Description

一种化学发光装饰件的发光结构 技术领域
本发明涉及化学发光装饰件的技术领域,特指一种化学发光装饰件的发光结构。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,发光装饰件的品种也越来越多。常见的发光结构为外层以聚乙烯(塑料)包装,内置一玻璃管夹层,夹层内外液体分别为过氧化物和酯类化合物,经弯折、击打、揉搓等使玻璃破裂,引起两种化合物反应致使荧光染料发光。
如CN200420117696.8中揭示的一种可发光杯垫,包括垫座和垫板,所述的垫座底口是用垫板密封的,构成一空心透明体,其内部由隔离元件分隔成发光材料腔和基料腔两个部分,也可以是由隔离元件分别装有发光材料和基料,其垫座内面贴装有一层可吸水的布料,还可以是隔离元件装有发光材料,其垫座内面装有一层已吸收有基料的的布料。所述的隔离元件为一材质较薄且易碎的玻璃管,可以为1个或多个。所述的垫座和垫板是透明塑料制成的。为了保证玻璃管破碎后不会刺穿外露,对杯垫的厚度有严格的要求,故其体积较大,因此,此种结构并不适用于厚度较薄、体积小的发光物件。
又如在CN200520004820中公开了一种发光胸章,包括有一扁形可透光章体,章体的四周密封,章体内包容密封内袋,该章体及内袋内分别封装有两种不同的、且接触后可发光的化学液体。当受到挤压后,刚性体沿力的方向移动并使内袋因受力而破裂,这样章体腔内的化学液体与内袋内的发光液体,通过软性布就会迅速地均匀混合,反生化学反应,化学反应产生的化学能转变为光能后,这样就会发出光。
但是,此种结构还是具有如下缺点:
一、因为内袋具有一定的厚度,还是无法直接适用于薄片状的发光物体;
二、当使用发光物件发生震动或者摇摆时,内袋容易产生位移,在某一区域堆积,从而影响发光物件的美观,造成使用上的不便。
因此,本发明人对此做进一步研究,研发出一种化学发光装饰件的发光结构,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种化学发光装饰件的发光结构,不但能够适用于薄片状的发光物体,而且不会影响发光物件的美观。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种化学发光装饰件的发光结构,包括一密封的本体和两隔离元件;本体上设有容置区、导流通道和薄片区;两隔离元件内分别封装有两种不同的且相互接触后可发光的化学液体,两隔离元件放置在容置区中;在薄片区中设有吸附化学液体的吸附层;容置区和薄片区之间通过导流通道连通。
进一步,吸附层为具有吸水性的布或纸。
进一步,隔离元件为玻璃管或者密封袋。
进一步,还包括保护套,保护套放置在容置区中,保护套具有相互连通的两腔体,两隔离元件分别放置在保护套的两腔体中。
进一步,保护套的横截面呈8字形,在保护套上设有复数个供化学液体流出的小孔。
进一步,小孔设置在保护套邻接导流通道的一侧上。
采用上述方案后,当隔离元件破裂后,两种不同的且相互接触后可发光的化学液体通过导流通道流向薄片区,当薄片区中的吸附层充分吸收后,薄片区不但发光均匀,而且外形美观。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
一、因本发明采用容置区和薄片区的结构,隔离元件破裂后留置在容置区,不会影响薄片区的美观,即便是在使用发光物件时,发生震动或者摇摆,也可以很好的保持发光物件的整体外观,使用十分方便;
二、本发明可以直接适用于薄片状的发光物体,满足消费者的不同需要,例如旗子、横幅等;
三、吸附层使得混合液在薄片区可以均匀的分布,发光效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明揭示的一种化学发光装饰件的发光结构,包括一个密封的本体1和两个隔离元件2;本体1上设有容置区11、导流通道12和薄片区13;两个隔离元件2内分别封装有两种不同的且相互接触后可发光的化学液体,两个隔离元件2放置在容置区11中;在薄片区13中设有吸附化学液体的吸附层131;容置区11和薄片区13之间通过导流通道12连通。
进一步,薄片区13中吸附层131为具有吸水性的布或纸,这样,当化学液体通过导流通道12流向薄片区13时,可以使化学液体快速的均匀分布,进一步提高发光效果。
进一步,隔离元件2为玻璃管或者密封袋。当然也可采用其他方式,只要能满足材质较薄且受力后易破裂的特性即可。
如图2所示,还包括保护套3,保护套3放置在容置区11中,保护套3具有两个腔体31,两个腔体31之间是相互连通的,两个隔离元件2分别放置在保护套3的两个腔体31中,当隔离元件2受力破裂后,隔离元件2中两种不同的化学液体即可相互接触发光。
进一步,保护套3的横截面呈8字形,在保护套3上设有复数个小孔32,隔离元件2中的化学液体从小孔32流向导流通道12。
进一步,小孔32设置在保护套3邻接导流通道12的一侧上,使得化学液体可以快速的流向导流通道12。
在本实施例中,保护套3采用塑胶材质,当隔离元件2放入塑胶材质的保护套3后,将保护套3封口。此时,保护套3具有三个作用:一、可以保护隔离元件2不容易受到外界的碰撞,避免隔离元件2在未使用时破裂;二、当使用发光物体后,碎裂的隔离元件2留置在保护套3中,避免其影响发光物体的外观(例如,隔离元件2为玻璃管时,破碎的玻璃刺穿发光物体的表面);三、隔离元件2的化学液体则通过保护套3的复数个小孔32快速流出。
使用本发明时,手动将容置区11中的隔离元件2破裂,使得隔离元件2中两种不同的且相互接触后可发光的化学液体流出,并通过导流通道12流向薄片区13,当薄片区13中的吸附层131充分吸收化学液体后,薄片区13不但发光均匀,而且外形美观。本发明可以运用在旗子、横幅等发光物件上,适用范围广泛。如图1所示,将本发明运用在旗子上,当挥动旗子时,因隔离元件2留置在旗杆(即容置区11)中,避免了现有技术中的堆积问题,不会影响旗面(即薄片区13)的美观,使用十分方便。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施例,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

Claims (6)

1、一种化学发光装饰件的发光结构,其特征在于:包括一密封的本体和两隔离元件;本体上设有容置区、导流通道和薄片区;两隔离元件内分别封装有两种不同的且相互接触后可发光的化学液体,两隔离元件放置在容置区中;在薄片区中设有吸附化学液体的吸附层;容置区和薄片区之间通过导流通道连通。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种化学发光装饰件的发光结构,其特征在于:吸附层为具有吸水性的布或纸。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种化学发光装饰件的发光结构,其特征在于:隔离元件为玻璃管或者密封袋。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种化学发光装饰件的发光结构,其特征在于:还包括保护套,保护套放置在容置区中,保护套具有相互连通的两腔体,两隔离元件分别放置在保护套的两腔体中。
5、如权利要求4所述的一种化学发光装饰件的发光结构,其特征在于:保护套的横截面呈8字形,在保护套上设有复数个供化学液体流出的小孔。
6、如权利要求5所述的一种化学发光装饰件的发光结构,其特征在于:小孔设置在保护套邻接导流通道的一侧上。
