现在的半导体制造行业中,很多半成品或成品均需通过自动传送设备进 行搬送, 这些自动传送设备数量庞大, 其^艮多驱动部分均采用齿条来实现驱 动行走, 故需及时对这些设备的齿条进行除污处理, 并注入新的润滑油。 例 如在一些工作区间,每三个月就需要为齿条去除污油,并注入新油作为润滑。 现有的方式都是通过人工手动方式进行注油,但这种方式耗费时间及人力较 多, 且注油的油量及均匀度难以把握。 有时会出现齿条及与齿条啮合的圆齿 轮上会局部堆积无尘润滑油, 当设备在行走过程, 这些堆积的无尘润滑油中 容易被离心力甩出影响无尘室环境, 同时会存在诸如浪费润滑油以及对齿条 润滑不佳的情形。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种齿条自动注油装置, 可以自 动为齿条加注润滑油, 方便快捷且效果好。

其中, 所述供油装置包括:
油枪, 存储有润滑油;
油枪泵, 设置于所述油枪上, 用于将所述油枪中的润滑油泵出; 导管, 连接在所述油枪泵上, 用于导出所述油枪泵所泵出的润滑油; 扁平橡胶头, 设置于所述导管的出口处, 用于向联动齿轮的齿涂抹所述 润滑油。
其中, 进一步包括:
连接杆,其一端与所述联动齿轮的侧壁相连,另一端与所述油枪泵连接, 用于在所述联动齿轮转动时,带动所述油枪泵,将所述油枪中的润滑油泵出; 设置于所述连接杆与所述联动齿轮之间的油量调节槽,用于调节所述连 接杆与所述联动齿轮的连接处与所述联动齿轮圆心之间的距离,从而调节所 述油枪泵的泵油的速度。
实施本发明实施例, 具有如下有益效果:
根据本发明的实施例, 通过齿条自动注油装置, 随着联动齿轮的转动, 可以自动为齿条加注润滑油, 方便快捷、 节省人力、 节省时间, 且注油均匀, 效果好;
可以通过调整设置于联动齿轮上的油量调节槽, 可以很方便地调整为齿 条加油的出油速度, 从而控制在齿条上的加油量, 不会导致浪费。。

具体实施方式
下面参考附图对本发明的优选实施例进行描述。
请参考图 1至图 3所示,示出了本发明一个实施例的齿条自动注油装置。 从中可以看出, 所述的齿条自动注油装置, 包括:
装置框 1 ;
供油装置 3 , 设置于所述装置框 1的一端;
联动齿轮 2, 枢设于所述装置框 1的另一端;
导向夹紧轮装置 4, 可滑动地设置在所述装置框 1上, 其与所述联动齿 轮 2分别设置于所述装置框 1的不同面上, 其包括处于同一平面的至少两个 导向夹紧轮 40;
所述联动齿轮 2与所述导向夹紧轮 40之间形成空间, 用于容置待注油 的齿条 7, 且使所述联动齿轮 2的齿与所述齿条 7相啮合;
其中, 供油装置 3将润滑油均匀涂抹于所述联动齿轮 2的齿上; 所述联 动齿轮 2在旋转过程中, 其啮合面与所述待注油的齿条 7的啮合面相接触, 将所述润滑油均匀注入所述待注油的齿条 7的各啮合面上。
其中, 该供油装置 3包括:
油枪 30, 存储有润滑油, 如果齿条 7工作在无尘环境中, 则该润滑油为 无尘润滑油;
油枪泵 31 , 设置于所述油枪 30上, 其为活塞结构, 用于通过活塞的运 动将所述油枪 30中的润滑油泵出;
导管 32,连接在所述油枪泵 31上,用于导出所述油枪泵 31所泵出的润 滑油;
扁平橡胶头 33 , 设置于所述导管 32的出口处, 并与联动齿轮 2的齿相 接触, 用于向联动齿轮 2的齿上涂抹所述润滑油。
进一步地, 在联动齿轮 2上设置有连接杆 22, 其一端与所述联动齿轮 22的侧壁相连, 另一端与所述油枪泵 31连接,用于在所述联动齿轮 22转动 时, 带动所述油枪泵 31中的活塞运动, 将所述油枪 30中的润滑油泵出。
其中, 在所述连接杆 22与所述联动齿轮 2之间进一步设置有油量调节 槽 21 , 用于调节所述连接杆 22与所述联动齿轮 2的连接处与所述联动齿轮 圆心 20之间的距离, 相应可调节油枪泵 31中的活塞的行程长度, 从而调节 所述油枪泵 31的泵油的速度。
其中, 所述导向夹紧轮装置 4包括:
轮臂 41 , 安装于所述装置框 1上的导轨中, 其可在所述导轨中滑动; 至少两个导向夹紧轮 40, 其由所述轮臂 41向垂直于所述轮臂表面方向 延伸而出, 所述导向夹紧轮 40与所述联动齿轮 2大致处于同一平面上。
其中,在所述轮臂 41上进一步设置有至少一个水平滑动支撑轮 5 ,所述 水平滑动支撑轮 5枢设于所述轮臂 41上, 用于抵靠所述待注油的齿条 7的 侧壁, 便于所述联动齿轮 2与所述待注油的齿条 7的相对运动。 通过所述水 平滑动支撑轮 5抵靠在所述齿条 7侧面上作为滚动支撑, 只需要稍微用力按 压即可以让联动齿轮 2向前运动, 减少注油难度, 提高注油效率。 其中, 在所述装置框 1与所述轮臂 41之间进一步设置有距离调节装置 12, 用于调节所述导向夹紧轮 40相对于所述联动齿轮 2的距离, 便于所述 导向夹紧轮 40紧抵所述待注油的齿条 7的底部 70, 使所述联动齿轮 2与所 述待注油的齿条 7的齿 71 紧密啮合, 在一个实施例中, 所述距离调节装置 12为强力橡皮筋。
