本实用新型涉及一种发光带,具体说是对现有发光带进行改进的技术。
背景技术
现有的多点半导体发光显示,大都采用单个发光二极管串联或并联连接,然后放入透明的玻璃管或塑料管内。这种半导体发光二极管被广泛应用在霓虹灯或装饰图形或发光字符等产品上,这种发光装置具有结构简单、成本低、寿命长的优点,但同时存在二极管体积大、单体性,整体安装困难的缺点,另外,整条装饰灯不能扭曲,特别是在平面显示场合就难以适用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、体积小、安装方便、显示花样多的发光带。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种发光带,包括电阻与指示灯,其特征在于:所述电阻与指示灯分布在软性基片上,软性基片由电极带与密封保护层构成,电阻、指示灯与电极带电连接。
所述软性基片上涂附有粘胶。
所述电阻为片状电阻,指示灯为LED指示灯。
所述密封保护层为透明树脂材料保护层,电极带为铜片带。
所述基片上设有若干组发光单元,发光单元由若干个同色指示灯及与其配套的电阻构成。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点。
本实用新型所述的发光带中的电阻与指示灯分布在软性基片上,电阻为片状电阻,指示灯为LED指示灯,在软性基片的背部涂附有粘胶。在需要装饰的平面表面上安装本发光带时,只需撕掉软性基片背部的纸条,将发光带贴在装饰表面上即可,安装非常简单方便。基片上设有若干组发光单元,发光单元由控制器控制可显示出不同的灯光效果,具有花样多、效果好的优点。本发光带还具有超薄型、能扭曲、多点多色、结构简单、体积小的优点,可应用在各种仪器、仪表表面、家用电器等场所,在表面上装饰具有独到的特点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型发光带作进一步详细描述。
如图1与图2所示,本实用新型所述的发光带主要由电阻1、指示灯2与软性基片3构成,软性基片由电极带与密封保护层构成,电阻与指示灯分布在软性基片上且与软性基片上的电极带电连接。发光带中的密封保护层采用透明树脂材料,电极带为铜片带,电阻为片状电阻,指示灯为LED指示灯。软性基片的背面涂附有粘胶,粘胶上贴有纸带。基片上的LED指示灯被分成若干组发光单元,每组发光单元由若干个同色指示灯及与其配套的电阻构成,指示灯在控制器的控制下可显示不同的发光样式。本发光带具有结构简单、体积小、安装方便、显示花样多的优点。

3、根据权利要求1所述的发光带,其特征在于:所述电阻为片状电阻,指示灯为LED指示灯。
4、根据权利要求1所述的发光带,其特征在于:所述密封保护层为透明树脂材料保护层,电极带为铜片带。
5、根据权利要求1所述的发光带,其特征在于:所述基片上设有若干组发光单元,发光单元由若干个同色指示灯及与其配套的电阻构成。
