차량 상태정보 감지장치(100)는 차량 상태정보를 감지하는 하나 이상의 센서로부터 감지값을 수집하여 단말장치(300)로 전달한다. 차량 상태정보를 감지하는 센서는 차량에 장착되어 차량 부품과 관련된 정보를 감지할 수 있다. 차량에 장착되는 센서는, 주행 거리, 엔진 오일 상태, 타이어 공기압 상태 등의 차량 상태를 감지하는 센서들을 적용할 수 있다.
단말장치(300)는 맞춤형 광고장치(200)가 광고를 제공하는 웹 사이트를 방문하여 단말정보를 제공한다. 단말정보는 단말의 하드웨어 식별정보, 소프트웨어 버전정보 및 맞춤형 광고장치(200)에 대한 접속횟수 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 단말장치(300)는 차량 상태정보 감지장치(100)로부터 수신된 감지값과 차량식별 정보를 포함하는 차량 상태정보를 생성하여 맞춤형 광고장치(200)에 송신한다. 차량식별 정보는 차량의 모델명과 출고일을 포함할 수 있다. 이 후, 단말장치(300)는 맞춤형 광고장치(200)로부터 광고 데이터를 수신하여 사용자에게 디스플레이한다. 여기서, 광고 데이터는 웹 브라우저에 의해 처리되는 웹 페이지, 팝업, 배너 등의 웹 문서의 형태로 제공될 수 있다.

또한, 맞춤형 광고장치(200)는 하드웨어 식별정보와 소프트웨어 버전정보를 기 저장된 기준값과 비교하여 단말장치의 사용기간을 판단하고 판단결과에 따라 단말장치(300)의 사용기간에 대응되는 광고 데이터를 제공할 수 있다.
여기서, 기준값은 단말장치의 출시일로 설정될 수 있고, 맞춤형 광고장치(200)는 출시일로부터 경과 된 사용기간에 따라 초기 사용 단말, 중기 사용 단말, 후기 사용 단말로 분류하여 각 사용기간에 적합한 상품의 광고를 제공할 수 있다.
예컨대, 최근 출시된 초기 사용 단말의 경우 초기 구입시 필요한 액정보호필름, 케이스, 주변 기기 등을 광고를 제공하고, 출시 후 사용기간이 경과 된 단말일수록 하우징 정보, A/S정보, 최신 스마트폰 광고 등을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 해당 단말의 소프트웨어 버전 정보를 확인하여 펌웨어 업데이트가 최근 이루어졌다면 초기 펌웨어 업데이트 후 애플리케이션 재설치가 필요하므로 애플리케이션 위주의 광고를 제공할 수 있다.
한편, 맞춤형 광고장치(200)에 여러 번 접속 하는 경우 동일한 광고를 계속 접하기 때문에 광고효과가 저하될 수 있다. 이를 방지하기 위해, 맞춤형 광고장치(200)는 단말장치(300)가 제공한 단말정보 중 접속횟수를 확인하여 접속횟수가 기준 횟수 이상인 경우 이 전의 광고 데이터를 제외한 새로운 광고 데이터를 제공할 수 있다.
예컨대, 초기 사용 단말로 판별되어 해당 광고를 제공받던 단말장치(300)의 접속횟수가 기준 횟수 이상인 것으로 판단되면 중기 사용 단말에 제공되는 광고를 제공할 수 있다.
이러한 구성에 따란, 본 발명은 웹 사이트에 접속한 단말장치(300)로부터 단말정보를 수신하여 해당 단말에 적합한 상품의 광고를 제공함으로써 판매자 측면에서는 구매확률을 증가시킬 수 있고 사용자 측면에서는 필요한 상품의 광고를 제공받을 수 있다.
또한, 맞춤형 광고장치(200)는 단말장치(300)로부터 차량 상태정보를 수신하여 해당 차량에 적합한 상품의 광고를 제공한다. 맞춤형 광고장치(200)는 차량 상태정보 중 모델명을 확인하면 해당 모델에 맞는 부품, 액세서리, 동호회 물품 등 각 차량 모델 별로 적합한 상품의 광고를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 맞춤형 광고장치(200)는 차량 상태 감지값을 기 저장된 기준값과 비교하여 정비가 필요한지 여부를 판단한다. 판단 결과에 따라, 맞춤형 광고장치(200)는 정비가 필요한 부품의 광고와, 정비소 광고 등을 제공할 수 있다.
예컨대, 엔진오일을 교체할 시기가 된 차량에는 엔진 오일 광고를 제공하고, 타이밍 벨트를 교체할 시기가 된 차량에는 관련 정비소 광고를 제공하며, 타이어, 브레이크 패드 등의 점검 혹은 교체 시기를 판단하여 해당 부품과 관련된 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