另外, 在所述轮臂 41 上进一步设置有操作手柄, 用于握持所述轮臂, 从而推动该注油装置运动。
本发明的齿条自动注油装置的工作原理为: 首先, 将待注油的齿条 7容 置于所述述联动齿轮 2与所述导向夹紧轮 40之间形成空间中, 在强力橡皮 筋的作用下, 使所述导向夹紧轮 40紧抵所述待注油的齿条 7的底部 70, 使 所述联动齿轮 2与所述待注油的齿条 7的齿 71紧密啮合。 通过操作手柄 6, 沿齿条 7方向推动该注油装置, 此时, 齿条 7带动联动齿轮 2旋转, 并由连 接齿轮 2驱动连接杆 22推拉油枪泵 31的活塞运动, 将油枪 30中的润滑油 泵出到导管 32中, 润滑油经过导管 32到达 平橡胶头 33处, 均匀涂抹在 联动齿轮 2的齿上, 由于联动齿轮 2与齿条 7的齿 70紧密啮合, 随着联动 齿轮 2的转动,从而将联动齿轮 2的齿上的润滑油均匀涂抹到与其接触的齿 条 7的啮合面上, 重复上述过程, 可以为齿条 7完成注油的工作。
从上可以看出, 采用本发明的实施例, 通过齿条自动注油装置, 随着联 动齿轮的转动, 可以自动为齿条加注润滑油, 提高了给齿条涂抹润滑油的效 率, 方便快捷; 且注油均匀, 效果好; 另外, 降低齿条无尘油涂抹时间及难 度, 节省了人力和时间; 并可以提高无尘室环境质量。
另外, 可以通过调整设置于联动齿轮上的油量调节槽, 可以很方便地调 整为齿条加油的出油速度, 从而控制在齿条上的加油量, 不会导致浪费。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围, 因此等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 包括:
装置框;
供油装置, 设置于所述装置框的一端;
联动齿轮, 枢设于所述装置框的另一端;
导向夹紧轮装置, 可滑动地设置于所述装置框上, 其包括处于同一平面 的至少两个导向夹紧轮;
所述联动齿轮与所述导向夹紧轮之间形成空间, 用于容置待注油的齿 条, 且使所述联动齿轮与所述齿条相啮合;
所述供油装置将润滑油均匀涂抹于所述联动齿轮的齿上; 所述联动齿轮 在旋转过程中, 其啮合面与所述待注油的齿条的啮合面相接触, 将所述润滑 油均匀涂抹于所述待注油的齿条的各啮合面上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 所述供油装置包括: 油枪, 存储有润滑油;
油枪泵, 设置于所述油枪上, 用于将所述油枪中的润滑油泵出; 导管, 连接在所述油枪泵上, 用于导出所述油枪泵所泵出的润滑油; 扁平橡胶头, 设置于所述导管的出口处, 用于向联动齿轮的齿涂抹所述 润滑油。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 进一步包括: 连接杆,其一端与所述联动齿轮的侧壁相连,另一端与所述油枪泵连接, 用于在所述联动齿轮转动时,带动所述油枪泵,将所述油枪中的润滑油泵出。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 在所述连接杆与所 述联动齿轮之间进一步设置有油量调节槽, 用于调节所述连接杆与所述联动 齿轮的连接处与所述联动齿轮圆心之间的距离,从而调节所述油枪泵的泵油 的速度。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 所述导向夹紧轮装 置包括:
轮臂, 安装于所述装置框上的导轨中, 可在所述导轨中滑动; 所述导向夹紧轮与所述联动齿轮大致处于同一平面上。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 在所述轮臂上进一 步设置有至少一个水平滑动支撑轮, 用于抵靠所述待注油的齿条的侧壁, 便 于所述联动齿轮与所述待注油的齿条的相对运动。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 在所述装置框与所 述轮臂之间进一步设置有距离调节装置, 用于调节所述导向夹紧轮相对于所 述联动齿轮的距离, 便于所述导向夹紧轮紧抵所述待注油的齿条的底部, 使 所述联动齿轮与所述待注油的齿条紧密啮合。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 所述距离调节装置 为强力橡皮筋。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 在所述轮臂上进一 步设置有操作手柄, 用于握持所述轮臂。
