技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋绑紧扣具的拆换组装方法及其装置, 具体涉及一种让 使用者能快速且简易地将鞋带装设于鞋子上的方法及装置, 一种实用性极佳 的发明。 背景技术
鞋子是一种极伟大的发明, 鞋子保护人们足部的安全, 免于受到异物的 伤害,鞋子上不可或缺的部份则非鞋带莫属,鞋带使鞋子能稳固穿戴于足部, 避免脱落、 遗失等。
然而, 鞋带一般常见的组装方式都是在鞋面靠近鞋舌处设有多个穿孔, 使用者在把鞋带依序穿设入各穿孔, 并于鞋舌上形成交错层迭的网状, 当使 用者将足部套入鞋子内后, 再将鞋带两端紧拉并予以绑固, 但是, 这种穿设 鞋带的方式既耗费时间, 鞋子在鞋带的长期拉扯下也容易造成鞋子的变形或 坏损。
请参阅中国台湾专利公告号 1292305"松紧设定鞋之结构及其设定方法", 为一种松紧设定鞋的结构及其设定方法, 该设定鞋的结构包括一鞋体、 一鞋 带及若干定位钩; 该鞋体在开口处设有鞋带孔, 该鞋带设有若干固结孔, 该 定位钩组设于鞋体的鞋带孔间, 该鞋带孔与鞋带的固结孔配合; 该设定方法, 是将鞋带逐一穿设鞋带孔形成一起始段及一终结段, 令起始段与终结段间的 鞋带由间隔设置的固结孔逐一钩设定位钩定位; 运用上述结构, 该发明即可 视需求进行脚部与鞋体间松紧度的调整, 以达最佳的使用状态。
上述"松紧设定鞋之结构及其设定方法"为一般鞋带穿设于鞋子的方式, 是将鞋带依序穿入位于鞋子靠近鞋舌的孔洞, 而该发明的改进是在鞋子的外 侧面且靠近鞋舌处另设有定位钩, 且鞋带为了配合定位钩的设置, 鞋带上则 具有多个固结孔, 当鞋带穿设入鞋子的鞋带孔后, 再将固结孔勾设于定位钩 予以定位, 虽然这种方式可提供使用者自行调整足部与鞋子的紧密程度, 但 是, 在穿设鞋带的方式上, 仍需耗费多余的时间进行穿设操作, 并无法达到 快速且简易穿设鞋带的目的, 且必须利用特定的鞋带才可勾设于定位钩上。 因此, 上述"松紧设定鞋之结构及其设定方法"需再加以改进, 才能适合大众 使用。
而市面上为了解决上述的缺失, 进一步推出一种可快速且简便将鞋带组 设于鞋子的扣具, 请参阅中国台湾专利公告号 M404627"系固装置", 其包括 有一旋盖, 该旋盖底部设有一蜗杆; 一棘齿件装设于该旋盖底部, 该棘齿件 贯穿设有一孔槽; 一驱动件可动地容置装设于该孔槽内, 该驱动件贯穿设有 一驱动孔, 该驱动件底部具有一驱动齿轮; 一线盘装设于驱动件底部, 该线 盘设有一环状设置的线盘齿轮, 该线盘齿轮贯穿设有一线盘孔; 一止动件环 设于该线盘外周; 一基座, 该基座延伸设有一转轴, 该转轴贯穿该线盘孔、 该驱动孔、 该孔槽并锁固于该旋盖, 该止动件设置于该基座上。
上述"系固装置"虽已经改善了 "松紧设定鞋之结构及其设定方法", 并达 到方便穿鞋者快速且简易穿、 脱鞋的目的, 但是该技术在鞋带穿设于鞋子上 时, 鞋带必须穿过设于鞋面与鞋舌上的固定件, 以及鞋子所开设的穿孔, 如 此一来, 穿鞋者在组装鞋带时, 则必须耗费较长组装时间, 且当固定于鞋面 或鞋舌上的固定件坏损时, 整双鞋子就必须汰换, 导致成本的提高及多余的 花费。 因此"系固装置"需要再进行改良, 才能适合大众使用。 发明内容
