现有技术中, 全自动咖啡机的咖啡冲泡装置, 传动控制不佳, 进水结 构复杂, 噪音高, 工作周期长, 使用寿命短, 同时由于整体结构复杂, 零 部件繁多, 从而成本高。 发明内容
为解决上述^ ί支术问题, 本发明的目的在于提供一种咖啡冲泡装置, 传 动控制精确, 进水结构简单, 噪音低, 工作周期短, 性能稳定, 免拆卸清 洗, 使用寿命长, 性能更可靠, 机械零件少。

如图 6所示, 冲泡机构 2包括冲煮头 21、 用于驱动咖啡盒机构运动的 驱动件 22、 用于与外部传动机构 9传动连接的大齿轮 23和上盖 24 , 驱动 件 22固定连接在冲煮头 21的左右两侧, 上盖 24设置在驱动件 22上端, 沖煮头 21、 驱动件 22、 上盖 24形成一用于放置大齿轮 2 3的腔体, 大齿轮 23设置在腔体内。 冲泡机构 2包括外形大致为圆柱形的沖煮头 21 , 冲煮头 21的外侧壁上设置有连接座 211, 驱动件 22朝向冲煮头 21的内侧壁上设 置有形状与连接座 211相对应的连接头 225, 驱动件 22与冲煮头 21通过 连接头 225与连接座 211的结合而连接在一起。
如图 9所示, 进泄水机构 3包括进泄水机构主体 31、 进水开关 32、 步 进电机 33和固定架 34, 步进电机 33固定设置在固定架 34上, 固定架 34 设置在泄水机构主体 31上, 进水开关 32设置在泄水机构主体 31内, 步进 电机 33与进水开关 32连接; 进泄水机构主体 31的侧端设有进水口 311 , 所述进泄水机构主体 31的下端设有泄水口 312。 咖啡盒机构 1的第一圓柱 111有一端内设有咖啡盒水路通道 7,进泄水机构 3出水接头直接装配于咖 啡盒机构 1的咖啡盒进水孔 8内, 进泄水机构 3在咖啡盒机构 1做位置改 变时与第一圆柱 111做同圆心转动。 如图 2所示, 进泄水机构 3在煮咖啡 的时候, 下面的泄水口 312是封闭的。 如图 3所示, 而在咖啡沖煮完成后, 下面的泄水口 312是导通的。进泄水机构 3在咖啡机进行除钙清洗的时候, 下面的泄水口 312是导通的。
如图 5所示, 顶渣机构 12包括顶渣杆 12 1、 弹簧 122、 弹簧挡圈 123 和分水盘组件, 分水盘组件设置在顶渣杆 121上端, 顶渣杆 121上设有用 于限位的限位凸台 126 , 弹簧挡圏 123设置在限位凸台处 126 , 弹簧 122 设置在分水盘组件与弹簧挡圈 123之间, 分水盘组件包括第一分水盘 124 和第二分水盘 125 , 第一分水盘 124设置在第二分水盘 125上。 顶渣机构 12上的弹簧 122, 在冲煮头 21向下进行压咖啡粉 1 0的动作时, 顶渣机构 12上的弹簧 122会压缩。 而当冲煮头 21向上做轻微位移时,弹簧 122会对 顶渣机构 12施加推力而将咖啡粉 10向上顶。
如图 5所示, 复位机构 13包括复位杆 131、 复位杆转轴 132、 复位杆 驱动臂 133和复位圓柱 134 , 复位杆转轴 132设置在复位杆 131上, 复位 杆驱动臂 133设置在复位杆转轴 1 32两端,复位圆柱 134设置在复位杆 131 的一端。
如图 5所示, 顶渣机构 12的另一端与复位机构 13的另一端连接为转 动连接结构,包括设置在顶渣杆 121下端的驱动孔 127和设置在复位杆 131 另一端的驱动圆 135 , 驱动孔 127与驱动圆 135相匹配。
如图 7所示, 驱动件 22上设有用于驱动咖啡盒机构 1的驱动槽 221 , 驱动槽 221与第一圓柱 11 1相匹配, 驱动槽 221包括直线驱动槽 222和弧 形驱动槽 223; 驱动件 22下端还设有用于实现顶渣机构 12复位的复位凸 轮 224。驱动件 22通过驱动槽 221对咖啡盒机构 1产生驱动作用,过程中, 第二圓柱 112穿过第二运动导槽 44并设置在驱动槽 221内以实现驱动力的 传递。
