Description

塑胶壳体的扣合结构 技术领域
本实用新型属于连接结构领域,尤其涉及塑胶壳体的连接结构。
背景技术
现有技术中,塑胶壳体间的扣合,主要是利用塑胶材料自身的韧性、变形而实现扣合的一种结构方式,目前,塑胶壳体间的扣合普遍采用的是(参照图1和图2),在一壳体1上有凹台19,另一壳体2上对应位置有凸起倒扣29,然后对两壳体加压,通过塑胶材料自身的韧性、变形,而实现扣合,此结构方式装配简单、方便,上、下壳体对正位置后,施加一定压力即可完成装配。
但是上述结构也存在一些弊端:针对对应的结构配合尺寸要求比较严格,尤其是不容易拆卸,由于结构中凸起倒扣29的存在,拆卸时容易损坏其结构,如凸起倒扣29处断裂等,对维护、调试来讲,就很不方便了,即装配容易,拆卸难,使用寿命有限。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有扣合结构的塑胶壳体,旨在解决现有技术中扣合后的塑胶壳体拆卸时容易损坏壳体的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种塑胶壳体的扣合结构,包括上壳体和下壳体,所述上壳体设有至少两个凹台,所述下壳体设有与所述凹台对应的凸起倒扣,于所述凹台的一端还设有一缺口,所述缺口宽度尺寸大于所述凸起倒扣的宽度。
进一步地,所述凹台内设有凸起的限位筋。
更进一步地,所述凸起倒扣上设有与限位筋对应的限位槽。
或者,本实用新型还可以用这样实现,一种塑胶壳体的扣合结构,包括上壳体和下壳体,所述下壳体设有至少两个凹台,所述上壳体设有与所述凹台对应的凸起倒扣,于所述凹台的一端还设有一缺口,所述缺口宽度尺寸大于所述凸起倒扣的宽度。
进一步地,所述凹台内设有凸起的限位筋。
更近一步地,所述凸起倒扣上设有与限位筋对应的限位槽。
有益效果
依借上述技术方案,将所述凹台的一端设一缺口,所述缺口宽度尺寸大于凸起倒扣宽度尺寸,装配时,由于上壳体或下壳体具有一缺口,增加了所述凹台的宽度尺寸,将凸起倒扣与凹台大致相对后,加力压合即可使上下壳体连接扣合,不必像现有技术中那样完全对正凸起倒扣和凹台的位置后才可结合上、下壳体,解决了现有技术中对位置对应精确度要求严格的缺陷;拆卸壳体时,相对旋转上、下壳体,旋转至所述凸起倒扣正对缺口时即可轻松分离上、下壳体,另外,在扣合的状态中,所述限位筋与所述限位槽呈相互咬合的结构,防止上、下壳体因外界振动而旋转、分开,即当受到一定的旋转力使所述限位筋与所述限位槽分离咬合状态时才能转动,从而实现了塑胶壳体间装配容易、拆卸也容易,避免了在拆卸塑胶壳体时导致塑胶壳体的损坏,延长了使用寿命。

实施例一:
参照图3和图4,本实用新型实施例提供了一种塑胶壳体的扣合结构,包括上壳体1和下壳体2,所述上壳体1设有两个凹台11,所述下壳体2设有与所述凹台11对应的凸起倒扣21,于所述凹台11的一端还设有一缺口13,所述缺口13宽度尺寸大于所述凸起倒扣21的宽度。
进一步地,所述凹台11内设有凸起的限位筋12。
更进一步地,所述凸起倒扣21上设有与限位筋12对应的限位槽22。
依借上述技术方案,将所述凹台11的一端设一缺口13,所述缺口13宽度尺寸大于凸起倒扣21宽度尺寸,装配时,由于上壳体1凹台11处具有缺口13,增加了所述凹台11的宽度尺寸,将凸起倒扣21与凹台11大致相对后,加力压合即可使上下壳体连接扣合,不必像现有技术中那样完全对正凸起倒扣21和凹台11的位置后才可结合上、下壳体,解决了现有技术中对位置对应精确度要求严格的缺陷;同时,拆卸壳体时,相对旋转上、下壳体,旋转至所述凸起倒扣21正对缺口13时即可轻松分离上、下壳体,另外,在扣合的状态中,所述限位筋12与所述限位槽22呈相互咬合的结构,防止上、下壳体因外界振动而旋转、分开,即当受到一定的旋转力使所述限位筋12与所述限位槽22分离咬合状态时才能转动,从而实现了塑胶壳体间装配容易、拆卸也容易,避免了在拆卸塑胶壳体时导致塑胶壳体的损坏,延长了使用寿命。
实施例二:
本实用新型实施例提供了塑胶壳体的扣合结构另一实施方案,与上述实施例一所述的技术方案不同之处为,在所述下壳体设有三个凹台,所述上壳体设有与所述凹台对应的凸起倒扣,其他技术方案与上述实施例一相同,从而实现了塑胶壳体间装配容易、拆卸也容易,避免了在拆卸塑胶壳体时导致塑胶壳体的损坏,延长了使用寿命。

  5. 如权利要求4所述的塑胶壳体的扣合结构,其特征在于,所述凹台内设有凸起的限位筋。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的具有扣合结构的塑胶壳体,其特征在于,所述凸起倒扣上设有与所述限位筋对应的限位槽。
