Description

背板、 机拒级通讯设备以及更换背板的方法 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种背板、机拒级通讯设备以及 更换背板的方法。
背景技术
由于互联网、 云计算的迅猛发展, 在工程上, 对作为其主要硬件实现 方案的通讯设备的需求也随之快速提升。机拒级通讯设备作为网络型通讯 设备的主要形态, 相对于机架式通讯设备、 塔式通讯设备、 刀片式通讯设 备等, 具有多方面的优势。
背板是机拒级通讯设备中所不可或缺的重要组成部分,机拒级通讯设 备的前插板和后插板通过背板实现有效连接, 通常, 背板设置于机拒级通 讯设备的最内部。
发明人在实现本发明的过程中发现,由于现有技术中的背板直接固定 在机拒级通讯设备的机架上, 并且在背板上设置了多个用于固定、 连接背 板和机拒级通讯设备的螺釘, 加大了背板的装配、 拆卸难度。 当机拒级通 讯设备故障时, 一般只能将机拒级通讯设备送回厂家, 经由专业技术人员 拆卸后进行修理, 用户一般无法自己修改、 维护, 增大了用户对机拒级通 讯设备的维护难度, 增大了使用该机拒级通讯设备的成本, 降低了用户的 使用体验度。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种背板、 机拒级通讯设备以及更换背板的方 法, 用于解决现有技术存在着的机拒级通讯设备的维护难度大的问题。
根据本发明的第一方面, 一种背板, 应用于机拒级通讯设备, 包括: 条状结构的基板; 一个或多个第一连接器, 所述第一连接器设置在所述基板的第一面, 用于连接前插板上对应的连接器;
一个或多个第二连接器,所述第二连接器设置在所述基板与所述第一 面相对的第二面, 用于连接后插板上对应的连接器;
所述背板通过可拆卸方式固定设置于所述后插板或所述前插板上,可 随固定所述背板的所述后插板或固定所述背板的所述前插板一起插拔; 其中,所述后插板以正交连接的方式通过所述背板与所述前插板进行 连接。
在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,当所述背板固定设置在所述 后插板上时, 所述背板的第二连接器与所述后插板上的对应的连接器连 接, 所述后插板与所述背板竖直放置于所述机拒级通讯设备内,

在第二方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,当所述背板固定设置在所述 后插板上时, 所述背板的第二连接器与所述后插板上的对应的连接器连 接, 所述后插板与所述背板竖直放置于所述机拒级通讯设备内,

根据本发明的第三方面, 一种更换背板的方法, 应用于机拒级通讯设 备, 所述通讯设备包括机拒, 以及位于所述机拒内部的前插板、 后插板以 及上述的背板, 所述前插板与所述后插板通过所述背板相连, 所述方法包 括: 当所述背板故障时,将固定有所述背板的所述前插板或固定有所述背 板的所述后插板从所述机拒中拔出;
将发生故障的所述背板从固定有所述背板的所述前插板或固定有所 述背板的所述后插板中拆卸出, 并更换为正常的所述背板;
将更换后的固定有正常的所述背板的所述前插板或固定有正常的所 述背板的所述后插板重新插回所述机拒。
在本实施例的技术方案中, 提供了一种背板的更换方法, 该背板的更 换方法操作筒单, 步骤较少, 用户无需在专业人员的帮助下即可自行更换 背板, 减少了设置有该背板的机拒式通讯设备的维护成本, 提高了用户的 使用体验度。

本发明实施例提供一种背板 1 , 该背板 1应用于机拒级通讯设备, 如 图 1所示, 包括:
条状结构的基板 10 ;
一个或多个第一连接器 1 1 , 所述第一连接器 1 1 设置在所述基板 1 0 的第一面, 用于连接前插板上对应的连接器;
