所述支承臂 2的连接器 25为一对金属的片状弹簧片, 而与之配合的音箱的 连接器 55为一对顶面为平面的金属柱; 所述音箱安装在支承臂 2上时, 所述金 属柱的顶面与金属的片状弹簧面紧密接触。
为适宜各种平板电视机使用,所述主板 1上设置与各平板电视板背部的螺紋 孔相适配的、 固定用的贯通孔 10 的数量不少于 4个或更多, 所述各贯通孔 10 的尺寸与孔距符合视频电子标准协会 VESA或中国电子视像行业协会标准, 或是 设定符合两协会标准。
上述各例中, 在构架的主板 2不变的情况下, 所述支承臂 2可根据需要更换 长、 短支承臂, 达到理想的使用效果。
Claims
1. 一种用于平板电视机悬挂音箱的构架, 其特征在于:
包括主板(1 )和三条支承臂 (2 ); 所述各支承臂 (2 ) —端可拆卸地安 装在所述主板(1 ) 的左、 右边和上方; 各支承臂 (2 ) 另一端设有用于固定 音箱的连接件(3); 所述主板( 1 )上设置与平板电视机背部的挂壁螺紋孔位 置对应的贯通孔 (10), 用于将主板(1 ) 固定于平板电视机背部, 令悬挂于 所述各支承臂 (2 ) 上的音箱 (5 ) 恰好位于平板电视机显示屏左、 右两边和 上端。
2. 按照权利要求 1用于平板电视机悬挂音箱的构架,其特征在于:
所述主板(1 )是前板(11 ) 和后板(12 ) 叠合而成的扁平壳体, 其内 设置有布放导电线缆的线槽( 13 ),所述导电线缆一端延伸至主板( 1 )外部、 用于连接电源, 另一端分别沿线槽( 13 )排布至主板( 1 )位于与支承臂( 1 ) 连接处上的三个电连接器 (14) 处, 与之连接; 所述支承臂 (2 )是与主板 ( 1 )适配的扁平腔体, 其内腔通过导电线缆将位于其两端的电连接器( 24、 25 ) 电连接。
3. 按照权利要求 1或 1所述的用于平板电视机悬挂音箱的构架,其特征在于: 所述支承臂(2 )上用于固定音箱的连接件(3)是一连接环 (31 ), 与 位于音箱(5 )上的连接柱(51)相适配; 所述连接环 (31 ) 内壁上设有两段 向该连接环 (31 ) 中心轴方向延伸的限位扣条(311 ) ; 所述音箱 (5 ) 背 面的连接柱(51)外圆柱面上设置有与之相对应的凸筋(511 ); 当所述音箱 ( 5 )的连接柱(51)旋入所述支承臂(2 )的连接环(31 )内时, 连接环(31 ) 的限位扣条 ( 311 ) 恰好完全扣合于音箱 ( 5 ) 的连接柱(51)之凸筋 ( 511 ) 上, 令音箱 (5 ) 固定在支承臂 (2 ) 上。
4. 按照权利要求 1或 1所述的用于平板电视机悬挂音箱的构架,其特征在于: 所述主板(1 ) 上设置有与平板电视机背部的各螺紋孔大小适配的、 固 定用的贯通孔 (10) 至少有四个, 所述各贯通孔 (10) 的尺寸与孔距符合视 频电子标准协会 VESA或 /和中国电子视像行业协会的相关标准。
5. 按照权利要求 1所述的用于平板电视机悬挂音箱的构架,其特征在于:
所述主板( 1 )的左、 右两边和上方各设有接入卡槽( 16 ), 该接入卡槽 ( 16 )尺寸与所述支承臂 (2 ) 的接入端相适配, 所述支承臂 (2 )接入端紧
配合地嵌插在该接入卡槽(16) 内, 且主板(1)的接入卡槽 (16)的电连接 器(14) 与位于支承臂 (2)接入端的是电连接器(24) 紧密面接触。
6. 按照权利要求 3所述的用于平板电视机悬挂音箱的构架,其特征在于:
所述连接环( 31 )的限位扣条( 311 )之末端部还设有一个凹槽( 3110), 与所述音箱 (5) 的凸筋 (511) 上设置的一突起的卡扣 (5110)相适配, 当所述音箱(5)之连接柱(51)旋入所述支承臂(2) 的连接环 (31) 内时, 连接环 (31) 的限位扣条(311) 恰好完全扣合于音箱 (5) 的连接柱(51) 之凸筋 (511) 时, 凸筋 (511) 突起的卡扣 (5110) 恰好卡入所述连接环 ( 31) 的限位扣条 ( 311) 之凹槽 ( 3110) 内。
7. 按照权利要求 3所述的用于平板电视机悬挂音箱的构架,其特征在于:
所述支承臂 (2) 的电连接器(25)位于连接环 (31) 的底部; 所述音 箱 (5) 上的连接柱(51)顶部设有与之相适配的电连接器(55), 当所述音箱 ( 5 )的连接柱(51)旋入所述支承臂( 1 )连接环( 31 )内时,所述电连器(25、 55) 紧配合连接在一起。
8. 按照权利要求 5所述的用于平板电视机悬挂音箱的构架,其特征在于:
所述主体(1) 上的连接器(14) 为一对金属片状弹簧, 与之配合的支 承臂( 1 )的连接器( 24 )为一对金属薄片, 所述支承臂( 1 )安装在主体( 1 ) 上时, 所述金属片状弹簧恰好紧压在金属薄片。
9. 按照权利要求 6所述的用于平板电视机悬挂音箱的构架,其特征在于:
所述连接环 (31) 的限位倒扣 (311) —侧设有与该连接环 (31) 的轴 心线平行的突起的限位突楞 (32), 防止音箱 (5)旋入时旋转过度。
10. 按照权利要求 7所述的用于平板电视机悬挂音箱的构架,其特征在于:
所述支承臂 (2) 的连接器(25) 为一对金属的片状弹簧, 而与之配合 的音箱的连接器( 55 )为一对顶面为平面的金属柱;所述音箱安装在支承臂( 2 ) 上时, 所述金属柱的顶面与所述金属的片状弹簧面紧密接触。
