또한, 종래의 화장품케이스(100)는 분첩(300)의 수용되는 용기의 회전작동시 그 하부에 수용되어 있는 압축파우더 또는 파운데이션을 사용할 경우 사용자가 매번 용기를 회전 작동시켜야 할 뿐만 아니라 그 과정에서 손톱 등의 손상이 일어나는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기한 바와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 용기의 측면에 있는 버튼을 누름으로써 용기의 뚜껑이 개방됨과 동시에 내용물이 일정량 갈라져 나오도록 한 그라인더 파운데이션 용기를 제공하는데 있다.

상기 소회전기어(30)의 내부 중앙에는 돌설봉(32)이 형성되어 있고, 이 돌설봉(32)의 외주에는 누름대(33)가 설치되어 있다.
상기 내측지지케이스(60)는, 상기 케이스(10)의 모서리에 삽입되는 사각박스부(61)와, 상기 사각박스부(61)의 상면 중앙으로 관통 돌설되어 상기 그라인더부재(50)가 안착 결합되는 관통 돌설부(62)와, 상기 관통 돌설부(62)의 일측에 원형의 돔 형상으로 형성되어 상기 소회전기어(30)의 누름대(33)가 내부로 삽입되어 이를 누르는 돔 형상부(63)로 이루어진다.
다음에 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 그라인더 파운데이션 용기의 작용 및 효과를 설명한다.
먼저, 케이스(10)의 바닥 중앙에 형성된 원주형의 지지대(12)의 외주면에 대회전기어(20)를 위치시키고, 이 대회전기어(20)와 치형 결합되도록 소회전기어(30)를 삽입한다. 그리고 상기 대회전기어(20)의 내주면 중앙에 원통형 탄성스프링(31)을 설치하고, 탄성스프링(31) 위에 화장품 내용물(C)이 담겨져 있는 트레이(40)를 설치한다.
그리고, 케이스(10)의 전방면에 형성된 홀에 상기 누름부재(70)의 원형버튼(71)을 내부에서 외부로 돌출되도록 삽입하고, 그 띠형 탄성부재(72)가 케이스(10)의 걸림돌기(13)에 걸리도록 결합함과 동시에 기역자형 기어형상부(74)의 치형이 소회전기어(30)와 맞물리도록 결합한다.
이와 같은 상태에서 케이스(10)의 모서리에 내측지지케이스(60)를 삽입 결합한다. 상기 내측지지케이스(60)의 관통 돌설부(62)에 그라인더부재(50)를 안착 결합시킨다.
이와 같이 하여 조립이 완성된다. 이와 같이 조립이 완성된 그라인더 파운데이션 용기를 사용할 때에는, 케이스(10)의 전방면에 돌출된 원형버튼(71)을 누르면 먼저 뚜껑체(11)의 걸고리(11a)가 걸림고리(73)로부터 해제되어 뚜껑체(11)가 오픈되고, 계속 원형버튼(71)을 누르면 띠형 탄성부재(72)가 도 4와 같이 휘어져 기역자형 기어형상부(74)가 이동하여 소회전기어(30)를 시계 반대 방향으로 회전시키고, 이와 맞물려 있는 대회전기어(20)가 시계 방향으로 일정 구간 회전하게 된다. 이와 같이 회전되면서 동시에 그 내부의 트레이(40)가 회전한다.
상기 트레이(40) 내의 화장품 내용물(C)이 그라인더부재(50)의 바닥면과 접촉된 상태에서 트레이(40)가 회전하게 되므로 그라인더부재(50)의 바닥면 슬릿(51)을 통해 화장품 내용물(C)이 갈려져 나오게 된다.
이상에서와 같이, 본 발명의 상세한 설명에서 구체적인 실시예에 관해 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 기술이 당업자에 의하여 용이하게 변형 실시될 가능성이 자명하며, 이러한 변형된 실시예들은 본 발명의 특허청구범위에 기재된 기술사상에 포함된다할 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 사각박스 형상으로서 일측에 뚜껑체(11)가 힌지 결합되어 있는 케이스(10)와;
    환형상으로서 그 외주면에 기어형상을 가지고, 상기 케이스(10)의 바닥면 중앙에 돌설된 원주형의 지지대(12)의 외주면에 자유롭게 회전하도록 삽입된 대회전기어(20)와;
    상기 대회전기어(20)의 일측에 맞물려 있는 소회전기어(30)와;
    상기 대회전기어(20)의 내주면 중앙에 설치된 원통형 탄성스프링(31)과;
    상기 원통형 탄성스프링(31)의 상부에 설치되어 내용물을 담을 수 있도록 상부가 개구된 트레이(40)와;
    상기 트레이(40) 내의 내용물(C)에 바닥면이 밀착되어 상기 트레이(40)의 회전에 의해 내용물(C)이 배출되도록 그 바닥면에 다수의 슬릿(51)이 형성된 원통형의 그라인더부재(50)와;
    상기 그라인더부재(50)를 그 하부에서 결합함과 동시에 상기 케이스(10) 내에서 결합 고정된 내측지지케이스(60)와;
    상기 케이스(10)의 전측에는 뚜껑체(11)를 오픈함과 동시에 상기 소회전기어(30)를 회전시키는 누름부재(70)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 그라인더 파운데이션 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 누름부재(70)는 상기 케이스(10)의 외부로 돌출된 원형버튼(71)과;
    상기 원형버튼(71)의 양측에 띠형상으로 돌설되어 눌려진 원형버튼(71)이 원상 복귀되도록 케이스(10)의 바닥면에 돌설된 걸림돌기(13)와 걸리도록 된 띠형 탄성부재(72)와;
    상기 원형버튼(71)의 내측에 상기 뚜껑체(11)의 걸고리(11a)와 걸리도록 된 걸림고리(73)와;
    상기 원형버튼(71)의 하측의 측면으로 연장 형성되어 상기 원형버튼(71)의 누름에 의해 소회전기어(30)를 회전시키도록 된 기역자형 기어형상부(74)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 그라인더 파운데이션 용기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 소회전기어(30)의 내부 중앙에는 돌설봉(32)이 형성되어 있고, 이 돌설봉(32)의 외주에는 누름대(33)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라인더 파운데이션 용기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 내측지지케이스(60)는, 상기 케이스(10)의 모서리에 삽입되는 사각박스부(61)와;
    상기 사각박스부(61)의 상면 중앙으로 관통 돌설되어 상기 그라인더부재(50)가 안착 결합되는 관통 돌설부(62)와;
    상기 관통 돌설부(62)의 일측에 원형의 돔 형상으로 형성되어 상기 소회전기어(30)의 누름대(33)가 내부로 삽입되어 이를 누르는 돔 형상부(63)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 그라인더 파운데이션 용기.
