensemble support d'aiguille (114) et un cylindre extérieur (108). Le bouchon de piston (103) retient un bouton axial strié à position centrale (134) logé dans le cylindre à piston (102) au niveau de l'extrémité proximale et maintenu fermement par les dents internes T-2 et T-4 de verrous à doigt (126) et (128), respectivement. Un ensemble support d'aiguille (114) est logé dans une gaine conique du cylindre extérieur (108) retenant une aiguille (110) ainsi qu'un ressort comprimé (184). L'aiguille est verrouillée à l'intérieur de l'ensemble support d'aiguille à l'aide du verrou à doigt (166) pourvu d'une bride faisant saillie vers l'extérieur (168). La bride (168) est mise en contact avec un joint torique élastique coulissant (182) retenant l'ensemble support d'aiguille à l'intérieur de la gaine conique. Au terme du procédé d'injection, le bouton strié s'insère dans la cavité distale de l'aiguille (110) pour verrouiller l'aiguille avec le bouchon. Lorsque le joint torique élastique coulisse vers l'avant en raison du mouvement axial du cylindre à piston vers l'avant, le joint torique pousse la bride (168) du verrou à doigt (166) pour déverrouiller le verrou. Au même moment, les dents externes T-1 et T-3 des verrous à doigt (126) et (128) s'alignent respectivement avec la rainure conique circonférentielle interne (148) du cylindre extérieur (108) et reprennent leur état normal en s'étendant vers l'extérieur pour occuper l'espace externe fourni par la rainure (148). Cela amène les dents internes respectives T-2 et T-4 des verrous à doigt (126) et (128) à se rétracter et à libérer le bouchon de piston (103) en raison de l'expansion des verrous vers l'extérieur. Par conséquent, le bouchon de piston (103) retenant l'aiguille (110) se déplace en douceur vers l'arrière en raison de la pression exercée par l'expansion du ressort (184) vers l'arrière. Simultanément, le verrou à doigt (124) disposé au niveau de l'extrémité distale du cylindre à piston (102) glisse dans la rainure conique circonférentielle interne (146) et verrouille par encliquetage le cylindre à piston (102) à l'intérieur du cylindre extérieur (108) pour verrouiller complètement l'ensemble seringue avec l'aiguille encapsulée à l'intérieur du cylindre à piston. Les verrous à doigt faisant saillie vers l'extérieur et orientés de manière distale (125) et (127) disposés au niveau de l'extrémité proximale du cylindre à piston empêchent le retrait du cylindre à piston (102) du cylindre extérieur (108).