一个或多个第二连接器 12 , 所述第二连接器 12 设置在所述基板 1 0 与所述第一面相对的第二面, 用于连接后插板上对应的连接器;
其中,所述后插板以正交连接的方式通过所述背板与所述前插板进行 连接, 该连接可为物理连接或电气连接, 并且, 背板 1 内部设置有走线, 以使得后插板与前插板之间可以实现数据的交换、 信号的传递等功能。
如图 2所示, 一般来说, 现有技术中的背板 1通常为板状, 在背板 1 的每一面设置有两列以上的连接器, 为了方便描述, 将设置有第一连接器 的一面称为第一面, 将设置有第二连接器的另一面称为第二面。 其中第一 面的第一连接器 11用于与前插板 21的连接器连接,第二面上的第二连接 器 12用于与后插板 22的连接器连接。 在安装时, 背板 1通常首先固定设 置在机拒级通讯设备 2的机框上, 之后, 前插板 21与后插板 11分别与背 板 1的相应连接器连接, 以实现前插板 21和后插板 22之间的数据连接。 而在本发明的技术方案中, 如图 1所示, 背板 1的基板为条状结构, 所谓条状结构, 是相对于现有技术中的背板而言的条状结构, 对比图 1 和图 2可知, 本发明图 1 中的背板 1的长宽比较大, 且通常本发明中的背 板 1的第一面的尺寸只允许设置有一列第一连接器, 类似的, 本发明中的 背板 1的第二面的尺寸也仅允许设置有一列第二连接器,这与现有技术中 的背板 1不同。
并且, 所述背板 1通过可拆卸方式预先固定设置于所述后插板 22或 所述前插板 21上,进而可随固定所述背板 1的所述后插板 11或固定所述 背板 1的所述前插板 2—起插拔, 而无需像现有技术一样安装在机框上, 筒化了背板 1的安装步骤。
通常, 机拒级通讯设备 2的前插板 21与后插板 22在工作中, 会散发 出大量的热量, 于是, 在现有技术中, 为了使得热量可以迅速散发到其他 地方, 背板 1上通常设置有至少一个大小不一的散热孔 1 3。 而散热孔 1 3 的设置, 降低了背板 1的整体机械强度, 使得背板 1较易损坏, 影响了背 板 1的使用寿命。
而在本发明的技术方案中, 由于背板 1为条状结构, 其尺寸特别是纵 向尺寸相对于现有技术的背板 2而言较小, 则如图 3所示, 当机拒级通讯 设备 2上的前插板 21与后插板 22之间设置有多个背板 1时, 由于背板 1 与背板 1之间的空间较大, 可供机拒级通讯设备 2散热使用, 与现有技术 相比, 无需在背板 1上设置散热孔, 提高了背板 1的机械强度, 进而提高 了背板 1的使用寿命, 同时还可降低背板 1对制作工艺的难度要求, 降低 了背板 1的制造成本。
在安装时, 如图 3所示, 可首先将背板 1上的第二连接器 12与后插 板 22的对应连接器匹配连接, 之后, 将背板 1通过一种或多种固定装置 (例如螺釘、 螺栓等) 固定设置于后插板 22上, 再然后, 将设置有背板 1 的后插板 22设置于机拒级通讯设备 2 的相应位置, 最后, 将对应的前 插板 2 1放入机拒级通讯设备 2 , 将前插板 21的连接器与背板 1的第一连 接器 1 1对应连接, 即可实现机拒级通讯设备 2的安装。
类似的, 如图 4所示, 所述背板 1也可先固定设置于前插板 21上, 然后, 后插板 22与设置在前插板 21上的背板 1的第二连接器 1 2连接, 即可实现机拒级通讯设备 2的安装。

一个或多个第二连接器 1 2 , 所述第二连接器 1 2 设置在所述基板 1 0 与所述第一面相对的第二面, 用于连接后插板上对应的连接器;
本实施例及以下实施例中, 基板可视为一块通常意义上的板子, 其材 质并不限定, 如可以是 PCB板或其他类型(如金属、木质、 复合材料等等) 的板。 基板可视为一个六面体 (因为板都会有一定的厚度), 基板的第一 面以及第二面为基板中面积明显最大的两个平面。 此外, 需要说明的是, 第一面以及第二面并非一定要在物理介质面上, 实际当中, 基板可以能有 一些贯穿第一面第二面的一些孔, 那么, 仍可将这两个最大面积带有孔的 面视为第一面以及第二面。