차량정보 DB(270)에는 시중에 유통되고 있는 차량들의 차량 식별정보와, 차량 상태 감지값에 따라 정비 여부를 판단하기 위한 기준값이 저장된다. 또한, 부품의 교체 시기, 점검 시기 등의 정비 관련 정보가 저장될 수 있다.
광고 DB(260)에는 단말장치(300)에 제공될 광고 데이터가 저장된다. 각 광고 데이터는 해당 광고의 대상이 되는 단말의 하드웨어 식별정보, 소프트웨어 버전정보, 출시시기 등이 함께 저장될 수 있다. 광고 DB(260)에는 단말장치(300)의 사용기간에 따라 제공되는 광고 데이터가 저장된다. 예컨대, 각 단말 모델에 따라 초기 구입시 필요한 액정보호필름, 케이스, 주변 기기 등을 광고, 사용기간이 경과될수록 필요한 하우징 광고, A/S정보, 애플리케이션 광고 등이 저장될 수 있다. 또한, 광고 데이터는 광고의 대상이 되는 차량의 식별정보에 따른 상품광고, 정비를 위한 상품광고, 정비소 광고 등이 저장될 수 있다.
단말정보 수신부(210)는 맞춤형 광고장치(200)에 접속한 단말장치(300)의 하드웨어 식별정보, 소프트웨어 버전정보 및 접속횟수를 포함하는 단말정보를 수신하여 맞춤형광고 선택부(220)에 제공한다.
차량 상태정보 수신부(240)는 맞춤형 광고장치(200)에 접속한 단말장치(300)로부터 차량 식별정보와 차량 상태 감지값을 포함하는 차량 상태정보를 수신하여 맞춤형광고 선택부(220)에 제공한다.
맞춤광고 선택부(220)는 단말정보에 기초하여 해당 단말장치(300)에 적합한 상품의 광고를 제공한다. 맞춤광고 선택부(220)는 단말장치(300)로부터 수신된 단말정보와 단말정보 DB(250)에 저장된 기준값과 비교하여 해당 단말장치(300)의 사용기간을 판단한 후, 해당 사용기간에 대응되는 광고 데이터를 광고 DB(260)에서 검색할 수 있다.

맞춤광고 선택부(220)는 단말장치(300)로부터 수신된 차량 상태정보와 차량정보 DB(270) 및 광고 DB(260)에 저장된 데이터를 비교하여, 각 차량에 적합한 광고를 단말장치(300)에 제공할 수 있다.
맞춤광고 선택부(220)는 차량 상태정보 중 차량 식별정보를 확인하여 해당 모델에 맞는 부품, 액세서리, 동호회 물품 등 각 차량 모델 별로 적합한 상품의 광고를 광고 DB(260)에서 검색하여 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 맞춤광고 선택부(220)는 차량 상태정보 중 차량 상태 감지값을 차량정보 DB(270)에 저장된 기준값과 비교하여 해당 차량의 정비 여부를 판단한다. 정비가 필요한 것으로 판단된 경우, 맞춤광고 선택부(220)는 정비가 필요한 상품의 광고 데이터를 광고 DB(260)에서 검색하여 제공할 수 있다.

그리고, 출시일로부터 270일 이상이 경과한 단말장치(300)는 후기 사용 단말로 분류하고(S144), 후기 사용 단말에 제공할 제3광고 데이터를 광고 DB(260)에서 검색하여 단말장치(300)에 제공한다(S154). 출시 후 사용기간이 경과 된 단말일수록 하우징 정보, A/S정보, 최신 스마트폰 광고 등을 제공할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 단말정보를 이용한 맞춤형 광고 방법의 흐름도로서, 맞춤형 광고장치(200)에 대한 접속횟수를 반영하여 맞춤형 광고를 제공하는 경우를 예시한 것이다.
맞춤형 광고장치(200)는 단말정보 수신부(210)를 통해 단말장치(300)로부터 단말정보를 수신한다(S210). 여기서, 단말정보는 단말장치(300)의 하드웨어 식별정보, 소프트웨어 버전정보와 맞춤형 광고장치(200)에 대한 접속횟수 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
맞춤형 광고장치(200)의 맞춤광고 선택부(220)는 단말정보에 포함된 접속횟수 정보를 확인한다(S220).

