- 제1항에 있어서,상기 측정된 레이턴시가 미리 설정된 기준 이상 또는 초과인지 판단하는 단계에서,상기 측정된 레이턴시와 상기 콘텐츠 제공 요청을 전송한 장치와의 MSS(Max segment size)와 MTU(Max Transfer Size) 정보 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하여 상기 미리 설정된 기준 이상 또는 초과인지 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신망의 종류 판단 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 통신망의 종류 구분 방법에 따라 구분된 통신망의 종류에 따라 콘텐츠를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 통신망의 종류 판단에서, 상기 콘텐츠 전송 요청이 상기 이동 통신망을 통한 콘텐츠 전송 요청으로 판단되는 경우 상기 콘텐츠의 전송은 이동통신망에 적합한 데이터 전송 가속 알고리즘(algorithm)이 적용된 데이터 전송 가속 기술을 선택하고, 선택된 데이터 가속 전송 기술을 이용하여 상기 콘텐츠를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 이동통신망에 적합한 데이터 전송 가속 알고리즘은 delay-based TCP congestion control 알고리즘인 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 통신망의 종류 판단에서, 상기 콘텐츠 전송 요청이 상기 인터넷 통신망을 통한 콘텐츠 전송 요청으로 판단되는 경우 상기 인터넷 통신망에 적합한 데이터 전송 가속 알고리즘이 적용된 데이터 전송 가속 기술을 선택하고, 선택된 데이터 전송 기술을 이용하여 상기 콘텐츠를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 인터넷통신망에 적합한 데이터 전송 가속 알고리즘은 loss-based TCP congestion control 알고리즘인 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 통신망의 종류 판단에서, 상기 콘텐츠 전송 요청이 상기 이동통신망을 통한 콘텐츠 전송 요청으로 판단되는 경우 상기 콘텐츠의 전송은 QVGA(Quarter Video Graphic Array) 포맷(format)의 콘텐츠를 선택하여 선택된 포맷의 콘텐츠를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 통신망의 종류 판단에서, 상기 콘텐츠 전송 요청이 상기 인터넷 통신망을 통한 콘텐츠 전송 요청으로 판단되는 경우 상기 콘텐츠의 전송은 HD(High Definition) 및 SD(Standard Definition) 포맷의 콘텐츠 중 하나를 선택하여 선택된 포맷의 콘텐츠를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 방법.
- 이동통신망 및 인터넷 통신망과 연결되어 콘텐츠를 제공하는 콘텐츠 제공 장치에 연결되어 통신망의 종류를 구분하는 장치에 있어서,콘텐츠 제공 요청을 전송한 장치와의 레이턴시(latency)를 측정하는 레이턴시 측정부; 및상기 측정된 레이턴시가 미리 설정된 기준 이상 또는 초과인지 판단하여, 미리 설정된 기준 이상 또는 초과인 경우 상기 콘텐츠 전송 요청이 이동통신망을 통한 콘텐츠 전송 요청으로 판단하는 통신망 종류 판단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신망 종류 구분 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 통신망 종류 구분 장치는 미리 저장된 IP(Internet Protocol address) 주소 정보가 저장되는 IP 주소 저장부를 더 포함하고,상기 레이턴시 측정부는 상기 콘텐츠 제공 요청에 포함된 IP 주소를 추출하고, 상기 IP 주소가 상기 IP 주소 저장부에 저장된 IP 주소 정보에 포함되는지 판단하여, 상기 IP 주소가 미리 저장된 IP 주소 정보에 포함되지 않는 경우 상기 레이턴시 측정을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신망 종류 구분 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 IP 주소 저장부는 상기 IP 주소와 매칭되는 통신망 사업자의 정보가 포함되어 저장되고,상기 통신망 종류 판단부는 상기 IP 주소를 이용하여 상기 콘텐츠 전송 요청이 이동통신망을 통한 콘텐츠 전송 요청인지, 인터넷 통신망을 통한 콘텐츠 전송 요청인지를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신망 종류 구분 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 통신망 종류 판단부는 상기 레이턴시 측정부에서 측정된 상기 레이턴시가 미리 설정된 기준 이하 또는 미만인 경우 상기 콘텐츠 전송 요청이 인터넷 통신망을 통한 콘텐츠 전송 요청으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신망 종류 구분 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 통신망 종류 판단부는 상기 레이턴시 측정부에서 측정된 레이턴시와 상기 콘텐츠 제공 요청을 전송한 장치와의 MSS(Max segment size)와 MTU(Max Transfer Size) 정보 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하여 상기 미리 설정된 기준 이상 또는 초과인지 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신망의 종류 판단 장치.
- 제13항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 통신망 종류 구분 장치에서 구분된 통신망의 종류에 따라 콘텐츠를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 통신망 종류 판단부에서 상기 콘텐츠 전송 요청이 상기 이동 통신망을 통한 콘텐츠 전송 요청으로 판단되는 경우 상기 콘텐츠의 전송은 이동통신망에 적합한 데이터 전송 가속 알고리즘(algorithm)이 적용된 데이터 전송 가속 기술을 선택하고, 선택된 데이터 가속 전송 기술을 이용하여 상기 콘텐츠를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 장치.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 이동통신망에 적합한 데이터 전송 가속 알고리즘은 delay-based TCP congestion control 알고리즘인 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 통신망 종류 판단부에서 상기 콘텐츠 전송 요청이 상기 인터넷 통신망을 통한 콘텐츠 전송 요청으로 판단되는 경우 상기 인터넷 통신망에 적합한 데이터 전송 가속 알고리즘이 적용된 데이터 전송 가속 기술을 선택하고, 선택된 데이터 전송 기술을 이용하여 상기 콘텐츠를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 장치.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 인터넷통신망에 적합한 데이터 전송 가속 알고리즘은 loss-based TCP congestion control 알고리즘인 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 통신망 종류 판단부에서 상기 콘텐츠 전송 요청이 상기 이동통신망을 통한 콘텐츠 전송 요청으로 판단되는 경우 상기 콘텐츠의 전송은 QVGA(Quarter Video Graphic Array) 포맷(format)의 콘텐츠를 선택하여 선택된 포맷의 콘텐츠를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 통신망 종류 판단부에서 상기 콘텐츠 전송 요청이 상기 인터넷 통신망을 통한 콘텐츠 전송 요청으로 판단되는 경우 상기 콘텐츠의 전송은 HD(High Definition) 및 SD(Standard Definition) 포맷의 콘텐츠 중 하나를 선택하여 선택된 포맷의 콘텐츠를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 장치.
- 이동통신망 및 인터넷 통신망과 연결되어 콘텐츠를 제공하는 콘텐츠 서버에서 수행되는 통신망의 종류를 구분하는 방법을 구현하기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 기록매체에 있어서,콘텐츠 제공 요청을 전송한 장치와의 레이턴시(latency)를 측정하는 단계;상기 측정된 레이턴시가 미리 설정된 기준 이상 또는 초과인지 판단하는 단계; 및상기 레이턴시가 미리 설정된 기준 이상 또는 초과인 경우 상기 콘텐츠 전송 요청이 이동통신망을 통한 콘텐츠 전송 요청으로 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신망의 종류 구분 방법을 구현하기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 기록매체.
- 제25항에 있어서,상기 통신망의 종류 구분 방법을 구현하기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 기록매체에 의해 수행되는 통신망의 종류 구분 방법에 따라 구분된 통신망의 종류에 따라 콘텐츠를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 전송 방법을 구현하기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 기록매체.