并且, 所述背板 1通过可拆卸方式预先固定设置于所述后插板 22或 所述前插板 21上,进而可随固定所述背板 1的所述后插板 11或固定所述 背板 1的所述前插板 2—起插拔, 而无需像现有技术一样安装在机框上, 筒化了背板 1的安装步骤。
在安装时, 如图 3所示, 可首先将背板 1上的第二连接器 1 2与后插 板 22的对应连接器匹配连接, 之后, 将背板 1通过一种或多种固定装置 (例如螺釘、 螺栓等) 固定设置于后插板 22上, 再然后, 将设置有背板 1 的后插板 22设置于机拒级通讯设备 2 的相应位置, 最后, 将对应的前 插板 2 1放入机拒级通讯设备 2 , 将前插板 21的连接器与背板 1的第一连 接器 1 1对应连接, 即可实现机拒级通讯设备 2的安装。
类似的, 如图 4所示, 所述背板 1也可先固定设置于前插板 21上, 然后, 后插板 22与设置在前插板 21上的背板 1的第二连接器 1 2连接, 即可实现机拒级通讯设备 2的安装。
具体地, 如图 3所示, 当所述背板 1 固定设置在所述后插板 22上时, 所述背板 1的第二连接器 1 2与所述后插板 22上的对应的连接器连接,所 述后插板 22与所述背板 1竖直放置于所述机拒级通讯设备 2 内。
此时, 所述前插板 2 1水平放置于所述机拒级通讯设备 2 内, 并且所 述背板 1与所述前插板 21正交连接,所述背板 1的第一连接器 1 1与所述 前插板 21上的对应的连接器连接。
如图 4所示, 当所述背板 1 固定设置在所述前插板 2 1上时, 所述背 板 1的第一连接器 1 1与所述前插板 2 1上的对应的连接器连接,所述前插 板 2 1与所述背板 1水平放置于所述机拒级通讯设备 2内。
此时, 所述后插板 22竖直放置于所述机拒级通讯设备 2 内, 并且所 述背板 1与所述后插板 22正交连接,所述背板 1的第二连接器 1 2与所述 后插板 11上的对应的连接器连接。
通常, 机拒级通讯设备 2的前插板 2 1与后插板 22在工作中, 会散发 出大量的热量, 于是, 在现有技术中, 为了使得热量可以迅速散发到其他 地方, 背板 1上通常设置有至少一个大小不一的散热孔 1 3。 而散热孔 1 3 的设置, 降低了背板 1的整体机械强度, 使得背板 1较易损坏, 影响了背 板 1的使用寿命。
而在本发明的技术方案中, 由于背板 1为条状结构, 其尺寸特别是纵 向尺寸相对于现有技术的背板 2而言较小, 则如图 3所示, 当机拒级通讯 设备 2上的前插板 21与后插板 22之间设置有多个背板 1时, 由于背板 1 与背板 1之间的空间较大, 可供机拒级通讯设备 2散热使用, 与现有技术 相比, 无需在背板 1上设置散热孔, 提高了背板 1的机械强度, 进而提高 了背板 1的使用寿命, 同时还可降低背板 1对制作工艺的难度要求, 降低 了背板 1的制造成本。
通常, 所述第一连接器 11与第二连接器 12为各自独立、 各自分离的 连接器, 通过在设置于所述背板 1上后通过所述背板 1 内的走线连接, 但 所述第一连接器 11与所述第二连接器 12也可制成一个整体,如图 5所示, 可直接在该整体内设置有走线,提供第一连接器 11与第二连接器 12物理 连接或电气连接。
需要说明的是, 前文中提出过, 背板 1 上设置有所述第一连接器 11 的一面为第一面, 设置有第二连接器 12的一面为第二面, 当所述第一连 接器 1 1与第二连接器 12制成一个整体时, 为了安装该第一连接器 11及 第二连接器 12 , 需在背板 1的相应位置处添加与第一连接器 11及第二连 接器 12整体相配合的中空的孔。
