Abstract

유기 패턴 형성 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 유기 패턴 형성 방법은 제1 기판 위에 도너 필름과 유기층을 형성하는 단계, 상기 제1 기판과 대응하도록 제2 기판을 배치하는 단계 그리고 상기 제1 기판에 열을 가해 상기 유기층을 형성하는 물질이 승화되어 상기 제2 기판 위에 유기 패턴층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 유기층이 형성된 상기 제1 기판 위의 위치와 상기 유기 패턴층이 형성된 상기 제2 기판 위의 위치는 서로 대응한다.
