본 발명은 오피스텔이나 원룸 등 협소한 실내공간에서 하나의 가구를 다양한 용도로 사용할 수 있도록 구조의 전환이 가능하도록 제작한 가구에 관한 것으로, 상세히는 1쌍의 소파와 상판의 높낮이 조절이 가능한 테이블로 이루어져 평상시 소파나 식탁 또는 책상용으로 사용하다가 취침을 하고자 할 경우 침대로 간편하게 전환할 수 있도록 한 소파 겸 침대기능을 갖는 다용도 가구에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 좁은 실내공간의 주거 활용도를 높이기 위해 주간에는 소파로 야간에는 펼쳐서 침대로 변환시킬 수 있는 소파 겸 침대에 관련된 기술은 이미 공지되어 있는데, 이러한 종래의 소파 겸 침대는 단순히 등받이를 펼치거나 접어주는 것에 의해 소파에서 침대로 전환가능하도록 된 것이 대부분이며, 그 외의 용도 예를 들면 공부를 하기 위한 책상이나 식사를 하기 위한 식탁 또는 기타 작업을 위한 테이블 등으로 사용하는 것은 불가능한 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 오피스텔이나 원룸 등 협소한 실내공간에서 하나의 가구를 다양한 용도 즉, 소파와 침대, 책상과 식탁을 비롯한 다양한 용도로 사용할 수 있도록 구조전환이 용이한 다용도 가구를 제공함으로써 가구의 구입비용을 절감함과 아울러 좁은 실내공간을 보다 효율적으로 이용할 수 있도록 하는 데 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 일 실시 예에서는 등받이와 착좌부에 각각 쿠션이 분리가능하게 설치된 1쌍의 소파와, 상기 1쌍의 소파 사이에 배치되며 상판의 높낮이조절이 가능한 테이블을 포함하여 이루어지는 소파 겸 침대기능을 갖는 다용도 가구를 제공한다.
본 실시 예에서 상기 테이블은 다리의 길이나 각도조절에 의해 상판의 높낮이를 조절할 수 있도록 구성되며, 이러한 다리의 길이나 각도조절은 수동식 또는 유압식이나 전동식으로 구동될 수 있다.

본 실시 예에서 상기 다리(24)의 각도조절은 수동식으로 조절할 수 있도록 되어 있으나, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 아니하고 자동차용 수동 쟈키에서와 같은 나사식 또는 기어식 핸들을 사용하여 다리의 각도조절을 하거나 전동모터를 사용하여 더욱 편리하게 다리의 각도조절을 할 수도 있음은 물론이다.
도 5 내지 도 10에는 본 발명의 제3실시 예에 의한 다용도 가구가 도시되어 있다.
본 발명의 제3실시 예에 의한 다용도 가구는 등받이(12)와 착좌부(14)에 각각 쿠션(C1,C2)이 분리가능하게 설치된 1쌍의 소파(10,10')와, 상기 1쌍의 소파(10,10') 사이에 배치되며 상판(22)의 높낮이조절이 가능한 테이블(20)과, 상기 소파(10,10')와 테이블(20)의 일측이 분리가능하게 고정설치되는 측면부재(30)를 포함하여 이루어져 있다.
본 실시 예에서 상기 측면부재(30)는 기본적으로 소파(10,10')와 테이블(20)이보다 안정적인 배치상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 역할을 함과 동시에 칸막이의 기능을 하여 심리적인 안정감을 주는 역할을 하게 되며, 이 칸막이 부분을 실내공간에서 벽 또는 기타 가구 쪽으로 붙이거나 또는 개방된 쪽으로 배치하느냐에 따라 실내공간을 다양하게 연출할 수 있다.
또한, 본 실시 예에서 상기 측면부재(30)는 테이블(20)의 다리를 수납하는 기능도 겸하고 있는데, 본 실시 예에서 테이블(20)의 다리(24)는 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 상판(22)이 소파(10,10')의 착좌부(14) 높이와 같게 되는 상부 다리(241)와, 이 상부 다리(241)에 절첩가능하게 부착되며 펼쳐진 상태에서 테이블로 사용하는 높이가 되는 하부 다리(242)로 이루어져 상기 상판(22)의 하부 일측에 설치된 노출형 다리(240a)와; 상기 상판(22)의 하부 타측에 상단이 연결되고 하단은 상기 측면부재(30)에 매립설치된 4절 링크형 다리(240b)로 이루어져 있다.
