Un procédé et un dispositif de communication mobile pour répondre à un appel et raccrocher sont appliqués à un dispositif de communication mobile équipé d'un détecteur d'accélération et d'un détecteur d'approche infrarouge. Sur la base d'une technologie de détection d'accélération et d'une technologie d'approche infrarouge, le procédé consiste à : recevoir une demande d'appel ; déterminer, à l'aide du détecteur d'accélération, que le dispositif de communication mobile est dans un état inactif ; détecter une action d'approche d'un utilisateur à l'aide du détecteur d'approche infrarouge ; enregistrer un temps d'approche T ; lorsque le temps d'approche enregistré T est inférieur ou égal à T0, accepter la demande d'appel et démarrer une fonction mains libres ; et lorsque T est supérieur à T0, rejeter la demande d'appel.
