在本实施方式中, 能够利用粘扣布使左外侧布料 37 相对于下方左凹 部 36及上方左凹部 39的周缘剥离及再次密合。 具体地说, 如图 2所示, 对于包含下方左凹部 36及上方左凹部 39的区域, 以从其正面观察时与左 方、右方、下方三个缘部对应的方式设置有能够剥离及再次密合的粘扣布。
对称地, 能够利用粘扣布使右外侧布料 47相对于下方右凹部 46及上 方右凹部 49的周缘剥离及再次密合。 具体地说, 对于包含下方右凹部 46 及上方右凹部 49 的区域, 以从其正面观察时与左方、 右方、 下方三个缘 部对应的方式设置有能够剥离及再次密合的粘扣布。

接着,剥离背面构件 10的背面外侧布料 17,利用作为组装式沙发 100 的附属部件的背面螺栓 15a、 15b、 15c、 15d, 经由背面螺栓贯通孔 12a、 12b、 12c、 12d以及背面螺栓孔 21a、 21b、 21c、 21d而牢固地将背面构件 10与座面构件 20连结。 此时, 背面螺栓 15a、 15b、 15c、 15d的头部收纳 于背面凹部 16。然后, 背面构件 10的背面外侧布料 17被再次密合, 由此 背面螺栓 15a、 15b、 15c、 15d成为从外部看不到的状态。
接着,剥离左扶手构件 30的左外侧布料 37,利用作为组装式沙发 100 的附属部件的左螺栓 35a、 35b、 35c及第二左螺栓 38a、 38b, 经由左螺栓 贯通孔 32a、 32b、 32c及第二左螺栓贯通孔 31a、 31b、 以及左螺栓孔 23a、 23b、 23c及第二左螺栓孔 13a、 13b而牢固地将背面构件 10、 座面构件 20 及左扶手构件 30连结。 此时, 左螺栓 35a、 35b、 35c及第二左螺栓 38a、 38b的头部收纳于下方左凹部 36或上方左凹部 39。 然后, 左扶手构件 30 的左外侧布料 37被再次密合, 由此左螺栓 35a、 35b、 35c及第二左螺栓 38a、 38b成为从外部看不到的状态。
相同且对称地, 剥离右扶手构件 40的右外侧布料 47, 利用作为组装 式沙发 100的附属部件的右螺栓 45a、 45b、 45c及第二右螺栓 48a、 48b, 经由右螺栓贯通孔 42a、 42b、 42c及第二右螺栓贯通孔 41a、 41b、 以及右 螺栓孔 24a、 24b、 24c及第二右螺栓孔 14a、 14b而牢固地将背面构件 10、 座面构件 20及右扶手构件 40连结。 此时, 右螺栓 45a、 45b、 45c以及第 二右螺栓 48a、 48b的头部收纳于下方右凹部 46或上方右凹部 49。 然后, 右扶手构件 40的右外侧布料 47被再次密合, 由此右螺栓 45a、 45b、 45c 及第二右螺栓 48a、 48b成为从外部看不到的状态。
图 3示出组装式沙发 100的组装完成图。
如上所述, 根据本实施方式, 背面构件 10、 座面构件 20、 左扶手构 件 30、 以及右扶手构件 40的组装前组装后的姿态均为能够自立, 并且, 在左扶手构件 30的下方左凹部 36及上方左凹部 39、 右扶手构件 40的下 方右凹部 46及上方右凹部 49、 以及背面构件 10的背面凹部 16中, 利用 各螺栓 35a、 35b、 35c、 38a、 38b、 45a、 45b、 45c、 48a、 48b 15a、 15b、 15c、 15d来进行连结作业。 因此, 能够仅使各构件 10、 20、 30、 40相对 于地面以滑动的方式移动, 即无需将各构件 10、 20、 30、 40翻转或横转, 就能利用螺栓实现连结作业。 SP ,即使组装式沙发 100的购买者为老年人, 也能够轻松地进行组装作业。 另外, 连结作业后的各螺栓的头部收纳于各外侧布料 17、 37、 47 的 内部的各凹部 16、 36、 39、 46、 49, 由此不产生美观上的问题。 另外, 本 实施方式的结构对于成本层面也十分受用。 话虽如此, 为了追求进一歩美 观而优选提高些许成本, 在各凹部贴上黑色的无纺布、 或将桉树等不美观 的木材置换为美观的松材。
