Description

背光模组 技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域, 尤其涉及一种背光模组。 背景技术
液晶显示装置 (LCD, Liquid Crystal Display )具有机身薄、 省电、 无 辐射等众多优点, 得到了广泛的应用。 现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分 为背光型液晶显示装置, 其包括液晶面板及背光模组 ( backlight module ) 。 液晶面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分 子, 两片玻璃基板中间有许多垂直和水平的细小电线, 通过通电与否来控 制液晶分子改变方向, 将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。 由于液晶面 板本身不发光, 需要借由背光模组提供的光源来正常显示影像, 因此, 背 光模组成为液晶显示装置的关键组件之一。 背光模组依照光源入射位置的 不同分成侧入式背光模组与直下式背光模组两种。 直下式背光模组是将发 光光源例如 CCFL(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp , 阴极萤光灯管)或 LED(Light Emitting Diode发光二极管)设置在液晶面板后方, 直接形成面 光源提供给液晶面板。 而侧入式背光模组是将背光源 LED 灯条(Light bar )设于液晶面板侧后方的背板边缘, LED 灯条发出的光线从导光板 ( LGP , Light Guide Plate )一侧的入光面进入导光板, 经反射和扩散后 从导光板出光面射出, 再经由光学膜片组, 以形成面光源提供给液晶面 板。
如图 1及图 2所示, 为现有 CCFL光源的背光模组结构示意图和电线 安装位置示意图, 背光模组包括: 背框 100、 设于背框 100 内的线光源 300、 设于背框 100内的反射片 500、 设于反射片 500上的导光板 700、 设 于导光板 700上的光学膜片组 900及设于背框 100上的胶框 950。 连接线 光源 300与外部电路的电线 302固定安装于细缝 952内, 细缝 952形成于 胶框 950上靠近线光源 300处。 由于细缝 952较靠近线光源 300, 固定电 线 302 时压力作用于胶框 950上, 可能导致胶框 950 变形并压向线光源 300, 进而可能会损坏线光源 300, 造成背光模组提供面光源的功能失效。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种背光模组, 其背框与胶框采用卡合连接的 方式组装固定, 结构简单, 拆装方便。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种背光模组, 包括: 背框、 设于背框 内的光源、 设于背框内的反射片、 设于反射片上的导光板、 及设于背框上 的胶框, 所述光源通过电线与外部电路连接, 所述背框上设有承载部用于 承载电线, 所述胶框对应电线位置设有容置槽, 所述电线置于承载部与容 置槽之间。
所述背框包括底板及连接于底板的第一侧板。
所述承载部设于该第一侧板上。
所述承载部贴设有双面胶带, 所述电线通过该双面胶带贴合于承载部 上。
所述胶框包括顶板及连接于顶板的第二侧板。
所述容置槽对应承载部设于所述第二侧板上。
所述背框上设有卡合部, 所述胶框上对应该卡合部设有卡合槽, 该卡 合部容置并卡合于该卡合槽内。
所述卡合部设于所述第一侧板上, 所述卡合槽对应设于所述第二侧板 上, 所述卡合部由靠近第一侧板自由端的外表面向下倾斜设置, 其具有一 斜面, 该斜面朝向所述卡合槽设置。
还包括设于反射片下的散热片、 设于导光板上的扩散片及设于扩散片 上的棱镜片。
所述光源为 CCFL线性光源。
本发明还提供一种背光模组, 包括: 背框、 设于背框内的光源、 设于 背框内的反射片、 设于反射片上的导光板、 及设于背框上的胶框, 所述光 源通过电线与外部电路连接, 所述背框上设有承载部用于承载电线, 所述 胶框对应电线位置设有容置槽, 所述电线置于承载部与容置槽之间;
其中, 所述背框包括底板及连接于底板的第一侧板;
其中, 所述承载部设于该第一侧板上;
其中, 所述承载部贴设有双面胶带, 所述电线通过该双面胶带贴合于 载部上;
其中, 所述胶框包括顶板及连接于顶板的第二侧板;
其中, 所述容置槽对应承载部设于所述第二侧板上;
其中, 所述背框上设有卡合部, 所述胶框上对应该卡合部设有卡合 槽, 该卡合部容置并卡合于该卡合槽内;
其中, 所述卡合部设于所述第一侧板上, 所述卡合槽对应设于所述第 二侧板上, 所述卡合部由靠近第一侧板自由端的外表面向下倾斜设置, 其 具有一斜面, 该斜面朝向所述卡合槽设置;
还包括设于反射片下的散热片、 设于导光板上的扩散片及设于扩散片 上的棱镜片;
其中, 所述光源为 CCFL线性光源。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明提供的背光模组, 其通过在背框上设置承 载部, 在胶框上设置容置槽, 将电线固定于承载部与容置槽之间, 有效避 ί , 进而保证背光模组的质量 Γ且本发明背光模组的背框与胶 Ϊ卡合连 接, 拆装方便, 可有效节约时间, 进而降低生产成本。