鉴于上述"松紧设定鞋之结构及其设定方法"及"系固装置"在穿设鞋带上较 耗费时间, 或因部分组件的坏损, 而导致成本提高和多余的花费等缺失, 本发 明人利用许多时间投入研究相关知识, 并比较各项优劣, 且进行相关产品的研 究与开发, 并历经多次实验与测试, 而终于推出一种"鞋绑紧扣具的拆换组装方 法及其装置", 改善了上述技术无法减少鞋带穿组于鞋子的工作时间, 且必须使 用具有固结孔的鞋带才能固定于定位钩, 以及在维修保养上较需花费多余的开 销等缺失。 本发明提供了一种能简易且快速将鞋带组设于鞋子上的方法, 以改善以往 在穿设鞋带上, 必须耗费较多的工作时间才可组装完成, 且在鞋子的维修保养 上较需耗费成本与开销等缺失。 本发明提供的一种鞋绑紧扣具装置, 包括一鞋体、 一第一组件、 一第二组 件及一第三组件, 其中: 该鞋体包括一鞋面体, 在该鞋面体上设有一中心轴线, 且该中心轴线将其 鞋面体分隔成一左鞋面与一右鞋面, 又于该左、 右鞋面靠近中心轴线的一侧各 设有一鞋套口, 另设有一鞋舌于鞋面体内, 并由鞋套口底端向上延伸覆盖部分 鞋套口, 而该鞋舌与鞋面体则形成一足室, 该足室与鞋套口相互连通; 该第一组件组设于鞋舌或鞋面体上, 该第一组件包括一定位座、 一旋钮及 一绳体, 该绳体两端套组于旋钮的外周侧, 而该定位座组设于鞋舌或鞋面体上, 该旋钮一端组装于定位座上, 控制绳体的紧收或放松;
该第二组件组设于鞋体且靠近鞋套口处, 该第二组件包括一第一勾件及一 第二勾件, 且该第一、 第二勾件各设有一轴向开设的盲槽, 且第一、 第二勾件 的盲槽盲口分别朝离中心轴线开设;
该第三组件组设于该鞋舌上, 该第三组件包括至少一集绳件, 该集绳件顶 端凹设有一 X形的开槽, 该开槽包括一第一滑槽及一第二滑槽, 该第一滑槽与 第二滑槽交错且相互连通。
优选地, 该第一勾件与第二勾件的盲槽内壁各凸设有一倒钩块, 该倒钩块 遮蔽部份槽口, 当该绳体套设于盲槽内, 并通过倒钩块的设置, 使绳体不易由 槽口脱离而出。
优选地, 该第一、 第二勾件的盲槽由槽底往槽口方向渐缩设置, 使绳体勾 卡于盲槽内时, 不易由槽口脱离。
优选地, 该第一、 第二勾件相对鞋面体的中心轴线呈垂直条状或水平横条 状设置。 优选地, 该集绳件于设有开槽的一侧另设有多个扣片, 且各扣片一端分别 凸伸于第一滑槽及第二滑槽上, 另一端则固设于集绳件上, 当绳体套设于第一 滑槽与第二滑槽时, 通过扣片的凸伸设置, 使绳体不至脱离于第一、 第二滑槽 内。
优选地, 该定位座的结合部设有一内凹的组装槽, 且于该组装槽槽壁开设 有多个间隔设置的导引槽, 各导引槽槽壁侧向开设有一滑轨, 且滑轨与导引槽 相互连通, 该旋钮的啮盘的底端凸设有多个组接凸块, 将旋钮的组接凸块由导 引槽的槽口套设而入后, 朝滑轨方向滑移卡扣定位。 优选地, 该定位座的结合部延伸凸设有一接合柱, 该旋钮的啮盘底面凹设 有一套合孔, 该旋钮通过套合孔与接合柱套接组装, 使旋钮稳固装设于定位座 上。 优选地, 该定位座的结合部周侧围设有一锁接片, 该锁接片上开设有至少 一锁孔, 另设有至少一锁固组件穿设于锁孔, 并锁固于鞋舌或鞋面体, 使其该 定位座进一步稳固组设于鞋舌或鞋面体上。 本发明还公开了一种鞋绑紧扣具的组装方法, 其中, 该组装方法包括下列 步骤:
