1. 一种基于签名信息的交易系统, 其特征在于, 包括,
账户存储设备, 该设备存储预置签名信息,
签名装置, 用于接收现场签名信息,
账户信息读取设备, 该设备用于从账户存储设备读取预置签名信息, 以及从签名装置读取现 场签名信息,
其中, 账户信息读取设备被配置成根据读取的预置签名信息和现场签名信息, 来判断是否进 行交易。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的交易系统, 其特征在于,
账户信息读取设备包括签名验证模块,
预置签名信息和现场签名信息以图片的形式被存储,
该签名验证模块用于计算所述读取的预置签名信息和现场签名信息的相似度,
账户信息读取设备被配置成根据所述相似度, 来判断是否进行交易。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的交易系统, 其特征在于,
预置签名信息的图片和现场签名信息的图片具有相同的尺寸、 像素分布和总像素个数, 该签名验证模块被配置成:
计算预置签名信息的图片的每一个像素的灰度值与所有像素的平均灰度值相比较得到的对比 值, 其中, 当一个像素的灰度值大于或者等于所述平均灰度值时, 将与该一个像素对应的对 比值设置第一值, 否则设置第二值,
计算现场签名信息的图片的每一个像素的灰度值与所述像素的平均灰度值相比较得到的对比 值, 其中, 当一个像素的灰度值大于或者等于所述平均灰度值时, 将与该一个像素对应的对 比值设置第一值, 否则设置第二值,
判断预置签名信息的图片和现场签名信息的图片的相应位置的像素的对比值是否相同, 并计 算相同对比值的个数,
计算所述相似度为所述相同对比值的个数与总像素个数之比。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的交易系统, 其特征在于,
账户信息读取设备被配置成, 当所述相似度小于预设值时, 拒绝进行交易。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的交易系统, 其特征在于,
账户信息读取设备被配置成, 当所述相似度大于或者等于预设值时, 将预置签名信息的图片
和现场签名信息的图片显示在显示器上。
6. 如权利要求 2所述的交易系统, 其特征在于,
预置签名信息和现场签名信息以字符的形式被存储,
该签名验证模块还用于判断所述读取的预置签名信息和现场签名信息是否一致,
若不一致, 则账户信息读取设备被配置成拒绝进行交易。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的交易系统, 其特征在于,
账户信息读取设备进一步被配置成能够将读取的预置签名信息和现场签名信息显示在显示器 上。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的交易系统, 其特征在于,
所述账户存储设备是银行卡或者加载金融功能的移动通信设备。
9. 如权利要求 1所述的交易系统, 其特征在于,
所述账户信息读取设备是 POS终端。
10. —种基于签名信息的交易方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤,
第一步骤: 账户信息读取设备从账户存储设备读取预置签名信息, 以及从签名装置读取现场 签名信息,
第二步骤: 账户信息读取设备根据读取的预置签名信息和现场签名信息来判断是否进行交 易。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的交易方法, 其特征在于,
预置签名信息和现场签名信息以图片的形式被存储,
在所述第二步骤中:
设置在账户信息读取设备中的签名验证模块计算所述读取的预置签名信息和现场签名信息的 相似度,
账户信息读取设备根据所述相似度来判断是否进行交易。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的交易方法, 其特征在于, 其中,
预置签名信息的图片和现场签名信息的图片具有相同的尺寸、 像素分布和总像素个数, 在所述第二步骤中:
该签名验证模块计算预置签名信息的图片的每一个像素的灰度值与所有像素的平均灰度值相 比较得到的对比值, 其中, 当一个像素的灰度值大于或者等于所述平均灰度值时, 将与该一 个像素对应的对比值设置第一值, 否则设置第二值,
该签名验证模块计算现场签名信息的图片的每一个像素的灰度值与所述像素的平均灰度值相
比较得到的对比值, 其中, 当一个像素的灰度值大于或者等于所述平均灰度值时, 将与该一 个像素对应的对比值设置第一值, 否则设置第二值, 以及
该签名验证模块判断预置签名信息的图片和现场签名信息的图片的相应位置的像素的对比值 是否相同, 并计算相同对比值的个数,
该签名验证模块计算所述相似度为所述相同对比值的个数与总像素个数之比。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的交易方法, 其特征在于,
在所述第二步骤中:
账户信息读取设备判断所述相似度小于预设值时, 拒绝进行交易。
14. 如权利要求 13所述的交易系统, 其特征在于,
在所述第二步骤中:
账户信息读取设备判断所述相似度大于或者等于预设值时, 将预置签名信息的图片和现场签 名信息的图片显示在显示器上。
15. 如权利要求 11所述的交易方法, 其特征在于,
预置签名信息和现场签名信息以字符的形式被存储,
在所述第二步骤中:
该签名验证模块用于判断所述读取的预置签名信息和现场签名信息是否一致,
若不一致, 则账户信息读取设备拒绝进行交易。

第三步骤, 在该步骤中, 账户信息读取设备还将读取的预置签名信息和现场签名信息显示在 显示器上。
