一较佳实施例之中:所述本体组件包括本体及分水单元,所述分水单元可转动地收容在所述本体中,所述出水面盖盖合所述分水单元,所述出水面盖与所述分水单元围成两个所述水腔,所述两个水腔为一内水腔及一外水腔,所述外水腔呈环状结构并套置住所述内水腔,所述密封圈的数量是两个,所述两个密封圈为一内密封圈及一外密封圈,所述外密封圈密封住所述外水腔的外边缘,所述外密封圈的唇边朝向所述外水腔设置,所述内密封圈密封住所述外水腔的内边缘及所述内水腔。
一较佳实施例之中:所述内密封圈的上端部设有两个分别朝向所述内水腔和外水腔的所述唇边,所述内密封圈的下端部设有两个分别朝向所述内水腔和外水腔的所述唇边。
一较佳实施例之中:所述内密封圈的下端部设有两个分别朝向所述内水腔和外水腔的所述唇边。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1.所述唇边在水压作用下与所述本体组件或所述出水面盖液密封配合连接,水压越强,所述唇边就更加紧密地贴靠在所述出水面盖或本体组件上,液密封效果就越好;在没有水压存在的情况下,所述唇边仅是抵靠在所述本体组件或所述出水面盖上,操作者只要用很轻的力就能够转动所述出水面盖,将所述出水面盖从所述本体组件上拆卸下来。因此,本发明的面盖可拆卸花洒具有拆卸面盖方便的优点。
2.所述本体组件包括本体及分水单元,所述出水面盖盖合住所述分水单元,在切换水路的时候,可以通过操作所述分水单元转动来实现,所述出水面盖可与所述分水单元一起转动,不会出现将所述出水面盖拆卸下来的误操作现象。
3.所述密封圈的一端密封连接在所述分水单元上,所述唇边抵靠在所述出水面盖上,拆卸所述出水面盖时所述密封圈仍然留在所述分水单元上,结构较牢固。
4.所述斜面朝向水流的方向设置,在进水的瞬间减小水流对所述唇边的冲击力,防止所述密封圈失效。
5.所述唇边的外端部呈尖角状,在超大水压的情况下,所述唇边与所述出水面盖或分水单元紧密连接在一起,保证液密封性能。
6.所述分水单元的外圆周壁的内回转面凹设有若干收容槽,所述收容槽包括斜向段及横向段,所述出水面盖的外回转面上凸设有若干凸榫,所述凸榫卡接在所述横向段内,实现所述出水面盖连接在所述分水单元上。在拆卸所述出水面盖的时候,随着所述凸榫进入所述斜向段,所述出水面盖会相对所述分水单元上升一定高度,从而方便人手取下所述出水面盖,时一步具有操作方便的优点。
7.所述筋条卡接在所述凸柱的横向段内,一方面方便人手取下所述出水面盖,另一方向可以加强所述出水面盖中部的强度,防止所述出水面盖发生变形。
8.所述装饰圈上设有把手,方便转动所述分水单元来切换水路。

实施例1,请查阅图2及图3,本发明的面盖可拆卸花洒,它包括一本体组件、一出水面盖30、一内密封圈40、一外密封圈50及一装饰圈60,所述本体组件包括一本体10及一分水单元20。
所述装饰圈60的内回转面上设有若干插孔61。所述装饰圈60上往外延伸设有一把手62。
请查阅图3及图4,所述分水单元20用于切换不同的水路,其包括一分水体21及一分水盘22,所述分水盘22固定设置在所述分水体21上。所述分水体21的外圆周壁211的外回转面设有若干凸块212,所述凸块对应所述装饰圈60的插孔61设置。所述外圆周壁211的内回转面凹设有若干收容槽213。所述收容槽213包括一斜向段215及一横向段214,所述斜向段215的一端与所述横向段214连通,所述斜向段215的另一端与外界相通。所述分水体21底面的中部设有一凸柱216。所述凸柱216的外回转面上凹设有若干卡接槽217,所述卡接槽217的结构与所述收容槽213的结构相同。所述卡接槽217包括一斜向段218及一横向段219,所述斜向段218的一端与所述横向段219连通,所述斜向段218的另一端与外界相通。所述分水体21底面上对应所述外密封圈50设有一容置槽23。所述分水盘22底面上对应所述内密封圈40设有一容置槽24。
请参照图2及图5,所述出水面盖30的内表面上对应所述内密封圈40、外密封圈50由内往外依次设有整圈的一第一斜面31、一第二斜面32、一第三斜面33。所述出水面盖30的外回转面上对应所述分水体21的收容槽213凸设有若干凸榫34。所述出水面盖30的内表面的中部设有一环状的连接座35。所述连接座35的内回转面对应所述分水体21的卡接槽217凸设有若干筋条36。
请参照图图6,所述内密封圈40的下端部设有一下唇边41和一外唇边42。所述下唇边41朝向下方设置,其外端部呈尖角状;所述外唇边42向外径向设置,其端部呈尖角状。
请参照图图7,所述外密封圈50的下端部设有一外唇边51。所述外唇边51向斜下方向设置。所述外唇边51的外端部呈尖角状。
