本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。
为此, 本发明的一个目的在于提出一种用于洗碗机的托盘支撑装置, 所述托盘支撑 装置用于放置托盘, 结构筒单且可灵活调节托盘位置。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种具有上述托盘支撑装置的刀叉托盘组件。
本发明的再一个目的在于提出一种具有上述刀叉托盘组件的洗碗机。
根据本发明第一方面实施例的托盘支撑装置包括: 两个支撑板, 所述两个支撑板相 对且相互隔开设置, 所述两个支撑板相对的表面上分别形成有滑动槽,每个滑动槽均包 括相互间隔开的上滑道和下滑道且所述上滑道和下滑道彼此连通;适于分别支撑托盘的 至少两个支架, 所述至少两个支架连接在所述两个支撑板之间, 其中每个所述支架的两 端分别可滑动地收容在所述滑动槽内。
根据本发明实施例的用于洗碗机的托盘支撑装置, 通过将支架的两端可移动地支撑 在两个支撑板的滑动槽内,从而带动支架的移动, 进而使得设置在支架上的托盘的位置 和放置角度可调节, 由此可实现根据托盘上放置的餐具的尺寸来调整托盘的位置, 进而 可灵活充分地利用洗碗机内部空间。

通过定位凸起, 可止挡支架的相应端部定位在第一上滑道或第二上滑道上, 而不会 通过第一、 第二或第三换向道落入到下滑道上, 从而完成对相应支架的定位, 进而使得 托盘被定位。

两个支撑板 1相对且相互隔开设置, 两个支撑板 1相对的表面上分别形成有滑动槽 10 , 每个滑动槽 10均包括相互间隔开且相互平行的上滑道 101和下滑道 102且上滑道 101和下滑道 102彼此连通。 在图 1的示例中, 两个支撑板 1在前后方向上相互间隔开 设置, 两个支撑板 1的相对表面上分别形成有滑动槽 10 , 每个滑动槽 10均包括沿上下 方向间隔开的上滑道 101和下滑道 102 ,上滑道 101和下滑道 102相互平行且彼此连通。
至少两个支架 2连接在两个支撑板 1之间, 其中每个支架 2的两端分别可滑动地收 容在滑动槽 10内。 在图 1的示例中, 支架 2为 2个, 每个支架 2的前端和后端分别收 容在相应的支撑板 1的滑动槽 10内。
根据本发明实施例的用于洗碗机的托盘支撑装置, 通过将支架的两端可移动地支撑 在两个支撑板的滑动槽内, 从而带动支架 2的移动, 进而使得设置在支架 2 上的托盘 200的位置和放置角度可调节, 由此可实现根据托盘上放置的餐具的尺寸来调整托盘的 位置, 进而可灵活充分地利用洗碗机内部空间。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 滑动槽 10的上滑道 101和下滑道 102之间通过第一换 向道 103、 第二换向道 104和第三换向道 105连通, 上滑道 101和下滑道 102、 以及第 一换向道 103、第二换向道 104和第三换向道 105均适于支架 2的相应端部在其内移动。 其中第一换向道 103和第三换向道 105分别设在滑动槽 10的两端, 且第二换向道 104 位于第一换向道 103和第三换向道 105之间, 并与上滑道 101和下滑道 102连通。也就 是说, 支架 2的端部可在上滑道 101、 下滑道 102、 第一换向道 103、 第二换向道 104 和第三换向道 105内移动, 换言之, 通过由第一至第三换向道 103、 104和 105连通的 上滑道 101和下滑道 102 ,使得支架 2的端部可在上滑道 101和下滑道 102中任意移动, 从而使得多个支架 2的位置和倾斜角度可有多种变化形式,进而使得托盘 200位置调节 更容易。 优选地, 第一换向道 103、 第二换向道 104和第三换向道 105相互平行。
可以理解的是, 第二换向道 104可为多个, 具体数量取决于根据支架 2的数量。 例 如当支架 2为两个时, 第二换向道 104仅为一个; 而当支架 2为三个时, 则需要两个第 二换向道 104以对多个支架 2的位置和倾斜角度分别进行调节。
在图 2和图 3的示例中, 第一换向道 103、 第二换向道 104和第三换向道 105分别 沿竖向延伸, 且上滑道 101和下滑道 102沿水平方向延伸。
