Definitions
- the present invention relates to a liner of a valve, and more particularly, to a liner of a valve that compensates for the susceptibility to corrosion resistance, chemical safety, electrical properties and coefficient of friction of the liner coupled to the body of the butterfly valve.
- the valve is a device that opens or changes the direction of the valve while turning at a right angle or an angle at which the ball-type disk is divided into a straight flow path.
- valves are easy to use and have excellent airtightness, and when they are opened, the valve flow paths are opened correctly in a straight line so that the pressure drop is small, and even when the foreign matter such as sludge is applied to a highly viscous fluid, It has advantages such as high reliability.
- the butterfly valve is a valve that opens and closes as the disk (the disc) rotates around the disc center line.
- the valve is simple to open and close, so it is quick to operate and is used for high pressure water, steam, air, and gas. It is also widely used.
- Figure 1 is an exemplary view briefly showing the configuration of a conventional high functional butterfly valve.
- the disk 40 is coupled to the rotation shaft 30 formed inside the liner 20 that engages with the valve body 10, so that the disk 50 rotates as the handle 50 rotates.
- the fluid transfer hole (not shown) of the valve body 10 while rotating, the movement of the fluid is restricted.
- the liner 20 coupled to the butterfly valve is manufactured by processing the entire rod of fluororesin (Polytetrafluoroethylene, PTFE) rod (ROD) as shown in Figure 2a, or after the injection mold as shown in Figure 2b
- a liner was prepared by injecting molten plastic raw material PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) into the injection mold using an injection machine.
- the conventional manufacturing method using the entire processing method and the injection mold as described above has a problem in that the production of a large diameter valve has a limitation because the production time is long and expensive manufacturing cost is generated.
- the liner manufacturing method of the high-performance butterfly valve of the present invention by producing a PTFE sheet (sheet) of the size and thickness to be processed and then welded the ends of the PTFE sheet to form a cylindrical It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of manufacturing a liner by performing flaring that flaps the ends of a cylinder in a trumpet shape.
- the method of manufacturing a liner of the high performance butterfly valve of the present invention includes a pre-processing step of pre-fabricating a PTFE sheet and a cap having a size and thickness to be processed, and the produced PTFE sheet.
- the second welding step After forming the hole at a specific position of the first welding step of welding the cap on the hole, the second welding step of forming a cylindrical by welding the end of the PTFE sheet after the first welding and flare the end of the cylindrical PTFE sheet
- Flaring step of performing flared flared using a ring tool to complete a liner (characterized in that it comprises a flaring step).
- the method of manufacturing a liner of the high-performance butterfly valve of the present invention a pre-process step of pre-fabricating the PTFE sheet of the size and thickness to be processed, a welding forming step of welding the end of the produced PTFE sheet to form a cylindrical shape, A flaring step of fixing the cylindrical PTFE sheet with a flaring jig and then flaring the end with a flared jig, adhering the first and second cover jigs to the flared PTFE sheet. And a cap forming step of injecting air to form a cap-shaped protrusion and finishing the liner by finishing the end of the formed cap-shaped protrusion.
- Figure 1 is an exemplary view briefly showing the configuration of a conventional high functional butterfly valve.
- Figure 2a is an exemplary view showing a process of manufacturing a liner which is a configuration of a conventional high-performance butterfly valve according to the entire processing method.
- Figure 2b is an exemplary view showing a process for manufacturing a liner which is a configuration of a conventional high-performance butterfly valve using an injection mold.
- 3A to 3D are views illustrating a process of manufacturing a liner that is a configuration of a high performance butterfly valve according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
- 4A to 4G illustrate a process of manufacturing a liner that is a configuration of a high performance butterfly valve according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
- 3A to 3D are views illustrating a process of manufacturing a liner, which is a configuration of a high performance butterfly valve according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
- Step 1 After determining the size (for example, 24 inches) and thickness (for example, 3 to 4 mm) of the PTFE sheet to be processed, one or more The pre-processing step of preparing the PTFE sheet 100 and the cap 200 is performed in advance (Step 1).
- the cap 200 is formed in a cylindrical shape such that the rotating shaft 30 to which the disk 40 is coupled to penetrate the inside of the liner 20 to be connected to the handle 50, as shown in FIG.
- Step 2 a primary welding step of welding the cap 200 on the hole is performed.
- the secondary welding step of forming the cylindrical shape by welding the end (end) of the PTFE sheet 100 (Step 3).
- flared flaring is performed using a flaring tool (not shown) on the end of the cylindrical PTFE sheet 100 to complete a liner (Step 4).
- FIGS. 4A to 4G are views illustrating a process of manufacturing a liner which is a configuration of a high performance butterfly valve according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
- Step One first, after determining the size and thickness of the PTFE sheet (sheet) to be processed, and performs a pre-process step of manufacturing one or a plurality of PTFE sheet 100 in advance (Step One).
- a weld forming step of forming the cylindrical shape by welding the ends of the produced PTFE sheet 100 is performed (Step 2).
- the welding forming step may be performed using the same apparatus and method as described in the first embodiment.
- cylindrical PTFE sheet 100 is fixed with a flaring jig (jig, 300), and flaring is then carried out with flared ends (step 3).
- the flaring jig 300 since the flaring jig 300 has a structure that can be separated up and down after performing flaring, it can be easily separated at the end of flaring.
- the 1,2,3rd cover jig (400, 410a, 410b, 420) is in close contact with the flared PTFE sheet 100 (Step 4).
- the primary cover jig 400 is mounted to the bottom of the PTFE sheet 100 laid horizontally.
- a sealing member 405 is mounted on the upper portion of the primary cover jig 400, and air sealing is performed using a material such as rubber to seal the through hole in the lower portion of the PTFE sheet 100.
- the secondary cover jigs 410a and 410b are in close contact with both sides of the PTFE sheet 100, and the tertiary cover jig 420 of the PTFE sheet 100 faces the primary cover jig 400. It is mounted on the top.
- the tertiary cover jig 420 is air-sealed with a material such as rubber so that the sealing member 425 is mounted to seal the through hole in the upper portion of the PTFE sheet 100.
- An air hole 422 through which air is injected is formed at the center of the tertiary cover jig 420 in contact with the PTFE sheet 100, and a cap-shaped protrusion is formed by injecting air through the air hole 422.
- a cap forming step of forming 413 is performed (Step 5).
- the grooves 411a and 411b are formed in the secondary cover jig 410a and 410b so that a specific part of the close contact portion is recessed inward, the inside of the groove is expanded due to the injected air.
- the protrusion 413 is formed while popping.
- Step 6 the finishing process of completing the liner by finishing the end of the formed cap-shaped protrusion 413 is performed.