一, 提供鞋体的装置步骤: 该鞋体包括一鞋面体, 鞋面体中心轴线两侧分 别设有相对的一左鞋面及一右鞋面, 又于左、 右鞋面靠近中心轴线的一端各设 有一鞋套口, 另设有一鞋舌于左、 右鞋面内, 并由鞋套口底端向上延伸覆盖部 分鞋套口, 而该鞋舌内侧面与左、 右鞋面内侧则形成一供足部穿套的足室, 该 足室与鞋套口相互连通; 二, 提供第一组件的装置步骤: 该第一组件设于鞋面体或鞋舌上, 而该第 一组件包括有一定位座、 一旋钮及一绳体, 该定位座一侧设有一与旋钮相互组 接的结合部, 而该绳体两端穿设于旋钮, 位于旋钮外周的绳体则形成圈状, 该 旋钮包括一线盘、 一啮盘、 一齿盘、 一旋盖及一蜗盖件, 该啮盘一侧套组于线 盘, 而啮盘的另一侧环设有单向斜齿纹, 该齿盘一侧设有多个啮合块咬合于单 向斜齿纹, 该旋盖盖设于齿盘设有啮合块的相反侧, 而该蜗盖件围设于旋盖的 外周侧, 另设有一轴心穿设线盘、 啮盘及齿盘, 该绳体两端组设于线盘内, 且 该啮盘与齿盘具连动关系, 旋转该旋盖使其带动齿盘的转动, 而齿盘的转动又 因组块与啮盘的组设而跳齿转动, 该啮盘的转动进一步带动线盘的旋转, 该线 盘的旋转连动绳体的收放; 三, 提供第二组件的装置步骤: 该第二组件设于鞋体上, 而该第二组件包 括至少一第一勾件及至少一第二勾件, 该第一勾件与第二勾件各设有一盲槽, 且各盲槽的盲口分别朝离中心轴线而开设; 四, 提供第三组件的装置步骤: 该第三组件设置于鞋舌上, 该第三组件包 括至少一集绳件, 该集绳件顶端凹设有一 X形的开槽, 该开槽包括一第一滑槽 及一第二滑槽, 而该第一滑槽与第二滑槽交错且相互连通; 五, 组装绑系方法的第一步骤: 将组设于旋钮的绳体拉伸, 并把该绳体位 于旋钮外周的部份勾入第一勾件的盲槽内及第二勾件的盲槽内, 并使绳体紧设 勾抵于各盲槽内而不至于脱离; 六, 组装绑系方法的第二步骤: 把位于第一、 第二勾件及旋钮之间的绳体 转折形成 8字形, 并将 8字形绳体的交叉部份套入集绳件的开槽内, 使该绳体 分别交叉部份套设入第一滑槽与第二滑槽内;
七, 系紧鞋体的步骤: 将绳体分别套入第一勾件、 第二勾件及集绳件后, 利用第一组件的旋钮调整绳体, 使绳体逐渐紧收, 进而达到紧固绳体于鞋体上 的功效。 通过上述步骤说明及结构叙述, 本发明所具有的有益效果如下:
一. 通过集绳件与第一、 第二勾件的设置, 使用者可减少穿设绳体的工作 时间, 且不会因绳体的穿设或绳体紧束时所产生的张力而摩擦到鞋体而使鞋体 受损, 以达到减少成本或多余花费的目的。
二. 利用旋钮的调整, 方便使用者快速调整绳体的松紧, 以达到紧密包覆 使用者的足部的目的, 省去利用双手来拉扯绳体对鞋体松紧度的调整。 附图说明

为了能有效达到上述减少鞋带穿设鞋体的工作时间, 以及在维修保养时所 产生过高的成本与开销等缺失, 本发明提供了一种"鞋绑紧扣具的拆换组装方法 及其装置", 而主要有关其功效及特点, 以搭配下列各相关图式作一简单实施例 说明。
请参阅图 1至图 4所示,本发明的一种鞋绑紧扣具装置,其包括有一鞋体 1、 一第一组件 2、 一第二组件 3及一第三组件 4, 其中: 该鞋体 1包括有一鞋面体 11, 而在该鞋面体 11上设有一中心轴线 110, 且 该中心轴线 110将鞋面体 11分隔成一左鞋面 111与一右鞋面 112, 又于该左、 右鞋面 111、 112靠近中心轴线 110的一侧各设有一鞋套口 113, 另设有一鞋舌 12于鞋面体 11内, 并由鞋套口 113底端向上延伸覆盖部分鞋套口 113, 而该鞋 舌 12与鞋面体 11则形成一足室 