在以上的实施方式中,能够适当地变更螺栓的数量、螺栓的配置位置、 与上述螺栓及其配置位置对应的螺栓孔、 螺栓贯通孔、 以及凹部的配置形 态。 在本说明书中 "螺栓"包含各种类型的螺栓, 当然也包括蝶形螺栓。 并且, 也可以采用普通的拉锁 (拉链)、 摁扣、 按扣、 纽扣等来代替粘扣 布。
另外, 各构件 10、 20、 30、 40 的底面无需为平坦面, 也可以设置有 脚或滚柱 (辊)。
此外, 本发明也能够应用于不具有左扶手构件 30和右扶手构件 40这 种类型的组装式沙发。 或者, 本发明也能够应用于背面构件 10与座面构 件 20预先形成为一体而作为中央构件提供的这种类型的组装式沙发。
另外, 本发明除了各构件能够完全自立的情况之外, 对于各构件由简 便的支承用器具 (小型的坐垫等)支承就能够自立的情况也是有效的。 进 一歩而言, 对于极轻的构件, 即使不具备能够自立的条件也没有问题。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种组装式沙发, 其特征在于,
具备:
组装前组装后的姿态均为能够自立的背面构件;
组装前组装后的姿态均为能够自立的座面构件;
组装前组装后的姿态均为能够自立的左扶手构件;
组装前组装后的姿态均为能够自立的右扶手构件,
在所述座面构件的左侧面设置有用于紧固连结所述左扶手构件的左 螺栓孔,
在所述座面构件的右侧面设置有用于紧固连结所述右扶手构件的右 螺栓孔,
在所述座面构件的背面设置有用于紧固连结所述背面构件的背面螺 栓孔,
在所述左扶手构件上设置有: 与所述座面构件的左侧面的左螺栓孔对 应的左螺栓贯通孔、 能够收纳与该左螺栓贯通孔对应的左螺栓的头部的左 凹部、 覆盖所述左凹部并能够剥离的左外侧布料,
在所述右扶手构件上设置有: 与所述座面构件的右侧面的右螺栓孔对 应的右螺栓贯通孔、 能够收纳与该右螺栓贯通孔对应的右螺栓的头部的右 凹部、 覆盖所述右凹部并能够剥离的右外侧布料,
在所述背面构件上设置有: 与所述座面构件的背面的背面螺栓孔对应 的背面螺栓贯通孔、 能够收纳与该背面螺栓贯通孔对应的背面螺栓的头部 的背面凹部、 覆盖所述背面凹部并能够剥离的背面外侧布料。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的组装式沙发, 其特征在于,
所述左外侧布料能够利用粘扣布相对于所述左凹部的周缘剥离及再 次密合,
所述右外侧布料能够利用粘扣布相对于所述右凹部的周缘剥离及再 次密合,
所述背面外侧布料能够利用粘扣布相对于所述背面凹部的周缘剥离 及再次密合。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的组装式沙发, 其特征在于,
在所述背面构件的左侧面设置有用于紧固连结所述左扶手构件的第 二左螺栓孔,
在所述背面构件的右侧面设置有用于紧固连结所述右扶手构件的第 二右螺栓孔,
在所述左扶手构件上设置有: 与所述背面构件的左侧面的第二左螺栓 孔对应的第二左螺栓贯通孔、 能够收纳与该第二左螺栓贯通孔对应的第二 左螺栓的头部的第二左凹部、覆盖所述第二左凹部并能够剥离的第二左外 侧布料,
在所述右扶手构件上设置有: 与所述背面构件的右侧面的第二右螺栓 孔对应的第二右螺栓贯通孔、 能够收纳与该第二右螺栓贯通孔对应的第二 右螺栓的头部的第二右凹部、覆盖所述第二右凹部并能够剥离的第二右外 侧布料。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的组装式沙发, 其特征在于,