在下面的描述中, 均以支架 2的数量为两个、 且参考图 1-图 16b对根据本发明多个 实施例的托盘支撑装置进行说明。 当支架 2的数量为两个 (标号为 2a和 2b ) 时, 如图 2和图 3所示, 第二换向道 104为一个且设在滑动槽 10的中央, 其中上滑道 101 由第 二换向道 104的顶端分隔成第一上滑道 101 1和第二上滑道 1012; 以及下滑道 102由第 二换向道 104的底端分隔成第一下滑道 1021和第二下滑道 1022。 此时, 支架 2a和 2b 的宽度 L1和 L2 (当支架 2水平放置时其左右方向上的长度, 即与支架 2的前后方向的 长度垂直的宽度, 如图 4b中所示)被构造成, L1+L2 < P1+P2 , 其中 PI为第一换向道 103的顶端到第二换向道 104的底端之间的距离, 且 P2为第二换向道 104的底端到第 三换向道 105的顶端之间的距离, 如图 2所示。 这样, 可保证支架 2a和 2b可在滑动槽 10内以多种方式移动, 支架 2a和 2b的端部的运动轨迹如图 2和图 3中箭头所示。
可以理解的是, 图 l -16b中显示了第一和第二支架 2a、 2b用于示例说明的目的, 但 是普通技术人员在阅读了以上的技术方案之后、显然可以理解将该方案应用到三个或者 更多个支架的技术方案中, 这也落入本发明的保护范围之内。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 第二换向道 104将上滑道 101分割成第一上滑道 101 1 和第二上滑道 1012 , 并把下滑道 102分割成第一下滑道 1021和第二下滑道 1022 , 第一 上滑道 101 1和第二上滑道 1012中的至少一个的、且靠近第二换向道 104的端部设置有 第一分隔件 1 1。 通过设置第一分隔件 1 1 , 使得支架的端部可以多种方式在滑动槽内移 动, 进而使托盘可摆放成不同的角度和位置。
例如, 如图 2所示, 在第一上滑道 101 1的靠近第二换向道 104的顶端的端部设置 有第一分隔件 1 1 , 由此, 使得第二上滑道 1012与第二换向道 104连通、 且第一上滑道 101 1和第二换向道 104不连通, 也就是说, 第一和第二支架 2a和 2b的端部均不能在 第一上滑道 101 1和第二换向道 104 内直接移动。 可选地, 第一分隔件 1 1 与支撑板 1 一体形成。
又例如, 如图 3所示, 在第二上滑道 1012的靠近第二换向道 104的顶端的端部设 置有第一分隔件 1 1 , 由此, 使得第一上滑道 101 1和第二换向道 104连通、 且第二上滑 道 1012与第二换向道 104不连通, 也就是说, 第一和第二支架 2a和 2b的端部均不能 在第二上滑道 1012和第二换向道 104内直接移动。
当然, 本发明并不限于此, 在本发明的另一个实施例中, 也可在第一下滑道 102和 第二下滑道 102中的至少一个的、且靠近第二换向道 104的端部设置有第二分隔件(图 未示出) 。 可选地, 第二分隔件与支撑板 1一体形成。
如图 10所示,在本发明的再一个实施例中,第二换向道 104分别与第一上滑道 101 1 和第二上滑道 1012连通, 且第二换向道 104分别与第一下滑道 102和第二下滑道 102 相连通。
在本发明的一些实施例中, 如图 2、 图 3和图 10所示, 第一上滑道 101 1与第一换 向道 103和第二换向道 104连通的一侧端部中的至少一个分别形成有定位凸起 12; 和 / 或者第二上滑道 1012与第二换向道 104和第三换向道 105连通的一侧端部中的至少一 个分别形成有定位凸起 12 , 其中定位凸起 12被构造成可止挡支架 2的相应端的移动, 且在受到外力时支架 2的相应端可脱离定位凸起 12并在上滑道 101 内滑动。也就是说, 通过定位凸起 12 , 可止挡支架的相应端部定位在第一上滑道 101 1 或第二上滑道 1012 上, 而不会通过第一换向道 103、 第二换向道 104或第三换向道 105落入到下滑道 102 上, 从而完成对相应支架的定位, 进而使得托盘被定位。
