Description

一种会议电视终端及其自恢复控制方法和相关设备
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 特别是涉及一种会议电视终端及其自恢复控 制方法和相关设备。
背景技术
会议电视系统由至少两个会议电视终端组成, 通过会议电视终端之间的 数据传输实现用户的音、 视频通话, 目前的会议电视终端有两种类型, 一种 是普通终端 , 一种是内置 MCU ( Multipoint Control Unit, 多点控制单元 )终 端。 普通终端支持点对点会议, 如图 1所示的 A端和 B端。 内置 MCU终端 可以支持多点会议, 一般的呼叫上限是 5个, 如图 2所示的 A端, 在会场规 模不超过 6个的情况下, 使用内置 MCU终端进行多点会议是一种实惠的选 择方式。
但是, 无论是普通终端, 还是内置 MCU终端, 目前的会议电视终端都 只有主设备, 当进行会议过程中, 如果主设备出现了硬件故障, 会议电视就 会中断, 主设备就得返厂维修或者更换新的主设备, 带来诸多不便, 尤其是 在一些重要的会议场合, 如果会议中断将给用户带来很大的麻烦, 间接导致 诸多损失。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中会议电视终端主设备故障导致会议中断的问题, 本 发明提供了一种会议电视终端及其自恢复控制方法和相关设备。
一方面, 本发明提供了一种会议电视终端, 其包括: 主设备, 设置为: 将本会议电视终端接入到会议中; 主控设备, 设置为: 在本会议电视终端正 常工作过程中, 与主设备同步更新配置信息, 当主设备出现故障时, 生成一 控制命令并发送出去; 从设备, 设置为: 接收所述控制命令, 并根据该控制 命令将本会议电视终端接入到会议中。 优选地, 主设备设置为: 当所述主设备出现故障时, 发出一故障信息至 主控设备, 主控设备设置为: 根据该故障信息生成所述控制命令。
优选地, 所述主控设备设置为: 对主设备进行周期性检测, 当检测到主 设备出现故障时, 主控设备生成所述控制命令。
优选地, 所述控制命令中包含一呼叫配置信息, 从设备设置为: 根据该 呼叫配置信息发起呼叫, 以将会议电视终端接入到会议中; 其中, 所述呼叫 配置信息与主设备出现故障时的配置信息相对应。
优选地, 所述会议电视终端中还包括多点控制单元 MCU, 其设置为: 控制主设备或从设备将会议电视终端接入到多终端会议中。
另一方面,本发明提供了一种会议电视终端的自恢复控制方法,其包括: 所述会议电视终端包括主设备、 主控设备和从设备, 由所述主设备将本会议 电视终端接入到会议中; 在本会议电视终端正常工作过程中, 本会议电视终 端的主控设备与主设备同步更新配置信息, 当主设备出现故障时, 主控设备 生成一控制命令并发送至本会议电视终端的从设备; 本会议电视终端的从设 备接收到所述控制命令后,根据该控制命令将本会议电视终端接入到会议中。
同时, 本发明还提供了一种主控设备, 其包括: 配置信息更新单元, 设 置为: 在本会议电视终端正常工作过程中, 与本会议电视终端的主设备同步 更新配置信息; 检测处理单元, 设置为: 当所述主设备出现故障时, 生成一 控制命令; 发送单元, 设置为: 将所述控制命令发送至本会议电视终端的从 设备。
本发明实施例的有益效果如下:
在点对点会议或多点会议中, 利用本发明实施例的技术方案, 设置主控 设备和主、 从设备之间的控制关系, 能够在不影响其它正常终端会话的过程 中, 在会议电视终端主设备出现故障的情况下, 进行自恢复会议, 主控设备 控制从设备将终端接入会场, 避免了会议中断现象的发生, 保持当前会议通 畅。

以下结合附图以及实施例, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不限定本发明。
图 3为本发明的会议电视终端结构示意图, 其包括: 主控设备 al、 主设 备 a2和从设备 a3 , 其中, 主设备 a2将会议电视终端接入到会议中; 主控设 备 al在会议电视终端正常工作过程中与主设备同步更新配置信息,当主设备 a2出现故障时, 生成一控制命令并发送给从设备 a3 ; 从设备 a3接收主控设 备发出的控制命令, 根据该控制命令将会议电视终端接入到会议中。
