在现代生活及工作当中, 可供选取的订餐及取餐方式主要包括以下 几种, 一种是最为传统的订餐取餐方式, 即订餐者在就餐场所如餐厅或 食堂订餐, 然后由服务员将所订餐食人工递送给订餐者, 订餐者即可实 现取餐; 另外一种则是目前正在兴起的网络订餐取餐方式, 即订餐者通 过网络平台选取某一餐厅提供的餐食并预订, 再由送餐人员将餐食按照 预订信息——当面送给订餐者, 订餐者即可取餐; 还有一种方式, 即通 过自动售餐机实现订餐取餐过程。 上述第一种传统的订餐取餐方式以及 第三种利用自动售餐机自动订餐取餐的方式都存在一个问题, 在人员密 集的办公场所附近, 当大量人员集中就餐时, 由于上述两种模式在选餐、 点餐、 支付和送餐等各个环节上都需要花费时间, 使得供餐效率较低, 通常还会导致大量人员集中就餐时, 不可避免的出现大量排队等候的现 象, 严重影响了就餐体验。 同时, 在利用自动售餐机为订餐者提供餐食 时, 一般是由人工提前将固定种类的待售餐食装入自动售餐机, 订餐者 通过自动售餐机订餐时, 只能在提前放入自动售餐机中的餐食中选择, 这样, 使得订餐者选择的餐食的种类受到一定程度的限制。 而利用第二 种即网络订餐取餐的方式, 虽然避免了就餐时在选餐、 点餐等环节上时 间的浪费, 但由于采用此种方式, 需要大量送餐人员在预订餐食派送过 程中穿梭于送餐场所, 浪费了大量人力及时间。
发明内容
本发明提供一种存取餐自助终端和自助订餐及存取餐系统, 系统包 括订餐服务器和存取餐自助终端, 存取餐自助终端上设置有装载餐盒的 存取餐单元; 订餐服务器接收预订信息, 并生成存或取餐信息, 存或取 餐信息直接或经由第三方媒介下发至存取餐自助终端, 或者由存取餐自 助终端直接或间接查询使用; 存取餐自助终端根据存或取餐信息, 开放 对应存取餐单元的存或取餐操作权限, 并根据接收到的存或取餐指令, 核对存或取餐操作权限和存或取餐信息, 以控制存或取餐操作。
存取餐自助终端包括: 保温箱体, 保温箱体设有装载餐盒的存取餐 单元和与存取餐单元——对应设置的开启单元; 用于控制存取餐操作的 主控单元, 主控单元安装在保温箱体上, 并与开启单元电连接。
订餐及存或取餐时, 只需要将预订信息发送给订餐服务器, 订餐服 务器据此生成存或取餐信息, 而存餐者提前根据存餐信息向存取餐自助 终端的对应存取餐单元内存餐时, 只需向存取餐自助终端内输入与存餐 操作权限相符的存餐指令即可, 取餐者取餐时, 只需向存取餐自助终端 内输入与取餐操作权限相符的取餐指令即可取出预订的对应餐食, 该系 统将订餐和存餐、 取餐三个过程联系起来, 使得供餐场所可根据订餐者 的预订信息提前向对应存取餐自助终端存入相应餐食, 因而, 既实现了 订餐者足不出户订餐的目的, 又无需大量送餐人员送餐时来回穿梭于送 餐场所, 避免人力和送餐时间的浪费。 同时, 采用本发明所述的系统进 行自助订餐及自助存取餐时, 由于存餐操作及取餐操作分别在就餐之前 及就餐时即可根据餐食的预订信息完成, 省掉了就餐时选餐、 点餐、 支 付、 送餐等各个环节, 避免了浪费时间, 供餐效率较低等现象的产生。 附图说明