13, 该足室 13与鞋套口 113相互连通; 该第一组件 2组设于鞋舌 12或鞋面体 11上, 而该第一组件 2包括有一定 位座 21、 一旋钮 22及一绳体 23, 该定位座 21组设于鞋舌 12或鞋面体 11上, 而该绳体 23两端套组于旋钮 22的外周侧, 该旋钮 22—端组装于定位座 21上, 且控制绳体 23的紧收或放松; 该第二组件 3组设于鞋体 1且靠近鞋套口 113处, 而该第二组件 3包括有 一第一勾件 31及一第二勾件 32, 且该第一、 第二勾件 31、 32各设有一轴向开 设的盲槽 33, 且第一、 第二勾件 31、 32的盲槽 33盲口分别朝离中心轴线 110 而开设;
该第三组件 4组设于该鞋舌 12上, 而该第三组件 4包括至少一集绳件 41, 该集绳件 41顶端凹设有一 X形的开槽 411, 该开槽 411包括有一第一滑槽 4111 及一第二滑槽 4112, 而该第一滑槽 4111与第二滑槽 4112交错且相互连通。 请继续参阅图 1步骤流程图所示, 并以图 2至图 4为辅助参考, 本发明一 种鞋绑紧扣具的组装方法, 其中, 该组装方法包括下列步骤: 一, 提供鞋体 1的装置步骤: 该鞋体 1包括有一鞋面体 11, 而在鞋面体 11 中心轴线 110两侧分别设有相对的一左鞋面 111及一右鞋面 112, 又于左、 右鞋 面 111、 112靠近中心轴线 110的一端各设有一鞋套口 113, 另设有一鞋舌 12于 左、右鞋面 111、 112内侧面,并由鞋套口 113底端向上延伸覆盖部分鞋套口 113, 而该鞋舌 12内侧面与左、右鞋面 111、 112的内侧面则形成一供足部穿套的足室 13; 二, 提供第一组件 2的装置步骤: 该第一组件 2设于鞋面体 11或鞋舌 12 上, 而该第一组件 2包括有一定位座 21、 一旋钮 22及一绳体 23, 该定位座 21 一侧设有一与旋钮 22相互组接的结合部 211, 而该绳体 23两端穿设于旋钮 22, 位于该旋钮 22外周的绳体 23则形成圈状, 该旋钮 22包括有一线盘 221、 一啮 盘 222、 一齿盘 223、 一旋盖 224及一蜗盖件 225, 该啮盘 222—侧套组于线盘 221 , 而啮盘 222的另一侧环设有单向斜齿纹 2221, 该齿盘 223—侧设有多个啮 合块 2231咬合于单向斜齿纹 2221,该旋盖 224盖设于齿盘 223设有啮合块 2231 的相反侧, 而该蜗盖件 225围设于旋盖 224的外周侧, 另设有一轴心 226穿设 线盘 221、 啮盘 222及齿盘 223, 该绳体 23两端组设于线盘 221内, 且该啮盘 222与齿盘 223具连动关系, 旋转该旋盖 224使其带动齿盘 223的转动, 而齿盘 223的转动又因啮合块 2231与啮盘 222的单向斜齿纹 2221组设而跳齿转动,该 啮盘 222的转动进一步带动线盘 221的旋转, 该线盘 221的旋转连动绳体 23的 收放;