请参照图2至图8,所述内密封圈40的上端密封连接在所述分水盘22的容置槽24中;所述外密封圈50的上端密封连接在所述分水体21的容置槽23中;所述凸块212插接在所述插孔61中,使所述装饰圈60连接在所述分水体21上;所述分水单元20可转动地收容在所述本体10中;所述出水面盖30可拆卸地盖合所述分水单元20,所述凸榫34通过所述斜向段215后卡接在所述横向段214内,所述筋条36通过所述斜向段218后卡接在所述横向段219内;所述出水面盖30与所述分水单元20围成一内水腔70及一外水腔80,所述外水腔80呈环状结构并套置住所述内水腔70;所述第一斜面31位于所述内水腔70的外边缘位置,所述第一斜面31靠近内水腔70的一端低于远离内水腔70的一端,即所述第一斜面31朝向水流的方向设置;所述第二斜面32位于所述外水腔80的内边缘位置,所述第二斜面32靠近外水腔80的一端高于远离外水腔80的一端,但是,由于水在通过所述出水面盖30与所述分水单元20之间的间隙后,从上向下流,沿着水的流动方向,所述第二斜面32靠近水的一端321低于远离水的一端322(如图9所示),保证所述第二斜面32朝向水流方向设置;所述第三斜面33位于所述外水腔80的外边缘位置,所述第三斜面33靠近外水腔80的一端低于远离外水腔80的一端,即所述第三斜面33靠近水的一端低于远离水的一端,保证所述第三斜面33朝向水流方向设置;所述内密封圈40的下唇边41抵靠在所述第一斜面31上,并且所述下唇边41朝向所述内水腔70的方向延伸设置;所述内密封圈40的外唇边42抵靠在所述第二斜面32上,并且所述外唇边42朝向所述外水腔80的方向延伸设置;所述外密封圈50的外唇边51抵靠在所述第三斜面33上,并且所述外唇边51朝向所述外水腔80的方向延伸设置。
请参照图9和图10,当所述花洒通水后,所述内水腔70、外水腔80充水,所述内密封圈40的下唇边41在水压(图中箭头所示)作用下与所述第一斜面31液密封配合连接,使所述内密封圈40密封住所述内水腔70;所述外唇边42在水压(图中箭头所示)作用下与所述第二斜面32液密封配合连接,使所述内密封圈40密封住所述外水腔80的内边缘;所述外密封圈50的外唇边51在水压(图中箭头所示)作用下与所述第三斜面33液密封配合连接,使所述外密封圈50密封住所述外水腔80的外边缘。水压越大,液密封效果就越好。且由于下唇边41、外唇边42、外唇边51的外端部均呈尖角状,使其与液密封配合的配合面紧密。需要切换水路的时候,通过所述把手62转动所述装饰圈60即可。
可以理解地,本发明的面盖可拆卸花洒也可以是只具备单一水路的功能,即所述本体组件内不设置所述分水单元20,所述本体组件直接与所述出水面盖30围成水腔。因为只要所述密封圈的一端密封连接在所述本体组件或所述出水面盖30上,所述唇边抵靠在所述本体组件或所述出水面盖30上,所述唇边在水压作用下与所述本体组件或所述出水面盖30液密封配合连接,在无水压的状态下就能够很轻松将所述出水面盖30拆卸下来。
实施例2,请参照图11,其绘示了本发明面盖可拆卸花洒的第二实施例的局部剖视示意图。所述花洒与第一实施例的不同之处在于:所述外密封圈50a的上端部和下端部分别设有朝向所述外水腔80方向延伸的外唇边51。所述外密封圈50a连接在所述出水面盖30上;所述两个外唇边51分别抵靠在所述分水单元20和所述出水面盖30上,所述两个外唇边51在水压作用下弹性变形并分别与所述分水单元20和所述出水面盖30液密封配合连接。所述内密封圈40a的下端部设有两个分别朝向所述内水腔70和外水腔80的外唇边43。
实施例3,请参照图12,其绘示了本发明面盖可拆卸花洒的第三实施例的局部剖视示意图。所述花洒与第二实施例的不同之处在于:所述内密封圈40b的剖面形状为X型,其上端部设有两个分别朝向所述内水腔70和外水腔80的外唇边44,其下端部设有两个分别朝向所述内水腔70和外水腔80的外唇边43。所述内密封圈40b连接在所述分水盘22上;所述内密封圈40b上端部的两个外唇边44抵接在所述分水盘22上并分别用于密封所述内水腔70和外水腔80;所述内密封圈40b下端部的两个外唇边43抵接在所述出水面盖30上并分别用于密封所述内水腔70和外水腔80。
实施例4,请参照图13,其绘示了本发明面盖可拆卸花洒的第四实施例的局部剖视示意图。所述花洒与第二实施例的不同之处在于:所述外密封圈50c大体呈月牙形状。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
本发明一种面盖可拆卸花洒,设计巧妙,其用作密封连接的密封件其唇边在水压作用下弹性变形并与本体组件或所述出水面盖之另一液密封配合连接;在没有水压存在的情况下,其唇边仅是抵靠在所述本体组件或所述出水面盖上,操作者只要用很轻的力就能够转动所述出水面盖,将所述出水面盖从所述本体组件上拆卸下来。
Claims (14)
