Abstract

Convertisseur de couple hydrodynamique (1) qui comporte une roue de pompe menante (2) et une roue de turbine menée (3) montée rotative dans un carter (7), ledit carter pouvant être fixé sur l'arbre de sortie (26) d'une unité d'entraînement. Un embrayage de pontage de convertisseur (4) est conçu pour permettre la liaison de la roue de turbine (3), de préférence solidaire en rotation, avec le carter, ledit embrayage de pontage de convertisseur (4) comportant au moins un piston (5) et au moins un disque de friction (6) pour la liaison par friction libérable de la roue de turbine (3) avec le carter, et au moins un amortisseur (13) est relié à la roue de turbine. Ledit convertisseur est caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une unité de transmission (11) est conçue pour relier le disque de friction avec au moins un des amortisseurs pour la transmission au moins temporaire du couple. Ledit convertisseur de couple hydrodynamique selon l'invention permet une transmission du couple pratiquement exempte de jeu dans la direction circonférentielle. Simultanément, un décalage axial et des mouvements axiaux d'embrayage sont possibles, presque sans friction.