본 실시 예에서 상기 측면부재(30)는 상,하의 수평 프레임(31)에 목재로 이루어진 정면, 상면 및 측면 패널(32a,32b,32c,32d)이 부착되어 내부에 소정의 공간이 형성된 것으로, 이 내부의 공간에 상기 4절 링크형 다리(240b)가 수납된 상태를 유지하도록 되어 있다.
즉, 상기 4절 링크형 다리(240b)는 측면부재(30)의 수직 프레임(33)에 2개의 평행 아암(25,26)이 상,하로 배치되어 회동가능하도록 핀 고정되어 있고, 상기 평행 아암(25,26)의 상단은 각각 테이블(21)의 상판(22) 하부에 위치한 프레임(22a)에 회동가능하게 고정되어 있어 테이블(20)의 상판(22)이 상기 평행 아암(25,26)의 회동동작에 의해 수평상태를 유지하면서 승강될 수 있도록 되어 있다.
또, 상기 하부의 평행 아암(26) 하단과 측면부재의 금속 프레임(32) 사이에는 가스실린더(27)가 부착되어 있어 테이블 상판(22)의 상승동작시 테이블 상판이 무겁더라도 이 가스실린더(27)의 작용에 의해 쉽게 들어올릴 수 있도록 되어 있으며, 테이블 상판을 하강시킬 경우에도 가스실린더(27)가 완충기능을 발휘하여 부드럽게 하강할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
한편, 상기 노출형 다리(240a)를 구성하는 하부 다리(242)에는 이 하부 다리(242)가 세워진 상태를 유지하도록 하기 위한 고정간(28)이 구비되어 있으며, 상기 상부 다리(241)에는 고정간(28)의 해제시 하부 다리(242)가 테이블(20) 밑으로 쉽게 접혀지도록 하기 위한 밀핀(29)이 설치되어 있다.
상기 고정간(28)은 기다란 막대(28a)의 끝에 타원형의 걸림쇠(28b)가 부착되어 있고, 이 걸림쇠(28b)가 측면부재(30)에 형성된 타원형 걸림구멍(38)에 끼워져 걸린 상태를 유지함으로써 하부 다리(242)가 회동되지 않고 수직으로 세워진 상태를 유지하도록 함과 아울러 테이블 상판(22)이 측면부재(30)에 밀착된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 되어 있고, 상기 막대(28a)의 타단에는 손잡이(28c)가 부착되어 있으며, 중간 부분에는 막대(28a)를 측면부재(30) 쪽으로 밀어주기 위한 스프링(28d) 및 와셔(28e)가 끼워져 있으며, 와셔(28e)는 하부 다리(242)의 내측에 밀착되어 있다.
이에 의해 손잡이(28c)를 돌려서 걸림쇠(28b)를 걸림구멍(38)에 끼워넣고 90도 각도로 돌려주면 걸림쇠(28b)가 걸림구멍(38) 내측에 밀착되어 걸린 상태가 되며 이에 의해 하부 다리(242)가 접히지 않고 세워진 상태를 유지하게 된다.
한편, 하부 다리(242)를 접어주고자 할 경우에는 손잡이(28c)를 90도 각도로 돌리면서 외측으로 잡아당기면 걸림쇠(28b)가 걸림구멍(38)으로부터 이탈되어 하부 다리(242)가 접힐 수 있게 된다.
상기 고정간(28)의 막대(28a)는 테이블 상판(22) 저면의 지지브라켓(22b)과 하부 다리(242) 상부측의 슬릿(242a)에 수평방향으로 결합된 회전지지축(242b)에 끼워진 상태에서 작동되므로 테이블 상판(22)을 들어올리거나 내리는 동작을 할 때에 위치가 벗어나지 않고 상판(22) 하부에 위치하게 되어 걸리적 거리는 일이 발생하지 않는다.
또, 상기 테이블 상판(22)의 측면과 측면부재(30)에는 상판(22)의 상단 높이에서 부착되는 자석(40)과 자성체(42)가 대응되는 위치에 고정설치되어 있어 상판(22)이 테이블로 사용될 때 상판(22)과 측면부재(30) 사이에 틈새가 발생할 수 있는 여지를 없애고, 상판이 좌우로 유동되는 것도 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 하부 다리(242)의 하단에는 하부 다리(242)가 실내 바닥에 접지된 상태에서 접혀지거나 펼쳐지는 동작이 원활히 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 바퀴(243)가 더 부착되어 있으며, 상기 하부 다리(242)의 대략 중간 부분에는 하부 다리(242)를 세워주고자 할 때 손으로 잡기 위한 손잡이(244)가 구비되어 있으며, 이 손잡이(244)는 가방 등을 걸기 위한 걸이구로도 사용할 수 있는 형태로 이루어져 있다.