- 一种面盖可拆卸花洒,它包括本体组件、出水面盖及密封圈,所述出水面盖可拆卸地盖合所述本体组件,所述出水面盖与所述本体组件围成水腔,所述密封圈设置在所述水腔的边缘。其特征在于:所述密封圈密封连接在所述本体组件或所述出水面盖之一上,所述密封圈设有朝向所述水腔方向延伸的唇边,所述唇边抵靠在所述本体组件或所述出水面盖之另一上,所述唇边在水压作用下弹性变形并与所述本体组件或所述出水面盖之另一液密封配合连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种面盖可拆卸花洒,其特征在于:所述本体组件包括本体及分水单元,所述分水单元可转动地收容在所述本体中,所述出水面盖盖合所述分水单元,所述出水面盖与所述分水单元围成两个所述水腔,所述密封圈的数量是两个,所述两个密封圈分别设置在所述两个水腔的边缘,所述密封圈密封连接在所述分水单元或所述出水面盖之一上,所述唇边抵靠在所述分水单元或所述出水面盖之另一上,所述唇边在水压作用下弹性变形并与所述分水单元或所述出水面盖之另一液密封配合连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种面盖可拆卸花洒,其特征在于:所述密封圈密封连接在所述分水单元上,所述唇边抵靠在所述出水面盖上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种面盖可拆卸花洒,其特征在于:所述分水单元上设有两个容置槽,所述两个密封圈的一端分别收容在所述空置槽内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种面盖可拆卸花洒,其特征在于:所述出水面盖的内表面上对应所述唇边设有斜面,所述唇边抵靠在所述斜面上,所述斜面朝向水流的方向设置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种面盖可拆卸花洒,其特征在于:所述两个水腔为一内水腔及一外水腔,所述外水腔呈环状结构并套置住所述内水腔,所述两个密封圈为一内密封圈及一外密封圈,所述外密封圈密封住所述外水腔的外边缘,所述外密封圈的唇边朝向所述外水腔设置,所述内密封圈密封住所述外水腔的内边缘及所述内水腔,所述内密封圈的唇边的数量是两个,所述内密封圈的两个唇边分别朝向所述内水腔和外水腔设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种面盖可拆卸花洒,其特征在于:所述唇边的外端部呈尖角状。
- 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的一种面盖可拆卸花洒,其特征在于:所述分水单元的外圆周壁的内回转面凹设有若干收容槽,所述收容槽包括斜向段及横向段,所述斜向段的一端与所述横向段连通,所述斜向段的另一端与外界相通,所述出水面盖的外回转面上凸设有若干凸榫,所述凸榫卡接在所述横向段内。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种面盖可拆卸花洒,其特征在于:所述分水单元的中部设有凸柱,所述凸柱的外回转面凹设有若干卡接槽,所述卡接槽包括斜向段及横向段,所述斜向段的一端与所述横向段连通,所述斜向段的另一端与外界相通,所述出水面盖的中部设有环状的连接座,所述连接座的内回转面凸设有若干筋条,所述筋条卡接在所述凸柱的横向段内。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种面盖可拆卸花洒,其特征在于:还包括装饰圈,所述装饰圈上设有把手,所述装饰圈的内回转面上设有若干插孔,所述分水单元的外圆周壁的外回转面设有若干凸块,所述凸块插接在所述插孔中。
- 一种面盖可拆卸花洒,它包括本体组件、出水面盖及密封圈,所述出水面盖可拆卸地盖合所述本体组件,所述出水面盖与所述本体组件围成水腔,所述密封圈设置在所述水腔的边缘。其特征在于:所述密封圈连接在所述本体组件或所述出水面盖上,所述密封圈的上端部和下端部分别设有朝向所述水腔方向延伸的唇边,所述两个唇边分别抵靠在所述本体组件和所述出水面盖上,所述两个唇边在水压作用下弹性变形并分别与所述本体组件和所述出水面盖液密封配合连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的一种面盖可拆卸花洒,其特征在于:所述本体组件包括本体及分水单元,所述分水单元可转动地收容在所述本体中,所述出水面盖盖合所述分水单元,所述出水面盖与所述分水单元围成两个所述水腔,所述两个水腔为一内水腔及一外水腔,所述外水腔呈环状结构并套置住所述内水腔,所述密封圈的数量是两个,所述两个密封圈为一内密封圈及一外密封圈,所述外密封圈密封住所述外水腔的外边缘,所述外密封圈的唇边朝向所述外水腔设置,所述内密封圈密封住所述外水腔的内边缘及所述内水腔。
- 根据权利要求12所述的一种面盖可拆卸花洒,其特征在于:所述内密封圈的上端部设有两个分别朝向所述内水腔和外水腔的所述唇边,所述内密封圈的下端部设有两个分别朝向所述内水腔和外水腔的所述唇边。
- 根据权利要求12所述的一种面盖可拆卸花洒,其特征在于:所述内密封圈的下端部设有两个分别朝向所述内水腔和外水腔的所述唇边。