如图 6所示,所述背板 1上设置有用于将所述背板 1通过可拆卸方式 固定设置于所述后插板 11或所述前插板 21上的螺孔 1 3 ,在将所述背板 1 的第一连接器 1 1连接所述前插板 21的对应连接器,或将所述背板 1的第 二连接器 12连接所述后插板 22的对应连接器后,可利用该背板 1上的螺 孔 1 3 , 通过螺釘或螺栓, 将该背板 1 固定设置于前插板 21 或后插板 22 上, 增强背板 1与前插板 21或后插板 22的结合强度。 由于通常前插板 21和后插板 12与机拒级通讯设备 1之间的配合关系 就类似于抽屉和拒子之间的配合关系,即机拒级通讯设备 2上设置有用于 使得前插板 21或后插板 22放入机拒级通讯设备 2的滑道, 前插板 21和 后插板 22上设置有相应的滑轮等于滑道配合的装置,使得前插板 21和后 插板 22在安装时较为方便, 由于在本发明的技术方案中, 背板 1预先固 定设置于前插板 21或后插板 22上, 使得背板 1与前插板 21或后插板 22 合为一个整体,背板 1与前插板 21或后插板 22—同放置入机拒级通讯设 备 2中即可实现背板 1的安装, 而无需像现有技术一样, 需要首先将背板 1 固定在机拒级通讯设备 2上, 很大程度上降低了背板 1的安装难度。
而在拆卸时,首先需将设置有背板 1的前插板 21或后插板 22 自机拒 级通讯设备 2中取出,再将设置在前插板 21或后插板 22上的背板 1卸下, 即可实现背板 1的拆卸, 无需与现有技术一样, 需要将机拒级通讯设备 2 的框架拆卸后才可拆卸背板 1, 降低了背板 1的拆卸难度。
综上所述, 由于该背板 1的安装、 拆卸难度都较低, 无需专业人员, 用户即可自行安装、 拆卸该背板 1, 降低了设置有该背板 1的机拒级通讯 设备 2的维护难度及成本, 提高了用户的使用体验度。 实施例三
本发明实施例提供一种机拒级通讯设备 2, 如图 7所示, 该机拒级通 讯设备 2 包括前插板 21、 后插板 22和背板 1, 其中, 如图 1所示, 所述 背板 1 包括:
条状结构的基板 10;
一个或多个第一连接器 11, 所述第一连接器 11 设置在所述基板 10 的第一面, 用于连接前插板上对应的连接器;
一个或多个第二连接器 12, 所述第二连接器 12 设置在所述基板 10 与所述第一面相对的第二面, 用于连接后插板上对应的连接器;
其中,所述后插板以正交连接的方式通过所述背板与所述前插板进行 连接, 该连接可为物理连接或电气连接, 并且, 背板 1 内部设置有走线, 以使得后插板与前插板之间可以实现数据的交换、 信号的传递等功能。
如图 2所示, 一般来说, 现有技术中的背板 1通常为板状, 在背板 1 的每一面设置有两列以上的连接器, 为了方便描述, 将设置有第一连接器 的一面称为第一面, 将设置有第二连接器的另一面称为第二面。 其中第一 面的第一连接器 11用于与前插板 21的连接器连接,第二面上的第二连接 器 12用于与后插板 22的连接器连接。 在安装时, 背板 1通常首先固定设 置在机拒级通讯设备 2的机框上, 之后, 前插板 21与后插板 11分别与背 板 1的相应连接器连接, 以实现前插板 21和后插板 22之间的数据连接。
而在本发明的技术方案中, 如图 1所示, 背板 1的基板为条状结构, 所谓条状结构, 是相对于现有技术中的背板而言的条状结构, 对比图 1 和图 2可知, 本发明图 1 中的背板 1的长宽比较大, 且通常本发明中的背 板 1 的第一面的尺寸只允许设置有一列第一连接器 1 1 , 类似的, 本发明 中的背板 1 的第二面的尺寸也仅允许设置有一列第二连接器 12 , 这与现 有技术中的背板 1不同。
