Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren und einer Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung histologischer Gewebeproben, bei dem in einem automatisierten Prozess Gewebeproben geschnitten werden und im weiteren Verlauf auf Objektträgern weiter bearbeitet werden, soll eine weitestgehende Automatisierung erreicht werden. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Gewebeproben in einem automatischen Verfahren von einem Verfahrensschritt zum nächsten bewegt werden und dabei zunächst ein mit automatisch lesbaren Informationen bedruckten Objektträger zugeführt wird, auf den Objektträger eine Gewebeprobe aufgelegt wird, die Gewebeprobe auf dem Objektträger geschnitten wird, das Restgewebe von dem Objektträger abgenommen wird, mindestens ein weiterer Bearbeitungsschritt der Gewebeprobe auf dem Objektträger durchgeführt wird und abschließend der Objektträger mit der bearbeiteten Probe aus denn automatischen Prozess ausgeschleust wird.
