Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de dessalement à osmose inverse, ayant un procédé de récupération d'énergie amélioré et, selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, le dispositif de dessalement à osmose inverse comprend : un module de dessalement (215) ; une pompe haute pression (225) afin de fournir une pression d'osmose inverse au module de dessalement (215) ; un bloc-cylindres (208) afin de récupérer l'énergie d'un liquide concentré (Q300) émergeant du module de dessalement (215) ; une soupape de régulation (214) destinée à connecter, alternativement, le module de dessalement (215) aux cylindres (206 et 207) du bloc-cylindres (208) ; et une unité de pré-traitement (202) pour l'eau salée (201) destinée au dessalement et, ici, la soupape de régulation (214) est actionnée au moyen de la pression du liquide concentré (Q300) émergeant du module de dessalement (215), le liquide concentré (Q300) émergeant du module de dessalement (215) s'écoulant alternativement vers les côtés des cylindres (206 et 207) non dotés d'arbre, l'eau salée (Q100) destinée au dessalement émergeant de l'unité de pré-traitement (202) s'écoulant alternativement vers les côtés des cylindres (206 et 207) dotés d'un arbre et l'eau salée (Q100) ayant récupéré l'énergie du liquide concentré (Q300) étant introduite sous pression dans une ligne haute pression (220) alternativement depuis les côtés des cylindres (206 et 207) dotés d'un arbre. De cette manière, l'eau salée (Q100) destinée au dessalement émergeant de l'unité de pré-traitement (202) voit sa pression augmenter, simplement par récupération de l'énergie du liquide concentré (Q300), sans autre moyen quelconque de mise sous pression et peut fusionner dans l'écoulement d'eau salée haute pression (QW) destinée au dessalement, émergeant de la pompe haute pression (225).