具体地, 所述背板 1、 前插板 21和后插板 22之间的连接关系如下: 如图 3所示, 当所述背板 1 固定设置在所述后插板 22上时, 所述背 板 1的第二连接器 12与所述后插板 22上的对应的连接器连接,所述后插 板 22与所述背板 1竖直放置于所述机拒级通讯设备 2内。
此时, 所述前插板 21水平放置于所述机拒级通讯设备 2 内, 并且所 述背板 1与所述前插板 21正交连接, 所述背板 1的第一连接器与所述前 插板 21上的对应的连接器连接。
如图 4所示, 当所述背板 1 固定设置在所述前插板 21上时, 所述背 板 1的第一连接器 1 1与所述前插板 21上的对应的连接器连接,所述前插 板 21与所述背板 1水平放置于所述机拒级通讯设备 2内。 此时, 所述后插板 22竖直放置于所述机拒级通讯设备 2 内, 并且所 述背板 1与所述后插板 22正交连接,所述背板 1的第二连接器 1 2与所述 后插板 11上的对应的连接器连接。
通常, 所述背板 1 上的第一连接器 2 1 的位置可根据所述前插板 22 的分布情况进行相应设置, 例如, 若图 3中的位于由上至下第二层的前插 板 22 由于某种原因不设置时, 背板 1 上的对应连接该第二层前插板 22 的第一连接器也可不设置。
同样, 所述背板 1 上的第二连接器 22 的位置可根据所述后插板 22 的分布情况进行相应设置。
并且, 所述背板 1通过可拆卸方式预先固定设置于所述后插板 22或 所述前插板 21上,进而可随固定所述背板 1的所述后插板 11或固定所述 背板 1的所述前插板 2—起插拔, 而无需像现有技术一样安装在机框上, 筒化了背板 1的安装步骤。
在安装时, 如图 3所示, 可首先将背板 1上的第二连接器 1 2与后插 板 22的对应连接器匹配连接, 之后, 将背板 1通过一种或多种固定装置 (例如螺釘、 螺栓等) 固定设置于后插板 22上, 再然后, 将设置有背板 1 的后插板 22设置于机拒级通讯设备 2 的相应位置, 最后, 将对应的前 插板 2 1放入机拒级通讯设备 2 , 将前插板 21的连接器与背板 1的第一连 接器 1 1对应连接, 即可实现机拒级通讯设备 2的安装。
类似的, 如图 4所示, 所述背板 1也可先固定设置于前插板 21上, 然后, 后插板 22与设置在前插板 21上的背板 1的第二连接器 1 2连接, 即可实现机拒级通讯设备 2的安装。
通常, 机拒级通讯设备 2的前插板 2 1与后插板 22在工作中, 会散发 出大量的热量, 于是, 在现有技术中, 为了使得热量可以迅速散发到其他 地方, 背板 1上通常设置有至少一个大小不一的散热孔 1 3。 而散热孔 1 3 的设置, 降低了背板 1的整体机械强度, 使得背板 1较易损坏, 影响了背 板 1的使用寿命。
而在本发明的技术方案中, 由于背板 1为条状结构, 其尺寸特别是纵 向尺寸相对于现有技术的背板 2而言较小, 则如图 3所示, 当机拒级通讯 设备 2上的前插板 21与后插板 22之间设置有多个背板 1时, 由于背板 1 与背板 1之间的空间较大, 可供机拒级通讯设备 2散热使用, 与现有技术 相比, 无需在背板 1上设置散热孔, 提高了背板 1的机械强度, 进而提高 了背板 1的使用寿命, 同时还可降低背板 1对制作工艺的难度要求, 降低 了背板 1的制造成本。

需要说明的是, 前文中提出过, 背板 1 上设置有所述第一连接器 11 的一面为第一面, 设置有第二连接器 12的一面为第二面, 当所述第一连 接器 1 1与第二连接器 12制成一个整体时, 为了安装该第一连接器 11及 第二连接器 12 , 需在背板 1的相应位置处添加与第一连接器 11及第二连 接器 12整体相配合的中空的孔, 此时本领域的技术人员可以理解, 第一 面实际上包括实体的面和虚拟的面, 具体地, 实体的面为去除孔后剩余部 分的平面部分, 虚拟的面为孔的部分所对应的平面, 第一面的面积始终保 持不变, 类似的, 第二面也是如此。
