Description

구강 내측 점검용 거울 칫솔
본 고안은 구강 내측 점검용 거울 칫솔에 관한 것으로, 특히 2개의 거울을 이용하여 구강 내측의 상태를 자신이 직접 점검할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 구강 내측 점검용 거울 칫솔에 관한 것이다.
종래의 윗니 검사 방법은 치과에서 사용하는 금속 막대기 끝에 거울과 같은 둥근 모양이 붙어 있는 기구로 윗니를 비추어 보았으나, 이것을 우리 생활 주위에 비치해 놓고 사용하기에는 쉬운 일이 아니다.
이를 해결하기 위해서 실용신안 등록 제 20-0328485호에는 칫솔 윗니 진단기가 제안되어 있는바, 도 1에 도시한 바와 같이, 칫솔(1)을 제작시 앞 부분 밑에는 솔(2)을 고정시키고, 뒤쪽 손잡이(3) 위쪽이나 아래쪽에 거울처럼 반사가 잘되는 물질(4)을 손잡이(3) 모양으로 길게 부착시켜 구성하였다.
그러나, 한번에 반사물질을 부착한 상태에서 이를 눈으로 확인하기가 어려우며, 치아의 앞부분을 살펴보는데 그칠수 밖에 없는 문제가 있었다.
한편, 이와 유사한 구조로서 거울이 뚜껑에 구비된 치간칫솔이 제안되었는바, 등록 제 20-0437911호를 살펴보면 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 뚜껑이 구비된 치간칫솔에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑(6)의 일측 밀폐부(8)에 거울(10)을 설치하되 거울(10)의 일면은 평면거울(20)로 형성하고, 다른 일면은 볼록거울(22)로 형성하며, 뚜껑(6) 일측에는 포켓에 보관할 수 있는 포켓걸이구(4)가 구성된 것이 특징이다.
그러나, 상기 구조 역시 일면에 거울을 붙이는 구조이기 때문에 치아의 내측을 제대로 살펴보기가 매우 어려운 문제가 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제를 해결코자 하는 것으로, 접이식 손잡이를 구성하되 칫솔모 몸체 연장부분과 손잡이 연장부분에 각각 거울을 설치하여 거울의 상호 반사를 통해 치아의 내측을 사용자가 보다 상세히 볼 수 있도록 칫솔을 제작하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단으로,
본 고안은 다수개의 털로 이루어지며 치아의 내측이나 외측을 닦을때 사용하며 필요에 따라 혓바닥을 닦을 때 사용되는 칫솔모(10)와; 상기 칫솔모를 일측 끝단에 결합시켜 이루어지며, 칫솔모를 지지하는 칫솔모 결합몸체(20)와; 상기 칫솔모 몸체로부터 일측으로 연장되며, 직사각형 또는 다각형 형태의 패널로 이루어지는 칫솔모 몸체 연장부(30)와; 상기 칫솔모 몸체 연장부의 표면에 설치되며 평면거울로 이루어지며, 치아의 내측을 살펴보거나 반사된 치아의 내측을 살펴보기위해 설치되는 제 1 거울(40)과; 상기 칫솔모 결합몸체와 힌지 결합되어 칫솔모 몸체를 접거나 펼칠 수 있는 구조이며, 손으로 잡기 용이한 구조로 이루어지고 펼친상태에서 손잡이를 잡고 칫솔질을 할 수 있도록 구성되는 손잡이부(50)와; 상기 손잡이부의 끝단부에 연장하되 일정각도로 경사지게 설치되며, 직사각형 또는 다각형 패널 형상으로 이루어지는 손잡이부 연장부(60)와; 상기 손잡이부 연장부 표면에 설치되며 치아의 외측을 반사시키거나, 또는 치아의 내측을 제 1 거울로 반사시키기 위해 설치되는 제 2 거울(70)과; 상기 칫솔모 결합몸체와 손잡이부의 결합부위에 설치되며 칫솔모 결합몸체와 손잡이부가 접히거나 펼칠 수 있도록 회전을 지지하는 힌지핀(80)을 포함하여 이루어짐이 특징이다.
또한, 상기 제 1 거울(40) 또는 제 2 거울(60)은, 평면거울 또는 볼록거울 형태로 이루어지는 것이 특징이다.
또한, 상기 칫솔모 결합몸체(20)는, 힌지 결합부분에 제 1 임시 결합돌기(90) 및 제 2 임시결합 돌기(100)를 더 형성하고, 이에 대응하여 상기 제 1 임시 결합돌기(90) 및 제 2 임시결합돌기를 결합할 수 있도록 손잡이부의 힌지 결합부분에는 임시 결합홈(110)을 더 형성하여 이루어진 것이 특징이다.

