依借上述技术方案,将监控摄像机镜头安装固定在所述固定支臂的端部固定轴孔之上,监控摄像机镜头可以轴孔为中心做大于180度的转动,将监控摄像机的控制芯片通过所述平台表面设有的线路板螺丝固定柱固定在所述平台上,通过电缆与镜头连接,监控摄像机的传动机构通过与所述支架基座圆环形内壁的内齿咬合,驱动监控摄像机镜头支架带动镜头水平面旋转,遇到需要维修监控摄像机或者设置某些参数的时候,只需将监控摄像机的外壳卸下,对固定在所述平台上的控制芯片进行操作即可,避免了现有技术中需要将整个监控摄像机卸除才能对设于机器最顶部的控制芯片进行维修或者设置的情形,提高了工作效率,降低了维修成本,同时由于控制芯片与镜头同时都固定在支架上,运动时不会产生电缆扭动,减少了控制芯片与镜头之间电缆断裂或者焊点松动的风险,保障了产品使用寿命。