在其中的一个示例中, 如图 2所示, 在第一上滑道 101 1 的靠近第二换向道 104的 顶端的端部设置有第一分隔件 1 1 , 此时, 第一上滑道 101 1与第一换向道 103连通的一 侧端部即左端形成有定位凸起 12 , 且第二上滑道 1012与第二换向道 104和第三换向道 105连通的一侧端部上分别形成有定位凸起 12 , 即第二上滑道 1012的左端和右端分别 形成有定位凸起 12。
如图 3所示, 在另一个示例中, 在第二上滑道 1012的靠近第二换向道 104的顶端 的端部设置有第一分隔件 1 1 , 此时, 第二上滑道 1012与第三换向道 105连通的一侧端 部即右端形成有定位凸起 12 , 且第一上滑道 101 1与第一换向道 103和第二换向道 104 连通的一侧端部上分别形成有定位凸起 12 , 即第一上滑道 101 1的左端和右端分别形成 有定位凸起 12。
而在本发明的再一个如图 10所示的示例中,第二换向道 104分别与第一上滑道 101 1 和第二上滑道 1012连通, 此时, 第一上滑道 101 1与第一换向道 103和第二换向道 104 连通的一侧端部上分别形成有定位凸起 12 , 且第二上滑道 1012与第二换向道 104和第 三换向道 105连通的一侧端部上分别形成有定位凸起 12 , 换言之, 在第一上滑道 101 1 的左端和右端上分别具有定位凸起 12 , 且第二上滑道 1012的左端和右端上分别具有定 位凸起 12。
根据本发明的进一步的实施例, 托盘支撑装置 100还包括多个滑动件 3 , 多个滑动 件 3分别可滑动地设在滑动槽 10内且分别至少连接至支架 2的相对两端。 在图 1的示 例中, 多个滑动件 3分别可滑动地设在滑动槽 10内, 且分别连接至支架 2的前后两端 以带动支架 2在两个支撑板 1之间滑动。 可选地, 滑动件 3为滑轮, 其中滑轮可转动地 与支架 2的相应端相连,如图 17所示。具体地,滑轮的第一端可预装入滑动槽 10内部, 且第二端具有适于将支架 2的相应端卡入其中的插入孔腔 31。 优选地, 该插入孔腔 31 的周壁上形成有缺口 (图未示出)以形成具有弹性的插入结构, 这样, 当支架 2的相应 端插入到插入孔腔 31 内时, 可在其内转动却不会脱出。
如图 1所示, 在本发明的一些实施例中, 托盘支撑装置 100还包括基座 4 , 其中两 个支撑板 1设在基座 4上,基座 4大体呈矩形, 其中基座 4的前架和后架分别由至少两 条上下间隔的水平支撑条形成, 可选地, 水平支撑条可为两条。 两个支撑板 1上形成有 卡合结构 43 , 两个支撑板 1分别通过卡合结构 43设在前架和后架上。
具体地, 如图 1、 图 18和图 19所示, 卡合结构 43 包括多个挂钩 431和多个卡槽 432 , 其中多个挂钩 431 适于与位于上方的水平支撑条 41 配合, 且设在相应支撑板 1 的上部外侧, 多个卡槽 432适于与位于下方的水平支撑条 42配合, 且设在相应支撑板 1的下部外侧。 可选地, 多个挂钩 431沿左右方向等间距地分布在相应的支撑板 1上, 以及多个卡槽 432沿左右方向等间距地分布在相应的支撑板 1上。
进一步地, 托盘支撑装置 100还可包括滚轮组件 5 , 滚轮组件 5设在基座 4的相对 侧面的至少一对上, 以使基座 4可滚动运动。 如图 1、 图 18和图 19所示, 滚动组件 5 设在基座 4的左右侧面上,以带动基座 4在固定在洗碗机清洗腔内壁的滑槽中前后移动, 实现把托盘支撑装置 100放进清洗腔或从清洗腔内取出来。 下面参考图 2、图 4a-图 16b对根据本发明多个实施例的托盘支撑装置 100的工作过 程进行详细描述。
实施例一,
在本实施例中, 在第一上滑道 101 1 的靠近第二换向道 104的顶端的端部设置有第 一分隔件 1 1 , 由此, 使得第二上滑道 1012与第二换向道 104连通、 且第一上滑道 101 1 和第二换向道 104不连通, 此时, 第一上滑道 101 1与第一换向道 103连通的一侧端部 即左端形成有定位凸起 12 , 且第二上滑道 1012的左端和右端分别形成有定位凸起 12。