如图 4和图 8所示,主体支架 4的传动部件 42与冲泡机构 2之间为螺 紋传动结构, 包括设置在传动部件 42上的外螺纹 421和设置在大齿轮 23 上的内螺紋 231 , 外螺紋 421与内螺紋 231相匹配。 主体支架 4上设置有 能够与大齿轮 23的内螺纹 231相配合传动的外螺纹 421, 大齿轮 23在传 动部件 42上, 通过传动部件 42的外螺紋 421进行转动, 实现沿传动部件 42轴线方向的位置改变, 从而冲泡机构 2发生位置改变。
如图 10所示, 还包括复位架 5 , 复位架 5设置在主体支架 4下端, 复 位架 5上设有限位凸台 51 , 限位凸台 51与复位圆柱 134相匹配。 在冲泡 机构 2完成咖啡冲泡动作之后, 驱动件 22带动冲煮头 21向上运动, 在沖 煮头 21脱离咖啡渣时,顶渣机构 12因自身的弹力把咖啡渣向上顶松,通过 驱动件 22带动复位机构 13, 实现推动顶渣机构 12的动作, 复位机构 13 通过与复位架 5的限位凸台 51相作用实现向下拉动顶渣机构 13复位。
如图 1所示, 主体支架 4两侧还设置有外盖 6 , 将驱动件 22固定在主 体支架 4内。
本发明的沖泡装置的工作过程说明如下:
如图 11所示, 咖啡粉 10由主体支架 4的咖啡粉进入孔 41加入,加入 咖啡盒 1 1 内, 外部传动机构 9带动大齿轮 23转动, 大齿轮 23的内螺纹 231与主体支架 4上传动部件 42的外螺纹 421相匹配, 由于两个零件的螺 纹传动, 可以使得大齿轮 23在主体支架 4上进行上下移动。 冲泡机构 2 包括外形大致为圆柱形的冲煮头 21 , 冲煮头 21 的外侧壁上设置有连接座 21 1 ,驱动件 11朝向沖煮头 21的内侧壁上设置有形状与连接座 211相对应 的连接头 225 , 驱动件 22与冲煮头 21通过连接头 225与连接座 21 1的结 合而连接在一起。体支架 4上设置有能够与大齿轮 2 3的内螺紋 231相配合 传动的外螺纹 4 Π , 大齿轮 23在传动部件 42上, 通过传动部件 42的外螺 纹 421进行转动, 实现沿传动部件 42轴线方向的位置改变,从而冲泡机构 2发生位置改变。 当大齿轮 23顺时针转动的同时大齿轮 23的下端面与沖 煮头 21连接座 21 1 的上端面接触产生一个向下的推力, 从而带动冲煮头 21向下移动。 在大齿轮 23做上下运动的同时, 驱动件 22和冲煮头 21也 可以一同进行上下运动。 外盖 6安装在主体支架 4的两侧, 用来防止驱动 件 22偏离运动轨道。
主体支架 4的外部轮廓与咖啡盒 1 1的形状相对应,组装状态下, 第一 圆柱 11 1安装设置在第一装配孔 43内,第二圓柱 1 12活动设置第二运动导 槽 44内,第二运动导槽 44的弧状是以第一装配孔 43为圆心的一个预定圆 心角,本实施例中圆心角为 30度。 因此咖啡盒机构 1可以利用其下端的左 右两个第一圆柱 1 1 1为转轴, 其上端的两个第二圓柱 1 12在主体支架 4上 的第二运动导槽 44内进行 30度角范围内的往复滑动。
驱动件 22上设有用于驱动咖啡盒机构 1的驱动槽 221 , 驱动槽 221与 第一圆柱 11 1相匹配, 驱动槽 221包括直线驱动槽 222和弧形驱动槽 223; 驱动件 22下端还设有用于实现顶渣机构 U复位的复位凸轮 224。 驱动件 22通过驱动槽 221对咖啡盒机构 1产生驱动作用, 过程中, 第二圆柱 112 穿过第二运动导槽 44并设置在驱动槽 221内以实现驱动力的传递。同时带 动咖啡盒机构 1进行 30度的左右摆动。
如图 12所示, 当咖啡盒机构 1上端的两个第二圆柱 112在驱动件 22 的驱动槽 221内, 从直线驱动槽 222滑动到弧形驱动槽 时, 咖啡盒机 构 1逆时针转动, 从弧形驱动槽 223滑动到直线驱动槽 222时, 咖啡盒机 构 1顺时针转动。 大齿轮 23带动冲泡机构 2继续向下运动, 当咖啡盒 11 上端的第二圆柱 112位于直线驱动槽 222时, 咖啡盒机构 1停止转动而保 持与冲煮头 21在同一轴线上,在咖啡盒 11处于与冲煮头 21同一轴线的同 时, 沖煮头 21继续下压, 此时第一分水盘 124受力带动顶渣杆 121—起向 下移动, 而顶渣杆 121上的弹簧挡圏 123被顶渣杆 121的限位凸台 126挡 住, 弹簧 122受力压缩, 直到第二分水盘 125的下端面与咖啡盒 11的底面 接触, 此时沖煮头 21将咖啡盒 11内部的咖啡粉 10压实。