여기서, 맞춤형 광고장치(200)에는 차량 상태정보에 따른 광고 데이터가 저장된 광고 DB(260)와, 차량 상태 감지값에 따라 정비 여부를 판단하기 위한 기준값이 저장된 차량정보 DB(270)가 미리 구축될 수 있다. 그리고, 맞춤형 광고를 제공받고자 하는 단말장치(300)에는 차량 상태정보에 따라 광고를 제공받기 위한 일련의 제어 과정을 수행하는 단말 에이전트가 설치될 수 있다.

맞춤형 광고장치(200)의 맞춤광고 선택부(220)는 차량 상태정보에 포함된 차량의 식별정보와 해당 차량의 차량 상태 감지값을 확인하여(S320), 차량 식별정보와 차량 상태 감지값에 따라 해당 차량에 제공할 광고 데이터를 광고 DB(260)에서 검색한다(S330),

예컨대, 맞춤광고 선택부(220)는 차량 상태정보 중 모델명을 확인하면 해당 모델에 맞는 부품, 액세서리, 동호회 물품 등 각 차량 모델 별로 적합한 상품의 광고를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 맞춤광고 선택부(220)는 차량 상태정보에 따라 해당 차량의 정비 시기를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 필요한 상품의 광고를 제공할 수 있다. 예컨대, 엔진오일을 교체할 시기가 된 차량에는 엔진 오일 광고를 제공하고, 타이밍 벨트를 교체할 시기가 된 차량에는 관련 정비소 광고를 제공하며, 타이어, 브레이크 패드 등의 점검 혹은 교체 시기를 판단하여 해당 부품과 관련된 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
맞춤형 광고장치(200)의 광고 제공부(230)는 광고 DB(260)에서 검색된 광고 데이터를 해당 단말장치(300)에 제공한다(S340). 여기서, 광고 데이터는 단말장치(300)의 브라우저 엔진을 통해 처리되는 웹 문서 형식으로 제공될 수 있다.

Claims (17)

  1. 단말의 하드웨어 식별정보와 소프트웨어 버전정보를 포함하는 단말정보를 수신하는 단말정보 수신부;
    단말장치로부터 엔진 오일 감지값, 타이어 상태 감지값, 주행거리 감지값, 브레이크 패드 감지값 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 차량 상태 감지값과 상기 차량의 식별정보를 포함하는 차량 상태정보를 수신하는 차량 상태정보 수신부;
    상기 단말정보에 따라 상기 단말장치의 사용기간을 판단하기 위한 기준값이 저장된 단말정보 데이터베이스;
    상기 차량 상태 감지값에 따라 정비 여부를 판단하기 위한 기준값이 저장된 차량정보 데이터베이스;
    상기 단말장치의 사용기간 및 상기 차량 상태정보에 따른 광고 데이터가 저장된 광고 데이터베이스;
    상기 단말정보를 기 저장된 기준값과 비교하여 상기 단말장치의 사용기간을 판단한 후 판단결과에 따라 상기 단말장치의 사용기간에 대응되는 광고 데이터를 선택하거나, 상기 차량 상태정보로부터 상기 차량의 식별정보를 추출하여 해당 차량에 대응되는 상품의 광고 데이터를 선택하거나, 상기 차량의 상태정보 감지값을 상기 차량정보 데이터베이스에 저장된 기준값과 비교하여 정비 여부를 판단한 후 판단 결과에 따라 정비가 필요한 부품의 광고 데이터를 선택하는 맞춤광고 선택부; 및