根据本实施例的托盘支撑装置 100的第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b可有多种位置状态, 下面参考图 4a-图 9b详细描述。
第一种位置状态, 如图 4b所示, 从托盘支撑装置 100的前侧看, 第一支架 2a和第 二支架 2b被设置成大致 "V" 形。 由此, 如图 4a所示, 在第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b 上设置的第一托盘 200a和第二托盘 200b也形成为大致 "V" 形。 具体地, 第一支架 2a 的左端 21 a位于第一上滑道 101 1上且右端 22a位于下滑道 102上,第二支架 2b的右端 22b位于第二上滑道 1012上且左端 21b位于下滑道 102上, 其中, 第一支架 2a的右端 22a和第二支架 2b的左端 21b止 4氏。优选地,第一支架 2a的左端 21 a由第一上滑道 101 1 左端的定位凸起 12止挡, 且第二支架 2b的右端 22b由第二上滑道 1012右端的定位凸 起 12止挡。
第二种位置状态, 如图 5b所示, 从托盘支撑装置 100的前侧看, 第一支架 2a和第 二支架 2b被设置成左斜右平状态, 此时, 如图 5a所示, 在第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b 上设置的第一托盘 200a和第二托盘 200b也形成为左斜右平状态。 具体地, 第一支架 2a的左端 21a位于第一上滑道 101 1上且右端 22a位于下滑道 102上, 第二支架 2b的 左端 21b和右端 22b位于下滑道 102上, 即第二支架 2b为左右平齐状态, 其中, 第一 支架 2a的右端 22a和第二支架 2b的左端 21b止^^ 优选地, 第一支架 2a的左端 21 a 由第一上滑道 101 1左端的定位凸起 12止挡。由第一种位置状态移动到第二种位置状态 时, 可推动第二支架 2b的右端 22b以越过第二上滑道 1012右端的定位凸起 12 , 然后 通过第三换向道 105向下移动到下滑道 102内。
第三种位置状态, 如图 6b所示, 从托盘支撑装置 100的前侧看, 第一支架 2a和第 二支架 2b被设置成左平右斜状态, 此时, 如图 6a所示, 在第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b 上设置的第一托盘 200a和第二托盘 200b也形成为左平右斜状态。 具体地, 第一支架 2a的左端 21a和右端 22a均位于下滑道 102上, 即第一支架 2a为左右平齐状态, 第二 支架 2b的右端 22b位于第二上滑道 1012上且左端 21b位于下滑道 102上, 其中, 第一 支架 2a的右端 22a和第二支架 2b的左端 21b止抵。 优选地, 第二支架 2b的右端 22b 由第二上滑道 1012右端的定位凸起 12止挡。由第一种位置状态移动到第三种位置状态 时, 可推动第二支架 2a的左端 21a以越过第一上滑道 101 1左端的定位凸起 12 , 然后 通过第一换向道 103向下移动到下滑道 102内。
第四种位置状态, 如图 7b所示, 从托盘支撑装置 100的前侧看, 第一支架 2a和第 二支架 2b被设置成位于同一平面内, 此时, 如图 7a所示, 在第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b上设置的第一托盘 200a和第二托盘 200b也形成为位于同一平面内。 具体地, 第一 支架 2a的左端 21a和右端 22a均位于下滑道 102上, 第二支架 2b的左端 21b和右端 22b位于下滑道 102上, 即第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b均为左右平齐状态。 其中, 第一 支架 2a的右端 22a和第二支架 2b的左端 21b止抵。