본 고안의 구성요소는 크게 칫솔모(10)와, 칫솔모 결합몸체(20)와, 칫솔모 몸체 연장부(30)와, 제 1 거울(40)과, 손잡이부(50)와, 손잡이부 연장부(60)와, 제 2 거울(70) 및, 힌지핀(80)과, 제 1 임시 결합돌기(90)와 제 2 임시 결합돌기(100) 및 임시결합 홈(110)으로 이루어진다.
상기 칫솔모(10)는 다수개의 털로 이루어지며 치아의 내측이나 외측을 닦을때 사용하며 필요에 따라 혓바닥을 닦을 때 사용되어진다.

상기 제 1 거울(40)은 칫솔모 몸체 연장부의 표면에 설치되며 평면거울로 이루어지며, 치아의 내측을 살펴보거나 반사된 치아의 내측을 살펴보기위해 설치된다.

상기 제 1 임시 결합돌기(90)는 칫솔모 결합몸체의 힌지 결합부분에 형성하여 이루어진다.

상기 제 2 임시 결합돌기(100)는 칫솔모 결합몸체의 힌지 결합부분에 형성하여 상기 손잡이부의 임시 결합홈(110)에 결합하여 제 1 거울과 제 2 거울의 일치상태를 지속시킨다.
이하에서 본 고안의 조립방법에 대해 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 칫솔모(10)가 형성된 부분과, 손잡이부(50)가 형성된 부분으로 크게 구분할 수 있으며, 상기 칫솔모(10)가 형성된 부분과 손잡이 부분은 힌지핀(80)으로 결합시켜 접히거나 펼칠 수 있는 구조로 구성한다.
본 고안의 칫솔모(10)가 형성된 부분은 칫솔모(10)와, 칫솔모 결합몸체(20)와, 칫솔모 몸체 연장부(30)와, 제 1 거울(40)로 구성하며, 손잡이부(50)가 형성되는 부분은 손잡이부(50)와, 손잡이부 연장부(60)와, 제 2 거울(70)로 구성한다.
상기 칫솔모(10)가 형성된 부분과 손잡이부(50)가 형성되는 부분은 별도로 제작한 후에 결합시키며, 이때 힌지핀(80)은 칫솔모 결합몸체(20)와 손잡이부(50)의 회전을 지지하는 역할을 수행하게 된다.
그리고, 칫솔을 사용할 때에는 임시결합부재의 작용에 의해서 펼쳐진 상태를 유지시킨다.
이하에서 본 고안의 사용방법을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 평상시 칫솔로 사용할 때에는 손잡이부(50)로부터 칫솔모 결합몸체(20)를 펼쳐서 제 1 임시 결합돌기(90)로 고정시킨다. 이 상태에서 칫솔모(10)에 치약을 묻혀 치아의 외측이나 내측 그리고 필요에 따라 혓바닥을 닦는 등 일반적인 칫솔 사용과 동일한 방법으로 사용한다.
그리고, 치아의 내측 또는 외측의 상태를 눈으로 확인하고자 할 때에는 제 1 거울(40)과 제 2 거울(60)을 활용할 수 있는바, 치아의 외측을 살펴보고자 할 때에는 제 2 거울(60)을 주로 활용하여 치아의 외측을 비추어서 살펴볼 수 있다. 아울러 손잡이부(50)로부터 칫솔모 결합몸체(20)를 접어서 칫솔모 몸체 연장부(30)에 탑재한 제 1 거울(40)을 활용하여 치아의 외측을 비추어서 사용자가 눈으로 직접 살펴볼 수 있다.
한편, 치아의 내측을 살펴보고자 할 때에는 손잡이부(50)로부터 칫솔모 결합몸체(20)를 힌지핀(80)을 중심으로 회전시킨다.
