Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé et un dispositif de gestion de ressources locales. Dans la présente invention, un macro nœud B évolué attribue une ressource publique à une cellule locale et le macro nœud B évolué envoie des informations concernant la ressource publique attribuée à la cellule locale à un nœud B évolué local correspondant de façon à effectuer une attribution de ressources publiques. L'adoption de la présente invention permet la mise en œuvre par un macro nœud B évolué de l'exécution d'une gestion de ressources publique sur une cellule locale dans un réseau de séparation de porteuses.