在压实后, 步进电机 33向上直线运动拉动活塞式的进水开关 32向上 移动, 使进水开关 32从初始泄水状态脱离 Y型密封圏 35的位置, 使进水 开关 32的主轴部分与 Y型密封圏密封 35密封, 这时进水煮咖啡时, 热水 进泄水机构主体 31后,直接通过咖啡盒机构 1上的咖啡盒进水孔 8进入咖 啡盒 11与第二分水盘 125之间的腔体内,经过第一分水盘 124与第二分水 盘 125的分水孔均勾的分流入咖啡粉 10进亍咖啡萃取动作,然后咖啡由冲 煮头 21上的咖啡出口到咖啡出水接头 27流出。咖啡出水接头 27与沖煮头 21之间安装有出口接头密封圈防止咖啡溢出。
顶渣杆 121与咖啡盒 11之间靠顶渣杆密封圏密封, 煮咖啡的时候,咖 啡不会从咖啡盒 11下端流出。冲煮头 21与咖啡盒 11之间靠冲煮头密封圏 密封, 咖啡不会从沖煮头 21周围漏出, 过滤网 25通过过滤网螺丝 26锁附 在冲煮头 21上, 防止煮咖啡的时候, 咖啡粉 10跑出来。
如图 13所示, 煮完咖啡后, 驱动步进电机 33向下做线性运动, 推动 进水开关 32向下移动,使进水开关 32上的开关槽处于 Y型密封圏 35的位 置, 使密封圏失去密封效果, 进一步的使咖啡盒 11 内的水直接由泄水口 312泄出。
如图 14所示, 沖煮头 21左右两侧驱动件 22下方各有一个复位凸轮 224 , 此突起部位上方为平面, 下方为斜面, 在驱动件 22向上移动时, 冲 煮头 21对咖啡粉 10施加的力消失, 此时顶渣杆弹簧 122 自身的弹力将顶 渣杆 121向上推动, 使被冲煮头 21压的很紧的咖啡渣 10变松, 弹簧的推 动空间是 6mm,在驱动件 22驱动复位杆 131开始顶咖啡渣之前, 弹簧 122 就提前把咖啡盒 11 内的咖啡渣向上顶了 6隱,此时冲煮头 21 继续向上移 动, 直到冲煮头 21左右两侧驱动件 22的复位凸轮 224上的突起部位上端 面与复位杆 131左右两侧的复位驱动臂 133接触, 从而带动复位杆 131以 复位杆转轴 132为圆心绕咖啡盒 11上的配合孔 11 3转动。
如图 14所示, 当咖啡盒 11上端的第二圓柱 112在冲煮头 21驱动件 22上驱动槽 221的直线驱动槽 222内滑动时, 咖啡盒机构 1不转动, 同时 驱动件 22下方的复位凸轮 224与复位杆 131左右两侧复位驱动臂 133的下 端面接触, 使复位杆 131顺时针转动, 复位杆 131转动的同时通过驱动圓 135给顶渣杆 121的驱动孔 127的施加推力带动顶渣杆 121向上运动。 当 咖啡盒 11上端的第二圆柱 112滑动到沖驱动件 22上驱动槽 221的弧形驱 动槽 223, 整个咖啡渣已被顶出咖啡盒 11的腔体。
如图 15所示, 此时咖啡盒机构 1开始逆时针转动, 转动的同时, 咖啡 渣被主体支架 4上的外螺纹 421的内侧端面挡住,此时驱动件 22下方的复 位凸轮 224与复位杆 1 31左右两侧复位驱动臂 133的下端面分离, 驱动件 22继续向上移动, 此时咖啡盒机构 1继续逆时针转动, 顶渣机构 12上的 咖啡渣被刮掉。
如图 16所示, 咖啡盒机构 1转动的同时, 复位杆 131的复位圆柱 134 的外表面与复位架 5上端的限位凸台 51的上端面接触, 当驱动件 22继续 向上移动带动咖啡盒机构 1逆时针转动的同时,复位杆 131 下端复位圓柱 134的外表面被复位架 5上端的限位凸台 51 的上端面挡住,使复位杆 131 以复位杆转轴 132为圓心绕咖啡盒 11上的配合孔 11 3逆时针转动,此时复 位杆 131的驱动圓 135给顶渣杆 121的驱动孔 127下端面施加向下的推力, 拉动顶渣杆 121向下运动,驱动件 22继续向上移动带动咖啡盒机构 1逆时 针转动到 30度角时, 咖啡盒机构 1 回复到加咖啡粉的状态, 此时复位杆 131带动顶渣杆 121回复到原始位置, 此时整个煮咖啡过程完成。