도 11은 본 발명의 제4실시 예에 의한 다용도 가구가 도시되어 있는데, 본 실시 예에서는 측면부재(30)가 통상적인 책장의 기능을 발휘하도록 되어 있다.
본 실시 예에서 상기 측면부재(30)에는 컴퓨터 모니터 수납부(34)가 구비되며, 상기 모니터 수납부(34)는 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이 컴퓨터를 사용할 경우에는 모니터(M)를 테이블(20) 쪽으로 인출할 수 있음과 아울러 소파(10,10') 쪽을 향하도록 회전시킬 수 있는 구조로 이루어져 있다.
도 13은 본 발명의 제5실시 예에 의한 다용도 가구가 도시되어 있는데, 본 실시 예에서는 측면부재(30)의 상부 측에 2층 침대(36)가 더 구비되어 있어, 2인 이상이 아래의 소파 겸 침대와 상부의 2층 침대에서 동시에 취침할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
도 14는 본 발명에서 소파(10,10')를 일렬로 배치하여 사용하는 상태를 도시한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 소파(10,10')를 마주보도록 배치하는 것에 한정되지 않고, 필요한 경우 일렬로 배치하여 텔레비전을 함께 시청하거나 하는 것도 가능하며, 이에 의해 실내 공간을 보다 효과적으로 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 등받이와 착좌부에 각각 쿠션이 분리가능하게 설치된 1쌍의 소파;
    상기 1쌍의 소파 사이에 배치되며 상판의 높낮이조절이 가능한 테이블; 을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소파 겸 침대기능을 갖는 다용도 가구.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 테이블의 상판은 다리의 길이조절에 의해 소파의 착좌부 높이와 소파에서 앉은 상태에서 테이블로 사용하기에 적정한 높이까지 높낮이가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소파 겸 침대기능을 갖는 다용도 가구.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 테이블의 상판은 다리의 각도조절에 의해 소파의 착좌부 높이와 소파에서 앉은 상태에서 테이블로 사용하기에 적정한 높이까지 높낮이가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소파 겸 침대기능을 갖는 다용도 가구.
  4. 청구항 2 또는 3에 있어서,
    상기 다리는 유압식 또는 기어방식에 의해 길이나 각도의 조절이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소파 겸 침대기능을 갖는 다용도 가구.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 다용도 가구는 측면부재를 더 포함하며, 상기 소파와 테이블의 일측은 측면부재에 분리가능하게 고정설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소파 겸 침대기능을 갖는 다용도 가구.
  6. 청구항 5에 있어서,
    상기 다리는 상판이 소파의 착좌부 높이와 같게 되는 상부 다리와, 이 상부 다리에 절첩가능하게 부착되며, 펼쳐진 상태에서 테이블로 사용하는 높이가 되는 하부 다리로 이루어져 상기 상판의 하부 일측에 설치된 노출형 다리와; 상기 상판의 하부 타측에 상단이 연결되고 하단은 상기 측면부재에 매립설치된 4절 링크형 다리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소파 겸 침대기능을 갖는 다용도 가구.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 하부 다리에는 하부 다리가 세워진 상태를 유지하도록 하기 위한 고정간이 구비되며, 상기 상부 다리에는 고정간의 해제시 하부 다리가 접혀지도록 하기 위한 밀핀이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소파 겸 침대기능을 갖는 다용도 가구.
  8. 청구항 7에 있어서,
    상기 측면부재와 상판의 측면에는 상판의 상단 높이에서 부착되는 자석과 자성체가 대응되는 위치에 매립설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소파 겸 침대기능을 갖는 다용도 가구.
  9. 청구항 7에 있어서,
    상기 하부 다리의 하단에는 하부 다리가 실내 바닥에 접지된 상태에서 접혀지거나 펼쳐지는 동작이 원활히 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 바퀴가 더 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소파 겸 침대기능을 갖는 다용도 가구.
  10. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 측면부재는 책장기능을 겸하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소파 겸 침대기능을 갖는 다용도 가구.
  11. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 측면부재는 2층 침대기능을 겸하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소파 겸 침대기능을 갖는 다용도 가구.
  12. 청구항 10에 있어서,
    상기 측면부재는 컴퓨터 모니터 수납부가 구비되며, 상기 모니터 수납부는 인출과 회전기능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 소파 겸 침대기능을 갖는 다용도 가구.