进一步地, 为了使存取餐单元中存储的餐食更好的保温, 在保温箱 体中还安装了加热单元, 加热单元与主控单元 102电连接, 具体可以为 本实施例中设计的两个热源安装板 110 , 参见说明书附图图 2 , 热源安装 板 110安装在保温箱体 101 内部, 热源安装板 110的内部为空心结构, 在空心热源安装板 110上挖有通孔 111 ,通孔 111与空心热源安装板 110 内部连通, 通过通孔 111可向热源安装板 110内注入水, 水注入后可用 与通孔 111相匹配的密封塞将通孔 111密封住, 操作人员设定一合适的 温度值, 并通过输入单元输入, 主控单元 102接收到输入单元发送的该 温度值后, 使热源安装板 110对其内注入的水加热, 以达到所设定的温 度值, 以上热源安装板的结构可使存放在存取餐单元中的餐食在一定时 间内达到更好的保温效果。
另外, 还可以通过直接在保温箱体内放置其它热量辐射源作为加热 单元, 如有源的红外发热器, 该类型的热量辐射源如有源的红外发热器 也与主控单元电连接, 操作人员设定一合适的温度值, 并通过输入单元 输入, 主控单元 102接收到输入单元发送的该温度值后, 即发送指令, 使热量辐射源如有源的红外发热器辐射对应温度所需的热量, 保温箱体 内的温度即可保持此设定的温度值, 进而使存放在保温箱体内存取餐单 元中的餐食达到保温作用。
当然, 加热单元安装在保温箱体内, 也可不与主控单元连接, 加热 单元直接连接外部电源, 如加热单元选用加热丝, 放置于保温箱体内, 加热丝与外部电源连接, 对存取餐单元中存储的餐食加热。
具体的, 主控单元 102可以为单片机控制小系统, 通信单元可以为 GPRS\3G通信单元、 WIFI通信单元或以太网通信单元, 输入 \输出接口 可以为 USB接口、 存储卡读写接口、 RS485接口、 蓝牙接口、 红外线接 口或 I2C接口, 输入单元可以是触摸屏、 数字键盘输入单元、 IC卡感应 模块、 红外扫描装置或者磁卡刷卡器等, 输出单元可以为显示屏。
在使用存取餐自助终端取餐之前, 操作人员先根据订餐者的预订信 息在通信单元或输入 \输出接口的通信协议的应用层自定义查找表文件 或者含有该查找表文件信息的配置 \控制设置信息,查找表文件包含以下 信息: 存餐者身份信息一餐食种类信息一取餐者身份信息一对应种类餐 食的存取餐单元四者之间的对应关系, 或, 查找表文件包含以下信息: 存餐者身份信息一取餐者身份信息一对应种类餐食的存取餐单元三者之 间的对应关系,查找表文件或者含有查找表文件信息的配置\控制设置信 息将通过通信单元或输入 \输出接口输入到主控单元中,而主控单元检测 到格式正确的查找表文件或者含有查找表文件信息的配置\控制设置信 息后,将查找表文件或者含有查找表文件信息的配置 \控制设置信息进行 存储。 当然, 如果上述预订信息发生变化, 可将变化后的预订信息重新 自定义生成查找表文件或者对应的配置 \控制设置信息,重新生成的查找 表文件或对应的配置 \控制设置信息将再次通过通信单元或输入 \输出接 口输入到主控单元中, 以覆盖主控单元中原先存储的查找表文件或者对 应的配置\控制设置信息。

本实施例中通信单元、输入单元、主控单元和输出单元的相互配合, 使得存餐者及取餐者可根据预订信息准确快速无误的进行存取餐操作, 这在人员密集的办公场所附近,当大量人员集中就餐时具有很大的便利, 存餐者可根据预订信息在就餐之前将预订的装有餐食的餐盒存入该装置 中, 而取餐者只需在取餐场所利用本实施例中取餐装置取出装有预订餐 食的餐盒即可, 省掉了就餐时选餐、 点餐、 支付、 送餐等各个环节, 避 免了浪费时间, 供餐效率较低等现象。 另外, 该装置中除了保温箱体、 存餐窗口和取餐窗口采用隔热材料制成以外, 在保温箱体内还安装有热 源安装板或热量辐射源, 使得存入的餐食能在一定时间内达到较好的保 温效果。 同时, 由于本实施例中存取餐自助终端的存取餐单元中存放的 餐食是事先根据预订信息存入的, 避免了就餐人员只能在提前放入的餐 食中选择餐食就餐的情况,订餐者既可从待售餐食中选择餐食进行预订, 也可根据自己的喜好预订其它非待售餐食, 扩大了订餐者的订餐种类。 实施例二

订餐服务器通过有线或无线网络接收到订餐者发送的预订信息后, 根据接收到的预订信息自动生成存或取餐信息, 自动的生成存或取餐信 息由操作人员从订餐服务器中直接拷贝或打印出来, 方便按照预订信息 进行配餐以及将相应预订餐食送到对应的不同存取餐自助终端内不同存 取餐单元进行存餐。 其中, 存或取餐信息包括不同存或取餐者的存或取 餐操作权限、 不同种类餐食在一个或者多个存取餐自助终端上存放时的 存取餐单元分布以及不同存或取餐者身份与存取餐自助终端上的存取餐 单元之间的对应信息。 订餐服务器根据上述存取餐信息生成查找表文件 或者生成带有对应查找表文件信息的配置 \控制设置信息。

当然, 如果订餐服务器检测到上述预订信息发生变化, 订餐服务器 还可根据接收到的变化后的预订信息重新生成查找表文件或者对应的配 置\控制设置信息, 重新生成的查找表文件或对应的配置\控制设置信息 将再次通过 WIFI局域网 \广域网接口、 GPRS\3G通信接口、 以太网局域 网\广域网接口、 蓝牙接口、 红外线接口、 USB接口、 存储卡读写接口、 RS485接口或 I2C接口等按照上述同样的方式直接或间接被主控单元如 单片机控制小系统所获取并使用。
存餐者将配置好的餐食存入该系统中的存取餐自助终端, 利用本实 施例中一种自助订餐及存取餐系统实现存餐的过程将分成以下两种情况 详细介绍。