由第一种位置状态移动到第四种位置状态时, 可推动第二支架 2a的左端 21a以越 过第一上滑道 101 1左端的定位凸起 12 ,然后通过第一换向道 103向下移动到下滑道 102 内, 且推动第二支架 2b的右端 22b以越过第二上滑道 1012右端的定位凸起 12 , 然后 通过第三换向道 105向下移动到下滑道 102内。
第五种位置状态, 如图 8b所示, 从托盘支撑装置 100的前侧看, 第一支架 2a和第 二支架 2b被设置成平行设置且均位于基座 4的左侧, 此时, 如图 8a所示, 在第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b上设置的第一托盘 200a和第二托盘 200b也平行设置且均位于基座 4 的左侧。 具体地, 如图 8b所示, 第一支架 2a的左端 21a位于第一上滑道 101 1上且由 第一上滑道 101 1左端的定位凸起 12止挡,第一支架 2a的右端 22a位于第二上滑道 1012 上且由第二上滑道 1012左端的定位凸起 12止挡。 第二支架 2b的左端 21b和右端 22b 位于下滑道 102上, 即第二支架 2b为左右平齐状态。
由第四种位置状态移动到第五种位置状态时,将第一支架 2a的左端 21a和右端 22a 分别通过第一换向道 103和第二换向道 104向上推动至顶端,然后向右推动以使第一上 滑道 101 1和第二上滑道 1012的左端的定位凸起 12止挡。然后推动第二支架 2b向左移 动。
第六种位置状态, 如图 9b所示, 从托盘支撑装置 100的前侧看, 第一支架 2a和第 二支架 2b被设置成平行设置且均位于基座 4的右侧, 此时, 如图 9a所示, 在第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b上设置的第一托盘 200a和第二托盘 200b也平行设置且均位于基座 4 的右侧。 具体地, 如图 9b所示, 第一支架 2a的左端 21a位于第一上滑道 101 1上且由 第一分隔件 1 1止挡, 第一支架 2a的右端 22a位于第二上滑道 1012上且由第二上滑道 1012右端的定位凸起 12止挡。 第二支架 2b的左端 21b和右端 22b位于下滑道 102上, 即第二支架 2b为左右平齐状态。
由第五种位置状态移动到第六种位置状态时, 推动第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b向右 移动即可。
本领域内普通技术人员可理解的是, 第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b在以上各种位置状 态之间互相转换时, 并不仅限于上述描述的方式和顺序, 而是根据需要直接转换即可。 实施例二,
在本实施例中, 在第二上滑道 1012的靠近第二换向道 104的顶端的端部设置有第 一分隔件 1 1 , 由此, 使得第一上滑道 101 1和第二换向道 104连通、 且第二上滑道 1012 与第二换向道 104不连通, 此时, 第二上滑道 1012与第三换向道 105连通的一侧端部 即右端形成有定位凸起 12 , 且第一上滑道 101 1的左端和右端分别形成有定位凸起 12。
根据本实施例的托盘支撑装置 100的第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b也可有多种位置状 态, 然而, 本实施例二的托盘支撑装置 100的操作原理与上述实施例一的托盘支撑装置 100的操作原理是类似的, 因此, 在此不再详细描述。 实施例三,
在本实施例中, 如图 10所示, 第二换向道 104分别与第一上滑道 101 1和第二上滑 道 1012连通, 此时, 在第一上滑道 101 1 的左端和右端上分别具有定位凸起 12 , 且第 二上滑道 1012的左端和右端上分别具有定位凸起 12。
根据本实施例的托盘支撑装置 100的第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b可有多种位置状态, 下面参考图 1 1 a-图 16b详细描述。

