【技术领域】
本发明涉及热插拔设计领域,特别是涉及一种移动终端及其存储卡热插拔方法。
【背景技术】
现有技术中,很多移动终端都支持在开机状态插拔存储卡(如SIM卡或TFlash卡),其主要工作过程为:在存储卡被按压时,连接器的识别端子之间断开或连接,以此触发移动终端停止对存储卡进行读写的操作的中断信号,同时连接器的连接端子与存储卡之间基本上同步实现断开电连接,最后存储卡被弹出来。然而,在这个过程中,存储卡弹出时间很短,在连接器的连接端子和存储卡之间断开电连接时移动终端可能还没有完全停止对存储卡的读写,导致存储卡可能被损坏。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种移动终端及其存储卡热插拔方法,能够有效地避免存储卡在热插拔时损坏。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种存储卡热插拔方法,该方法包括以下步骤:在检测到活动盖被打开时,使得连接器的识别端子之间断开或连接以产生停止读写存储卡的中断信号;根据中断信号停止对存储卡的读写操作;检测存储卡是否被按压;当检测到存储卡被按压时将存储卡弹出;其中,存储卡为SIM卡或TFlash卡。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种存储卡热插拔方法,该方法包括以下步骤:在检测到活动盖被打开时产生停止读写存储卡的中断信号;根据中断信号停止对存储卡的读写操作;检测存储卡是否被按压;当检测到存储卡被按压时将存储卡弹出。

在本实施例中,存储卡弹出采用自弹式,即按压存储卡使其弹出。在保护存储卡的活动盖被打开之后,还需用户主动按压存储卡使其弹出。值得一提的是,用户还可在活动盖被打开之后,间隔一定的时间再主动按压存储卡使其弹出。
步骤S104:当检测到存储卡被按压时将存储卡弹出。
其中,存储卡弹出到一定的位置时,连接器的连接端子与存储卡断开电连接,此时无法再进行对存储卡的读写操作,最后,用户需手动取出存储卡。
本发明实施例的存储卡热插拔方法通过使活动盖打开动作与停止对存储卡的读写操作相关联,使得在打开活动盖时就开始停止对存储卡的读写操作,进一步,用户还需主动按压存储卡使其弹出,在停止对存储卡的读写操作到存储卡弹出的过程中,用户可自我把握时间。相对于现有技术在存储卡被按压时才产生停止读写存储卡的中断信号以停止对存储卡的读写操作,本发明的存储卡热插拔方法在对存储卡进行热插拔时,处理停止对存储卡进行读写操作的时间更长,从而能够有效地避免存储卡在热插拔时易损坏的问题。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明移动终端一实施例的结构示意图。该移动终端包括壳体101、连接器102、活动盖103、第一检测模块104、信号产生模块105以及控制模块106,为了方便描述,图中还示出了存储卡107,在本实施例中,存储卡107优选为SIM卡或TFlash卡,但也可以是其他应用于移动终端的存储卡107,本发明对此不作限定。
壳体101一侧设有开口1011,连接器102设于开口1011对应的壳体101内,用于读写存储卡107,具体而言,连接器102内部设有连接端子(未标示),连接端子与存储卡107形成电连接以对存储卡107进行读写。
活动盖103覆盖开口1011以保护存储卡107,请参阅图3,图3是图2所示的移动终端的活动盖一实施例的结构示意图。在本实施例中,活动盖103包括活动盖本体1031、固定部1032以及卡扣部1033,固定部1032与卡扣部1033分别设置于塞子本体1031的两端。固定部1032固定于壳体101内,且与第一检测模块104连接,卡扣部1033在存储卡107处于工作状态时,卡扣部1033扣合于壳体101内部以保护存储卡107。
第一检测模块104用于检测用户打开活动盖103的动作,在本实施例中,第一检测模块104优选为连接器102的识别端子,具体而言,连接器102的识别端子为包括具有弹性的第一识别端子和第二识别端子,在检测到用户打开活动盖103的动作时,第一识别端子和第二识别端子断开以产生电信号,并经由信号产生模块105转换为中断信号,当然也可以是第一识别端子和第二识别端子连接产生电信号,本领域技术人员可根据实际情况具体设置。需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,第一检测模块104也可以为压力传感器等,在本技术领域人员理解的范围内,不作限定。

用户打开活动盖103时,由于第一检测模块104与活动盖103连接,第一检测模块104可检测到活动盖103被打开的动作,同时信号产生模块105产生停止读写存储107的中断信号,控制模块106根据信号产生模块105产生的中断信号停止对存储卡107的读写操作。
本实施例的移动终端通过第一检测模块104检测到活动盖103被打开时就产生停止读写存储卡107的中断信号,相比现有技术在存储卡被按压时才产生停止读写存储卡的中断信号以停止对存储卡的读写操作,本发明在处理停止对存储卡进行读写操作的时间更长,从而能够有效地避免存储卡在热插拔时易损坏的问题。
请参阅图4,图4是本发明移动终端另一实施例的结构示意图。该移动终端在上述实施例的基础上进一步包括弹出机构208。
弹出机构208用于当用户按压存储卡207时弹出存储卡207,如上所述,在活动盖203被打开产生中断信号以停止对存储207的读写操作后,还需用户按压存储卡207使其弹出。在本实施例中,弹出机构208为弹簧,弹簧与存储卡207接触,在用户按压存储卡207时,弹簧受压缩短,用户从存储卡207移开时,弹簧弹出存储卡207,当然,本领域技术人员也可根据具体情况进行设置,在此不作限定。
本实施例的移动终端在活动盖203被打开产生中断信号以停止对存储207的读写操作后,还需用户按压存储卡207使其弹出,这个过程中,用户可以自我把握时间,等待适当时间再按压存储卡207使其弹出,从而延长了停止对存储卡进行读写操作的时间,有效地避免存储卡在热插拔时易损坏的问题。

  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述存储卡为SIM卡或TFlash卡。
  5. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括:
    壳体,所述壳体一侧设有开口;
    连接器,设于所述开口对应的所述壳体内,用于读写存储卡;
    活动盖,所述活动盖覆盖所述开口,以保护所述存储卡;
    第一检测模块,所述第一检测模块用于检测用户打开所述活动盖的动作;
    信号产生模块,用于在所述第一检测模块检测到用户打开所述活动盖时,产生停止读写所述存储卡的中断信号;
    控制模块,所述控制模块用于根据所述信号产生模块的中断信号停止对所述存储卡的读写操作。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括弹出机构,用于当用户按压所述存储卡时弹出所述存储卡。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一检测模块为设于所述连接器的识别端子,用户打开所述活动盖时,所述识别端子之间断开或连接以产生电信号,并经由所述信号产生模块转换为所述中断信号。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述活动盖包括活动盖本体、固定部以及卡扣部,所述固定部与所述卡扣部分别设置于所述塞子本体的两端。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端为手机。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述存储卡为SIM卡或TFlash卡。