本发明的上述会议电视终端在正常工作时通过主设备 a2接入会场,其利 用主控设备 al对主设备 a2和从设备 a3实施控制,当主设备 a2发生故障时, 立即通知从设备 a3将终端接入到会场中,从而使本终端得以恢复,避免了因 为主设备 a2故障挂起而导致的会议中途停止。
在图 3实施例中, 在系统初始化阶段, 主控设备 al向主设备 a2和从设 备 a3下发初始化配置信息和相关的会议信息,由主设备 a2将终端接入会场, 在终端正常工作的过程中,主控设备 al与主设备 a2保持同步更新配置信息, 当主设备 a2 出现故障时, 其主动发出一个故障信息给主控设备 al , 主控设 备 al接收到故障信息后,根据这个故障信息生成一控制命令,发送给从设备 a3 , 通知从设备 a3将终端接入会场, 完成本终端的自恢复。 在另一实施例中, 在终端正常工作过程中, 主控设备 al对主设备 a2进 行周期性地检测,例如通过周期性保活处理检查主设备 a2的运行状态, 当检 测到主设备 a2出现故障时, 主控设备 al立即生成一控制命令, 发送给从设 备 a3 , 通知从设备 a3将终端接入会场, 完成本终端的自恢复。
关于主控设备 al生成的控制命令, 其中包含从设备 a3将本终端接入时 所需要的相关配置信息。在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,主控设备 al生成的 控制命令中包含一个呼叫配置信息,该呼叫配置信息与主设备 a2出现故障时 的配置信息相对应, 因而包含了故障时会议的当前配置信息, 那么从设备 a3 恢复本终端时, 以该呼叫配置信息发起呼叫, 可将本终端顺畅地接入到会议 中, 不会出现卡顿现象。
上述实施例中的会议电视终端解决了原有的会议电视终端一旦主设备故 障即导致终端挂起的情况, 可广泛应用于普通的点对点终端和内置 MCU的 终端。 当应用于内置 MCU的终端时, 例如当图 2中的 A端具有本发明的会 议电视终端结构时, 参考图 4, 首先 A端具有内置的多点控制单元 MCU (图 4中未示出) , 其次 A端还具有本发明上述的主控设备、 主设备和从设备, MCU控制主设备将本端接入到多点会议中, 与其它五个分会场举行多点会 议,当主设备故障时,由从设备将本端接入到会议中,从设备进入运行状态, 保证 A端不断线, 则 MCU再控制从设备, 继续进行多点会议。
进一步地, 在图 4实施例中, 除 A端以外的其它分会场均可使用本发明 的会议电视终端 (如图 5所示的 B端, 其包括主控设备 b 1、 主设备 b2和从 设备 b3 ) ,以保证本端会议连线正常。对于应用于普通终端的情况与此同理, 不再详述。
具体来看, 图 6为本发明的主控设备的结构示意图, 其包括:
配置信息更新单元 101 , 用于在本会议电视终端正常工作过程中, 与本 会议电视终端的主设备同步更新配置信息; 检测处理单元 102, 用于当所述主设备出现故障时, 生成一控制命令; 发送单元 103 , 用于将控制命令发送至本会议电视终端的从设备。
其中, 检测处理单元 102可接收主设备出现故障时发出的故障信息后, 根据该故障信息生成相应的控制命令, 也可通过对主设备的周期性检测发现 故障, 而生成该控制命令, 控制命令中包含从设备进行终端接入所必需的配 置信息, 例如是与主设备出现故障时的配置信息相对应的呼叫配置信息, 从 设备根据该呼叫配置信息发起呼叫, 将终端接入会场, 可见, 利用该主控装 置可保证本终端在会场中顺畅持续的接入状态。
相应地,本发明的会议电视终端的自恢复控制方法,如图 7所示,包括: S201 , 会议电视终端的主设备将本会议电视终端接入到会议中;
5202, 在本会议电视终端正常工作过程中, 本会议电视终端的主控设备 与主设备同步更新配置信息, 当主设备出现故障时, 主控设备生成一控制命 令并发送至本会议电视终端的从设备;
5203 , 本会议电视终端的从设备接收到所述控制命令后, 根据该控制命 令将本会议电视终端接入到会议中。
利用上述自恢复控制方法, 在会议电视终端运行中, 对本终端的主控设 备、 主设备和从设备实施控制, 当主设备故障时, 令从设备进行接入, 保证 本终端不因主设备的故障而掉线中断。