参阅图 3 , 本发明提供一种背光模组, 包括: 背框 2、 设于背框 2 内 的光源 4、 设于背框 2内的反射片 6、 设于反射片 6上的导光板 8、 设于背 框 2上的胶框 10。
所述光源 4通过电线 42与外部电路(未图示)连接, 所述背框 2 包 括底板 22及连接于底板 22的第一侧板 24, 该背框 2上设有承载部 242用 于承载电线 42, 优选的, 所述承载部 242设于第一侧板 24上。 所述胶框 10包括顶板 12及连接于顶板 12的第二侧板 14, 该胶框 10对应电线 42 位置设有容置槽 142, 优选的, 所述容置槽 142对应承载部 242设于第二 侧板 14上, 所述电线 42置于承载部 242与容置槽 142之间。
在本实施例中, 所述承载部 242位于第一侧板 24 的自由端, 其为顶 面和侧面开口的凹槽。 且所述承载部 242上贴设有双面胶带 244, 所述电 线 42通过该双面胶带 244贴合于承载部 242上, 使电线 42不易移位。 进 一步的, 所述双面胶带 244优选粘性较低的双面胶带, 以方便拆卸。 固定 电线 42时, 将电线 42置于背框 2的第一侧板 24的承载部 242上, 施压 较小的压力使双面胶带 244黏住电线 42 , 该压力作用于背框 2上且方向朝 下, 不会压迫到光源 4, 进而保证光源 4的完整。
所述背框 2上设有卡合部 26, 所述胶框 10上对应该卡合部 26设有卡 合槽 16, 该卡合部 26容置并卡合于该卡合槽 16内, 进而将胶框 10与背 框 2组装在一起。
优选的, 所述卡合部 26设于所述第一侧板 24上, 所述卡合槽 16对 应设于所述第二侧板 14上, 所述卡合部 26 由靠近第一侧板 24 自由端的 外表面向下倾斜设置, 其具有一斜面 262, 该斜面 262朝向所述卡合槽 16 设置。 组装时, 胶框 10直接往背框 2上压下, 即可使卡合部 26滑入卡合 槽 16 内, 安装方法简单, 节约时间。 拆卸时, 将胶框 10 的第二侧板 14 的自由端向外推开, 同时向上提起胶框 10, 即可使得卡合部 26从卡合槽 16内滑出, 进而将胶框 10与背框 2分离, 拆卸方法简单, 节约时间。
本发明背光模组还包括设于反射片 6下的散热片 7、 设于导光板 8上 的扩散片 9及设于扩散片 9上的棱镜片 11。 所述光源 4为 CCFL线性光 源, 其发出的光线, 一部分直接通过导光板 8的入光面进入导光板 8 内, 另一部分通过反射片 6反射后进入导光板 8内, 光线在导光板 8内传播, 同时发生全反射、 折射等, 再经扩散片 9 和棱镜片 11 的进一步散射, 进 而提供分布均匀的面光源。
综上所述, 本发明提供的背光模组, 其通过在背框上设置承载部, 在 胶框上设置容置槽, 将电线固定于承载部与容置槽之间, 有效避免现有技 术中安装电线时对光源造成损坏的现象, 有效保证光源的完整性, 进而保 证背光模组的质量, 且本发明背光模组的背框与胶框卡合连接, 拆装方 便, 可有效节约时间, 进而降低生产成本。

2、 如权利要求 1 所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述背框包括底板及连接 于底板的第一侧板。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述承载部设于该第一侧 板上。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述承载部贴设有双面胶 带, 所述电线通过该双面胶带贴合于承载部上。
5、 如权利要求 4 所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述胶框包括顶板及连接 于顶板的第二侧板。
6、 如权利要求 5 所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述容置槽对应承载部设 于所述第二侧板上。
7、 如权利要求 6 所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述背框上设有卡合部, 所述胶框上对应该卡合部设有卡合槽, 该卡合部容置并卡合于该卡合槽 内。
8、 如权利要求 7 所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述卡合部设于所述第一 侧板上, 所述卡合槽对应设于所述第二侧板上, 所述卡合部由靠近第一侧 板自由端的外表面向下倾斜设置, 其具有一斜面, 该斜面朝向所述卡合槽 设置。
9、 如权利要求 1 所述的背光模组, 还包括设于反射片下的散热片、 设于导光板上的扩散片及设于扩散片上的棱镜片。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述光源为 CCFL线性光 源。
