本实施例中,控制模块12在复制SIM卡的数据之前进一步初始化SIM卡。具体而言,控制模块12建立移动终端10与SIM卡之间的通信连接,例如,向SIM卡输送电源信号(VSIM)、复位信号(SRST)、数据信号(SDATA)以及时钟信号(SCLK),使得SIM卡能正常使用。
本实施例中,控制模块12关闭SIM卡与移动终端10的信号通信优选为停止向SIM输送电源信号,使得SIM卡无法与移动终端10进行信号通信。因此,当SIM卡从移动终端10内拔出时,不会损坏SIM卡。
进一步的,控制模块12在关闭SIM卡与移动终端10的信号通信之前进一步建立虚拟SIM卡与移动终端10之间的通信连接,使得移动终端10能直接读取虚拟SIM卡内的数据,进而正常工作。
本实施例中,在控制模块12关闭SIM卡与移动终端10的信号通信之后,检测模块11进一步检测是否需要对SIM卡写入数据,例如添加联系人等,当检测模块11检测到需要对SIM卡写入数据时,控制模块12再次初始化SIM卡,并对SIM卡和虚拟SIM卡同时写入数据,以保持SIM卡与虚拟SIM卡内数据信息的一致性。当完成数据的写入后,控制模块12进一步关闭SIM卡与移动终端10之间的信号通信。
在控制模块12关闭SIM卡与移动终端10的信号通信之后,检测模块11还进一步检测SIM卡是否从移动终端10内拔出,并当检测模块11检测到SIM卡从移动终端10内拔出时,控制模块12卸载虚拟SIM卡的数据。
因此,本实施例通过在SIM卡插入移动终端时,复制该SIM卡的数据到移动终端10的存储模块13中,以制作一张虚拟的SIM,然后关闭SIM卡与移动终端10的信号通信,避免SIM卡热拔插所造成的损坏,有效地保护了SIM卡。
请参阅图2,图2是图1所示的移动终端的一种具体实现方式的结构示意图。如图2所示,本发明的移动终端20包括基带芯片21、SIM卡连接器22和存储器23。其中,基带芯片21分别与SIM卡连接器22和存储器23连接。其中,基带芯片21与SIM卡连接器22的具体连接为:基带芯片21的外部中断引脚EINT与SIM卡连接器22的检测引脚DET连接,并且基带芯片21与SIM卡连接器22进一步通过连接线212连接。
本实施例中,SIM卡连接器22用于收容SIM卡,并通过检测引脚DET检测SIM卡是否插入SIM卡连接器22或从SIM卡连接器22内拔出。基带芯片21实现了图1所示的移动终端10中的检测模块11和控制模块12的功能,具体为:基带芯片21的外部中断引脚EINT用于接收SIM卡连接器22的检测引脚DET传输的信号,并根据该信号产生中断信号到基带芯片21。基带芯片21接收到中断信号后通过连接线212对SIM卡进行信号的控制。
具体而言,当SIM插入SIM卡连接器22时,SIM卡连接器22的检测引脚DET检测到电平从高电平变到低电平,并把该电平的变化传输到基带芯片21的外部中断引脚EINT,基带芯片21的外部中断引脚EINT根据电平的变化产生一个中断信号并将其传输到基带芯片21。基带芯片21接收到中断信号后首先通过连接线212初始化SIM卡。具体而言,基带芯片21通过连接线212向SIM卡输送电源信号、复位信号、数据信号以及时钟信号,使得SIM卡能正常使用。SIM卡正常使用后,基带芯片21复制SIM卡的数据到存储器23中,以制作一张虚拟SIM卡。虚拟SIM卡形成之后,基带芯片21进一步建立虚拟SIM卡与移动终端20之间的通信连接,使得移动终端20能直接读取虚拟SIM卡内的数据。然后基带芯片21关闭SIM卡与移动终端20的信号通信。优选为停止向SIM传输电源信号,使得SIM卡无法与移动终端20进行信号通信。因此,当SIM卡从SIM卡连接器22中拔出时,不会损坏SIM卡。
本实施例中,基带芯片21关闭SIM卡与移动终端20的信号通信之后,进一步检测是否需要对SIM卡写入数据,并当检测到需要对SIM卡写入数据时,基带芯片21再次初始化SIM卡,并对SIM卡和虚拟SIM卡写入数据,以保持SIM卡与虚拟SIM卡内数据信息的一致性。当完成数据的写入后,基带芯片21进一步关闭SIM卡与移动终端20之间的信号通信。
其中,基带芯片21关闭SIM卡与移动终端20的信号通信之后,SIM卡连接器22的检测引脚DET还进一步检测SIM卡是否从SIM卡连接器22中拔出,当SIM卡从SIM卡连接器22中拔出时,SIM卡连接器22的检测引脚DET检测到电平由低电平变化到高电平,进而基带芯片21的外部中断引脚EINT产生中断信号,基带芯片21根据该中断信号卸载虚拟SIM卡的数据。由于基带芯片21在SIM卡从SIM卡连接器22中拔出前已经关闭了其与移动终端20之间的信号通信,因此,避免SIM卡热拔插而造成的损坏,有效地保护了SIM卡。