三, 提供第二组件 3的装置步骤: 该第二组件 3设于鞋体 1上, 而该第二 组件 3包括有至少一第一勾件 31及至少一第二勾件 32, 又该第一勾件 31与第 二勾件 32各设有一盲槽 33,且各盲槽 33的盲口分别朝离中心轴线 110而开设; 四, 提供第三组件 4的装置步骤: 该第三组件 4设置于鞋舌 12上, 该第三 组件 4包括至少一集绳件 41, 该集绳件 41顶端凹设有一 X形的开槽 411, 该开 槽 411包括有一第一滑槽 4111及一第二滑槽 4112, 而该第一滑槽 4111与第二 滑槽 4112交错且相互连通; 五, 组装绑系方法的第一步骤: 将组设于旋钮 22的绳体 23拉伸, 并把该 绳体 23位于旋钮 22外周的部份勾入第一勾件 31的盲槽 33内及第二勾件 32的 盲槽 33内, 并使绳体 23紧设勾抵于各盲槽 33内而不至于脱离; 六, 组装绑系方法的第二步骤: 把位于第一、 第二勾件 31、 32及旋钮 22 之间的绳体 23转折形成 8字形, 并将 8字形绳体 23的交叉部份套入集绳件 41 的开槽 411 内, 使该绳体 23的交叉部份分别套设入第一滑槽 4111与第二滑槽 4112内;
七, 系紧鞋体 1的步骤: 将绳体 23分别套入第一勾件 31、 第二勾件 32及 集绳件 41后, 利用第一组件 2的旋钮 22调整绳体 23, 使绳体 23逐渐紧收, 进 而达到紧固绳体 23于鞋体 1上的功效 (前述为本发明的主实施例, 已具备可实 施本发明权利要求 1所述的必要技术特征, 而其余技术特征是对权利要求 1 内 容的进一步改进或附加技术特征, 而非用以限制权利要求 1 的保护范围, 应知 本申请的保护范围不必要一定包含其余附属的技术特征)。
请参阅图 5至图 8所示, 本发明的第一勾件 31与第二勾件 32均有两种实 施例, 现于下列列举说明:
1 .第一、 第二勾件 31、 32的第一种实施例: 第一、 第二勾件 31、 32的盲 槽 33内壁凸设有一倒钩块 331, 该倒钩块 331由盲槽 33槽壁往相对方向延伸, 并遮蔽部份槽口, 且该第一、 第二勾件 31、 32的设置型态以鞋面体 11 的中心 轴线 110为主, 并与中心轴线 110平行且为直条状设置, 该盲槽 33的开设方向 相反于中心轴线 110方向, 而该盲槽 33由槽底至槽口方向呈渐缩设置, 通过倒 钩块 331的设置, 使绳体 23在套设入盲槽 33内, 并受旋钮 22的调整而逐渐收 紧时, 使其能稳固卡抵于盲槽 33与倒钩块 331之间, 当绳体 23放松时, 通过 渐缩的设置, 使绳体 23不易由盲槽 33内脱离而出。
2 .第一、 第二勾件 31、 32的第二种实施例: 第二种实施例不同于第一种之 处在于该第一、 第二勾件 31、 32相对鞋面体 11的中心轴线 110呈垂直横条状 设置, 而在第一、 第二勾件 31、 32的盲槽 33槽壁上也设有倒钩块 331, 且该盲 槽 33由槽底至槽口方向呈渐缩设置, 通过倒钩块 331的设置, 使绳体 23在套 设入盲槽 33内, 并受旋钮 22的调整而逐渐收紧时, 能稳固卡抵于盲槽 33与倒 钩块 331之间, 当绳体 23放松时, 通过渐缩的设置, 使绳体 23不易由盲槽 33 内脱离而出。
请参阅图 9与图 10所示, 为了进一步使绳体 23的交叉部份稳固套设于集 绳件 41的第一、 第二滑槽 4111、 4112内, 该集绳件 41所凹设的开槽 411, 使 其在开槽 411周围形成有多个间隔设置的夹块 4113, 又于其中二相互对应的夹 块 4113上进一步各另设有一扣片 42(本发明以相互对应的二夹块 4113各有一扣 片 42为实施例),且各扣片 42呈间距设置, 而各扣片 42于相互对应的一端凸伸 且遮盖于第一、第二滑槽 4111、 4112上方, 各扣片 42在凸伸的一端与剩余的夹 块 4113具有间隙, 该绳体 23由各扣片 42与夹块 4113之间的间隙套设入第一、 第二滑槽 4111、 4112内, 当旋钮 22调整绳体 23逐渐收紧时, 该绳体 23进一步 卡抵于各扣片 42凸伸的一端, 以防止绳体 23的脱离。