如图 6所示,所述背板 1上设置有用于将所述背板 1通过可拆卸方式 固定设置于所述后插板 11或所述前插板 21上的螺孔 1 3 ,在将所述背板 1 的第一连接器 1 1连接所述前插板 21的对应连接器,或将所述背板 1的第 二连接器 12连接所述后插板 22的对应连接器后,可利用该背板 1上的螺 孔 1 3 , 通过螺釘或螺栓, 将该背板 1 固定设置于前插板 21 或后插板 22 上, 增强背板 1与前插板 2 1或后插板 22的结合强度。
由于通常前插板 21和后插板 12与机拒级通讯设备 1之间的配合关系 就类似于抽屉和拒子之间的配合关系,即机拒级通讯设备 2上设置有用于 使得前插板 2 1或后插板 22放入机拒级通讯设备 2的滑道, 前插板 2 1和 后插板 22上设置有相应的滑轮等于滑道配合的装置,使得前插板 2 1和后 插板 22在安装时较为方便, 由于在本发明的技术方案中, 背板 1预先固 定设置于前插板 21或后插板 22上, 使得背板 1与前插板 2 1或后插板 22 合为一个整体,背板 1与前插板 21或后插板 22—同放置入机拒级通讯设 备 2中即可实现背板 1的安装, 而无需像现有技术一样, 需要首先将背板 1 固定在机拒级通讯设备 2上, 很大程度上降低了背板 1的安装难度。
而在拆卸时,首先需将设置有背板 1的前插板 2 1或后插板 22 自机拒 级通讯设备 2中取出,再将设置在前插板 2 1或后插板 22上的背板 1卸下, 即可实现背板 1的拆卸, 无需与现有技术一样, 需要将机拒级通讯设备 2 的框架拆卸后才可拆卸背板 1 , 降低了背板 1的拆卸难度。
综上所述, 由于该背板 1的安装、 拆卸难度都较低, 无需专业人员, 用户即可自行安装、 拆卸该背板 1 , 降低了设置有该背板 1的机拒级通讯 设备 2的维护难度及成本, 提高了用户的使用体验度。
如图 7所示, 所述机拒级通讯设备 2还包括:
金属支架 3 ,所述金属支架 3上设置有与所述背板 1的第一连接器 1 1 或第二连接器 1 2 配合的通孔, 还设置有用于与所述背板 1、 所述前插板 2 1或所述后插板 22通过固定连接的数个螺孔 31 ,所述金属支架 2用于将 所述背板 1 固定设置于所述前插板 2 1或所述后插板 11上。
为了使得所述背板 1与所述前插板 2 1或所述后插板 22之间的固定更 为牢固, 同时使得背板 1不易在固定在前插板 2 1或后插板 22时损坏, 可 在所述背板 1与所述前插板 21与所述后插板 22之间设置金属支架 3。
如图 8所示,由于金属支架 3与背板 1和前插板 21或后插板 22之间 的固定连接通常是通过某一种或多种固定装置, 其中, 螺釘或螺栓又是最 常用的固定装置, 故而金属支架 3上通常设置有螺孔。
贝 |J , 如图 9所示, 在安装背板 1时, 需要首先将背板 1 固定设置在金 属支架 3上, 使背板 1和金属支架 3成为一个整体, 之后, 将所述背板 1 与金属支架 3—起安装在前插板 2 1或后插板 22上, 再与前插板 2 1或后 插板 22—起设置于机拒级通讯设备 2内。
反过来, 在拆卸所述背板 1时, 首先将设置有背板 1的前插板 2 1或 后插板 22 自机拒级通讯设备 2中取出, 再将背板 1以及金属支架 3—起 从前插板 2 1或后插板 22上取下, 最后, 将背板 1与金属支架 3分离。
通常, 为了使得机拒级通讯设备 2的散热效果更好, 如图 3所示, 所 述机拒级通讯设备 2上还设置有多个风扇 2 3。