10、 一种齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 包括:
装置框;
供油装置, 设置于所述装置框的一端;
联动齿轮, 枢设于所述装置框的另一端;
导向夹紧轮装置, 可滑动地设置于所述装置框上, 其包括处于同一平面 的至少两个导向夹紧轮;
所述联动齿轮与所述导向夹紧轮之间形成空间, 用于容置待注油的齿 条, 且使所述联动齿轮与所述齿条相啮合;
其中, 供油装置进一步包括:
油枪, 存储有润滑油;
油枪泵, 设置于所述油枪上, 用于将所述油枪中的润滑油泵出; 导管,连接在所述油枪泵上,用于导出所述油枪泵所泵出的润滑油; 扁平橡胶头, 设置于所述导管的出口处, 用于向联动齿轮的齿涂抹 所述润滑油;
所述供油装置将润滑油均匀涂抹于所述联动齿轮的齿上; 所述联动齿轮 在旋转过程中, 其啮合面与所述待注油的齿条的啮合面相接触, 将所述润滑 油均匀涂抹于所述待注油的齿条的各啮合面上。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 进一步包括: 连接杆,其一端与所述联动齿轮的侧壁相连,另一端与所述油枪泵连接, 用于在所述联动齿轮转动时,带动所述油枪泵,将所述油枪中的润滑油泵出。
12、 如权利要求 11 所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 在所述连接杆与 所述联动齿轮之间进一步设置有油量调节槽, 用于调节所述连接杆与所述联 动齿轮的连接处与所述联动齿轮圆心之间的距离,从而调节所述油枪泵的泵 油的速度。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 所述导向夹紧轮 装置包括:
轮臂, 安装于所述装置框上的导轨中, 可在所述导轨中滑动; 所述导向夹紧轮与所述联动齿轮大致处于同一平面上。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 在所述轮臂上进 一步设置有至少一个水平滑动支撑轮, 用于抵靠所述待注油的齿条的侧壁, 便于所述联动齿轮与所述待注油的齿条的相对运动。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 在所述装置框与 所述轮臂之间进一步设置有距离调节装置,用于调节所述导向夹紧轮相对于 所述联动齿轮的距离, 便于所述导向夹紧轮紧抵所述待注油的齿条的底部, 使所述联动齿轮与所述待注油的齿条紧密啮合。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 所述距离调节装 置为强力橡皮筋。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 在所述轮臂上进 一步设置有操作手柄, 用于握持所述轮臂。
18、 一种齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 包括:
装置框;
供油装置, 设置于所述装置框的一端;
联动齿轮, 枢设于所述装置框的另一端;
导向夹紧轮装置, 可滑动地设置于所述装置框上, 其包括:
轮臂, 安装于所述装置框上的导轨中, 可在所述导轨中滑动; 紧轮, 所述导向夹紧轮与所述联动齿轮大致处于同一平面上;
所述联动齿轮与所述导向夹紧轮之间形成空间, 用于容置待注油的齿 条, 且使所述联动齿轮与所述齿条相啮合;
所述供油装置将润滑油均匀涂抹于所述联动齿轮的齿上; 所述联动齿轮 在旋转过程中, 其啮合面与所述待注油的齿条的啮合面相接触, 将所述润滑 油均匀涂抹于所述待注油的齿条的各啮合面上。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 所述供油装置包 括:
油枪, 存储有润滑油;
油枪泵, 设置于所述油枪上, 用于将所述油枪中的润滑油泵出; 导管, 连接在所述油枪泵上, 用于导出所述油枪泵所泵出的润滑油; 扁平橡胶头, 设置于所述导管的出口处, 用于向联动齿轮的齿涂抹所述 润滑油。
20、 如权利要求 19所述的齿条自动注油装置, 其中, 进一步包括: 连接杆,其一端与所述联动齿轮的侧壁相连,另一端与所述油枪泵连接, 用于在所述联动齿轮转动时,带动所述油枪泵,将所述油枪中的润滑油泵出; 设置于所述连接杆与所述联动齿轮之间的油量调节槽, 用于调节所述连 接杆与所述联动齿轮的连接处与所述联动齿轮圆心之间的距离,从而调节所 述油枪泵的泵油的速度。