请参阅图3,图3是本发明第二实施例的控制SIM卡热插拔的方法的流程图。如图3所示,本发明的控制SIM卡热插拔的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:检测SIM卡是否插入移动终端内;
在步骤S1中,当检测的结果为否,即检测SIM卡未插入移动终端内时,返回步骤S1,继续进行检测;当检测的结果为是,即检测到SIM卡插入移动终端内时,跳转到步骤S2。
步骤S2:复制SIM卡的数据并存储在移动终端中,以制作一张虚拟SIM卡;
步骤S3:关闭SIM卡与移动终端的信号通信。
因此,通过在复制SIM的数据以制作一张虚拟SIM卡后,关闭SIM卡与移动终端的信号通信,由此能够避免SIM卡热插拔所造成的损坏,有效地保护了SIM卡。
本发明进一步提供第三实施例的控制SIM卡热插拔的方法,其在前述第二实施例的控制SIM卡热插拔的方法的基础上进行详述。如图4所示,本实施例的控制SIM卡热插拔的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S11:检测SIM卡是否插入移动终端内;
在步骤S11中,当检测的结果为否,即SIM卡未插入移动终端内时,返回步骤S11,继续检测;当检测的结果为是,即检测SIM卡插入移动终端内时,跳转到步骤S12。
步骤S12:初始化SIM卡;
在步骤S12中,初始化SIM卡具体为:建立移动终端与SIM卡之间的通信连接,例如,向SIM卡输送电源信号、复位信号、数据信号以及时钟信号,使得SIM卡能正常使用。
步骤S13:复制SIM卡的数据并存储在移动终端中,以制作一张虚拟SIM卡;
在步骤S13中,具体为:复制SIM卡内存储器中的数据到移动终端的存储模块,以制作一张数据信息与SIM卡相同的虚拟SIM卡。
步骤S14:建立虚拟SIM卡与移动终端之间的通信连接;
步骤S15:关闭SIM卡与移动终端的信号通信;
在步骤S15中,关闭SIM卡与移动终端的信号通信优选为停止向SIM卡输送电源信号,使得SIM卡无法与移动终端进行信号通信。因此,当SIM卡从移动终端中拔出时,不会损坏SIM卡。
步骤S16:检测是否需要对SIM卡写入数据或者SIM卡是否从移动终端拔出;
在步骤S16中,当检测到的结果为否,即不需要对SIM卡写入数据以及SIM卡也未从移动终端拔出时,返回步骤S16,继续检测;当检测到的结果为是时,跳转到步骤S17或者步骤S19。
步骤S17:需要对SIM卡写入数据,初始化SIM卡;
其中,步骤S17的初始化SIM卡的操作与步骤S12的初始化SIM卡的操作相同,在此不在赘述。
步骤S18:对SIM卡和虚拟SIM卡写入数据;
在步骤S18中,完成对SIM卡和虚拟SIM卡写入数据后,返回步骤S15,即再次关闭SIM与移动终端的信号通信。
步骤S19:SIM卡从移动终端拔出,卸载虚拟SIM卡。
综上所述,本发明在检测到SIM卡插入移动终端内时,复制SIM卡的数据并存储在移动终端中,以制作一张虚拟SIM卡,使得移动终端可直接读取虚拟SIM卡的数据。当完成虚拟SIM卡的制作后关闭SIM卡与移动终端的信号通信,因此,本发明能够避免SIM卡热插拔所造成的损坏,进而有效地保护了SIM卡。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种控制SIM卡热插拔的方法,其中,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    检测所述SIM卡是否插入移动终端内;
    当检测到所述SIM卡插入所述移动终端内时,复制所述SIM卡的数据并存储在所述移动终端中,以制作一张虚拟SIM卡;
    关闭所述SIM卡与所述移动终端的信号通信;
    检测是否需要对所述SIM卡写入数据;
    当检测到需要对所述SIM卡写入所述数据时,初始化所述SIM卡,并进一步对所述SIM卡和所述虚拟SIM卡写入所述数据;
    检测所述SIM卡是否从所述移动终端内拔出;