2.根据权利要求 1所述的一种咖啡冲泡装置, 其特征在于, 所述咖啡 盒机构包括咖啡盒、 顶渣机构和复位机构, 所述顶渣机构的一端设置在所 述咖啡盒内, 所述复位机构的一端设置在所述咖啡盒上, 所述顶渣机构的 另一端与所述复位机构的另一端连接; 所迷咖啡盒上设有用于安装设置在 所述第一装配孔内的第一圆柱, 用于活动设置在所述第二运动导槽内的第 二圓柱。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的一种咖啡沖泡装置, 其特征在于, 所述冲泡 机构包括冲煮头、 用于驱动所述咖啡盒机构运动的驱动件、 用于与外部传 动机构传动连接的大齿轮和上盖, 所述驱动件固定连接在所述沖煮头的左 右两侧, 所述上盖设置在所述驱动件上端, 所述冲煮头、 驱动件、 上盖形 成一用于放置所述大齿轮的腔体, 所述大齿轮设置在所述腔体内。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的一种咖啡冲泡装置, 其特征在于, 所述进泄 水机构包括进泄水机构主体、 进水开关、 步进电机和固定架, 所述步进电 机固定设置在所述固定架上, 所述固定架设置在所述泄水机构主体上, 所 述进水开关设置在所述泄水机构主体内, 所述步进电机与所述进水开关连 接; 所述进泄水机构主体的侧端设有进水口, 所述进泄水机构主体的下端 设有泄水口。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的一种咖啡冲泡装置, 其特征在于, 所述顶渣 机构包括顶渣杆、 弹簧、 弹簧挡圈和分水盘组件, 所述分水盘组件设置在 所述顶渣杆上端, 所述顶渣杆上设有用于限位的限位凸台, 所述弹簧挡圈 设置在所述限位凸台处, 所述弹簧设置在所述分水盘组件与所述弹簧挡圏 之间, 分水盘组件包括第一分水盘和第二分水盘, 所述第一分水盘设置在 所述第二分水盘上。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的一种咖啡沖泡装置, 其特征在于, 所述复位 机构包括复位杆、 复位杆转轴、 复位杆驱动臂和复位圆柱, 所述复位杆转 轴设置在所述复位杆上, 所述复位杆驱动臂设置在所述复位杆转轴两端, 所述复位圆柱设置在所述复位杆的一端。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的一种咖啡冲泡装置, 其特征在于, 所述顶渣 机构的另一端与所述复位机构的另一端连接为转动连接结构, 包括设置在 所述顶渣杆下端的驱动孔和设置在所述复位杆另一端的驱动圓, 所述驱动 孔与所述驱动圆相匹配。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的一种咖啡冲泡装置, 其特征在于, 所述驱动 件上设有用于驱动所述咖啡盒机构的驱动槽, 所述驱动槽与所述第一圓柱 相匹配, 所述驱动槽包括直线驱动槽和弧形驱动槽; 所述驱动件下端还设 有用于实现顶渣机构复位的复位凸轮。
9.根据权利要求 8所述的一种咖啡冲泡装置, 其特征在于, 所述主体 支架的传动部件与所述冲泡机构之间为螺纹传动结构, 包括设置在所述传 动部件上的外螺紋和设置在所述大齿轮上的内螺紋, 所述外螺紋与所述内 螺纹相匹配。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的一种咖啡沖泡装置, 其特征在于,还包括复 位架, 所述复位架设置在所述主体支架下端, 所述复位架上设有限位凸台, 所述限位凸台与所述复位圆柱相匹配。
