技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料及制备方法,特别是一种用于外墙的涂料及制备方法。
背景技术
目前建筑物外面的涂料韧性不理想,附着能力较差,特别是在光照充足时如夏季易出现翘裂,造成脱落,维修频繁,增加了维修成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种涂料韧性好、附着能力强、不易翘裂、维修周期长的用于外墙的涂料及制备方法,克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的用于外墙的涂料 由如下组份构成:107胶、轻质碳酸钙、钙粉、滑石粉、硅酸钠、增白剂、三丁酯、 正丁醇、 水;
所述各组份的质量配比为:107胶:轻质碳酸钙:钙粉:滑石粉:硅酸钠:增白剂:三丁酯: 正丁醇 : 水=30:20:20:5:2:0.2:0.1:0.05:35。
本发明的用于外墙的涂料的制备方法是先将钙粉、滑石粉、硅酸钠、增白剂、三丁酯、 正丁醇、 水按上述比例混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入107胶、轻质碳酸钙,利用搅拌机进行搅拌至少30分钟,最后加入总量的0.5%的防腐剂再次搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的用于外墙的涂料与现有技术相比具有附着能力强的优点,不易脱落,韧性好,克服了翘裂现象,延长了外墙面的维修时间,降低了维修成本。本发明的方法简单,操作容易,好控制。

本发明的用于外墙的涂料的制备方法是先将钙粉、滑石粉、硅酸钠、增白剂、三丁酯、 正丁醇、 水按上述比例混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入107胶、轻质碳酸钙,利用搅拌机进行搅拌至少30分钟,最后加入总量的0.5%的防腐剂再次搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的用于外墙的涂料与现有技术相比具有附着能力强的优点,不易脱落,韧性好,克服了翘裂现象,延长了外墙面的维修时间,降低了维修成本。本发明的方法简单,操作容易,好控制。

  1. 一种用于外墙的涂料,其特征在于:由如下组份构成:107胶、轻质碳酸钙、钙粉、滑石粉、硅酸钠、增白剂、三丁酯、 正丁醇、 水;
    所述各组份的质量配比为:107胶:轻质碳酸钙:钙粉:滑石粉:硅酸钠:增白剂:三丁酯: 正丁醇 : 水=30:20:20:5:2:0.2:0.1:0.05:35。
  2. 一种根据权利要求1所述的用于外墙的涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:先将钙粉、滑石粉、硅酸钠、增白剂、三丁酯、 正丁醇、 水按上述比例混合并搅拌均匀,然后加入107胶、轻质碳酸钙,利用搅拌机进行搅拌至少30分钟,最后加入总量的0.5%的防腐剂再次搅拌均匀即可。