所述第二左外侧布料能够利用粘扣布相对于所述第二左凹部的周缘 剥离及再次密合,
所述第二右外侧布料能够利用粘扣布相对于所述第二右凹部的周缘 剥离及再次密合。
5、 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的组装式沙发, 其特征在于,
所述左外侧布料与所述第二左外侧布料为一体,
所述右外侧布料与所述第二右外侧布料为一体。
6、 一种组装式沙发, 其特征在于,
具备:
组装前组装后的姿态均为能够自立的背面构件;
组装前组装后的姿态均为能够自立的座面构件,
在所述座面构件的背面设置有用于紧固连结所述背面构件的背面螺 栓孔,
在所述背面构件上设置有: 与所述座面构件的背面的背面螺栓孔对应 的背面螺栓贯通孔、 能够收纳与该背面螺栓贯通孔对应的背面螺栓的头部 的背面凹部、 覆盖所述背面凹部并能够剥离的背面外侧布料。
7、 一种组装式沙发, 其特征在于,
具备:
组装前组装后的姿态均为能够自立的中央构件;
组装前组装后的姿态均为能够自立的左扶手构件;
组装前组装后的姿态均为能够自立的右扶手构件,
在所述中央构件的左侧面设置有用于紧固连结所述左扶手构件的左 螺栓孔,
在所述中央构件的右侧面设置有用于紧固连结所述右扶手构件的右 螺栓孔,
在所述左扶手构件上设置有: 与所述中央构件的左侧面的左螺栓孔对 应的左螺栓贯通孔、 能够收纳与该左螺栓贯通孔对应的左螺栓的头部的左 凹部、 覆盖所述左凹部并能够剥离的左外侧布料,
在所述右扶手构件上设置有: 与所述中央构件的右侧面的右螺栓孔对 应的右螺栓贯通孔、 能够收纳与该右螺栓贯通孔对应的右螺栓的头部的右 凹部、 覆盖所述右凹部并能够剥离的右外侧布料。
8、 一种组装式沙发, 其特征在于,
具备:
背面构件;
座面构件;
左扶手构件;
右扶手构件,
在所述座面构件的左侧面设置有用于紧固连结所述左扶手构件的左 螺栓孔,
在所述座面构件的右侧面设置有用于紧固连结所述右扶手构件的右 螺栓孔,
在所述座面构件的背面设置有用于紧固连结所述背面构件的背面螺 栓孔,
在所述左扶手构件上设置有: 与所述座面构件的左侧面的左螺栓孔对 应的左螺栓贯通孔、 能够收纳与该左螺栓贯通孔对应的左螺栓的头部的左 凹部、 覆盖所述左凹部并能够剥离的左外侧布料, 在所述右扶手构件上设置有: 与所述座面构件的右侧面的右螺栓孔对 应的右螺栓贯通孔、 能够收纳与该右螺栓贯通孔对应的右螺栓的头部的右 凹部、 覆盖所述右凹部并能够剥离的右外侧布料,
在所述背面构件上设置有: 与所述座面构件的背面的背面螺栓孔对应 的背面螺栓贯通孔、 能够收纳与该背面螺栓贯通孔对应的背面螺栓的头部 的背面凹部、 覆盖所述背面凹部并能够剥离的背面外侧布料。
9、 一种组装式沙发, 其特征在于,
具备:
背面构件;
座面构件,
在所述座面构件的背面设置有用于紧固连结所述背面构件的背面螺 栓孔,
在所述背面构件上设置有: 与所述座面构件的背面的背面螺栓孔对应 的背面螺栓贯通孔、 能够收纳与该背面螺栓贯通孔对应的背面螺栓的头部 的背面凹部、 覆盖所述背面凹部并能够剥离的背面外侧布料。
10、 一种组装式沙发, 其特征在于,
具备:
中央构件;
左扶手构件;
右扶手构件,
在所述中央构件的左侧面设置有用于紧固连结所述左扶手构件的左 螺栓孔,
在所述中央构件的右侧面设置有用于紧固连结所述右扶手构件的右 螺栓孔,
在所述左扶手构件上设置有: 与所述中央构件的左侧面的左螺栓孔对 应的左螺栓贯通孔、 能够收纳与该左螺栓贯通孔对应的左螺栓的头部的左 凹部、 覆盖所述左凹部并能够剥离的左外侧布料,
在所述右扶手构件上设置有: 与所述中央构件的右侧面的右螺栓孔对 应的右螺栓贯通孔、 能够收纳与该右螺栓贯通孔对应的右螺栓的头部的右 凹部、 覆盖所述右凹部并能够剥离的右外侧布料。