    当检测到所述SIM卡从所述移动终端内拔出时,卸载所述虚拟SIM卡的数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述复制所述SIM卡的数据并存储在所述移动终端中,以制作一张虚拟SIM卡的步骤之前包括:初始化所述SIM卡。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述初始化所述SIM卡的步骤进一步包括:建立所述移动终端与所述SIM卡之间的通信连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述关闭所述SIM卡与所述移动终端的信号通信的步骤之前包括:
    建立所述虚拟SIM卡与所述移动终端之间的通信连接。
  5. 一种控制SIM卡热插拔的方法,其中,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    检测所述SIM卡是否插入移动终端内;
    当检测到所述SIM卡插入所述移动终端内时,复制所述SIM卡的数据并存储在所述移动终端中,以制作一张虚拟SIM卡;
    关闭所述SIM卡与所述移动终端的信号通信。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,在所述复制所述SIM卡的数据并存储在所述移动终端中,以制作一张虚拟SIM卡的步骤之前包括:初始化所述SIM卡。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述初始化所述SIM卡的步骤进一步包括:建立所述移动终端与所述SIM卡之间的通信连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述关闭所述SIM卡与所述移动终端的信号通信的步骤之前包括:
    建立所述虚拟SIM卡与所述移动终端之间的通信连接。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述关闭所述SIM卡与所述移动终端的信号通信的步骤之后进一步包括:检测是否需要对所述SIM卡写入数据;
    当检测到需要对所述SIM卡写入所述数据时,初始化所述SIM卡,并进一步对所述SIM卡和所述虚拟SIM卡写入所述数据。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述关闭所述SIM卡与所述移动终端的信号通信的步骤之后进一步包括:检测所述SIM卡是否从所述移动终端内拔出;
    当检测到所述SIM卡从所述移动终端内拔出时,卸载所述虚拟SIM卡的数据。
  11. 一种移动终端,其中,所述移动终端包括:
    检测模块,用于检测SIM卡是否插入所述移动终端内;
    控制模块,当检测到所述SIM卡插入所述移动终端内时,复制所述SIM卡的数据以制作一张虚拟SIM卡,并关闭所述SIM卡与所述移动终端的信号通信;以及
    存储模块,用于存储所述虚拟SIM卡的数据。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述控制模块在复制所述SIM卡的数据以制作一张虚拟SIM卡之前进一步初始化所述SIM卡。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的移动终端,其中,所述初始化所述SIM卡包括:建立所述移动终端与所述SIM卡之间的通信连接。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述控制模块在关闭所述SIM卡与所述移动终端的信号通信之前进一步建立所述虚拟SIM卡与所述移动终端之间的通信连接。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,在所述控制模块关闭所述SIM卡与所述移动终端的信号通信之后,所述检测模块进一步检测是否需要对所述SIM卡写入数据;
    当所述检测模块检测到需要对所述SIM卡写入所述数据时,所述控制模块初始化所述SIM卡,并进一步对所述SIM卡和所述虚拟SIM卡写入所述数据。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,在所述控制模块关闭所述SIM卡与所述移动终端的信号通信之后,所述检测模块进一步检测所述SIM卡是否从所述移动终端内拔出;
    当所述检测模块检测到所述SIM卡从所述移动终端内拔出时,所述控制模块卸载所述虚拟SIM卡的数据。