根据上述第一勾件 31、 第二勾件 32与集绳件 41的安装步骤说明, 本发明 也可将集绳件 41的安装步骤, 与第一、 第二勾件 31、 32的安装步骤相反操作, 可先将集绳件 41组装于鞋舌 12上, 再将第一、 第二勾件 31、 32装设于鞋体 1 上; 然而, 在组装绑系方法的第二步骤的说明上, 以大部说明其绑系的方式, 下面说明其两种细部绑系的方法:
1 .第一种方法: 首先将绳体 23朝第一、 第二勾件 31、 32设置方向拉伸, 并使绳体 23—端套设入第一、 第二勾件 31、 32中任意一个的盲槽 33内, 再进 一步把位于集绳件 41上的绳体 23转折交迭,并套设入集绳件 41的开槽 411内, 最后再把绳体 23套设入另一勾件的盲槽 33内, 使绳体 23勾抵于第一、 第二勾 件 31、 32与集绳件 41内。
2 .第二种方法: 首先绳体 23朝第一、 第二勾件 31、 32所设置方向拉伸, 并将位于集绳件 41上的绳体 23先行转折交迭, 再把绳体 23的转折交迭处套设 入集绳件 41的开槽 411内予以定位, 最后再把绳体 23朝第一、 第二勾件 31、 32拉伸的一端套设入各盲槽 33内, 使绳体 23得以限位于第一、 第二勾件 31、 32的盲槽 33内, 以及集绳件 41的开槽 411内。 请参阅图 3、 图 4与图 11所示, 本发明下面列举两种说明其第一组件 2的 定位座 21与旋钮 22的组装方式:
1 .定位座 21与旋钮 22组装方式的第一种实施例: 本发明第一种在定位座 21的结合部 211上设有一内凹的组装槽 2111,且该组装槽 2111槽壁上开设有多 个间隔设置的导引槽 2112, 且各导引槽 2112的槽壁于侧向开设有一滑轨 2113, 且该滑轨 2113与导引槽 2112相互连通, 该旋钮 22的啮盘 222的底面凸设有多 个组接凸块 2222, 将旋钮 22的组接凸块 2222由导引槽 2112的槽口滑设而入, 并朝向滑轨 2113方向旋转滑移, 使组接凸块 2222卡扣定位于滑轨 2113内, 进 一步稳固旋钮 22组装于定位座 21上。
2 .定位座 21与旋钮 22组装方式的第二种实施例:本发明定位座 21的结合 部 211延伸凸设有一接合柱 212, 而该旋钮 22的啮盘 222底面对应接合柱 212 凹设有一套合孔 2223, 将该旋钮 22的套合孔 2223套设于定位座 21 的接合柱 212, 使旋钮 22稳固组装于定位座 21上。 根据上述定位座 21的两种实施例型态, 本发明以旋钮 22组装于定位座 21 上为主要实施方向, 并非以相互组装方式为限, 除了利用旋转扣卡方式以及套 接定位方式以外, 也可为黏扣、 勾扣等方式。
然而, 为了使旋钮 22能稳固组装于定位座 21上, 在该定位座 21的结合部 211周侧围设有一锁接片 213, 又于该锁接片 213上开设有至少一锁孔 2131, 而 另设有至少一锁固组件 5穿设锁孔 2131, 并进一步锁设于鞋面体 11或鞋舌 12 上, 使定位座 21能稳固组装于鞋舌 12或鞋面体 11上, 以稳固旋钮 22的组装, 让使用者操作顺畅。