그러면 칫솔모 결합몸체(20)에 형성되는 제 1 거울(40)과 손잡이부(50)에 형성되는 손잡이부(50)의 제 2 거울(60)이 상호 각도가 일치할 수 있도록 회전시키며, 이때 제 2 임시결합돌기(100)와 임시결합홈(110)이 상호 결합되도록 함으로서 칫솔모 결합몸체(20)의 회전을 임시로 멈추가 함으로서 덜렁거리지 않고 반사면의 일치상태를 지속시킬 수 있다.
이 상태로 사용자는 제 2 거울(600에 반사된 치아의 내측을 제 1 거울(40)로 파악하여 확인할 수 있으며, 따라서 전문적인 기구를 사용하지 않고도 칫솔만을 이용하여 치아의 내측 상태를 파악할 수 있다.
결국, 종래의 칫솔은 치아의 내부를 파악할 수가 없어서 치아의 내부가 잘 닦였는지 파악하기가 쉽지 않았지만, 본 고안을 이용하게 되면 치아의 내측을 2개의 거울로 비추어서 잘 닦였는지를 파악하여 세심한 치아관리가 가능한 장점을 제공한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 다수개의 털로 이루어지며 치아의 내측이나 외측을 닦을때 사용하며 필요에 따라 혓바닥을 닦을 때 사용되는 칫솔모(10)와;
    상기 칫솔모를 일측 끝단에 결합시켜 이루어지며, 칫솔모를 지지하는 칫솔모 결합몸체(20)와;
    상기 칫솔모 몸체로부터 일측으로 연장되며, 직사각형 또는 다각형 형태의 패널로 이루어지는 칫솔모 몸체 연장부(30)와;
    상기 칫솔모 몸체 연장부의 표면에 설치되며 평면거울로 이루어지며, 치아의 내측을 살펴보거나 반사된 치아의 내측을 살펴보기위해 설치되는 제 1 거울(40)과;
    상기 칫솔모 결합몸체와 힌지 결합되어 칫솔모 몸체를 접거나 펼칠 수 있는 구조이며, 손으로 잡기 용이한 구조로 이루어지고 펼친상태에서 손잡이를 잡고 칫솔질을 할 수 있도록 구성되는 손잡이부(50)와;
    상기 손잡이부의 끝단부에 연장하되 일정각도로 경사지게 설치되며, 직사각형 또는 다각형 패널 형상으로 이루어지는 손잡이부 연장부(60)와;
    상기 손잡이부 연장부 표면에 설치되며 치아의 외측을 반사시키거나, 또는 치아의 내측을 제 1 거울로 반사시키기 위해 설치되는 제 2 거울(70)과;
    상기 칫솔모 결합몸체와 손잡이부의 결합부위에 설치되며 칫솔모 결합몸체와 손잡이부가 접히거나 펼칠 수 있도록 회전을 지지하는 힌지핀(80)을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 구강 내측 점검용 거울 칫솔.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 거울(40) 또는 제 2 거울(60)은,
    평면거울 또는 볼록거울 형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구강 내측 점검용 거울 칫솔.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 칫솔모 결합몸체(20)는,
    힌지 결합부분에 제 1 임시 결합돌기(90) 및 제 2 임시결합 돌기(100)를 더 형성하고, 이에 대응하여 상기 제 1 임시 결합돌기(90) 및 제 2 임시결합돌기를 결합할 수 있도록 손잡이부의 힌지 결합부분에는 임시 결합홈(110)을 더 형성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 구강 내측 점검용 거울 칫솔.
