Abstract

Es wird vorgeschlagen, mittels einer Infill-Balise einen Zustand von einer in Fahrtrichtung vorausliegenden Streckenkomponente (z.B. eines Signals) bereitzustellen, wobei abhängig von dem Zustand der Streckenkomponente die Infill-Balise einen ETCS Moduswechsel des Schienenfahrzeugs veranlasst, sofern sich das Schienenfahrzeug in einem manuellen Fahrmodus oder nicht in einem überwachten Fahrmodus befindet. Die vorgestellte Lösung hat den Vorteil, dass mittels der Infill-Balise Sicherheit auch in einem manuellen ETCS Modus (z.B. einem SR Modus oder einem OS Modus) gewährleistet werden kann. Die Lösung ist vorzugsweise in Verbindung mit ETCS Level 1 Anwendungen einsetzbar.