上述实施例中, 当主设备出现故障时, 主设备向主控设备发送一故障信 息, 主控设备根据该故障信息生成所述控制命令; 或者, 以主控设备对主设 备进行周期性检测, 当检测到主设备出现故障时, 主控设备生成控制命令。 其中, 控制命令中包含呼叫配置信息, 与主设备出现故障时的配置信息相对 应, 从设备根据该呼叫配置信息发起呼叫, 将本终端接入到会议中。
图 8所示为本发明实施例中会议电视终端完成一次会议自恢复的流程图, 会议电视系统上电之后, 终端的主、 从设备向主控设备请求初始化配置信息 和会议的呼叫信息, 然后主、 从设备根据主控设备下发的初始化配置信息和 会议的呼叫信息分别初始化, 并分别向主控系统响应其初始化状态; 运行过 程中, 主控设备与主设备的运行状态进行周期性保活, 当主控设备检测到主 设备发生故障的时候, 把主设备的当前的呼叫配置信息下发给从设备, 控制 从设备进行会议自动恢复, 从设备接收到呼叫配置信息之后, 按照呼叫配置 信息发起呼叫, 则终端由从设备接入会场, 这样不会对其它终端的正常会议 造成影响。
尽管为示例目的, 已经公开了本发明的优选实施例, 本领域的技术人员 将意识到各种改进、 增加和取代也是可能的, 因此, 本发明的范围应当不限 于上述实施例。
工业实用性
在点对点会议或多点会议中, 利用本发明实施例的技术方案, 设置主控 设备和主、 从设备之间的控制关系, 能够在不影响其它正常终端会话的过程 中, 在会议电视终端主设备出现故障的情况下, 进行自恢复会议, 主控设备 控制从设备将终端接入会场, 避免了会议中断现象的发生, 保持当前会议通 畅。

从设备, 设置为: 接收所述控制命令, 并根据该控制命令将本会议电视 终端接入到会议中。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的会议电视终端, 其中, 所述主设备设置为: 当所 述主设备出现故障时, 发出一故障信息至主控设备; 主控设备设置为: 根据 该故障信息生成所述控制命令。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的会议电视终端, 其中, 所述主控设备设置为: 对 主设备进行周期性检测, 当检测到主设备出现故障时, 主控设备生成所述控 制命令。

5、 如权利要求 1-3中任一权利要求所述的会议电视终端, 其中, 所述会 议电视终端中还包括多点控制单元 MCU, 其设置为: 控制主设备或从设备 将会议电视终端接入到多终端会议中。
6、 一种会议电视终端的自恢复控制方法, 包括:
所述会议电视终端包括主设备、 主控设备和从设备, 由所述主设备将本 会议电视终端接入到会议中; 在本会议电视终端正常工作过程中, 本会议电视终端的主控设备与主设 备同步更新配置信息, 当主设备出现故障时, 主控设备生成一控制命令并发 送至本会议电视终端的从设备;
本会议电视终端的从设备接收到所述控制命令后, 根据该控制命令将本 会议电视终端接入到会议中。
7、如权利要求 6所述的会议电视终端的自恢复控制方法, 其中, 当所述 主设备出现故障时, 向所述主控设备发送一故障信息, 所述主控设备根据该 故障信息生成所述控制命令; 或者, 所述主控设备对所述主设备进行周期性 检测, 当检测到所述主设备出现故障时, 所述主控设备生成所述控制命令。
8、如权利要求 6或 7所述的会议电视终端的自恢复控制方法, 其中, 所 述控制命令中包含一呼叫配置信息, 所述从设备根据该呼叫配置信息发起呼 叫, 以将本会议电视终端接入到会议中; 其中, 所述呼叫配置信息与所述主 设备出现故障时的配置信息相对应。
9、 一种主控设备, 包括:
配置信息更新单元, 设置为: 在本会议电视终端正常工作过程中, 与本 会议电视终端的主设备同步更新配置信息;
检测处理单元, 设置为: 当所述主设备出现故障时, 生成一控制命令; 发送单元, 设置为: 将所述控制命令发送至本会议电视终端的从设备。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的主控设备, 其中, 所述检测处理单元设置为: 当所述接收到所述主设备出现故障时发出的故障信息后, 根据该故障信息生 成所述控制命令; 或者, 对所述主设备进行周期性检测, 当检测到主设备出 现故障时, 生成所述控制命令。