由第一种位置状态移动到第四种位置状态时, 可推动第二支架 2a的左端 21a以越 过第一上滑道 101 1左端的定位凸起 12 ,然后通过第一换向道 103向下移动到下滑道 102 内, 且推动第二支架 2b的右端 22b以越过第二上滑道 1012右端的定位凸起 12 , 然后 通过第三换向道 105向下移动到下滑道 102内。
第五种位置状态, 如图 15b所示, 从托盘支撑装置 100的前侧看, 第一支架 2a和 第二支架 2b被设置成平行设置且均位于基座 4的左侧, 此时, 如图 15a所示, 在第一 支架 2a和第二支架 2b上设置的第一托盘 200a和第二托盘 200b也平行设置且均位于基 座 4的左侧。 具体地, 如图 15b所示, 第一支架 2a的左端 21 a位于第一上滑道 101 1上 且由第一上滑道 101 1左端的定位凸起 12止挡, 第一支架 2a的右端 22a位于第二上滑 道 1012上且由第二上滑道 1012左端的定位凸起 12止挡。第二支架 2b的左端 21b和右 端 22b位于下滑道 102上, 即第二支架 2b为左右平齐状态。
由第四种位置状态移动到第五种位置状态时,将第一支架 2a的左端 21a和右端 22a 分别通过第一换向道 103和第二换向道 104向上推动至顶端,然后向右推动以使第一上 滑道 101 1和第二上滑道 1012的左端的定位凸起 12止挡。然后推动第二支架 2b向左移 动。
第六种位置状态, 如图 16b所示, 从托盘支撑装置 100的前侧看, 第一支架 2a和 第二支架 2b被设置成平行设置且均位于基座 4的右侧, 此时, 如图 16a所示, 在第一 支架 2a和第二支架 2b上设置的第一托盘 200a和第二托盘 200b也平行设置且均位于基 座 4的右侧。 具体地, 如图 9b所示, 第一支架 2a的左端 21 a位于第一上滑道 101 1上 且由第一上滑道 101 1右端的定位凸起止挡, 第一支架 2a的右端 22a位于第二上滑道 1012上且由第二上滑道 1012右端的定位凸起 12止挡。 第二支架 2b的左端 21b和右端 22b位于下滑道 102上, 即第二支架 2b为左右平齐状态。
由第五种位置状态移动到第六种位置状态时, 推动第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b向右 移动即可。
本领域内普通技术人员可理解的是, 第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b在以上各种位置状 态之间互相转换时, 并不仅限于上述描述的方式和顺序, 而是根据需要直接转换即可。
综上所述, 根据本发明实施例的托盘支撑装置, 通过将支架 2的端部在滑动槽内移 动以调节支架 2的位置,从而使支架 2可呈现多种不同的位置状态, 由此使得用户可以 灵活地调节在支架 2上放置的托盘的位置和角度,从而可最大限度地利用洗碗机内部空 间, 进而大大提高了洗碗机的空间利用率和餐具装载的灵活性。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的一种洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 包括: 根据本发明上述 第一方面实施例所述的托盘支撑装置 100 , 和至少两个用于容纳刀叉的托盘 200 , 至少 两个托盘 200分别设在至少两个支架 2上。
托盘 200构造有卡扣结构 300 , 且托盘 200通过卡扣结构 300设在支架 2上, 如图 20和 21所示, 也就是说, 托盘 200通过卡扣结构 300固定在支架 2上。
根据本发明第三方面实施例的洗碗机, 包括根据本发明第二方面实施例中描述的刀 叉托盘组件。
根据本发明实施例的洗碗机的其他构成例如清洗装置和控制装置等以及操作对于本领 域普通技术人员而言都是已知的, 这里不再详细描述。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种用于洗碗机的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