第二种情况, 当订餐服务器生成的查找表文件所含的信息为: 存餐 者身份信息一取餐者身份信息一对应种类餐食的存取餐单元三者之间的 对应关系时, 存餐过程的实现如下。 存餐者通过输入单元如键盘、 红外 扫描装置、 触摸屏、 RF读卡器或者普通 IC读卡器等向主控单元如单片 机控制小系统发送存餐指令如存餐者身份信息, 主控单元如单片机控制 小系统先根据输入的存餐指令如存餐者身份信息核对该存餐者的存餐操 作权限, 核对无误后根据该存餐指令如存餐者身份信息, 与存取餐自助 终端按照上述方式直接或间接获取到的查找表文件或对应的配置\控制 设置信息进行匹配, 匹配相符后发送指令, 使与此存餐指令如存餐者身 份信息相对应的所有存取餐单元的开启单元同时处于开启状态, 并将对 应的存取餐单元或开启单元的编号及所存的餐食种类信息通过输出单元 如显示屏输出并显示给存餐者。 随后, 存餐者按照该输出单元输出的对 应的存取餐单元或开启单元的编号及所存的餐食种类信息或按照人工打 印出来的存餐信息, 将装有该对应种类餐食的餐盒存放到保温箱体内相 应的存取餐单元中, 并由存餐者人工关闭与该存取餐单元对应的该开启 单元, 以上过程也可完成一次完整的快速存餐过程。 该情况下由于输入 的存餐指令只包含了存餐者身份信息, 因此, 打开的存取餐单元只须与 存餐者身份信息相对应即可, 此时, 存餐者每次打开的存取餐单元中所 存的餐食可以为同种类的餐食也可以为不同种类的餐食。
当取餐者通过输入单元如键盘、 红外扫描装置、 触摸屏、 RF读卡器 或者普通 IC读卡器等输入取餐指令如取餐者身份信息后,输入单元如键 盘、 红外扫描装置、 触摸屏、 RF读卡器或者普通 IC读卡器等即将接收 到的取餐指令如取餐者身份信息发送给主控单元如单片机控制小系统, 主控单元如单片机控制小系统接收到输入单元如键盘、 红外扫描装置、 触摸屏、 RF读卡器或者普通 IC读卡器等发送的取餐指令如取餐者身份 信息后, 先根据输入的取餐指令如取餐者身份信息核对该取餐者的取餐 操作权限, 核对无误后, 根据取餐指令如取餐者身份信息, 与存取餐自 助终端按照上述方式直接或间接获得的查找表文件或对应的配置\控制 设置信息进行匹配, 匹配相符后发送指令, 使与该取餐指令如取餐者身 份信息相对应的存取餐单元的开启单元处于开启状态, 并将对应的存取 餐单元或开启单元的编号及所取的餐食种类信息通过输出单元如显示屏 输出并显示给取餐者, 取餐者即可根据输出单元如显示屏输出并显示的 对应的存取餐单元或开启单元的编号及所取的餐食种类信息, 将装有预 订种类餐食的餐盒从保温箱体内该对应的存取餐单元中取出, 以上过程 即可完成一次完整的快速取餐过程。 该系统将订餐、 存餐和取餐三个过程联系起来, 既实现了足不出户 订餐的目的, 又无需大量送餐人员送餐时来回穿梭于各送餐场所, 同时, 由于利用该系统进行的订餐操作、 存餐操作及取餐操作分别在就餐之前 及就餐时即可根据餐食的预订信息完成, 省掉了就餐时选餐、 点餐、 支 付、 送餐等各个环节, 避免了浪费时间, 供餐效率较低等现象的产生, 并且, 订餐者在预订餐食时, 既可从待售餐食中选择餐食进行预订, 也 可根据自己的喜好预订其它非待售餐食, 扩大了订餐者的订餐种类。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 只是用于帮助理解本发明并不 用以限制本发明。 对于本领域的一般技术人员, 依据本发明的思想, 可 以对上述具体实施方式进行变化。

或,订餐服务器生成的查找表文件或对应的配置\控制设置信息先输 出给第三方媒介, 所述存取餐自助终端通过 WIFI局域网 \广域网接口、 GPRS\3G 通信接口、 以太网局域网 \广域网接口、 蓝牙接口、 红外线接 口、 USB接口、 存储卡读写接口、 RS485接口或 I2C接口从第三方媒介 处读取所述查找表文件或对应的配置 \控制设置信息。
19. 如权利要求 12或 13所述的系统, 其特征在于, 存取餐自助终 端还包括输入单元, 输入单元用于接收存或取餐指令, 并将接收到的存 或取餐指令发送给主控单元。
20. 如权利要求 16所述的系统, 其特征在于, 存取餐自助终端还包 括输出单元, 输出单元设置于保温箱体表面并与主控单元电连接。
21. 如权利要求 19所述的系统, 其特征在于, 输入单元为 RF读卡 器、 普通 IC读卡器、 键盘、 红外扫描装置或触摸屏。