在本实施例的技术方案中, 提供了一种机拒式通讯设备, 所述机拒式 通讯设备包括背板, 所述背板为条状结构, 背板的尺寸较小, 无需在背板 上设置散热孔 ,通过背板之间的空间即可实现散热 ,保证了散热效果同时, 提高了背板的机械强度的同时, 保证了背板的使用寿命。 并且所述背板通 过可拆卸方式固定设置于所述后插板或所述前插板上,可随固定所述背板 的所述后插板或固定所述背板的所述前插板一起插拔,降低了更换该背板 的难度, 进而降低了用户维护机拒式通讯设备的难度以及维护成本, 提高 了用户的使用体验度。 实施例四
本发明实施例提供一种更换背板的方法, 应用于机拒级通讯设备 2 , 所述通讯设备 2 包括机拒, 以及位于所述机拒内部的前插板 2 1、 后插板 22以及如实施例二所述的背板 1 ,所述前插板 2 1与所述后插板 11通过所 述背板 1相连, 如图 1 0所示, 所述方法包括:
步骤 S 1 01 1、 当所述背板 1故障时, 将固定有所述背板 1的所述前插 板 2 1或固定有所述背板 1的所述后插板 22从所述机拒中拔出; 步骤 S 1 01 2、 将发生故障的所述背板 1从固定有所述背板 1的所述前 插板 2 1或固定有所述背板 1的所述后插板 22中拆卸出,并更换为正常的 所述背板 1 ;
步骤 S 1 01 3、 将更换后的固定有正常的所述背板 1 的所述前插板 21 或固定有正常的所述背板 1的所述后插板 22重新插回所述机拒。
在本实施例的技术方案中, 提供了一种背板的更换方法,, 该背板的 更换方法操作筒单, 步骤较少, 用户无需在专业人员的帮助下即可自行更 换背板, 减少了设置有该背板的机拒式通讯设备的维护成本, 提高了用户 的使用体验度。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明 的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

1、 一种背板, 其特征在于, 应用于机拒级通讯设备, 包括: 条状结构的基板;
一个或多个第一连接器, 所述第一连接器设置在所述基板的第一 面, 用于连接前插板上对应的连接器;
一个或多个第二连接器, 所述第二连接器设置在所述基板与所述 第一面相对的第二面, 用于连接后插板上对应的连接器;
所述背板通过可拆卸方式固定设置于所述后插板或所述前插板 上, 可随固定所述背板的所述后插板或固定所述背板的所述前插板一 起插拔。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的背板, 其特征在于,
所述背板固定设置在所述后插板上, 所述背板的第二连接器与所 述后插板上的对应的连接器连接, 所述后插板与所述背板竖直放置于 所述机拒级通讯设备内;
所述前插板水平放置于所述机拒级通讯设备内, 并且所述背板与 所述前插板正交连接, 所述背板的第一连接器与所述前插板上的对应 的连接器连接。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的背板, 其特征在于,
所述背板固定设置在所述前插板上, 所述背板的第一连接器与所 述前插板上的对应的连接器连接, 所述前插板与所述背板水平放置于 所述机拒级通讯设备内;
所述后插板竖直放置于所述机拒级通讯设备内, 并且所述背板与 所述后插板正交连接, 所述背板的第二连接器与所述后插板上的对应 的连接器连接。
4、 根据权利要求 1 -3任一所述的背板, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接器与所述第二连接器构成一个整体器件, 所述基板 包括安装孔, 所述整体器件位于所述安装孔中。
5、 根据权利要求 1 -4中任一项所述的背板, 其特征在于, 所述背板上设置有用于将所述背板通过可拆卸方式固定设置于 所述后插板或所述前插板上的螺孔。
6、 根据权利要求 1 -5任一所述的背板, 其特征在于:
所述后插板以正交连接的方式通过所述背板与所述前插板进行 连接。
7、 一种机拒级通讯设备, 包括前插板、 后插板和背板, 其特征 在于, 所述背板包括:
