本发明实施例提供的资源的配置方法及装置,首先基站在广播信道向 用户设备广播公共资源配置,然后所述基站接收到处于失步状态的目标用 户设备发送的公共资源请求信息后, 获取可用公共资源, 所述目标用户设 备为所述用户设备中处于失步状态的用户设备;最后所述基站向所述目标 用户设备发送所述可用公共资源的索引号,以使得所述目标用户设备通过 与所述可用公共资源的索引号对应的可用公共资源进行数据传输。现有技 术采用用户设备永久在线的方式时, 当有数据再次到达用户设备时, 基站 仍然要向用户设备发送重配消息, 造成了信令开销高的问题。 而本发明实 施例基站预先广播公共资源配置, 当有数据到达用户设备时, 基站只需要 将可用公共资源的索引号发送给用户设备,用户设备就可以从预先广播的 公共资源配置中获取与可用公共资源的索引号对应的可用公共资源完成 数据传输, 不需要基站向用户设备发送重配消息进行重配操作, 从而降低 了信令开销。

本实施例提供一种资源的配置方法, 如图 1所示, 所述方法包括: 1 01、 基站在广播信道向用户设备广播公共资源配置。 其中, 所述公共资源配置包括物理资源配置列表 PHYConf ig list, PHYConf ig list具体可 以 包括: Index ( 可用 资源 索 引 号 )、 CQI-ReportConf ig ( 信道质量上才艮配置, CQI ( channel quality indication, 信道质量指示, 用于上报信道质量的物理资源的配置))、 soundingRS-UL-Conf ig (上行监听参考信号配置, soundingRS ( SRS , sounding reference signal, 用于发送上行 SRS的物理资源的酉己置) )、 scheduling Request Conf ig (调度请求配置, 用于发送上行调度请求的 物理资源的配置)。

所述接收器, 还用于在接收到基站通过广播信道发送的公共资源配置 后, 当所述基站需要向发送下行数据并且存在可用公共资源时, 接收所述 基站发送的所述可用公共资源的索引号和物理下行控制信道命令 PDCCH order ;
所述接收器, 还用于若所述 PDCCH order携带有专用接入资源, 根据所 述基站的调度, 通过所述可用公共资源接收所述下行数据,
其中, 所述可用公共资源是根据所述可用公共资源的索引号从所述 PHYConf i g l i s t中获取的; 或者
所述发送器, 还用于若所述接收器接收到的所述 PDCCH order中没有携 带专用接入资源, 则在接入成功后, 向所述基站发送所述目标用户设备的 标识 C-RNTI ;
所述接收器, 还用于在所述发送器向所述基站发送所述目标用户设备 的标识 C-RNTI后, 根据所述基站的指示, 通过所述可用公共资源接收所述 下行数据。