两个支撑板, 所述两个支撑板相对且相互隔开设置, 所述两个支撑板相对的表面上 分别形成有滑动槽,每个滑动槽均包括相互间隔开的上滑道和下滑道且所述上滑道和下 滑道彼此连通;
适于分别支撑托盘的至少两个支架, 所述至少两个支架连接在所述两个支撑板之 间, 其中每个所述支架的两端分别可滑动地收容在所述滑动槽内。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述上滑道和下滑道之间 通过第一换向道、 第二换向道和第三换向道连通, 所述上滑道和下滑道、 以及第一换向 道、 第二换向道和第三换向道均适于所述支架的相应端部在其内移动; 其中
所述第一换向道和第三换向道分别设在所述滑动槽的两端, 且所述第二换向道位于 所述第一换向道和所述第三换向道之间, 并与所述上滑道和下滑道连通。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二换向道将所述上 滑道分割成第一上滑道和第二上滑道, 并把所述下滑道分割成第一下滑道和第二下滑 道, 所述第一上滑道和所述第二上滑道中的至少一个的、且靠近所述第二换向道的端部 设置有第一分隔件; 或者
所述第一下滑道和所述第二下滑道中的至少一个的、 且靠近所述第二换向道的端部 设置有第二分隔件。
4、 根据权利要求 3 所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一分隔件或者所述 第二分隔件与所述支撑板一体形成。
5、 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一上滑道与所 述第一换向道和第二换向道连通的一侧端部中的至少一个分别形成有定位凸起; 和 /或 者
所述第二上滑道与所述第二换向道和第三换向道连通的一侧端部中的至少一个分 别形成有定位凸起, 其中
所述定位凸起被构造成可止挡所述支架的相应端的移动, 且在受到外力时所述支架 的相应端可脱离所述定位凸起并在上滑道内滑动。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 述支架的相对两端。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述滑动件为滑轮, 其中 所述滑轮可转动地与所述支架的相应端相连。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 进一步包括:
基座, 其中所述两个支撑板设在所述基座上, 所述基座大体呈矩形, 其中基座的前架和 后架分别由至少两条上下间隔的水平支撑条形成;
所述两个支撑板上形成有卡合结构, 所述两个支撑板分别通过卡合结构设在所述前 架和后架上。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述卡合结构包括: 适于与位于上方的所述水平支撑条配合的多个挂钩, 所述多个挂钩设在相应支撑板 的上部外侧; 以及 的下部外侧。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述多个挂钩沿左右方向 等间距地分布在相应的支撑板上; 以及
所述多个卡扣沿左右方向等间距地分布在相应的支撑板上。
1 1、 根据权利要求 8-10中任一项所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 滚轮组件, 所述滚轮组件分别设在所述基座的相对侧面的至少一对上, 以使所述基 座可滚动运动。
12、 一种洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 包括:
根据权利要求 1-1 1中任一项所述的托盘支撑装置; 以及
至少两个用于容纳刀叉的托盘, 所述至少两个托盘分别设在所述至少两个支架上。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 所述托盘构造有卡扣结 构, 且所述托盘通过所述卡扣结构设在所述支架上。
14、 一种洗碗机, 其特征在于, 包括根据权利要求 12或 13所述的刀叉托盘组件。