条状结构的基板;
一个或多个第一连接器, 所述第一连接器设置在所述基板的第一 面, 用于连接前插板上对应的连接器;
一个或多个第二连接器, 所述第二连接器设置在所述基板与所述 第一面相对的第二面, 用于连接后插板上对应的连接器;
所述背板通过可拆卸方式固定设置于所述后插板或所述前插板 上, 可随固定所述背板的所述后插板或固定所述背板的所述前插板一 起插拔;
其中, 所述后插板通过所述背板与所述前插板进行连接。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的机拒级通讯设备, 其特征在于, 当所述背板固定设置在所述后插板上时, 所述背板的第二连接器 与所述后插板上的对应的连接器连接, 所述后插板与所述背板竖直放 置于所述机拒级通讯设备内;
所述前插板水平放置于所述机拒级通讯设备内, 并且所述背板与 所述前插板正交连接, 所述背板的第一连接器与所述前插板上的对应 的连接器连接。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的机拒级通讯设备, 其特征在于, 所述背板上的各个所述第一连接器的位置与各个所述前插板的 位置分别相对应。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的机拒级通讯设备, 其特征在于, 当所述背板固定设置在所述前插板上时, 所述背板的第一连接器 与所述前插板上的对应的连接器连接, 所述前插板与所述背板水平放 置于所述机拒级通讯设备内;
所述后插板竖直放置于所述机拒级通讯设备内, 并且所述背板与 所述后插板正交连接, 所述背板的第二连接器与所述后插板上的对应 的连接器连接。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的机拒级通讯设备, 其特征在于, 所述背板上的各个所述第二连接器的位置与各个所述后插板的 位置分别相对应。
12、根据权利要求 7-8任一所述的机拒级通讯设备, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接器与所述第二连接器构成一个整体器件, 所述基板 包括安装孔, 所述整体器件位于所述安装孔中。
13、 根据权利要求 7- 12所述的机拒级通讯设备, 其特征在于, 所述背板上设置有用于将所述背板通过可拆卸方式固定设置于 所述后插板或所述前插板上的螺孔。
14、 根据权利要求 7所述的机拒级通讯设备, 其特征在于, 所述 背板还包括多个可以让螺釘的杆穿过并且不能让螺釘的帽穿过的小 孔, 机拒级通信设备还包括:
金属支架, 包括多个通孔, 用于使得所述第一连接器或所述第二 连接器穿过所述通孔;
所述金属支架还包括多个螺孔, 用于与从所述背板上的所述小孔 穿过的螺釘配合, 从而实现所述背板与所述金属支架的固定;
所述金属支架与通过可拆卸方式固定设置于所述前插板或所述 后插板上, 从而实现将所述背板通过可拆卸方式固定设置于所述前插 板或所述后插板上。
15、 根据权利要求 7- 14 任一所述的机拒级通讯设备, 其特征在 于:
所述后插板以正交连接的方式通过所述背板与所述前插板进行 连接。
16、 一种更换背板的方法, 其特征在于, 应用于机拒级通讯设备, 所述通讯设备包括机拒, 以及位于所述机拒内部的前插板、 后插板以 及背板,所述前插板与所述后插板通过所述背板相连,所述方法包括: 当所述背板故障时, 将固定有所述背板的所述前插板或固定有所 述背板的所述后插板从所述机拒中拔出; 将发生故障的所述背板从固定有所述背板的所述前插板或固定 有所述背板的所述后插板中拆卸出, 并更换为正常的所述背板; 将更换后的固定有正常的所述背板的所述前插板或固定有正常 的所述背板的所述后插板重新插回所述机拒。