请参阅图 12所示, 本发明的第一、 第二勾件 31、 32与集绳件 41的数量可依据 鞋体 1的大小、 长度等而有所增加或减少, 且因上述说明第一、 第二勾件 31、 32具有两种实施例, 所以, 除了在鞋体 1上设有同一种的第一、 第二勾件 31、 32外, 也可将第一、 第二勾件 31、 32的两种实施例相互配合使用, 以达到调整 旋钮 22紧收绳体 23, 使其绳体 23拉动第一、第二勾件 31、 32, 并进一步将左、 右鞋面 111、 112逐渐朝中心轴线 110靠近,进而稳固包覆足部于足室 13内的功 效与目的。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种鞋绑紧扣具装置, 其特征在于, 包括一鞋体、 一第一组件、 一第二组 件及一第三组件, 其中:
该鞋体包括一鞋面体, 在该鞋面体上设有一中心轴线, 且该中心轴线将鞋 面体分隔成一左鞋面与一右鞋面, 又于该左、 右鞋面靠近中心轴线的一侧各设 有一鞋套口, 另设有一鞋舌于鞋面体内, 并由鞋套口底端向上延伸覆盖部分鞋 套口, 而该鞋舌与鞋面体则形成一足室, 该足室与鞋套口相互连通; 该第一组件组设于鞋舌或鞋面体上, 该第一组件包括一定位座、 一旋钮及 一绳体, 该绳体两端套组于旋钮的外周侧, 而该定位座组设于鞋舌或鞋面体上, 该旋钮一端组装于定位座上, 控制绳体的紧收或放松; 该第二组件组设于鞋体且靠近鞋套口处, 该第二组件包括一第一勾件及一 第二勾件, 且该第一、 第二勾件各设有一轴向开设的盲槽, 且第一、 第二勾件 的盲槽盲口分别朝离中心轴线开设; 该第三组件组设于该鞋舌上, 该第三组件包括至少一集绳件, 该集绳件顶 端凹设有一 X形的开槽, 该开槽包括一第一滑槽及一第二滑槽, 该第一滑槽与 第二滑槽交错且相互连通。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的鞋绑紧扣具装置, 其特征在于, 该第一勾件与第二 勾件的盲槽内壁各凸设有一倒钩块, 该倒钩块遮蔽部份槽口, 当该绳体套设于 盲槽内, 并通过倒钩块的设置, 使绳体不易由槽口脱离而出。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的鞋绑紧扣具装置, 其特征在于, 该第一、 第二勾件 的盲槽由槽底往槽口方向渐缩设置, 使绳体勾卡于盲槽内时, 不易由槽口脱离。
4.根据权利要求 2所述的鞋绑紧扣具装置, 其特征在于, 该第一、 第二勾件 的盲槽由槽底朝槽口渐缩设置, 使绳体勾卡于盲槽内时, 不易由槽口脱离。
5.根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的鞋绑紧扣具装置, 其特征在于, 该第 一、 第二勾件相对鞋面体的中心轴线呈垂直条状或水平横条状设置。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的鞋绑紧扣具装置, 其特征在于, 该集绳件进一步于 设有开槽的一侧另设有多个扣片, 且各扣片一端分别凸伸于第一滑槽及第二滑 槽上, 另一端则固设于集绳件上, 当绳体套设于第一滑槽与第二滑槽时, 通过 扣片的凸伸设置, 使绳体不至脱离于第一、 第二滑槽内。