    상기 단말정보는 상기 맞춤형 광고장치에 대한 접속횟수 정보를 포함하고;
    상기 맞춤광고 선택부는 상기 단말장치로부터 수신된 상기 접속횟수 정보를 기 설정된 기준 접속횟수와 비교하고, 비교 결과 상기 단말장치의 접속횟수가 기준 접속횟수보다 큰 경우 상기 단말정보에 제공하였던 광고 데이터를 제외한 새로운 광고 데이터 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 맞춤형 광고장치.
  3. 하드웨어 식별정보, 소프트웨어 버전정보 및 맞춤형 광고장치에 대한 접속횟수 정보가 저장된 메모리;
    차량의 부품 상태와 관련된 차량 상태 감지값을 수신하는 감지정보 수신부;
    상기 하드웨어 식별정보, 소프트웨어 버전정보 및 접속횟수 정보를 포함하는 단말정보 또는 상기 차량 상태 감지값과 상기 차량의 식별정보를 포함하는 차량 상태정보를 상기 맞춤형 광고장치에 송신하고 광고 데이터를 수신하는 통신부;
    상기 광고 데이터를 출력하는 광고 데이터 처리부; 및
    상기 맞춤형 광고장치에 접속하는 횟수를 카운트하여 경우 상기 메모리에 저장된 접속횟수 정보를 업데이트하고, 소프트웨어의 업그레이드 시 상기 메모리에 저장된 소프트웨어 버전정보를 업데이트하여, 상기 하드웨어 식별정보, 소프트웨어 버전정보 및 접속횟수 정보를 포함하는 단말정보를 생성하고, 상기 차량 상태 감지값에 기 저장된 차량의 식별정보를 부가하여 차량 상태정보를 생성하며, 생성된 상기 단말정보 또는 상기 차량 상태정보를 상기 통신부로 송신한 후 상기 통신부로 수신된 상기 광고 데이터를 상기 광고 데이터 처리부로 전달하는 제어부를 포함하는 단말장치.
  4. 차량의 부품 상태와 관련된 차량 상태 감지값을 감지하는 차량 상태정보 감지장치;
    상기 차량 상태정보 감지장치로부터 상기 차량 상태 감지값을 수신하여 상기 차량 상태 감지값과 상기 차량의 식별정보를 포함하는 차량 상태정보를 생성하고, 단말의 하드웨어 식별정보와 소프트웨어 버전정보를 포함하는 단말정보를 생성하여 맞춤형 광고장치로 송신하는 단말장치; 및
    상기 단말장치로부터 상기 차량 상태정보 또는 상기 단말정보를 수신하여, 상기 단말정보를 기 저장된 기준값과 비교하여 상기 단말장치의 사용기간을 판단한 후 판단결과에 따라 상기 단말장치의 사용기간에 대응되는 광고 데이터를 상기 단말장치로 송신하거나, 상기 차량 상태정보에 대응되는 상품의 광고 데이터를 상기 단말장치로 송신하는 맞춤형 광고장치를 포함하는 단말정보를 이용한 맞춤형 광고 시스템.

    상기 단말정보는 상기 맞춤형 광고장치에 대한 접속횟수 정보를 포함하고;
    상기 맞춤형 광고장치는 상기 단말장치로부터 수신된 상기 접속횟수 정보를 기 설정된 기준 접속횟수와 비교하고, 비교 결과 상기 단말장치의 접속횟수가 기준 접속횟수보다 큰 경우 상기 단말정보에 제공하였던 광고 데이터를 새로운 광고 데이터로 변경하여 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단말정보를 이용한 맞춤형 광고 시스템.

    상기 맞춤형 광고장치는,
    상기 차량 상태정보로부터 상기 차량의 식별정보를 추출하여 해당 차량에 대응되는 상품의 광고 데이터를 제공하고, 상기 차량의 상태정보 감지값을 기 저장된 기준값과 비교하여 정비 여부를 판단한 후 판단 결과에 따라 정비가 필요한 부품의 광고 데이터를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단말정보를 이용한 맞춤형 광고 시스템.

  16. 단말의 하드웨어 식별정보와 소프트웨어 버전정보를 포함하는 단말정보를 수신하는 단계; 상기 단말정보를 기 저장된 기준값과 비교하여 상기 단말장치의 사용기간을 판단하는 단계; 판단결과에 따라 상기 단말장치의 사용기간에 대응되는 광고 데이터를 선택하는 단계; 및 선택된 광고 데이터를 상기 단말장치로 송신하는 단계를 포함하는 맞춤형 광고장치의 제어방법이 프로그램으로 기록되고 전자 장치에서 판독 가능한 기록매체.
  17. 단말장치로부터 차량 상태 감지값과 상기 차량의 식별정보를 포함하는 차량 상태정보를 수신하는 단계; 상기 차량 상태정보로부터 상기 차량의 식별정보를 추출하여 해당 차량에 대응되는 상품의 광고 데이터를 기 저장된 광고 데이터베이스로부터 선택하는 단계; 상기 차량의 상태정보 감지값을 기 저장된 기준값과 비교하여 정비 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 정비가 필요한 부품의 광고 데이터를 기 저장된 광고 데이터베이스로부터 선택하는 단계; 및 선택된 광고 데이터를 상기 단말장치로 송신하는 단계를 포함하는 맞춤형 광고장치의 제어방법이 프로그램으로 기록되고 전자 장치에서 판독 가능한 기록매체.
