Abstract
Computer-implemented methods for determining optimal treatments for a patient can include identifying successful treatments used in cohorts of persons considered similar to the patient. Tools implementing such methods can use biological sequence analysis techniques to identify practices best suited for the patient. The subject technology relates to methods of identifying effective treatments for patients using biological sequence analysis techniques.