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的鞋绑紧扣具装置, 其特征在于, 该定位座的结合部 设有一内凹的组装槽, 且于该组装槽槽壁开设有多个间隔设置的导引槽, 各导 引槽槽壁侧向开设有一滑轨, 且滑轨与导引槽相互连通, 该旋钮的啮盘的底端 凸设有多个组接凸块, 将旋钮的组接凸块由导引槽的槽口套设而入后, 朝滑轨 方向滑移卡扣定位。
8.根据权利要求 1所述的鞋绑紧扣具装置, 其特征在于, 该定位座的结合部 延伸凸设有一接合柱, 该旋钮的啮盘底面凹设有一套合孔, 该旋钮通过套合孔 与接合柱套接组装, 使旋钮稳固装设于定位座上。
9.根据权利要求 7至 8中任一项所述的鞋绑紧扣具装置, 其特征在于, 该定 位座的结合部周侧围设有一锁接片, 该锁接片上开设有至少一锁孔, 另设有至 少一锁固组件穿设于锁孔, 并锁固于鞋舌或鞋面体, 使该定位座进一步稳固组 设于鞋舌或鞋面体上。
10.—种鞋绑紧扣具的组装方法, 其特征在于, 该组装方法包括下列步骤: 一, 提供鞋体的装置步骤: 该鞋体包括一鞋面体, 鞋面体中心轴线两侧分 别设有相对的一左鞋面及一右鞋面, 又于左、 右鞋面靠近中心轴线的一端各设 有一鞋套口, 另设有一鞋舌于左、 右鞋面内, 并由鞋套口底端向上延伸覆盖部 分鞋套口, 而该鞋舌内侧面与左、 右鞋面内侧则形成一供足部穿套的足室, 该 足室与鞋套口相互连通;
二, 提供第一组件的装置步骤: 该第一组件设于鞋面体或鞋舌上, 该第一 组件包括一定位座、 一旋钮及一绳体, 该定位座一侧设有一与旋钮相互组接的 结合部, 该绳体两端穿设于旋钮, 位于旋钮外周的绳体则形成圈状, 该旋钮包 括一线盘、 一啮盘、 一齿盘、 一旋盖及一蜗盖件, 该啮盘一侧套组于线盘, 而 啮盘的另一侧环设有单向斜齿纹, 该齿盘一侧设有多个啮合块咬合于单向斜齿 纹, 该旋盖盖设于齿盘设有啮合块的相反侧, 该蜗盖件围设于旋盖的外周侧, 另设有一轴心穿设线盘、 啮盘及齿盘, 该绳体两端组设于线盘内, 且该啮盘与 齿盘具连动关系, 旋转该旋盖使其带动齿盘的转动, 而齿盘的转动又因组块与 啮盘的组设而跳齿转动, 该啮盘的转动进一步带动线盘的旋转, 该线盘的旋转 连动绳体的收放; 三, 提供第二组件的装置步骤: 该第二组件设于鞋体上, 该第二组件包括 至少一第一勾件及至少一第二勾件, 该第一勾件与第二勾件各设有一盲槽, 且 各盲槽的盲口分别朝离中心轴线而开设; 四, 提供第三组件的装置步骤: 该第三组件设置于鞋舌上, 该第三组件包 括至少一集绳件, 该集绳件顶端凹设有一 X形的开槽, 该开槽包括一第一滑槽 及一第二滑槽, 而该第一滑槽与第二滑槽交错且相互连通; 五, 组装绑系方法的第一步骤: 将组设于旋钮的绳体拉伸, 并把该绳体位 于旋钮外周的部份勾入第一勾件的盲槽内及第二勾件的盲槽内, 并使绳体紧设 勾抵于各盲槽内而不至于脱离; 六, 组装绑系方法的第二步骤: 把位于第一、 第二勾件及旋钮之间的绳体 转折形成 8字形, 并将 8字形绳体的交叉部份套入集绳件的开槽内, 使该绳体 分别交叉部份套设入第一滑槽与第二滑槽内;
七, 系紧鞋体的步骤: 将绳体分别套入第一勾件、 第二勾件及集绳件后, 利用第一组件的旋钮调整绳体, 使绳体逐渐紧收, 进而达到紧固绳体于鞋体上 的功效。
